Effects of CeF3 on properties of self-shielded flux cored wire

0 IntroductionSelf-shielded flux cored wire is a newly developedwelding material used without gas protection. Investigation on gradient material fabrication with electron beam melting based on scanning track control

A new electron beam control system was developed in a general vacuum electron beam machine by assembling with industrial control computer, programmable logic control （PLC）, deflection coil, data acquisition card, power amplifier, etc. In this control system, scanning track and energy distribution of electron beam could be edited off-line, real-time adjusted and controlled on-line. Ti-Mo gradient material （GM） with high temperature resistant was fabricated using the technology of electron beam melting. The melting processes include three steps, such as preheating, melting, and homogenizing. The results show that the GM prepared by melting technology has fine appearance, and it has good integrated interface with the Ti alloy. Mo and Ti elements are gradually distributed in the inter.face of the gradient material. The microstructure close to the Ti alloy base metal is α ＋ β basket-waver grain, and the microstructure close to the GM is a single phase of β solid solution.     

取代水杨醛Schiff碱金属配合物催化氧化脱硫性能

以水杨醛类Schiff碱为配体,与Co(NO_3)_2、Cu(NO_3)_2反应合成6种Salen(M)型配合物Ⅰ～Ⅵ。以1-己硫醇、二丁基硫醚和2-甲基噻吩为模型化合物配制模拟油体系,考察了配合物Ⅰ～Ⅵ的催化氧化脱硫性能,并分析了配合物结构与氧化脱硫性能的关系。结果表明,6种配合物在75 min时的总脱硫效果为Ⅵ>Ⅴ>Ⅳ>Ⅰ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ,Ⅵ的总脱硫率为31.9%。对1-己硫醇及二丁基硫醚脱除效果最佳的是Ⅴ,脱除率分别为74.2%和65.1%;对2-甲基噻吩脱除效果最好的是Ⅰ,脱除率为26.8%。构效关系研究表明,中心金属离子与O_2的配位能力越强,配体的共轭体系越大、电子云密度越高,配合物的脱硫性能越好;通过IR和离子色谱对单一硫化物模拟油体系氧化前后的产物进行分析发现,硫化物氧化后皆生成相应的砜类或亚砜类,且1-己硫醇和二丁基硫醚被进一步氧化生成SO_3~(2–)或SO_4~(2–)。     

D-HPG废水的预处理

D-对羟基苯甘氨酸制药废水 COD高 ,成分复杂。采用 Fe粉及 Fenton试剂预处理 ,COD总去除率高达98%以上。小试确定了 Fe粉加入量为 14 0 g/ L、曝气时间为 7h、Fenton法预处理 D- HPG废水的最佳反应条件 :H2 O2 质量浓度为 2 1.5 g/ L,Fe SO4 质量浓度为 3.8g/ L,氧化时间为 4 h,p H为 5     

Unique Dielectric Behavior of 0.6Pb(Ni1/2W1/2)O3·0.4PbTiO3 Derived from Mechanical Activation

0.6Pb(Ni_1/2W_1/2)O₃·0.4PbTiO₃(0.6PNW·0.4PT) of complex perovskite structure is successfully synthesized by mechanical activation of mixed oxide composition, followed by sintering at 950°C. It exhibits a considerably stable temperature dependence of dielectric constant over the wide temperature range of −120° to 20°C, although there occurs a dielectric peak at around 74°C. Raman spectroscopic studies show the coexistence of tetragonal and pseudocubic perovskite phases on sintering at 950°C, which are attributed to the inhomogeneous distribution of PbTiO₃ arising from mechanical activation. The dielectric behavior can be fine tuned by thermal annealing at 750°C, leading to phase redistribution in PNW-PT.     

Continuous emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate. II Operation in a single Couette–Taylor vortex flow reactor using sodium lauryl sulfate as emulsifier

Continuous emulsion polymerizations of vinyl acetate were conducted at 50°C in a single continuous Couette–Taylor vortex flow reactor (CCTVFR) using sodium lauryl sulfate as emulsifier and potassium persulfate as initiator. The polymerization can be carried out very smoothly and stably, but the steady‐state monomer conversion attained in a CCTVFR is not as high as that in a plug flow reactor (PFR), but only slightly higher than that in a continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR), even if the Taylor number is adjusted to an optimum value. Also, the effects of operating variables, such as the emulsifier, initiator, and monomer concentrations in the feed and the mean residence time on the kinetic behaviors were almost the same as those observed in a CSTR. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 我国富含柠檬醛的山苍子油资源丰富 ,每年出口约 2 0 0 0t,在世界香料市场占有特殊的地位。为了改变该资源低值单调的利用途径 ,系统地总结和评述了山苍子油半合成高档香料———鸢尾酮以及多方面综合利用的研究进展 ,阐明了将我国天然柠檬醛的资源优势转化为可持续发展的经济优势的重要意义 ,提出了以栽培种植为基础、以半合成鸢尾酮系列香料为主导、以环境友好和高效综合利用为目的的产业化模式

对苯二胺生产工艺条件的研究

对以铁 盐酸为还原体系 ,由对硝基苯胺制取对苯二胺的工艺条件进行了研究 ,研究了各种工艺条件如反应的配料、pH、温度、升华条件等对产率和产品质量的影响 ,获得了最佳的合成工艺。实验表明 :还原反应的反应温度在 95℃～ 10 5℃、pH为 3～ 4时 ,产率在 70 %以上 ;减压升华时油浴温度在 2 4 0℃ ,真空度为0 0 5MPa ,升华气相温度为 5 5℃～ 6 5℃时 ,产品的质量和白度达标
