湖北省高技术产业发展与产业升级的关联分析

从规模、利润、行业构成和技术创新能力4个方面,分析了湖北省高技术产业的现状,运用灰色关联模型,计算出湖北省高技术产业发展与产业升级之间的灰色关联系数,在系统分析湖北省高技术产业发展与产业升级之间的关联效应的基础上,提出了湖北省产业升级的相关建议。     

高速突发模式光接收机性能分析

针对无源光网络(PON)中上行突发信号的特点,从误码率、信噪比和信道利用率3个方面对直流耦合突发模式光接收机和交流耦合突发模式光接收机的性能作了对比分析.并给出了改善突发光接收机信噪比和信道利用率的实现方案,对高速突发接收方案的设计有较好的指导意义.     

磁悬浮转子系统中柔性转子建模与联合仿真

为了更准确反映磁悬浮转子系统中转子的运行状态,建立了磁悬浮转子系统机电模型,采用虚拟样机技术,提出并建立了柔性磁悬浮转子系统的联合仿真模型;利用SolidWorks建立了系统的三维CAD实体模型,用ANSYS进行有限元分析并生成模态中性文件,用Matlab建立控制系统模型,采用基于接口的方法在ADAMS与Matlab仿真环境下,建立了涉及多学科多领域的磁悬浮柔性转子系统的协同仿真模型,为磁悬浮柔性转子系统的研究和设计提供了一个有效的方法。

The Phase Transformation of R_2O-CaO-SiO_2-F Glass-ceramics

The phase transformation of R2O-CaO-SiO2-F system glass-ceramics with various additions of K2O and F was investigated by DTA, XRD, SEM and other techniques. The crystallization and the microstructure of the obtained glass-ceramics were also evaluated. The phase separation occurred in CN1 specimen after being quenched in water, but phase separation did not appear in other quenched specimens with the content of K2O and F increasing obviously, showing K2O and F modified the structure of the glass-forming melts...     

镍基单晶合金枝晶典型区域相成分最优化测算法

建立了用于测算镍基单晶高温合金枝晶典型区域相成分的最优化数学模型.根据电子探针对枝晶典型区域成分的测定结果,运用BFGS拟Newton法及CONSTR约束优化算法,可以计算枝晶各典型区域中γ和γ＇相成分.以镍基单晶合金CMSX-2和CMSX-4为对象,对优化测算结果进行了分析,证实了该方法的可行性.     

表面处理对球墨铸铁接触疲劳性能的影响

本文研究了激光微熔处理和高频感应加热淬火对球墨铸铁表面组织、接触疲劳强度和接触疲劳破坏过程的影响。结果表明,激光处理和高频淬火均可提高球铁的接触疲劳强度,但其接触疲劳破坏过程和形式却不同,前者是由于硬化层与基体间裂纹扩展造成大块深层剥落,后者则是表层裂纹在油楔作用下造成小块浅层脱落。     

IMPROVEMENT ON FATIGUE LIFE OF ALLOY LY12CZ AFTER LASER RADIATION AND ITS DAMAGE EVOLUTION

The change of microstructure of fatigue specimens before and after laser radiation was studiedby transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the diameter of dislocation cell λtends to a constant at fatigue failure.Based on the principles of continuous damagemechanics,expressions of the fatigue damage criterion and processes of fatigue damage evolu-tion for L Y12CZ have been derived.     

基于模糊逻辑的电阻点焊恒流控制系统

研制了用于电阻点焊的模糊控制系统。本系统以Inte180C196KC单片机为工具，采用了模糊控制的算法，能够补偿各种干扰对焊接过程中电流的影响，使其保持恒定，从而保证了点焊的焊接质量。模糊控制器以焊接过程中焊接电流输入值和输出值的偏差及偏差变化率为输入，以焊接主回路中晶闸管调整角为输出。结果表明，该系统性能稳定，与常规的PID控制相比，性能优越，能有效地保证焊接过程中的电流恒定，从而保证了焊接质量。
