顺式-二氯-1,3-环戊二胺合铂的晶体结构和振动光谱的简正坐标分析

测定了顺式一二氯-1,3-环戊二胺合铂,cis-[Pt(DACP)C1_2]的晶体结构和分子结构,晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,a=13.222(3),b=10.697(1),c=13.486(5)°A,β=116.06(2)°,Z=8。利用Patterson法得到Pt原子位置,经差值Fourier合成找到其余非氢原子的位置,用全矩阵最小二乘法修正,最后R因子为0.029。同时进行了cis-[Pt(DACP)C1_2]的振动光谱简正坐标分析,定义了80个内坐标,得到60个频率计算值,与观测值的最大误差为15cm~(-1)。采用U-B力场定义了56个力常数,得到合理的优化结果。根据位能分布进行了各振动频率的归属,並讨论了简正坐标分析中内坐标与力场的关系。     

双希夫碱双核铜配合物[CU2(C20H12ClN2O3)OH].2H2O的晶体结构

标题化合物晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21/α晶胞参数:α=8.524(3),b=16.962(1)A,c=13.744(1)A,β=98.05(1),V=1967.4(10)A[3],Dc=1.821g/cm[3],z=4.测定结果证实双希夫碱C21H17ClN2O3在Cu(II)离子的催化下,不仅分子构型发生了变化,而且出现了一个新的反应,即在生成双核铜(II)配合物的同时,双希夫碱分子中的2-甲氧基被转化成羟基,得到稳定的平面型双核铜(II)配合物[Cu2(C20H12ClN2O3].2H2O.根据简单的EHMO计算,对所得到的结果作了适当的说明。

一种新颖的固态钐硒化物Sm~8S~10的结构研究

标题化合物系采用固本法合成得到,化学式为Sm~8Se~10,四方晶系,I4~1/a空间群系,晶胞参数:结构精修收敛后一致性因子R=0.071,R~W=0.067.化合物中稀土钐的配位多面体系由畸变三方柱演化而来,八个Sm原子构成类S~4N~4的笼状八元环,这些八元环沿晶轴C方向呈现出规整的排列结构.结构数据分析和电阻率测量表明Sm~8Se~10具有价态涨落现象,是量个混合价化合物.     

[COH(NH2)2]2[Cu(pic)2(ClO4)2]的合成与晶体结构

The title compound was synthesized by reaction of Cu(ClO₄)₂， picolinic acid and carbamide in C₂H₅OH/CH₃CN solution， and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system， space group Pbca with a=14.0481(8)， b=9.0130(5)， c=18.626(1)?， V=2358.3(2)?³， Z=4， D_x=1.771g·cm^-3， μ=1.235mm^-1 and F(000)=1276. The final R factor is 0.0440 for 1434 observed reflections. The X-ray analysis revealed that the copper(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two picolinic ligands in the equatorial plane， while the two oxygen atoms of perchlorate occupy the axial positions of octahedron with lengthened Cu-O distances， resulting in a 4+2 elongated octahedral environment. In the compound， there also exist two protonated carbamide cations for charge balance. CCDC： 195354.

采用高温固相反应和化学气相传输法合成三硒化二铒。晶体属于四方晶系，Ｍ_ｒ＝５７１．４０，空间群为Ｐ４／ｎｍｍ，ａ＝３．９８４（１），ｃ＝８．２２８（３），Ｖ＝１３０．５９（７），Ｚ＝１，Ｄ_ｃ＝７，２７ｇ／ｃｍ￣３，Ｆ（０００）＝２３８，μ（ＭｏＫα）＝５２８．８６ｃｍ￣（－１），对于１８７个Ｉ≥３σ（Ｉ）的独立衍射点，最后偏离因子Ｒ＝０．０６６，Ｒ_ｗ＝０．０７８。化合物Ｅｒ_２Ｓｅ_３的晶体结构是由Ｅｒ配位多面体的双层状结构通过共用Ｓｅ（２）原子，沿ｃ轴方向堆积而形成的三维结构。     

Crystal Structure and Photoluminescence of a New Cadmium Complex with 6,7-Dicyanodipyridoquinoxalin

The reaction of CdCl2 with 6,7-dicyanodipyridoquinoxaline (DICNQ) by solvothermal reaction gives rise to a coordination polymer [CdCl2(DICNQ)]n 1. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the compound in space group Pbcn creates 1-D chloro-bridging chains. Crystal data for 1: a = 6.756(1), b = 35.371(6), c = 7.027(1) , V = 1679.1(5) 3, Z = 4.00, C16H6CdCl2N6, Mr = 465.57, Dc = 1.842 g/cm3, μ = 1.630 mm-1, F(000) = 904, S = 1.005 and T = 293(2) K. The final R = 0.0376 and wR = 0.1029 for 1291 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I), and R = 0.0499 and wR = 0.1125 for all data. The 1-D chloro-bridging chains are parallel-stacked in the a and b directions, and further stabilized through π-stacking interactions, hydrogen-bonding interactions and C≡N···π interactions to generate a 3-D structure. Compound 1 displays intense bluish-green photoluminescence from the intraligand charge-transfer of the DICNQ ligand and the Cl--to-DICNQ charge-transfer mechanism which is probed by the density of states (DOS) calculations.

本文讨论了等瓣相似原理的推广并应用于混合金属原子簇化合物的合成。特别是把等瓣相似概念作进一步地推广, 即满足于9n-l规则的金属簇合物等瓣相似于满足4n-1规则的碳烷, 因此等瓣相似概念以及它的推广在碎片法合成金属簇合物的研究中是十分有用的。
