<正>MOC3050系列光电双向可控硅驱动器是美国摩托罗拉公司最近推出的光电新器件.它可以用直流低电压、小电流来控制交流高电压、大电流.该系列器件的特点是大大地加强了静态dV/dt能力,保证电感负载稳定的开关性能.由于输入与输出采用光电隔离,绝缘电压可达7500V.MOC3050系列有MOC3051及MOC3052,它们的差别仅触发电流不同,前者最大触发电流为15mA,而后者为10mA.MOC3050系列可以用它来驱动工作电压为220V(交流)双向可控硅;当交流负载电流较小时,如200mA以下,也可以用它来带负载.MOC3050系列产品适用于电磁铁及电磁阀控制、马达控制、温度控制等,也用于固态继电器、交流电源开关等场合.由于是光电隔离,并且能用TTL电平驱动,它很容易与微处理器接口,进行各种自动控制设备的实时控制.  相似文献

特征线方法(MOC)由于较强的复杂几何适应能力,广泛用于中子输运方程的求解.但是MOC方法存在收敛速度慢、计算耗时长的问题,因此目前普遍采粗网有限差分法(CMFD)对MOC求解过程进行加速.然而目前常用的CMFD方程不能保证偏中子流守恒,同时在一些情况下存在发散的问题.为此考虑采用广义粗网再平衡方法(GCMR)对MOC求解过程进行加速.推导了基于GCMR方法的中子通量求解方程,并在DRAGON程序中加入了 GCMR加速模块.最后结合C5G7-2D基准题对GCMR算法进行了验证,并与CMFD加速方法进行了对比.结果表明,GCMR具有与CMFD相同的加速效果,但是求解精度优于CMFD.  相似文献

提出了一种新的中值-开闭滤波器结构,并以此为基础设计了自适应中值-开闭滤波器。该滤波器由一个中值-开闭滤波器和学习优化模块组成。在学习优化子模块中,应用遗传算法,通过对含噪声的图像样本进行学习,使得该滤波器的结构能根据待滤波的输入图像自动地调整以获得最优的滤波效果。计算机仿真实验表明该滤波器具有非常好的噪声滤除能力和滤波效果。  相似文献

Errors arising from the numerical treatment of friction in unsteady flows in small pipe networks are assessed for fixed-grid, method of characteristics analyses (MOC) with no interpolation. Although the results of the study are targeted at general unsteady flows, the underpinning analytical development is based on the behaviour of standing waves. This enables quantitative conclusions to be drawn about the sensitivity of MOC solutions to frequency. The development is undertaken first for a single pipe and then for networks, with and without a loop. The performance of MOC solutions is modelled with the aid of polynomial transfer matrices that are analogous to transfer function matrices available directly from partial differential equations of water hammer. It is found that, in a single pipe, the numerical errors tend to increase damping at all frequencies, but that, in networks, either increased or decreased damping may occur. The errors place both higher and lower limits on the frequencies that can propagate along a pipe in a numerical analysis. This contrasts with the physical case where only a lower limit exists. The work presented is part of a wider project with the long-term aim of automating the selection of numerical grid sizes in MOC analyses of unsteady flows.  相似文献

Robustness is an important requirement for almost all kinds of products. This article shows how evolutionary algorithms can be applied for robust design based on the approach of Taguchi. To achieve a better understanding of the consequences of this approach, we first present some analytical results gained from a toy problem. As a nontrivial industrial application we consider the design of multilayer optical coatings (MOCs) most frequently used for optical filters. An evolutionary algorithm based on a parallel diffusion model and extended for mixed-integer optimization was able to compete with or even outperform traditional methods of robust MOC design. With respect to chromaticity, the MOC designs found by the evolutionary algorithm are substantially more robust to parameter variations than a reference design and therefore perform much better in the average case. In most cases, however, this advantage has to be paid for by a reduction in the average reflectance. The robust design approach outlined in this paper should be easily adopted to other application domains  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new application of the method of characteristics (MOC) for the 1D simulation of unsteady flow over a mobile bed. The method is based on the floating grid-of-characteristics approach, which here is amended to take account of the more complex structure of the field of characteristics inherent in the morphodynamics (compared to those for hydro- or gas dynamics). Due to the relative simplicity of the algorithm the technique is particularly well suited to waves moving into a downstream reach that is initially dry. As with all MOC schemes the approach is also attractive because it reveals the underlying (morpho)dynamics as the solution progresses. The mathematical model considered here is based on the depth averaged non-linear shallow water equations directly coupled to a bed update (Exner) equation. Closure is obtained using a simple sediment flux relation. The technique described allows the study of fully coupled sediment transport problems and the associated hydro- and morphodynamic evolution. Numerical results are presented for the evolution of a sand dune in a tidal flow as well as the wet-dry dam-break problem on both a fixed and mobile bed. Results compare extremely well with the analytical or quasi-analytical solutions for the problems presented.  相似文献
