TiO2薄膜的液相沉积法制备及其性能表征   总被引:26,自引:0,他引:26  
采用液相沉积法(LPD)制备了透明TiO2薄膜,并研究了所制薄膜的形貌,结构和在紫外光照射下亲水性能的变化。结果表明,用此法制得的TiO2薄膜较为均匀致密,热处理前后的薄膜具有相似的亲水性能,在紫外光照射下亲水性能都有提高。热处理后的薄膜在紫外光照射一定时间后可与水完全润湿。  相似文献

本文采用液相沉积法(LPD)制备了透明TiO2薄膜,并研究了其紫外一可见吸收性能手紫外光照射下薄膜亲水性能的变化。发现热处理前后的薄膜具有相似的紫外吸收性能,在上光照射下亲水性能都有提高,热处理后的薄膜在紫外光照射下可与水完全润湿。和X光电子能谱对薄膜表面的分析表明,热处理前后的薄膜亲水性能的差异是由于薄膜表面的Ti-O键合及TiO2成分增多,在紫外光照射下,Ti^4+变为Ti^3+并有利于水的吸  相似文献

用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃基片上制备TiO2薄膜,并分别在300℃、400℃、500℃下进行热处理.用紫外吸收光谱、原子力显微镜(AFM)、接触角测定等分析方法研究了制备工艺、热处理和紫外光照射时间对薄膜表面亲水性的影响.结果表明,经紫外光照射或热处理后的TiO2薄膜表面表现出明显的超亲水性,而制备工艺的变化对亲水性的影响不明显.光谱、AFM分析表明,导致薄膜表面亲水性的原因在于薄膜表面微结构的变化.  相似文献

采用溶胶—凝胶法在玻璃上制备了锐钛矿型TiO2和过渡金属铁、锌离子掺杂的TiO2薄膜,并通过XRD、XPS、AFM表征了合成的薄膜.结果表明铁和锌离子掺入后,TiO2薄膜变的更加致密.铁离子和锌离子分别以Fe2O3和ZnO的形式存在.在紫外光照射下,TiO2薄膜表现明显的亲水性.金属离子掺杂的TiO2薄膜,亲水性能明显增强.铁离子掺入对光催化降解甲基橙有一定的抑制作用;少量的锌离子掺入对光催化降解甲基橙有促进作用,锌离子掺入量增大后,效果并不明显.  相似文献

以硬脂酸钠改性的纳米TiO2为光催化剂,与LDPE树脂制备了nano-TiO2/PE复合薄膜.研究了该薄膜在紫外光照射条件下的降解性能,并进行了SEM、FI-IR、VHX-100数码显微镜等分析,测试了薄膜经辐照前后的力学性能、质量变化和分子量变化.研究结果表明,该薄膜在紫外光照射下降解性能明显提高,薄膜在40W、254nm的紫外光照射120h后,粘均分子量(Mη)降低27.1%,拉伸强度降低49.1%,断裂伸长率降低91.3%;照射144h后质量损失达16%(质量分数);辐照后薄膜的羰基含量升高.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍-提拉工艺在载波片上制备了均匀、透明的WO^3+掺杂的纳米TiO2薄膜.用XRD、紫外-可见分光光度计分析了样品的晶相和光吸收性能,研究了WO^3+的掺杂、掺杂量及热处理温度对薄膜可见光致亲水性的影响,并考察了薄膜在停止光照后,其亲水性能的变化.结果表明,与纯TiO2薄膜相比,掺WO^3+的TiO2薄膜对可见光的吸收有所增强,并有一定的红移现象,且在可见光照射下,亲水性能都有提高,WO^3+的最佳掺杂量为3%(物质的量比);薄膜的最佳煅烧温度为773K;停止光照后,掺WO3+的TiO2薄膜亲水性能持续的更久.  相似文献

新制备的锐钛矿TiO2薄膜具有超亲水性,在使用和储存过程中超亲水性会降低.本文探究恢复亲水性的方法,采用热处理、等离子体辐照、紫外光照射等技术恢复锐钛矿TiO2薄膜亲水性,三种方法均能够有效地恢复薄膜表面的亲水性.热处理及紫外光照射操作简单而经过等离子体辐照的薄膜能保持更长时间的可见光致亲水性.  相似文献

The zinc stannate thin films were synthesized by simple and inexpensive spray pyrolysis technique on the glass and fluorine doped tin oxide coated conducting glass substrates. The as deposited films were further annealed at 500 °C temperature for 12 h. The structural optical and morphological characterization of as prepared and annealed films was carried out by XRD, UV–Vis spectroscopy, SEM and AFM techniques respectively. The structural analysis shows that films are polycrystalline and crystallized in cubic inverse spinel crystal structure. SEM studies show that grain size increases after annealing and exhibits spherical morphology. AFM study shows that roughness is higher for the post annealed film. Further the samples were tested for testing their applicability for dye sensitized solar cells. The as prepared, annealed and CNT doped samples exhibits photoconversion efficiencies 2.7, 2.8 and 3.1 % respectively.  相似文献

