异氰酸苯酯和N-[2-(4, 6-二甲基)-嘧啶基]-羟胺(5)反应生成1-[2-(4, 6-二甲基)-嘧啶基]-1-羟基-3-苯基脲(6)。化合物(6)在三乙胺存在下和氯甲酸乙酯反应生成2-[2-(4, 6-二甲基)-嘧啶基]-4-苯基-1, 2, 4-恶二唑烷-3, 5-二酮(1)。  相似文献

以4,6-二甲基-2-巯基嘧啶、3-溴丙炔和取代苯甲醛为原料,经过亲核取代和加成反应,以42~78%的分离收率得到了11个4-((4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)硫代)-1-(取代苯基)-2-丁炔基乙酸酯衍生物3(a-k)。在金属镍的催化下,4-((4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)硫代)-1-(取代苯基)-2-丁炔基乙酸酯衍生物(3)与三甲基铝发生S_N2’取代反应合成了11个含有4,6-二甲基-2-巯基嘧啶结构的联烯衍生物4(a-k)。探讨了各种反应条件对目标产物收率的影响,并且对这些条件进行了优化。结果表明,在60℃,四氢呋喃作溶剂,碳酸钾作碱,用2mol%NiCl_2/4mol%PPh_3催化三甲基铝试剂与4-((4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)硫代)-1-(取代苯基)-2-丁炔基乙酸酯衍生物(3)进行S_N2’取代反应,可以顺利地以22~63%的分离收率得到含有4,6-二甲基-2-硫基嘧啶结构的联烯衍生物。所有目标化合物均经~1H(~(13)C)NMR,IR,HRMS分析对其结构进行确证。该类化合物的合成方法具有操作简单和反应条件温和的优点。经体外活性测试表明有5个化合物对大肠杆菌有一定的抑制作用,其最小抑制浓度可达4 ug·mL~(-1)。  相似文献

2-嘧啶氧基-N-芳基苄胺类化合物结构经过两次骨架结构优化后得到2-苯甲酰基嘧啶类化合物二次先导结构.在二次先导结构基础上,共设计并合成了36个化合物,所有化合物结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、HRMS确认,并进行了室内杀菌活性筛选,对各部位取代基进行了逐次优化.结果表明2-苯甲酰基嘧啶类化合物中R1取代基以2位卤素或烷基取代的苯环或杂环活性最好;中间苯环6位引入氟原子活性保持;嘧啶环4,6位甲氧基取代活性较好,5位甲基取代活性大大降低;羰基被还原为羟基后活性消失.其中2,3-二氯-N-[2-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-甲酰基)苯氧基]-N-甲基苯甲酰胺(4AHl)、2,5-二氯-N-[2-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-甲酰基)苯氧基]-N-甲基苯甲酰胺(4AHn)及N-[2-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-甲酰基)-3-氟苯氧基]-N,2-二甲基苯甲酰胺(4AFd)对黄瓜白粉病的杀菌活性与对照样苯菌酮相当.  相似文献

以2-(2-硝基苯基)乙腈及4,6-二甲氧基-2-甲磺酰基嘧啶为起始原料,分别经缩合、还原及酰胺化反应合成了6个未见文献报道的N-(2-(腈基(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)甲基)苯基)酰胺类衍生物,其结构经1H NMR、MS和元素分析进行了确证。 在150 g/hm2的用量条件下,合成化合物未显示出除草活性。 在200 mg/L浓度下,部分化合物对黄瓜灰霉病及水稻纹枯病表现出一定的抑菌作用,其中化合物4d对水稻纹枯病的抑制率为72.33%。  相似文献

以水杨醛为原料,所得中间体2-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-氧基)苯甲醛经三组分反应合成了12个2-[2-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-氧基)苯基]-2-(取代苯胺)乙氰类化合物,通过1H NMR,MS和元素分析对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征.初步生物活性测试结果表明,在试验浓度下合成化合物均具有良好的除草活性.  相似文献

探讨了在微波加热条件下,芳香醛、取代苯乙酮和尿素的三组分反应在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中制得4,6-二芳基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮类化合物,收率为68%~84%.若在反应体系中加入三甲基氯硅烷,该三组分反应则高产率(66%~87%)地生成相应的脱氢产物4,6-二芳基嘧啶-2(1H)-酮类化合物.该反应具有反应条件温和、产物收率高、操作方便等优点,为4,6-二芳基-嘧啶-2(1H)-酮类药物中间体的合成提供了一条全新的路线.  相似文献

