Further study on the vascular basis for the reimplantation of the hand amputated through the palm 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Summary Based on the anatomic data obtained from earlier studies on the vascular anatomy of the hand, the vascular architecture in the palm of the hand was studied on 60 sides of unembalmed adult upper extremities. Each palm was divided into 64 squares by 8 sagittal and 8 transverse sections. The vascular architecture in these squares and the arterial relations between them were observed and measured by angiography, operative microscopic dissection and computerised three-dimensional reconstruction. According to the pattern of the blood-vessels, the amputated palms can be classified into 4 types. The anatomic basis for the vascular anastomosis in each type is defined. There are three key-areas for the blood-supply of the palm and their significance is discussed. Apart from the 4 types of transversely amputated palms, the repair programe of the blood-vessles in 4 types of common obliquely amputated palms are also discussed.
Etude complémentaire de l'anatomie vasculaire de la main pour la réimplantation des amputations transpalmaires
Résumé Sur la base de données anatomiques obtenues lors de précédents travaux sur l'anatomie vasculaire de la main, l'architecture vasculaire palmaire a été étudiée sur 60 extrémités supérieures de cadavres d'adultes, non embaumés. Chaque paume a été divisée en 64 carrés par 8 sections sagittales et 8 sections transversales. L'architecture vasculaire à l'intérieur des carrés et les relations artérielles entre eux ont été étudiées et mesurées par angiographie, dissection au microscope opérateur et reconstruction computérisée en 3D. Les paumes amputées ont été regroupées en 4 types d'après la distribution des vaisseaux sanguins. Les données anatomiques concernant les anastomoses vasculaires sont précisées. Il existe trois zones clés pour l'irrigation de la paume. Leur importance quant à l'irrigation de la main est exposée. Outre la division des paumes amputées transversalement en 4 types, le programme de réparation de vaisseaux dans les 4 types d'amputations obliques communes de la paume et aussi discuté.相似文献

We studied the effect of culturing conditions on the fate of human neural stem cells after transplantation into rat brain. Human neural stem cells cultured in the presence of mitogens without LIF migrated along the ependyma and cerebral vessels of recipients, but to a great extent degenerated by the 20th day after transplantation. The effects of Xe on cell viability and redox balance in the culture of Wistar rat thymocytes were studied in vitro during 24-h storage under hypothermic conditions. The results indicate that after bubbling of cell suspensions (5×106 cell/ml, 4 ml medium), the weight of Xe in flasks was 15–43 mg, whereas in cell-free medium no weight increment due to gas
accumulation in the system was detected. The content of Xe in cell suspension slightly decreased over 24-h culturing at ambient
temperature (by 10% of initial level). Xenon significantly improved cell survival during thermal exposure of all modes. The
maximum cytoprotective effect of Xe was observed under rigorous thermal conditions associated with significant cell death
without chemical protectors (3°C, −35°C). The effect of Xe was less pronounced at mild temperatures (23–37°C) or in the presence
of chemical protectors (−35°C with dimethylsulfoxide). The mechanisms of the effect of the inert gas are determined by its
antioxidant or prooxidant action. The capacity of Xe to improve cell survival under hypothermic conditions can be used for
the development of new methods for transportation and storage of cell material.

We studied the effects of trophoblastin and polydeoxyribonucleotide on the morphology and functional characteristics of fibroblasts
in the culture of skin cells. Positive effects of trophoblastin and polydeoxyribonucleotide on fibroblast growth and survival
during culturing were demonstrated. Trophoblastin exhibited similar effects on cells of early and late passages. Polydeoxyribonucleotide
exhibited a more pronounced effect on cells of late passages, whose growth activity decreased with age. Being a multicomponent
preparation, trophoblastin stimulated processes leading to positive dynamic of cell development and vital activity. Polydeoxyribonucleotide
had a favorable impact on functioning of basal cell structures at the level of cell nucleus and maintained high level of cells
with complete DNA set.

Matrix metalloproteinases belong to the key molecules of tissue remodeling involved in physiological and pathological processes
of the female reproductive system. Adequate levels of their expression in the endometrium are essential for effective implantation
and uneventful pregnancy. Chronic inflammatory process in the endometrium is associated with low tissue expression of metalloproteinase-9.
Histologically verified chronic endometritis is associated with low serum activities of metalloproteinases 2 and 9, which
are restored after combined etiotropic therapy. We measured serum levels of metalloproteinases in patients with chronic endometritis
concomitant with sterility and its changes during the first days after magnetotherapy.
