研究了从钴镍废料电溶液中回收钴、镍,采用的流程为电溶液-针铁矿法除铁-P204萃取除杂-7401萃取分离钴镍-碳酸盐沉淀钴、镍。试验结果表明,采用该方法,可将溶液中的钴和镍有效分离并回收,钴、镍回收率均达99%。无有毒废气、废水产生,废渣少量,可直接外排。 相似文献

本发明涉及从含镍和钴的铁矾土矿中提取镍和钴的方法,所述方法包括:(a)在回转窑中在还原气氛中对原料矿石进行焙烧以选择性地还原镍和钴,其中在焙烧前向所述原料矿石中加入少于2.5%(重量比)的还原剂,或不加还原剂;(b)用充气的含氨的碳酸铵溶液对还原后的矿石进行浸取,将镍和钴提取到浸取液中;(c)将该浸取液与矿石残渣分离,并通过选自含氨溶剂萃取法、沉淀法或离子交换法的方法对镍和钴进行提取。 相似文献

研究了酸度对二(2乙基己基)单硫代磷酸(D2EHMTPA)萃取Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)的影响,并与2乙基己基膦酸单(2乙基己基)酯[HEH(EH)P]进行比较。用斜率法、等摩尔系列法及饱和法确定萃取平衡反应,通过在不同温度(5~30℃)下分配比的测定,求得萃取反应的平衡常数Kex及热力学函数(ΔH°、ΔS°、ΔG°)。合成了固体配合物烷基硫代磷酸钴,并研究了其热稳定性能。 相似文献

在萃取分离钴、镍的基础上,根据串级模拟计算结果合理安排工艺流程,进行了与生产规模相当的生产性实验。结果表明季铵氯化物萃取分离钴、镍的工艺可行,稳定可靠,经济合理。对氯离子浓度较低的料液,季铵比叔胺更优越,特别适合从高镍低钴的低浓度氯化物介质中萃取分离钴、镍。 相似文献

Laboratory scale development work is reported for the removal of trace amounts of copper and zinc from a 40 g/l cobalt advance electrolyte solution at pH 5–6. A chelating ion exchange resin is used for copper removal but a novel Levextrel resin is used for zinc removal. Data are presented on loading and regeneration cycles and also on the loss of organic material from the Levextrel. A scanning electron microscope linked to an X-ray probe analyser has been used in an attempt to explain the mode of cobalt/zinc loading on the Levextrel resin.The information obtained from this development work has been used in the design of the proposed plant. 相似文献

Recent application in advanced electronics have increased the practical importance of ultrahighpurity cobalt. Anion exchange
in HCl media is considered an efficient alternative to the combination of the conventional purification methods. Anion-exchange
distribution functions have been determined for cobalt and the main impurity elements by the technique of batch equilibration.
Spectrophotometric and elution studies confirmed the established anion-exchange behavior patterns. Based on the new and the
available distribution functions, combined with the assessment of thermodynamic stability, a procedure of anion-exchange separation
has been devised to eliminate virtually all the impurities from the cobalt-chloride solution. The major shortcoming of previously
proposed anion-exchange procedures—failing to separate copper sufficiently—has been corrected by the introduction of a preliminary
step under reduced conditions, removing copper from the solution by sorption in the monovalent state. The rest of the impurities
are eliminated in a second anion-exchange step by applying rinsing and elution stages under oxidizing conditions. The optimum
parameters of the procedure have been determined according to performance characteristics (purification ratios, yields, and
volume efficiencies) derived from the analysis of elution curves obtained with laboratory-scale ion-exchange columns. Special
computer programs have been developed to facilitate thermodynamic simulation, analytical correction, and data processing. 相似文献

评述了自1997年以来国内外光度分析法测定镍的进展情况.在各种方法中,常规分光光度法仍是目前应用范围最广的方法.在所用的显色剂中,丁二酮肟试剂是目前测定微量镍的重要试剂,但其灵敏度较低,近年来出现的三氮烯类的试剂较其灵敏度有所提高,因而,合成灵敏度高、选择性好的的显色剂是目前的研究内容之一.另外,将化学计量学与分析化学结合,使组成复杂的样品不经分离而直接进行准确测定在近年来也引起了分析工作者的关注,计算分光光度法测定镍的研究将会得到较大程度的发展.在每种分析方法中,主要从测定体系、测定条件、灵敏度以及实际应用等方面进行归纳和概述. 相似文献

Processes of the sorption of nickel(II) ions from aqueous solutions on carbon adsorbents synthesized based on fossil coals are investigated. The maximal adsorption is observed in a neutral medium. Adsorption isotherms are obtained under static conditions in various temperature modes. It is shown that they are described satisfactorily by the Langmuir isotherm. The decrease in the value of adsorption as the temperature increases indicates that the process is exothermic. The kinetics of the process is investigated and thermodynamic parameters of adsorption are determined. 相似文献
