Active vibration isolation against low-frequency ground tilt is important for detection of gravitational wave, however until now few low-frequency ground tilt detection and vibration isolation systems with high precision have been reported. We reported a kind of active vibration isolation system called as two-dimensional compound pendulum, which is constructed by connecting a cylindrical simple pendulum with a U-shape inverse pendulum. The structure of the two-dimensional compound pendulum is designed and its response to the ground vibration is investigated by means of analytical mechanic. The simulations show that the compound pendulum system is not only sensitive to low-frequency tilt vibration but also suppresses effectively high frequency tilt vibration and low frequency horizontal vibration, which is consistent with the theoretical results, and we discuss the possibility of experimental investigation on the response to low-frequency tilt vibration. Therefore, the designed compound pendulum is feasible for detecting ground tilt vibration. 相似文献

针对齿轮箱复合故障的故障特征分离,提出了一种基于形态分量分析与能量算子解调的齿轮箱复合故障诊断方法。该方法先根据振动信号中各组成成分形态的差异,采用形态分量分析方法构建不同形态的稀疏表示字典进行故障成分分离,将齿轮箱复合故障信号分解为包含齿轮故障信息的谐振分量、包含轴承故障信息的冲击分量和噪声分量,然后分别对谐振分量和冲击分量进行能量算子解调分析,最后根据各解调谱诊断齿轮和轴承故障。算法仿真和应用实例表明该方法能有效地分离齿轮箱复合故障振动信号中齿轮与轴承的故障特征。 相似文献

依据复合故障特性,提出了一种基于信息融合与神经网络的复合振动故障诊断方法。进行了传感器级的时间跨度的特征融合,然后再实行全局的空间跨度的融合。融合过程基于神经网络式特征提取,该方法可以在系统状态未知的情况下。自适应地融合不同故障测点的信息。从而较全面、准确、及时地反映系统的振动故障状态。并以汽车动力系统复合故障的诊断事例详细说明了该方法的具体实现步骤。结果表明,经过多故障特征信息融合,诊断结论的可信度明显提高,不确定性明显减小,显示了该诊断方法的有效性。 相似文献

Most of the previous studies on the vibration ride comfort of the human-vehicle system were focused only on one or two aspects of the investigation. A hybrid approach which integrates all kinds of investigation methods in real environment and virtual environment is described. The real experimental environment includes the WBV(whole body vibration) test, questionnaires for human subjective sensation and motion capture. The virtual experimental environment includes the theoretical calculation on simplified 5-DOF human body vibration model, the vibration simulation and analysis within ADAMS/VibrationTM module, and the digital human biomechanics and occupational health analysis in Jack software. While the real experimental environment provides realistic and accurate test results, it also serves as core and validation for the virtual experimental environment. The virtual experimental environment takes full advantages of current available vibration simulation and digital human modelling software, and makes it possible to evaluate the sitting posture comfort in a human-vehicle system with various human anthropometric parameters. How this digital evaluation system for car seat comfort design is fitted in the Industry 4.0 framework is also proposed. 相似文献
