全球应对气候变化及印度国内能源需求的共同压力,促使印度开始重视新能源的发展,而得天独厚的太阳能资源禀赋及太阳能建设成本的走低,使得太阳能成为印度发展新能源的首选。印度政府为了推动太阳能产业的快速发展,在提出2022年太阳能发电装机容量达到100GW宏伟目标的同时,还设立了专门的太阳能管理部门,出台了一系列配套补贴政策和激励措施,加强输电线路建设,并通过国际合作助力印度太阳能的开发与利用。截至2017年3月,印度太阳能装机容量达到12.2GW,预计未来将超过日本成为世界第三大太阳能光伏市场;屋顶太阳能的年装机量也从2013年的32MW猛增至2016年的227MW,2016年底累计装机容量达到1247MW;小型光伏太阳能系统也在有序推广。同时,太阳能热水器、太阳能炊具、太阳能光热发电等光热利用也取得了显著成效。然而,未来印度太阳能发展目标的落实情况不容乐观,发展规划脱离实际、土地征用成本高昂、行政机构腐败盛行、太阳能辐射量等基础数据缺失、民众缺乏购买力以及本土产业落后等现实问题,仍然是制约印度太阳能产业进一步发展的主要障碍。  相似文献

Predicted to be the clean energy of tomorrow, solar energy has been in the forefront of energy development in many developed countries and a potential source of energy to developing countries like Malaysia. This paper presents Malaysia's solar energy or solar photovoltaic developmental outlook. The study is done by first looking into the country's energy policies related to solar energy. Key players in the solar energy development such as government institutions are introduced. Early solar energy programmes and a key project called Malaysia Building Integrated Photovoltaic (MBIPV) as well as its successful initiatives will be presented. Measures which have taken by the government of Malaysia including attractive incentives to encourage solar photovoltaic development, the country's potential in solar energy, foreign investments and future directions as well a feed-in tariff scheme will be presented in length to provide a broad spectrum of solar energy development in Malaysia. The outlook has been positive and the country is active in promoting solar as an alternative energy and is aware of benefits it will bring toward its economic development in the future.  相似文献

The economic analysis of solar energy development is the basis of promoting the solar energy planning in north Africa and realizing the clean energy power transmission among continents. In this paper, the cost development trend of photovoltaic(PV) power and concentrating solar power(CSP) generation is analyzed, and the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) of solar power generation is forecasted. Then, taking the development of Tunisian solar energy as an example in the context of transcontinental transmission, PV power with energy storage and PV-CSP power generation are given as two kinds of development plan respectively. The installed capacity configurations of the two schemes are given with production simulation method, and comprehensive LCOE are calculated. The studies show that based on the LCOE forecast value, the LCOE of PV-CSP combined power generation will decrease when the annual utilization hours of transmission channel is increased. It can be chosen as one of important mode of the North Africa solar energy development.  相似文献

This article presents solar energy or specifically the solar photovoltaic (PV) development outlook in Malaysia. The paper first introduces the massive potential of solar energy in the country, the key players in the solar energy development and the early solar energy policies, and programmes in the country. The most important to the PV development is the Malaysia Building Integrated Photovoltaic initiative, which is presented in this paper followed by an explanation on the Feed-in Tariff recently introduced in the country to encourage new solar PV projects. The outlook for solar PV in Malaysia is optimistic and as the uptake of solar PV increases, the unit cost is coming down rapidly. Solar PV is expected to be the most competitive Renewable Energy (RE) source, with the potential to achieve grid parity for electrical power in the country in the near future, and surpassing all other REs combined by 2050.  相似文献

This article presents an overview on the research and development and application aspects for the hybrid photovoltaic/thermal (PV/T) collector systems. A major research and development work on the photovoltaic/thermal (PVT) hybrid technology has been done since last 30 years. Different types of solar thermal collector and new materials for PV cells have been developed for efficient solar energy utilization. The solar energy conversion into electricity and heat with a single device (called hybrid photovoltaic thermal (PV/T) collector) is a good advancement for future energy demand. The steady and maintainable electric power provides the development momentum of a country's industrialization, which is indispensable to every country at present. It is well known that China is the largest developing country in the world. With the rapid development of economy and society, energy demand of Chinese society is increasing in an incredible speed, i.e., the annual accumulative total capacity of electric energy is about 0.1 billion kW, and the most of them is provided by the fossil fuel resource, and the share is about 90% in China. Certainly, it is a very inappropriate energy structure, so the sustainable development of country is impossible in future, the status must be improved in order to achieve sustainable development. Fortunately, China has large country area, and there are abundant solar resources. Development and application of solar energy have been regarded by the government and ordinary people, and they thought that solar energy can provide more and more electric energy in future, and more and more actual examples have been applied in the last decades, which are supported by central government and local governments. This paper discusses the distribution zone and current developmental situation of solar energy in China. Then, some application practice is described, such as solar energy greenhouse, solar energy hearth, solar water heater, solar lighting system, solar water pump, distributed generation (DG), grid-connect photovoltaic generation (GPG) and wind–solar hybrid system. The policies and law of China central government and local governments are described in the following paragraph. At the end, the developmental prospect of photovoltaic (PV) in future China and the development barriers and recommendations are introduced.  相似文献

自从1902年Kalecsinsky首次发现了天然太阳池现象以后,经过长期的研究和发展,太阳池技术已被广泛应用于发电、取暖、海水淡化.矿物加工等领域,太阳池成为近期内进行大规模太阳能热利用的最有前景的低温热源装置。主要综述了太阳池的集热原理及建造方法、太阳池中热量的贮存及提取方式、太阳池的应用以及研究动向等,并指出目前我国太阳池技术还处于实验研究的阶段,而我国具有丰富的太阳能和盐资源,大力开发太阳池技术将为发展地方经济起到重要的作用。  相似文献
