云南某地低品位金矿堆浸试验研究

对低品位金矿石进行堆浸试验,考察氰化钠的浓度、矿石粒度和浸出时间等因素对金浸出率的影响。在pH值为10.5~12之间,喷淋流量为20 L/h,氰化钠的浓度为0.07%,矿石粒度为10~15 mm,浸出时间为10天,地表矿的浸出率为83.45%。地表矿浸出液中氧化钙加入量为1.5 kg/m~3,30 min可达到澄清效果。原生矿堆浸浸出率仅为7.4%,磨细焙烧处理后搅拌浸金浸出率最高为77.98%,说明原生矿不适合堆浸。     

低品位难处理金矿生物氧化—氰化提金试验研究

试验研究了矿石粒度、氧化时间、矿堆深度对硫化物氧化率及Fe、As、S脱除率的影响。结果表明,在矿石粒度-10 mm占96%、氧化时间8个月、喷淋强度25 L/m^2.h条件下硫化物的氧化率为62.36%。试验考察了氧化渣氰化调碱方法、氰化时间按对金浸出率的影响,结果表明滚瓶氰化、柱浸氰化、堆浸氰化时金的浸出率分别为45.32%、54.36%、52.45%。     

低品位次生硫化铜矿酸性矿坑水喷淋堆浸工业试验

以酸性矿坑水为浸出剂,对紫金山低品位次生硫化铜矿进行堆浸工业试验。重点考察了矿石性质、喷淋制度、堆浸过程中浸矿细菌的种群结构等对矿石铜和铁浸出率的影响。结果表明,矿石堆浸210天,平均铜浸出率65.9%、铁浸出率5.4%。含酸性坑水喷淋次生硫化铜矿生物堆浸的湿法提铜工艺在工业上是可行的。     

紫金山低品位铜矿生物堆浸模拟研究

对紫金山低品位铜矿进行生物堆浸模拟试验。结果表明,起始喷淋液全铁浓度4.0g/L、矿石粒度-10mm,浸出周期为181天时,铜浸出率达到80%以上。片碱调节喷淋液pH沉矾除铁,采用不同喷淋制度抑制酸铁浸出是低品位铜矿生物堆浸未来重要研究方向。     

澳大利亚某红土镍矿硫酸泡浸试验研究

研究了用硫酸溶液从澳大利亚某红土镍矿中浸出镍,考察了酸度、浸出时间和矿石粒度对镍浸出率和酸耗的影响。试验结果表明:矿石粒度对镍浸出率影响较大;在酸度2.51mol/L、矿石粒度-8～+2mm、两段逆流浸出时间均为12d的最佳条件下,镍浸出率为78.52%,浸出液中残酸质量分数小于5%,酸耗在64t/t镍左右。该工艺投资少,流程短,工艺简单。

内蒙古某低品位金矿石柱浸试验研究

根据内蒙古某金矿石的特性,研究了喷淋时间、喷淋强度、入堆矿石粒度、氰化钠用量对金矿石柱浸金的影响。试验结果表明,金矿石柱浸最佳条件为:每天间歇喷淋4h,喷淋1h休2h,喷淋强度100L/(m2·h),喷淋液pH 10~11,入堆矿石粒度10~20mm,氰化钠用量400g/t,总柱浸时间21d。最佳条件下,金浸出率达83.64%。     

吴家金矿堆浸浸出率的因素分析

通过１１年来的试验生产，对吴家金矿堆浸浸出率产生影响的矿石粒度、浸出周期、氰化钠的使用及喷淋强度等主要因素进行了分析，并提出了相应的改进方法。     

用堆浸法从某选镍尾矿中回收镍的试验研究

某选镍尾矿镍品位为0.35%,其氧化率较高,属难选矿石。试验研究了采用碎磨-堆浸-沉淀工艺从尾矿中回收镍,考察了试料粒度、硫酸用量、浸出时间、浸出温度和液固比等对镍浸出率的影响,在矿石粒度-0.074 mm占65%、硫酸用量160 g/L、浸出时间56 h、浸出温度60℃、液固比3:1的条件下,镍的浸出率为61.11%。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
