中国与周边国家地缘经济关系的双向互动分析

贸易关系可用来刻画中国与周边国家地缘经济关系的双向互动。本文通过构建源—汇互动矩阵分析框架,借助商品贸易数据,从出口与进口两个断面,选取偏好率、市场占有率和集中度3个指标分析了中国与周边国家地缘经济关系双向互动时序变化。结果表明：①周边国家出口到中国偏好率整体上升,且高于中国出口到周边国家偏好率;②中国出口到周边国家市场占有率远高于周边国家出口到中国市场占有率;③周边国家从中国进口偏好率高于中国从周边国家进口偏好率,中国从周边国家进口的偏好率主要集中在周边发达国家以及部分东盟国家;④中国从周边国家进口市场占有率总体上呈增长趋势,且高于周边国家从中国进口市场占有率;⑤中国与周边国家地缘经济关系双向互动主要集中在日本、韩国和新加坡等发展经济体以及东盟中的经济发展水平较高国家。周边国家和地区经济发展水平差异巨大,需要进一步探讨中国与周边国家和地区的地缘经济合作差异和演化规律,服务于“一带一路”建设和提升“周边是首要”的地缘边际效应。     

经贸视角下中国台湾“新南向政策”分析——基于SNA和VAR方法

中国台湾“新南向政策”倍受社会关注。基于经贸视角及2001~2015年贸易数据,在分析经济依赖度及国际竞争力基础上,通过社会网络分析（SNA）方法探讨中国大陆在贸易网络中的地位及其对中国台湾的影响,利用VAR脉冲响应函数对比分析中国台湾与中国大陆、新南向国家的对外贸易对中国台湾经济发展的影响。研究结果表明：新南向国家对中国大陆的经济依赖度远高于其对中国台湾的经济依赖度,中国大陆对其的贸易地位是中国台湾难以替代的;中国台湾对中国大陆的经济依赖度明显高于其对新南向国家的经济依赖度,中国大陆对其的贸易地位是新南向国家难以替代的;中国大陆在贸易网络格局中处于核心地位,对于提升中国台湾贸易网络地位起着重要促进作用;中国大陆与中国台湾的对外贸易对中国台湾经济发展的正向效应明显高于新南向国家。中国台湾当局应秉承“九二共识”,抓住机遇,积极推进“新南向政策”与“一带一路”倡议融合,加强同中国大陆的经贸合作与交流,促进其经济稳定持续发展。     

中国与周边国家地缘经济关系测度与时空格局演变分析

基于修正的引力模型测算中国与周边国家的地缘经济关系,进而借助ArcGIS刻画地缘经济关系时空格局演化过程,以揭示其总体规律与特征。结果表明（：1）中国与周边国家地缘经济关系总体呈现出波动上升的态势,但国别间差异显著且逐渐扩大,并以2009年与2016年为转折点,将中国与周边国家双边地缘经济关系划分成缓慢发展期（2001—2008年）、平稳增长期（2009—2015年）和快速增长期（2016—2019年）;（2）地缘经济关系总体上呈现东高西低的空间格局,即中国与东亚地区的日本和韩国为中-高至高地缘经济关系值,与西亚、南亚大多数周边国家主要为低至中-低地缘经济关系值。地缘经济关系格局演进的影响因素包括国际地缘环境、地缘经济利益、地缘区位、经济规模、资源要素禀赋、地缘文化等。     

域外国家与南海周边地缘经济联系强度演化与态势评估

随着全球经济重心逐渐向亚太地区转移以及区域地缘经济联系日趋紧密,南海战略地位日益凸显,南海周边已成为全球重要战略区域和亚洲最重要的国际地缘问题区域。运用社会网络分析法、修正引力模型等方法,从贸易、投资、旅游等视角切入探究域外国家与南海周边区域的地缘经济联系演变及态势。结果表明：① 2005—2019年域外国家与南海周边区域的贸易联系日益紧密但贸易合作的非均衡化现象较为突出,域内出口贸易网络呈现以中国为核心,老挝、文莱和柬埔寨为边缘地带的相对稳定网络结构特征。② 域外国家对南海周边区域的投资规模显著提升但投资规模的两极化差异态势较为明显,投资区位呈现由高度集中向渐进式扩散转变态势。③ 域外国家入境旅游流持续增长,旅游网络由中国为单一核心演变为中国和泰国为双核心的网络结构,旅游目的地日趋多元化。④ 域外国家与南海周边区域地缘经济联系强度有所降低,但与东盟9国地缘经济联系强度整体上升;虽然以美日为代表的域外国家逐渐减弱与中国的地缘经济联系,但地缘经济联系网络整体仍然呈现以中国为核心,以泰国和新加坡为次核心的网络结构。     

1985-2015年全球贸易网络格局的时空演化及对中国地缘战略的启示

从社会网络视角,采用中心度、社团划分和结构熵等社会网络指标,探究全球贸易网络的空间格局及演化特征,重点分析中国在网络中的社团归属及其地缘战略启示。研究表明：随着时间推移,发展中国家的群体性崛起使得全球贸易网络结构呈现日益多元化的复杂格局;全球贸易网络的社团演化经历了发达国家主导、亚洲崛起的萌芽、亚洲社团的分离和“三足鼎立”四个阶段,中国从被支配的边缘地位逐步走向“舞台中央”;中、美、德三国在全球市场细分过程中形成一种“错位竞争”关系,亚太、中东、非洲和拉美地区成为大国之间争夺贸易市场的博弈区域。中国应首先立足于亚太地区,通过“一带一路”倡议延伸至中东、非洲和拉美地区,将经济优势转化为全球战略影响力。     

