基于动态建构化学的自愈合水凝胶及其在生物医学领域的应用展望

自愈合水凝胶与传统水凝胶相比,经受力破坏后仍可恢复其结构和功能,具有自我修复损伤的特点,是近年来备受关注的一种智能软材料.动态建构化学概念的引入,极大地促进了多响应性动态自愈合水凝胶的发展.本文综述了近年来基于动态建构化学合成自愈合水凝胶的方法,包括多重氢键作用、疏水相互作用、亚胺键、酰腙键等,并分析探讨了影响凝胶自愈合性能的因素及其在生物医学领域的潜在应用,还对其未来的发展进行了展望.     

流动注射阻抑化学发光法测定环境水中的酚

A new flow injection chemiluminesenet method was presented for the determination of phenol based on the inhibition effect of trace phenol on the chemiluminescence reaction between luminol and N-chlorosuccinimide system.The linear range for the determination of phenol is 1.5×10~(-5)~3.5×10~(-4)mg/mL,the detection limit is 2.36×10~(-6)mg/mL.This method has been used for the determination of phenol in water samples with satisfactory results.The mechanism of the inhibitory reaction was also discussed.     

Signature splitting in 129Ce

The high spin states of ¹²⁹Ce have been populated via heavy-ion fusion evaporation reaction ⁹⁶Mo (³⁷Cl, 1p3n) ¹²⁹Ce. The γ-γ coincidence and intensity balance used to measure the B(M1; I→I-1)/B(E2; I→I-2) (the probability ratio of the dipole and quadrupole transition) in ν7/2[523] rotational band of ¹²⁹Ce. And the energy splitting (Δe′) has been got through the experimental Routhians. The lifetimes and quadrupole moments Q_t have been extracted from the lineshape analyses using DSAM. The deformation of the ν7/2[523] rotational band of ¹²⁹Ce was extracted from the Q_t and moment of inertia J_RR.     

量子点标记链霉亲和素荧光免疫分析测定雌三醇

以生物素化羊抗兔免疫球蛋白和量子点标记链霉亲和素为荧光探针,采用竞争免疫分析模式,建立了一种灵敏度高、选择性好的检测雌三醇的荧光免疫分析方法.对几种测量参数如温育时间和温度、缓冲溶液pH、试剂浓度等进行了优化;方法的线性范围为0.01～1000ng/mL,检出限0.0029 ng/mL,血清样品加标回收率在91%～117%之间.     

Structure of high spin states in 112In

The high spin states of ¹¹²In have been populated via the ¹¹⁰Pd(⁷Li,5n)¹¹²In reaction with a beam energy of 50 MeV. By analyzing the γ-γ coincidence relations and DCO ratios of γ transitions,A new level scheme of ¹¹²In including seventy-four new gamma transitions and six new bands up to the excitation energy of 6.8 MeV has been presented.     

PVP/PVA半互穿网络材料的制备及其性能研究

以N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为单体、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂、过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,在聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶液中原位聚合制备了半互穿网络结构(semi-IPN)的复合聚合物,并用红外光谱、表面接触角、吸水率以及拉力测试对材料的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明：所制备的材料具有温敏特性,当交联剂用量达到一定值时,semi-IPN膜的伸长率和弹性模量都存在一个最大值;增加PVA的用量,semi-IPN膜的表面接触角减小,伸长率和弹性模量则增加明显。     

北京自由电子激光器外注入实验系统设计研究

北京自由电子激光器(BFEL)是一台工作于中红外区Compton型FEL振荡器。本文结合BFEL装置,设计了一套完整的激光外注入光路,利用声光调QCO_2激光器产生的10.6μm激光做激励源注入到BFEL光腔中,以缩短振荡建立时间,提高BFEL输出能量,改善输出激光的相干性。模拟计算结果是:当BFEL光腔中的外注入光强为自发辐射强度的10~5倍时,可使饱和振荡建立时间缩短35％,输出能量提高2倍。     

北京自由电子激光装置的红外激光振荡实验

本文阐述了北京自由电子激光装置所采取的优化电子束质量等措施以满足出光条件,和利用这台装置相继观察到了自发辐射、储存自发辐射和受激辐射的情况.测定的受激辐射讯号的强度、光谱、失谐曲线和波长移动均证明其为红外自由电子激光振荡讯号.     

155Tm核的能级结构

通过重离子熔合蒸发反应¹⁴²Nd(¹⁹F, 6n)¹⁵⁵Tm来布居¹⁵⁵Tm核的高自旋态. 发现了一些新的γ跃迁, 经过γ-γ符合分析, 建立了新的能级纲图. 利用系统学比较对新建立的¹⁵⁵Tm能级进行了讨论.     

High spin band structure in 139Nd

High-spin states in ¹³⁹Nd nucleus have been reinvestigated with the reaction ¹²⁸Te (¹⁶O, 5n) at a beam energy of 90 MeV. The level scheme has been expanded with spin up to 47/2 h. At the low spin states, the yrast collective structure built on the νh_{11 / 2}^－1 multiplet shows a transitional shape with γ≈32° according to calculations of the triaxial rotor-plus-particle model. Three collective oblate bands with γ~－60° at the high spin states were identified for the first time. A band crossing is observed around hω~0.4 MeV in one oblate band based on the 25/2^－ level.
