FT轻质隔墙板是以水泥、膨胀珍珠岩、炉渣和粉煤灰等为主要原料,并掺入一定数量的添加剂,经机械挤压成型而得。其中炉渣和粉煤灰取自阳泉地区电厂。由于废渣利用量大,减少了环境污染,每生产1万m^2 FT轻质隔墙板,可节约耕地20余亩。与粘土实心砖相比,使用FT轻质隔墙板施工砌筑速度可提高5倍以上,墙体自重减轻约1/3,使用面积增加3%~5%,社会、经济效益明显。  相似文献

本文探究了复配粒径炉渣对轻质隔墙板材料性能的影响,结果表明:复配质量分数为10%的5~10mm粗炉渣颗粒制备轻质墙体材料,其抗压强度和抗弯荷载会随着原炉渣粒径的减少而增加,且其抗弯荷载均能达到自身重量的1.2倍以上;5~10mm的粗颗粒炉渣的加入能够一定程度的改善轻质墙体材料的吸水和释水能力,使得轻质墙体材料具有更好的调湿效果;采用5~10mm粗颗粒炉渣复配制备轻质隔墙板,能简化企业对原炉渣的破碎处理工艺,降低生产成本。  相似文献

本文介绍一种用碎粘土砖代替常用的炉渣灰作为平房灰打顶骨料的屋面材料及操作方法。碎砖轻质混凝土屋面有以下几个优点:(1)碎砖价廉,可降低造价,(2)它不含矿渣灰中常有的硫铁质,低钙质干碴等成分,灰顶不会产生膨胀现象,(3)抗压强度比炉渣灰屋面的大,(4)操作比较简单,节约人工。但是保温性能比炉渣灰轻质混凝土差。76年唐山大地震时,全村所有的炉渣灰屋面都发生了程度不同的裂毁现象,唯独碎砖轻质混凝土屋面丝毫未裂,完好如初。  相似文献

This paper presents investigation conducted in Thailand on the development of coconut coir-based lightweight cement boards (CCB). These boards were made from coconut coir, cement and water. They are intended to be used as building components for energy conservation. The investigations focused on parameters, mainly, fiber length, coir pretreatment and mixture ratio that affect the properties of boards. The physical, mechanical and thermal properties of the specimens were determined after 28 days of hydration. Results of this study indicated that the best pretreatment of coir fibers was to boil and wash them as it can enhance some of the mechanical properties of coir fiber. The optimum fiber length was 1–6 cm fraction, and optimum (cement:fiber:water) mixture ratio by weight was 2:1:2. The produced CCBs satisfied most recommended mechanical standards.In addition, investigation on thermal property of specimens revealed that coconut coir-based lightweight cement board has lower thermal conductivity than commercial flake board composite. That is an important feature to promote the use of CCB’s as energy saving material in buildings.  相似文献

针对煤气发生炉排放的煤渣用于烧制水泥熟料和作为混合材再利用进行了较系统的研究,结果表明:用煤渣代替50%~70%的黏土配料制成的水泥,与传统全黏土配料制成的水泥相比较,其各龄期的强度基本相当,且能节约部分燃料;用该水泥熟料,再以煤渣作为混合材磨制成水泥,各项指标均达到了国家标准要求。  相似文献

Recently worldwide cold formed steel buildings are recognized as viable alternatives to reinforced concrete buildings especially in seismic areas. This is because they are lightweight (easy to handle), fast constructed, energy efficient (green houses), economical, dimensionally stable and they do not need skilled worker. Under vertical loading the design principles of these buildings are well established and codified, however, under lateral loadings such as wind and earthquake loads efficiently design is needed. In this paper a new sheathing technique uses shotcreted ribbed steel sheets is proposed to improve the stability and increase the lateral load carrying capacities of the CFS walls in order to withstand earthquake and wind loads safely. The idea is to sheath the outer side of CFS structure external walls with thin ribbed steel sheets, then shotcreted the sheets with cement or gypsum mortars. To test the concept full size wall specimens were prepared in the laboratory and tested under monotonic vertical and lateral loads. Some of the specimens were sheathed with the traditional fiber cement boards or gypsum boards with mat reinforcement, while the others were sheathed with the proposed technique. Test results indicates that the lateral load carrying capacities of the walls sheathed with the proposed technique increases by about two times compared with the walls sheathed with traditional boards. And under ultimate loads they fail in local failure modes rather than overall buckling failure modes which commonly occur in the walls sheathed with traditional boards.  相似文献

蒸压轻质加气混凝土(ALC)拼合墙板由成品单板通过板间灌浆拼接,并以特定的连接工法(构造)和钢结构连成整体,其面内剪切性能不同于整面成型板材。遵循单板拼合界面连接、墙板、墙板与钢结构协同工作递进的试验研究方法,进行了4个界面纯剪试验、6个拼合墙板面内单调剪切试验以及1个墙板和钢框架协同工作的单调和反复加载试验。试验结果表明:影响墙板自身剪切性能的主要因素为拼合界面的粘结性能、连接工法的钩头螺栓布置方式、墙板和灌浆的材性;协同工作时具有代表性的底层墙板侧向刚度贡献率为21.6%;试验全程钩头螺栓连接完好。对各阶段试验进行了接触有限元数值分析,用接触法向刚度因子FKN模拟拼合界面粘结程度,结果和试验吻合较好。  相似文献

This paper presents a non-contact ultrasonic method using Lamb waves, for the automatic quality control of cellulose fibre cement boards during their production. The causes of typical material imperfections: delamination, cracks, material heterogeneity and areas of excessive moisture content, disqualifying such boards from sale, are described. Tests were carried out using an ultrasound scanner specially constructed to identify the imperfections. The Lamb wave amplitude-signal registration position characteristics were determined and the defective areas were identified on their basis. Also the influence of board moisture content on ultrasonic test results was taken into account. The moisture content in the boards was measured in all the stages of their production and maps showing the distribution of average mass moisture content in the finished cellulose fibre cement boards were plotted. The studies have shown the non-contact ultrasound method based on Lamb waves to be a suitable tool for the testing of all the boards being in production without halting the latter.  相似文献