We have studied the photoconductivity of Ag2O silver oxide thin films. The results are different when the films are freshly prepared, annealed or several days old.Annealing and time improve the crystalline state of the films and probably reduce the number of recombination centres. As a consequence of this improvement the photocurrent maximum observed for freshly prepared Af2O thin films during illumination vanishes.  相似文献

The tin doped indium oxide (ITO) thin films prepared by sol–gel spin coating method with In(NO3)3H2O and SnCl4·5H2O as indium and tin sources respectively is presented. The as deposited samples were annealed at 500 °C for 2 h in order to improve the crystallinity. The structural, morphological and optical properties of the films were analysed by using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope (SEM), UV–Vis transmission spectra and photoluminescence, spectra analysis. The SEM images ensure the uniform and smooth surface of the as prepared and annealed film. The optical transmittance of more than 85 % has been observed in the UV–Vis region with a band gap of 3.91 and 3.73 eV for the as prepared and annealed films of ITO respectively. The PL spectra reveal that the optical properties were significantly improved due to the annealing effect. The annealed film shows high sensitivity for humidity approximately two order changes in the resistance and the sensitivity increases for different relative humidity from 10 to 90 % due to the physisorption between the water molecules and the surface of the thin films.  相似文献

The effects of crystallinity, phase and oxygen vacancies on optical and photocatalytic properties of titania (TiO2) thin films were systematically studied. The as-deposited amorphous titania films were prepared by reactive sputtering titanium metal targets in argon–oxygen plasma at 100 °C and subsequently annealed at various temperatures of 400–800 °C in air, vacuum and H2 atmosphere. The results indicate that in general the crystallinity of the annealed films is enhanced with the increasing annealing temperature. At the same temperature, the H2 annealed films achieve better crystallinity but containing more oxygen vacancies than the films annealed in air and in vacuum. In H2 or in vacuum, the concentration of oxygen vacancies in the annealed films increases with increasing temperature, while in air it remains constant. Oxygen vacancies in titania film not only facilitate phase transformation but also lower the band gap of titania, and make the film visible-light responsive. Photocatalytic properties of the TiO2 films were characterized in UV and visible light irradiation by following the Ag reduction and degradation of methylene blue. The films annealed at 600–700 °C in H2 possess the best film crystallinity and the proper concentration of oxygen vacancies and exhibit the best photocatalytic performance under both UV and visible light.  相似文献

采用514.5nm波长的氩离子激光器,结合X射线衍射分析(XRD)、红外光谱分析(IR)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)和透射光谱分析,研究了GeS2非晶半导体薄膜在激光辐照后的性能及结构变化。实验结果发现,经热处理和激光辐照后,薄膜的光学吸收边均移向短波长处,并且随着辐照激光强度和辐照时间的增加而增加,这种平移在退火薄膜中是可逆的。SEM结果分析表明,薄膜在激光辐照后有晶相出现,且随着辐照激光强度的增加,晶相更多。  相似文献

In this paper, a thorough study is dedicated to the manipulating of nanostructured zirconia thin films prepared by a sol–gel process with the focus on the wetting properties. It is observed that by engineering the amount of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide [[N(CH3)3] Br] (CTAB) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) in zirconium chloride precursor solution, the novel agar-like morphology with random orientation can be grown. Different morphologies are observed by changing the amount of PEG in the solution. All the prepared samples in this method show tetragonal phase after annealing at 500 °C for 1 h. The crystallite sizes have a direct correlation with the ratio of lattice parameters. The optical band gap is estimated by Kubelka–Munk method. Modified ZrO2 thin films at an optimum ratio of PEG to CTAB annealed at 500 °C and present water contact angle lower than 3° (without UV illumination) which indicates their superhydrophilic properties. The analytical results of SEM images of samples annealed at 500 °C are also reported. Spreading and wicking of liquid through the nanochannels which are formed in the vacant spaces between nanorods lead to superior wetting property. Annealing temperature also strongly affects the wettability of agar-like zirconia thin films. Agar-like ZrO2 thin films are obtained with superhydrophilic behavior by annealing at 500 °C. Similar agar-like morphology is also observed with hydrophobic character by annealing at 200 °C. The introduced preparation method in this paper provides an easy route to fabricate superhydrophilic agar-like ZrO2 thin films without further processing.  相似文献
