采用单温区法合成了CdSiP2 (CSP)多晶原料, 然后采用垂直布里奇曼法生长了大尺寸的CSP单晶。采用扫描电子显微镜、EDS对晶体中光散射颗粒的尺寸、形貌和成分进行了观察和检测。测试结果表明, 所生长的CSP晶体中的光散射颗粒呈近椭圆形, 尺寸为2~8 μm, 主要成分为Si, 含量占88%以上。对CSP多晶合成的反应机理研究表明, 此第二相颗粒是由于合成时多晶料中残留有少量未反应的Si单质所致。通过合成工艺的改进, 有效地减少了晶体中Si散射颗粒的残留, 制备出了高透明性的CSP单晶体。 相似文献

本工作研究了用 Cd 改性的铌酸锶钡晶体(配方为 Cd_xSr_(0.5-x/(?))Ba_(0.5-x/(?))Nb_2O_6,x=0,0.005,0.01,0.015,0.03,0.05)的介电温度(10~580K)特性、低温(10~300K)热释电性以及室温时的介电谱和铁电性。发现在350~400K 范围内,晶体发生顺电-铁电相变;在100K 附近,ε′—T 曲线和 P—T 曲线稍有转折,可能存在新的相变;这些晶体的新鲜样品的电滞回线有严重的收缩现象,实验表明,在电滞回线的收缩过程中,这些试验样品被部分极化。 相似文献

Optical and nonlinear optical properties of a novel composite system based on KDP single crystals with embedded nanoparticles of nanostructured oxyhydroxide of aluminum (Al2O3·nH2O, NOA), were studied. KDP crystals with NOA nanoparticles (KDP:NOA) possess high optical quality and homogeneity. Optical spectroscopy showed the presence of an absorption band at 270 nm caused by NOA nanoparticles incorporated in the KDP matrix. There was observed an enhancement of nonlinear refractive index and inversion of its sign in KDP:NOA crystals in comparison with nominally pure KDP crystals under excitation of picosecond laser pulses. The obtained results demonstrate that KDP:NOA is a promising composite material for optoelectronics and nonlinear optics. 相似文献

Inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite single crystals are particularly intriguing to ionizing radiation detection by virtue of their material stability and high attenuation coefficients. However, the growth of high-quality inorganic perovskite single crystals remains challenging, mainly due to the limited solubility. In this work, an additive-enhanced crystallization method is proposed for cesium lead perovskites. The additive can remarkably increase the solubility of cesium bromide in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) forming a balanced stoichiometric precursor solution, which prevents the formation of impurity phases. In addition, the additives would react with DMSO generating glyoxylic acid (GLA) via nucleophilic substitution and Kornblum oxidation reactions. The GLA can form stable PbBr2-DMSO-GLA complexes, which enables better crystallinity, uniformity and much longer carrier lifetimes for the grown single crystals. The X-ray detectors using the additive-enhanced crystals exhibit an ultra-high sensitivity of 3.0 × 104 µC Gyair−1 cm−2 which is more than two orders of magnitude higher than that for the control devices. 相似文献

采用单靶磁控溅射方法分别在玻璃和镀有Mo背电极的Soda-lime玻璃衬底上沉积Cu(In0.7Ga0.3)Se2(CIGS)薄膜。研究了靶功率变化对CIGS薄膜的晶体结构、表面形貌和光学性能的影响。采用XRD表征薄膜的组织结构,SEM和EDS观察和分析薄膜的表面形貌和成分,紫外-可见光分光光度计测试薄膜的透过率光谱。结果表明,在不同功率下制备的CIGS薄膜均具有(112)面择优取向。当溅射功率为300W时,CIGS薄膜的表面形貌最平整,结晶最均匀,n(Cu):n(In):n(Ga):n(Se)=30.00:15.01:3.97:51.03组分符合高效吸收层的要求。溅射沉积的CIGS薄膜对可见光的平均透过率低于2%,光学带隙约为1.4eV。 相似文献

Single crystals of β-Naphthol(βN),an organic nonlinear optical(NLO) material was successfully grown by temperature lowering method using chloroform as solvent.The initial compound was purified by repeated recrystallization process.As-grown crystals were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction(XRD) studies to ascertain that βN crystal crystallized in the monoclinic system with a noncemtrosymmetric space group.Vibrational frequencies of various functional groups in the crystals were derived from Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and proton nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectrum.Optical characterization was done using UV-Visible near-infrared(NIR) spectroscopy.The thermal behaviour of the material was studied by thermo gravimetric and differential thermal plots.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) study was carried out on the surface of the grown crystals to investigate the nature of defects in the crystal surface and the NLO property of the crystal was tested by Nd:YAG laser as a source. 相似文献
