东方红浆砌石重力坝扬压力安全评价

东方红水库大坝是一座运行近40a的浆砌石重力坝，坝体裂缝、坝体渗漏及坝体碳化严重，扬压力有逐年增高的趋势。本文利用坝基扬压力测压管水位观测资料建立了测压管水位的统计模型，并结合现场渗漏实测流量资料建立了渗流反分析模型，详细分析了坝基的渗流性态和扬压力状态，并对其渗流性态做出安全评价。     

Sol-gel Preparation and Preliminary in vitro Evaluation of Fluorapatite／Hydroxyapatite Solid Solution Films

Fluorapatite/hydroxyapatite solid solution has better biological properties than other apatites, especially used as films or coatings. In this work, sol-gel preparation and in vitro behavior of fluorapatite/hydroxyapatite solid solution films on titanium alloy were investigated. Ca(NO3)2-4H20 and PO(OH)x(OEt)3-x were selected as precursors, and hexafluorophosphoric acid (HPFo) was used as a fluorine containing reagent. The Ca and P precursors were mixed with HPFo to keep the Ca/P molar ratio 1.67. The mixtures refluxed for 12 h were used as dipping sols for the preparation of the films. The phase of the films obtained at 600℃ was apatite. The F contents in the films increased with the concentrations of HPF6 in the dipping sols. The solid solution films were shown to have better stability than hydroxyapatite films, and a reasonably good bioactivity in the in vitro evaluation.     

Robust Space Time Receiver for CDMA-based Antenna Arrays

In this paper, we propose a new robust code division multiple access (CDMA) receiver of which weight vector is obtained by projecting the effective spatio-temporal signature waveform onto the signal subspace of the data covariance matrix. We verified our proposed algorithm by the field measured data obtained with a custom-built wideband CDMA test-bed. It will be shown that the proposed algorithm is robust to the signal mismatch.     

Considerations for polarization insensitive optical switching and modulation using strained InGaAs/InAlAs quantum well structure

It is shown that In/sub 1-x/Ga/sub x/As/In/sub 0.52/Al/sub 0.48/As MQW structures with the wells under tensile strain obtained by the appropriate selection of the Ga mole fraction and well size can achieve polarization-insensitive optical switching and modulation for a wide range of wavelengths between 1.0 and 1.6 mu m. For example, a change in refractive index of -0.5% at about 1.55 mu m will facilitate an intersectional angle of more than 10 degrees in a total internal reflection switch which can be readily fabricated. Hence, this material system is promising for long-wavelength polarization-insensitive semiconductor optoelectronic devices.<>     

浅谈引进采掘设备应考虑的几个问题

引进采掘设备是个复杂的工作，它不但牵涉到采矿能力的提高，同时也要考虑相应工艺的配套和设备管理所带来的问题，因此，引进采掘设备必须系统研究。     

氧化铝生产管道结疤密度测量方案的讨论

从理论上分析氧化铝生产过程中管道结疤对密度测量的影响，提出利用补偿技术解决结疤对密度测量影响的方案。     

空心微珠改性硬质聚氯乙烯复合材料的应用研究

经过改性的超细空心微珠可以作为填料加入到硬质聚氯乙烯（PVC－U）树脂中，同时改善PVC树脂的流变性、冲击性能和刚性等性能。研究结果表明，超细空心微珠加入到硬质PVC管材中，可以明显改善PVC硬管的加工流动性能，显著缩短塑化时间，降低最大扭矩。而超细空民微珠加入到硬质PVC板材时，可以提高PVC硬板的冲击性能，减小制品的收缩率，赋予PVC硬板优异的耐腐蚀性能，且产品的各项性能均符合PVC板材国家标准GB／T4454－96。     

纳米β-Ni(OH)2与球型Ni(OH)2的热性能比较研究

用配位沉淀法合成出纳米级Ni（OH）2，并对其进行XRD，TEM，DSC分析，分析结果表明，所得纳米β-Ni（OH）2为可用作电极材料的β-Ni（OH）2，粒径为30－40nm，且热分解温度比普通球镍低10℃左右，摩尔分解热比普通球镍低4－7kJ，从理论上分析了产生此现象的原因。     

采用活性非均匀分布催化剂中变反应器的模拟计算

模拟计算表明:采用活性趋于表层的分布,可以较明显地提高国产中温变换催化剂的内表面利用率,有效地节省催化剂用量,而对“热点”温度没有多大影响。     

Theoretical foundation of the 80/20 rule

A rigorous analysis of the 80/20 rule is made using an index for the observed values of the variables. Three important findings are identified. First, a sufficient condition is provided for Burrell's inverse relationship between minimum holdings and average circulation rate. Second, an indexed version of Lotka's law is used to derive a sufficient condition for Egghe's finding on the 80/20 rule. Third, through the computer simulations of the Simon-Yule model of Lotka's law, we identify the entry rate of new holdings as well as the number of circulations when the entry rate is a decreasing function to be crucial factors for the pattern of the 80/20-type curve.
