We report one-pot syntheses of chrysene compounds via PtCl2-catalyzed hydrative dimerization of readily available 2-alkynyl-1-acetylbenzenes. This new tandem catalysis comprises an initial selective hydration of the alkyne, followed by chemoselective dimerization of diketone intermediates. The mechanism of this cyclization has been elucidated by 13C labeling experiments as well as isolation of reaction intermediates.  相似文献

Herein, we report a Mott-Schottky catalyst by entrapping cobalt nanoparticles inside the N-doped graphene shell (Co@NC). The Co@NC delivered excellent oxygen evolution activity with an overpotential of merely 248 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm–2 with promising long-term stability. The importance of Co encapsulated in NC has further been demonstrated by synthesizing Co nanoparticles without NC shell. The synergy between the hexagonal close-packed (hcp) and face-centered cubic (fcc) Co plays a major role to improve the OER activity, whereas the NC shell optimizes the electronic structure, improves the electron conductivity, and offers a large number of active sites in Co@NC. The density functional theory calculations have revealed that the hcp Co has a dominant role in the surface reaction of electrocatalytic oxygen evolution, whereas the fcc phase induces the built-in electric field at the interfaces with N-doped graphene to accelerate the H+ ion transport.  相似文献

A series of boron-containing lipids were prepared by reactions of cyclic oxonium derivatives of polyhedron boranes and metallacarboranes (closo-dodecaborate anion, cobalt and iron bis(dicarbollides)) with amine and carboxylic acids which are derived from cholesterol. Stable liposomal formulations, on the basis of synthesized boron-containing lipids, hydrogenated soybean l -α-phosphatidylcholine and (HSPC) 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[methoxy(polyethylene glycol)-2000] (DSPE-PEG) as excipients, were prepared and then characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS) that revealed the formation of particles to be smaller than 200 nm in diameter. The resulting liposomal formulations showed moderate to excellent loading and entrapment efficiency, thus justifying the design of the compounds to fit in the lipid bilayer and ensuring ease of in vivo use for future application. The liposomal formulations based on cobalt and iron bis(dicarbollide)-based lipids were found to be nontoxic against both human breast normal epithelial cells MCF-10A and human breast cancer cells MCF-7.  相似文献

We analyze a pair of delay-coupled FitzHugh–Nagumo oscillators exhibiting in-out intermittency as a part of the generating mechanism of extreme events. We study in detail the characteristics of in-out intermittency and identify the invariant subsets involved – a saddle fixed point and a saddle periodic orbit – neither of which are chaotic as in the previously reported cases of in-out intermittency. Based on the analysis of a periodic attractor possessing in-out dynamics, we can characterize the approach to the invariant synchronization manifold and the spiralling out to the saddle periodic orbit with subsequent ejection from the manifold. Due to the striking similarities, this analysis of in-out dynamics also explains in-out intermittency  相似文献

The pH‐induced self‐assembly of three synthetic tripeptides in water medium is used to immobilize luminescent CdS nanoparticles. These peptides form a nanofibrillar network structure upon gelation in aqueous medium at basic pH values (pH 11.0–13.0), and the fabrication of CdS nanoparticles on the gel nanofiber confers the luminescent property to these gels. Atomic force microscopy, field‐emission scanning electron microscopy, and high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy clearly reveal the presence of CdS nanoparticles in a well‐defined array on the gel nanofibers. This is a convenient way to make organic nanofiber–inorganic nanoparticle hybrid nanocomposite systems. The size of the CdS nanoparticles remains almost same before and after deposition on the gel nanofiber. Photoluminescence (PL) measurement of the CdS nanoparticles upon deposition on the gel nanofibers shows a significant blue shift in the emission spectrum of the nanoparticles, and there is a considerable change in the PL gap energy of the CdS nanoparticles after immobilization on different gel nanofibrils. This finding suggests that the optoelectronic properties of CdS nanoparticles can be tuned upon deposition on gel nanofibers without changing the size of the nanoparticles.  相似文献

The infrared spectra (4,000–30 cm?1) of the gas and solid and the Raman spectrum of liquid 2,2-difluoroethanol as well as variable temperature infrared spectra of krypton/xenon solutions have been recorded. From all these data, two (Gg and Tg) out of the five possible stable conformers have been confidently identified. The order of the stabilities has been predicted to be Gg > Tg > Gt > Gg′ > Tt by utilizing ab initio MP2 (full) and DFT (B3LYP method) calculations, where the first indicator (capital letter) is in reference to rotation around the C–C bond (G = gauche or T = trans) and the second one (small letter) refers to the orientation of the hydroxyl group. The percentage of the minor conformer Tg, at ambient temperature, is estimated to be (16 ± 3%). The optimized geometries, fundamental frequencies, infrared intensities, Raman activities, and depolarization values as well as centrifugal distortion constants have been obtained from ab initio and density functional theory calculations by utilizing a variety of basis sets as well as those with diffuse functions. By utilizing the previously reported microwave rotational constants for two isotopomers of the Gg conformer combined with ab initio MP2(full)/6-311+G(d,p) predicted structural values, adjusted r 0 parameters have been obtained. The determined heavy atom distances (Å) for the Gg conformer are: C1–C2 = 1.510(3), C2–F4 = 1.371(3), C2–F5 = 1.362(3), C1–O3 = 1.412(3) Å and angles ∠O3C1C2 = 111.0(5), ∠F4C2C1 = 108.8(5), ∠F5C2C1 = 109.8(5), τF4C2C1O3 = 63.5(5), τF5C2C1O3 = 179.1(5)°. Barriers of internal rotation have been obtained and vibrational assignments for the Gg and Tg conformers are given. The five predicted centrifugal distortion constants compared to the experimental values are in reasonable agreement except for ?K, which appears to be in error. The results are discussed and the structural parameters compared to the corresponding ones for 2-fluoroethanol and 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol where those for the latter molecule have been redetermined. The currently determined heavy atom parameters are quite different from the earlier assumed values, which led to poor values of the six adjusted parameters.  相似文献

In this work, three newly synthesized derivatives of thiazolidinediones, with potential for application as drugs in pharmaceutical industry and free radical scavenging activity, have been taken up to investigate their behaviour in different homogeneous solvents. The purpose of this work is to study the solvation characteristics in ground and excited states of the derivatives by monitoring the absorbance and fluorescence band maxima. The steady state and time resolved fluorescence studies in protic and aprotic solvents have been rationalized on the basis of solute–solvent interaction and substituent effect on these photophysical processes have been analyzed. Substituents at different positions of the aryl moiety affect the hydrogen bond formation ability of the probes.  相似文献

A new acquisition : Based on “phase‐shifted mirrored sampling” (PMS) of indirect evolution periods of multi‐dimensional experiments, new acquisition schemes eliminate, without application of a phase correction, dispersive signal components that exacerbate peak identification and shift peak maxima. The resulting enhanced resolution is of particular value for systems with high chemical shift degeneracy.