北极地区地缘经济关系演变研究

在气候变化的背景下,北极地区的战略地位不断提升,北极事务正深刻地影响着世界格局的演变。以北极8国为基础,进一步考虑北极理事会13个观察员国的影响,基于2001、2006、2011和2016年的GDP和贸易额数据,采用社会网络分析方法,结合贸易依存度和进出口位次分析,全面地揭示北极地区地缘经济关系的演变特征。研究表明：2001—2016年北极地区地缘经济关系先走向紧密,而后有所减弱;不同国家的地缘经济地位和影响力存在显著差异,双边存在不对等的贸易关系,具有明显的“核心-外围-边缘”的特征。美加双边贸易流尤为显著,占到北极国家间贸易流的70%以上;在美加双边关系上,加拿大对美国经济高度依赖,美国拥有充分的主导权;瑞典、丹麦、挪威和芬兰在地区内具有重要的地缘经济影响力,而冰岛和格陵兰地区则长期处于贸易网络的边缘地带,但二者都具有极其重要的地理位置,应引起重视;在北极地区地缘经济关系中,俄罗斯的经济影响力并未与其国际政治地位相匹配,拥有巨大的经贸潜力。德国、英国、法国、日本、意大利、荷兰和中国都是对北极地区地缘经济有显著影响的国家。以中国为代表的新兴经济体的地缘影响力在不断扩大,而一些传统经济大国的地缘经济优势呈不同程度的减弱趋势。总体来说,近年来北极地区的地缘经济关系基本格局并未发生本质变化。     

基于武器贸易数据的地缘军事态势分析

基于全球武器贸易数据,选取中心度、影响力指数和模块度等社会网络分析指标,探究21世纪以来全球武器贸易网络的空间格局、特征等地缘军事态势。结果表明:(1)全球武器贸易规模不断扩大,空间不平衡特点明显。大国在特殊地缘区位地区的战略调整,促进了武器贸易的空间格局形成。(2)地缘军事外部影响力与国家或地区军费支出和武器出口的地缘空间层次等密切相关,受外部影响力则与自身的武器贸易对外依存度息息相关。(3)通过全球武器贸易网络群体划分,可以概略地认识国家或地区倾向于合作和靠拢的阵营,分辨国家或地区间疏近关系,为发现潜在威胁、制定方针政策等提供有价值的参考。     

中国周边海洋地缘关系发展态势探析

21世纪是海洋的世纪,如何营造良好的海洋地缘环境和应对海洋地缘关系中不断演变的冲突和争端,直接关系到一国在海洋地缘关系中所处的地位,影响着整个国家的发展。中国是海陆兼备、邻国众多、海洋地缘关系复杂的海洋大国。近些年来,随着中国经济持续稳定快速发展,全面走向海洋并把中国建设成为海洋强国是我国发展的必然趋势。本文基于地缘政治理论,分别从黄海、东海、南海和日本海出发,侧重从时空层面探讨研究中国与周边国家海洋地缘关系的空间格局和影响因素,分析其发展态势,最后提出中国周边海洋地缘战略,为我国的海洋建设提供理论参考。     

中国周边地缘政治与地缘经济格局和对策

在对19 世纪末和20 世纪西方代表性地缘政治与地缘经济理论进行重点介绍的基础上,分析了中国周边地缘政治与地缘经济的历史和现状特点,阐述了中国周边地缘政治与地缘经济的基本格局与发展态势,即：北部地缘政治关系紧密,地缘经济发展较快;西部地缘政治关系持续发展,地缘经济合作前景广阔;西南部为地缘政治破碎带,地缘经济极具潜力;南部地缘政治与地缘经济关系总体良好,但南海问题是不稳定因素;东部地缘政治热点问题敏感复杂,地缘经济结构相对稳定。最后提出了改善提升中国周边地缘政治关系与发展地缘经济的“北联、西进、南合、东拓”地缘战略及对策建议。     

关系经济地理学与贸易网络研究进展

贸易网络研究起源于复杂网络科学,其研究问题属于经济地理学全球化关注范畴。然而,关系经济地理作为经济地理全球化研究的中坚力量,同样借鉴社会网络和网络科学的思想,几乎没有参与到贸易网络的研究和对话中。论文针对这一现象,从介绍关系经济地理的网络范式入手,阐述关系经济的网络范式来源、过程与研究成果,并梳理现有贸易网络研究的进展,分析现阶段关系经济地理的网络思潮与贸易网络的区别,重新思考经济地理在关系视角下,应该以何种方式参与到贸易网络的讨论中。主要结论如下：(1)关系经济地理的网络范式仅仅借用社会网络研究小部分概念,重视在整体网络空间中行动者的嵌入性,几乎不关注网络的整体结构及其对集体行为的影响;(2)贸易网络研究主要探讨国家间贸易网络的结构与性质,而关系经济地理普遍从企业出发研究贸易流动背后的生产网络,其理论基础难以使用社会网络分析方法;(3)关系经济地理的贸易网络研究应该重视全球集群网络理论的运用,重新思考网络概念的经济地理学基础和多维网络相互耦合关系研究等问题。论文有助于推动关系经济地理学学者如何借助学科理论基础参与到贸易网络国际化研究中,对探讨现阶段经济地理理论应用和新方法实践具有重要...

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
