Magnetic anisotropy manipulation and interfacial coupling in Sm3Fe5O12 films and CoFe/Sm3Fe5O12 heterostructures 下载免费PDF全文
The magnetic anisotropy manipulation in the Sm3Fe5O12 (SmIG) films and its effect on the interfacial spin coupling in the CoFe/SmIG heterostructures were studied carefully. By switching the orientation of the Gd3Ga5O12 substrates from (111) to (001), the magnetic anisotropy of obtained SmIG films shifts from in-plane to out-of-plane. Similar results can also be obtained in the films on Gd3Sc2Ga3O12 substrates, which identifies the universality of such orientation-induced magnetic anisotropy switching. Additionally, the interfacial spin coupling and magnetic anisotropy switching effect on the spin wave in CoFe/SmIG magnetic heterojunctions have also been explored by utilizing the time-resolved magneto-optical Kerr effect technique. It is intriguing to find that both the frequency and effective damping factor of spin precession in CoFe/SmIG heterojunctions can be manipulated by the magnetic anisotropy switching of SmIG films. These findings not only provide a route for the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy acquisition but also give a further path for spin manipulation in magnetic films and heterojunctions. 相似文献

High-Power Continuous-Wave Diode-End-Pumped Intracavity Frequency Doubled Nd:YVO4 Laser at 671 nm with a Compact Three-Element Cavity 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2 下载免费PDF全文
We report a high-power high-efficient continuous-wave (cw) diode-end-pumped Nd:YVO4 1342-nm laser with a short plane-parallel cavity and an efficient cw intracavity frequency-doubled red laser at 671 nm with a compact three-element cavity. At incident pump power of 20.6 W, a maximum output power of 7 W at 1342 nm is obtained with a slope effciency of 37.3%. By inserting a type-Ⅰ critical phase-matched LBO crystal as intracavity frequencydoubler, a cw red output as much as 2.85-W is achieved with an incident pump power of 16.9 W, inducing an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 16.9%. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest output of diodepumped solid-state Nd:YVO4 red laser. During half an hour, the red output is very stable, and the instability of output power is less than 1%. 相似文献

High-quality epitaxial LaRhO_3(LRO) thin films on SrTiO_3(110) single-crystalline substrates are fabricated by pulsed laser deposition and their photoconductivity properties are studied. The transient photoconductivity(TPC) effect is found in this semiconductor LRO film at room temperature. The magnitude of TPC increases almost linearly with the laser power intensities and the photon energies in visible light range. Moreover, the difference in the TPC results under two airflow conditions confirms that both intrinsic photoinduced carrier accumulation and extrinsic photoinduced heating effects contribute to the magnitude of TPC effect. 相似文献

以废弃的虾壳为原料制备壳聚糖,以壳聚糖为壳、磁性Fe_3O_4为核、液体石蜡为分散剂、T-80为乳化剂、戊二醛为交联剂制备了纳米Fe_3O_4@壳聚糖材料。利用扫描电镜、热重分析仪、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪对其进行了表征。结果显示,纳米Fe_3O_4@壳聚糖材料为表面光滑的球形结构,直径约75.82nm,壳聚糖和Fe_3O_4的质量比为2∶1。吸附动力学实验研究表明,纳米Fe_3O_4@壳聚糖材料对Cu~(2+)吸附符合准二级动力学,以化学吸附为主,平衡吸附容量为17.32mg/g。吸附等温线实验研究表明,吸附符合Freundlic模型,纳米Fe_3O_4@壳聚糖材料与Cu~(2+)之间的交互作用强烈,最大吸附容量为213.68mg/g。 相似文献

利用自研的磁场下太赫兹时域光谱(terahertz time-domain spectroscopy,THz-TDS),系统研究了磁场与非磁性Y3+离子掺杂对HoFeO3单晶中自旋态以及自旋重取向的影响.结果表明Y3+掺杂可以在不改变自旋重取向类型情况下,有效降低自旋重取向温区,而且还能降低Ho1-xYxFeO3单晶中低温区准铁磁模式(q-FM,quasi-ferromagnetic mode)自旋共振频率以及提升高温区的准反铁磁模式(q-AFM,quasi-antiferromagnetic mode)自旋共振频率.在沿(110)方向施加外加磁场(JIDC)的情况下,一方面,发现磁场不仅能有效调控Ho1-xYxFeO3单晶中的q-FM共振频率,而且还能诱导出自旋重取向;另一方面,发现温度越接近自旋重取向温区时,磁诱导自旋重取向的发生越容易,而且磁诱导效应的临界磁场强度随Y3+ 相似文献

本文根据制备双面电极所要的温度场流场需求,设计了一个悬挂式的沉积平台,以满足工业级金刚石电极的制备需要.利用B2H6气体掺杂的方法制备不同掺杂浓度的金刚石电极,用SEM、Raman、四探针电阻仪对掺杂金刚石膜进行了分析,同时对制成的电极做了电化学性能的测试.结果表明,在设计的平台上可以制备出高质量的金刚石薄膜,B掺杂对金刚石膜的成分结构影响比较大,随着掺杂浓度的提高,晶粒细化明显,掺杂浓度过高薄膜质量下降.电化学性能的检测表明,气体掺杂的效率比较明显,在2000 ~4000 ppm较低浓度下,电极已经表现出良好的电化学性能. 相似文献
