Both pressurized solvent extraction (PSE) and reflux extraction in various solvents were used to select the most efficient system for the determination of the quantity of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) present in polytetrafluoroethylene polymers. After evaporating the solvent, PFOA was determined using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Ethanol, water and methanol gave comparable results and were shown to be good solvents for this extraction. Acetonitrile was a reasonable solvent using the reflux extraction method, but not with PSE. Chloroform resulted in poor recovery for both extraction methods. PSE proved to be the more efficient extraction method.  相似文献

针对液氧/煤油火箭发动机模型燃烧室实现了三维非稳态两相燃烧过程的数值模拟,得到的燃烧室截面平均压力和平均速度与实验吻合。在初边值条件不施加任何扰动的情况下,得到了燃烧室压力自激振荡过程,并研究了液氧和煤油喷嘴雾化角对燃烧室压力振荡的影响。计算结果表明:当雾化角为40°或120°时,由于燃料与氧化剂喷雾锥重叠区域较小或较大,导致了推进剂混合很差或很好,不易在燃烧室头部出现局部爆炸性的可燃混气团,致使燃烧室压力振荡强度较弱;而当雾化角为中间值65°时,易于出现爆炸性的可燃气团并导致剧烈的压力振荡,使燃烧室中出现燃烧不稳定性。因此,雾化角的合理设计是抑制燃烧不稳定性的一种途径。  相似文献

在 pH 6.0的 HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,用活性炭吸附沙枣中的色素,Cu(Ⅱ)催化氧化维生素C,在λmax=268 nm处可直接测定沙枣中维生素C含量.与传统碘量法相比,测定结果基本一致.为内蒙古地区沙枣天然植物资源的药用开发、食品加工等提供了参考数据.  相似文献

A compact laser diode-pumped solid-state Nd:LuVO4 acousto-optic Q-switched laser is demonstrated at 916 nm of a quasi-three level for the first time. A pulse width of 130ns is observed when the pulse-repetition frequency is 10 kHz. The laser experiment shows that the Nd:Lu VO4 crystal can be used for efficient diode-pumped Q-switched lasers.  相似文献

A key to improving urban science and mathematics education is to facilitate the mutual understanding of the participants involved and then look for strategies to bridge differences. Educators need new theoretical tools to do so. In this paper the argument is made that the concept of “boundary spanner” is such a tool. Boundary spanners are individuals, objects, media, and other experiences that link an organization to its environment. They serve critical communicative roles, such as bridges for bringing distinct discourses together, cultural guides to make discourses of the “other” more explicit, and change agents for potentially reshaping participants' discourses. This ethnographic study provides three examples of boundary spanners found in the context of an urban public high school of science, mathematics, and technology: boundary media, boundary objects, and boundary experiences. The analysis brings to the foreground students' and teachers' distinct discourses about “good student identity,”“good student work,” and “good summer experience” and demonstrates how boundary spanners shaped, were shaped by, and sometimes brought together participants' distinct discourses. An argument is made for boundary spanners' practical and theoretical utility: practically, as a tool for enhancing meaning‐making between diverse groups, and theoretically, as a heuristic tool for understanding the reproductive and transformative aspects of urban science education.  相似文献

The reactivity of protein bound iron-sulfur clusters with nitric oxide (NO) is well documented, but little is known about the actual mechanism of cluster nitrosylation. Here, we report studies of members of the Wbl family of [4Fe-4S] containing proteins, which play key roles in regulating developmental processes in actinomycetes, including Streptomyces and Mycobacteria, and have been shown to be NO responsive. Streptomyces coelicolor WhiD and Mycobacterium tuberculosis WhiB1 react extremely rapidly with NO in a multiphasic reaction involving, remarkably, 8 NO molecules per [4Fe-4S] cluster. The reaction is 10(4)-fold faster than that observed with O(2) and is by far the most rapid iron-sulfur cluster nitrosylation reaction reported to date. An overall stoichiometry of [Fe(4)S(4)(Cys)(4)](2-) + 8NO → 2[Fe(I)(2)(NO)(4)(Cys)(2)](0) + S(2-) + 3S(0) has been established by determination of the sulfur products and their oxidation states. Kinetic analysis leads to a four-step mechanism that accounts for the observed NO dependence. DFT calculations suggest the possibility that the nitrosylation product is a novel cluster [Fe(I)(4)(NO)(8)(Cys)(4)](0) derived by dimerization of a pair of Roussin's red ester (RRE) complexes.  相似文献

The effect of numerical differentiation is investigated in the context of evaluating fluctuating velocity and scalar quantities in turbulent flows. In particular, 2-point forward-difference and 3-, 5-, 7-, and 9-point centred-difference schemes are investigated. The spectral technique introduced by Wyngaard (in J Sci Instr 1(2):1105–1108, 1968) for homogeneous turbulence is used to quantify the effects of the schemes. Numerical differentiation is shown to attenuate gradient spectra over a range of wavenumbers. The spectral attenuation, which varies with the order of the scheme, results in a reduction in the measured mean-squared gradients. High-order schemes (e.g. 7- or 9-point) are shown to significantly decrease the attenuation at all wavenumbers and as a result produce more accurate gradients. Hot-wire measurements and direct numerical simulations of decaying homogeneous, isotropic turbulence are found to be in good agreement with the predictions of the analysis, which suggests that high-order schemes can be used to improve empirical gradient estimates. The shape of the probability density functions is also found to be sensitive to the choice of numerical differentiation scheme. The effect of numerical differentiation is also discussed with respect to particle image velocimetry (PIV) measurements of a nominally two-dimensional planar mixing layer. It is found that the relatively low signal-to-noise ratio inherent in typical PIV measurements necessitates the use of low-order schemes to prevent excessive noise amplification, which increases with the order of the scheme. The results of the present work demonstrate that high-order numerical differentiation schemes can be employed to more accurately resolve gradients measured at a given resolution provided the measurements have an adequate signal-to-noise ratio.  相似文献

Pulse radiolysis of single crystals of sucrose at 6 K yields an absorption spectrum with λmaxat 450–475 nm which is attributed to the trapped electron. The yields and decay of this species are reported for the temperature range 6–270 K. It is concluded that there is only one form of et? in these crystals and that it is deeply trapped.  相似文献