利用活性结构拼接原理,将高效杀螨剂吡螨胺分子的吡唑环部分引入酰基(硫)脲化合物中,以1-甲基-3-乙基-4-氯-5-甲酸基吡唑和2-氨基-4,6-二取代嘧啶为起始原料,通过多步反应合成了5种N-(4,6-二取代嘧啶-2-基)-N′-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-氯吡唑-5-基)甲酰基脲和5个N-(4,6-二取代嘧啶-2-基)-N′-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-氯吡唑-5-基)甲酰基硫脲化合物,其化合物结构经IR、1HNMR及元素分析测试技术确证。初步生物活性试验表明,在50mg/L质量浓度下目标化合物的杀螨活性不太理想,但有些化合物具有较好的除草活性,其中化合物Ⅰb、Ⅰc和Ⅰe对稗草主根的生长抑制率大于60%。  相似文献

Coupling the diazonium salt of 3-amino-2-cyano-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 1 with malononitrile 2 gave 2-cyano-3-(hydrazonomalononitrile)-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 3 which then reacted with hydrazine compounds 4a-4h to yield corresponding 2-cyano-3-(3,5-diamino-1-substituted-pyrazol-4-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 5a-5h. The 2-cyano-3-(2-amino-5,7-disubstituted-pyrazolo-[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 7a-7f were obtained in good yield by the cyclocondensation reaction of 2-cyano-3-(3,5-diamino-pyrazol-4-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 5a with the appropriate 1,3-diketones 6a-6f under acidic condition.  相似文献

4-Amino-5-(4,6-diphenyl-2-pyrimidinyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,2,4-trazole-3-thione is formed from the reaction of 4,6-diphenylpyrimidinecarboxylic acid or its ethyl ester with thiocarbonyl hydrazide. Alkylation of the product leads to S-alkyl derivaties or 6-substituted 3-(4,6-diphenyl-2-pyriimidinyl)-7H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazine. Cycloaddition to 1-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)- and 1-(4,6-dimethoxy-s-triazin-2-yl)-3-oxidopyridinium betaines across the 2,6-positions of the pyridine rings with indene, acenaphthylene and ethyl cinnamate gave substituted 8-aza[3.2.1]bicycIooct-3-en-2-ones, whereas the [6π + 4π] cycloaddition reaction with 6,6-dimethylfulvene gave a tricyclo[6.3.1.02.6]dodeca-2,(6),4,9-trien-11-one. Structural and configurational assignments of the cycloadducts were deduced from 1H nmr and ir spectral data.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-amino-4,6-dimethyl-2-thieno[2,3-b]pyridine carbohydrazide ( 1 ) with appropriate chalcones 2a-2d in the presence of acid catalyst produced the corresponding 3-amino-2-[(3,5-disubstituted-pyrazolin-1-yl)carbonyl]-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 3a-3d . 3-Amino-2-[(3-substituted-pyrazolin-1-yl)carbonyl]-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 7a, 7b were also obtained by the cyclization reaction of carbohydrazide 1 with Mannich base derivatives 6a, 6b under basic condition.  相似文献

Substituted 3-hydroxypyrazoles, which were prepared based on ethyl esters of substituted 4-(pyridin-2-ylthio)- or 4-(1,4-dihydropyridin-2-ylthio)acetoacetic acids and hydrazine hydrate, were used in the synthesis of 6-amino-4-aryl-5-cyano-3-(pyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-2,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles. The molecular and crystal structure of 6-amino-5-cyano-3-(3-cyano-4,6-dimethylpyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-2,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole was established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

微波辐射条件下, 以丙酮作溶剂, 1-[二-(4-氟苯)甲基]哌嗪与氯乙酸乙酯反应得到2-[二-(4-氟苯)甲基]哌嗪乙酸乙酯(1), 1与水合肼在微波辐射条件下反应得到2-[二-(4-氟苯)甲基]哌嗪乙酰肼(2), 进一步在微波辐射条件下由2-[二- (4-氟苯)甲基]哌嗪乙酰肼(2)与取代芳香醛反应制得目标化合物3a~3f. 合成的6个目标化合物通过熔点测定和质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱分析、元素分析对其结构进行确证.  相似文献

4-(4,6-Dimethoxyl-pyrimidin-2-yl)-3-thiourea carboxylic acid ethyl ester was synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxyl pyrimidine, potassium thiocyanate and methyl chloroformate in ethyl acetate. Single crystals suitable for X-ray measurement were obtained by recrystallization with the solvent of dimethyl formamide at room temperature. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.
