针对网络化协同设计的应用需求,研究了典型零部件设计系统组件体系结构,提出了采用可扩展标记语言表达特征的零部件建模方法。利用可扩展标记语言处理组件及参数化驱动组件,阐述了基于可扩展标记语言的零部件模板生成与参数化重构过程,并结合基于组件的典型零部件设计工具包及专家系统,分析了零部件的设计导航以及零部件之间基于坐标系的自动装配。通过一个在异构计算机辅助设计平台之间进行提升机设计的实例,验证了该系统可实现典型零部件从设计到造型乃至装配过程的一体化、快速化与智能化。  相似文献

Diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings are a class of materials and, depending on the deposition conditions and the tribological system, different outstanding tribological properties can be obtained. The most important subclasses of DLC are hydrogenated amorphous carbon (a-C:H) and hydrogen free tetrahedral amorphous carbon (ta-C). When DLC slides against a metal, the formation of the so-called transfer layer on the metallic counterpart can protect the metal from further wear. Adhesion and cohesion of this transfer layer is a critical issue and is also influenced by the environmental atmosphere including the relative humidity. When DLC is running against a hard and chemically inert counterface, such as sapphire, the formation of a transfer layer is not observed but low wear is still obtained. This is attributed to the lubricating properties of the graphitic wear residues. Due to its unique combination of properties, DLC is already used in different industrial applications such as magnetic storage media, diesel injection pumps, sliding bearings, car valve rockers, gears, tappets of racing motorcycles, laser barcode scanner windows in supermarkets, VCR head drums, textile industry parts, motor cycle forks, razor blades, etc. In medical applications, i.e. the coating of load bearing joints that slide against ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), the different in vitro experiments apparently showed contradicting results, mainly due to the different experimental setups and especially the different liquids used as lubricants. However, when DLC slides against DLC in medical applications low wear rates could be demonstrated in different in vitro tests.  相似文献

A technique for performing light, scanning, and transverse transmission electron microscopy on cultured cells grown within a single tissue culture flask is described. Permanent light microscopy slides are obtained by removing selected portions of the plastic tissue culture vessel and mounting them on glass slides with an aqueous mounting solution. The images obtained from these slides are superior to viewing through the bottom of the flask with an inverted stage microscope. For scanning electron microscopy, selected areas are also cut from the remainder of the vessel and prepared for viewing. The final portion of the culture container is transferred and attached to a new tissue culture vessel and prepared for transmission electron microscopy using alcohol instead of acetone and propylene oxide during dehydration, infiltration, and embedding.  相似文献

A rapid method is described for obtaining ultrathin sections from light microscopy sections. Five-micrometre epoxy sections, heat-flattened to slides, were affixed to the tips of plastic blocks by light-curable dental bond, and cured while still on the microscope stage by illumination with blue light for 2 min. Light-microscope slides (3 in. × 1 in.) bearing Gram smears of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiæ, or Staphylococcus aureus, after preliminary examination under the light-optical microscope (LM), were cut down in size, glued onto specimen stubs, coated with gold and examined in the scanning electron microscope (SEM). These preparations served as a control for investigations into bacteria-cell junctions in tissue. Cover-slips from stained sections of staphylococcal or swine erysipelas endocarditis mounted on 3 in. × 1 in. microscope slides (which had been intensively studied previously with conventional light microscopy) were floated off by immersing the slides in xylol. After dehydration of the tissues on the slides, the preparations were treated similarly to the Gram smears, and were examined with the SEM. Lesions of endocarditis were thus examined, and the information gained from these preliminary examinations shed new light on the pathogenesis of the disease. This information had not previously been available by any other technique. Because of this, and in view of the simplicity of preparing sections for scanning electron microscopy, it is suggested that the SEM might be a useful tool to be applied to routine histological sections.  相似文献

The instrumentation necessary for precise and fast correlation of images derived from a light optical microscope (LM) and a scanning electron microscope (SEM) operated in the reflective mode, is described. The specimens can be mounted on standard microscope slides (25 × 75 mm), SEM-stubs (12 mm ø), or on transmission EM grids (3 mm ø). The instrumentation consists of two parts: an attachable precision stage for an LM, and an attachable slide carrier for the stage of an SEM. By taking into account the vernier readings of the stages of both microscopes (LM and SEM), identical particles in a specimen can be found instantaneously under either microscope. Therefore it is concluded that the use of this instrumentation in correlative microscopy (LM → SEM → LM) is time saving, and especially recommended on fragile biological specimens, which may deteriorate rapidly under the electron beam of an SEM.  相似文献
