Effects of mold electromagnetic stirring (M-EMS) on the solidification structure of 45# steel billet were investigated by examination of interdendritic corrosion. The results show that the primary and secondary dendrite arm spacings increase from the edge of the billet to the center and decrease obviously with increasing electromagnetic torque, which will be beneficial to refine the solidification structure and enlarge the equiaxed crystal zone. 采用有限元法计算了不锈钢板坯在连铸时凝固过程中温度场及坯壳的生长随时间的变化,讨论了过热度,拉速及二冷配水量对温度场及凝固末端位置的影响。结果表明,影响铸坯温度场和凝固末端位置的主要因素是拉速和二冷配水,而过热度影响较小。  相似文献

针对奥氏体和马氏体不锈钢连铸中的质量问题,对太钢第三炼钢厂结晶器的锥度进行了调查分析.根据铸机和不锈钢的钢种特性,分别计算比较了马氏体和奥氏体连铸坯在结晶器内的收缩规律,分析了连铸工艺参数如拉坯速度、过热度对铸坯收缩的影响规律,在此基础上设计了曲线锥度的结晶器,并在生产实践中取得了很好的效果.  相似文献

利用活性屏离子热处理技术对奥氏体不锈钢进行低温离子渗碳(ASPC)处理,可以在不锈钢表面形成一层无碳化铬析出的碳的过饱和固溶体(Sc相)。ASPC可以在不降低奥氏体不锈钢耐蚀性能的前提下大幅度提高其表面硬度,并解决了不锈钢直流离子渗碳温度均匀性差、工件存在边缘效应等问题,渗碳试样表面基本可以保持不锈钢原色。通过对活性屏上溅射下来的纳米粒子进行显微分析表明,这些粒子是Fe3C、Fe2C5中性粒子,其在ASPC中起到渗碳载体的作用,ASPC是一个溅射-吸附-脱附的过程。  相似文献

A constant deflection device designed for use within a transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to investigate the change in dislocation configuration ahead of a crack tip during stress corrosion cracking (SCO of type 310 austenitic stainless steel in a boiling MgCI2 solution, and the initiation process of stress corrosion microcrack. Results showed that corrosion process during SCC enhanced dislocation emission, multiplication and motion. Microcracks of SCC were initiated when the corrosion-enhanced dislocation emission and motion reached critical state.A passive film formed during corrosion of austenitic stainless steel in the boiling MgCI2 solution generated a tensile stress. During SCC, the additive tensile stress generated at the metal/passive film interface helps enhance dislocation emission and motion.  相似文献

采用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对双辊铸轧304不锈钢薄带裂纹及组织特征进行了观察,并结合能谱仪(EDS)对微区成分和夹杂物进行了分析。结果表明,铸轧薄带上的裂纹在薄带表面凹痕处产生,并沿柱状晶晶界向内部扩展,终止于柱状晶与心部等轴晶交界处;在柱状晶区内存大量缩孔和夹杂,在铸轧机械应力和热应力的共同作用下,破坏了材料的连续性;铸轧裂纹断面存在氧化现象,说明铸轧裂纹在铸轧凝固的高温阶段生成。  相似文献

The intergranular corrosion (IGC) behavior of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel(HNSS) sensitization treated at 650-950℃ was investigated by the double loop electrochemical potentiodynamic reactivation(DL-EPR) method.The effects of the electrolytes,scan rate,sensitizing temperature on the susceptibility to IGC of HNSS were examined. The results show that the addition of NaCl is an effective way to improve the formation of the cracking of a passive film in chromium-depleted zones during the reactivation scan. Decreasing the scan rate exhibits an obvious effect on the breakdown of the passive film. A solution with 2 mol/L H2_SO_4+1 mol/L NaCl+0.01 mol/L KSCN is suitable to check the susceptibility to IGC of HNSS at a sensitizing temperature of 650-950℃ at a suitable scan rate of 1.667 mV/s. Chromium depletion of HNSS is attributed to the precipitation of Cr_2N which results in the susceptibility to IGC. The synergistic effect of Mo and N is suggested to play an important role in stabilizing the passive film to prevent the attack of IGC.  相似文献

利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟机对07Cr17Ni12Mo2N奥氏体不锈钢试样分别在950,1000,1 050,1 100℃以0.05 s-1的应变速率进行了高温拉伸试验,通过分析试验钢组织、断面收缩率曲线、抗拉强度曲线、断口形貌,研究镍对试验钢高温拉伸性能的影响.结果表明:降镍后试验钢仍为单一的奥氏体组织;热塑性有所降低,断面收缩率平均下降了18.87%;抗拉强度平均提高了12.39%.  相似文献

结晶器和二冷区传热对大方坯产品质量和铸机的生产率有重要影响,本文讨论了包钢引进的全国最大的方坯连铸机在拉坯时结晶器和二冷区传热情况以及坯壳凝固生长,铸坯温度的变化规律。着重讨论了电磁搅拌,过热度和拉速对坯壳凝固和生长规律的影响,指出控制铸坯凝固的主要因素是凝固潜热,影响凝固未端的最主要因素是拉速,而电磁搅拌对其影响区内的传热和坯壳生长和铸坯温度亦有重大影响。  相似文献

为了取代窄间隙TIG填充热丝焊接厚板奥氏体不锈钢,采用窄间隙光纤激光填丝焊接方法焊接了板厚为15 mm的SUS306LN奥氏体不锈钢.通过试验研究,确定了最适于窄间隙激光填丝焊接的坡口形式和最佳焊接工艺参数.利用所得最佳焊接条件,获得了成形美观、无焊接缺陷、力学性能高及焊接变形小的焊接接头,焊缝金属与母材形成良好的冶金结合.该焊接方法为厚板结构件的窄间隙填丝焊接确立了一种高效率的焊接技术,并成功地把该项技术应用到核聚变超导线圈盒的焊接上.  相似文献

结合现场研究,利用显式有限差分法计算出不同工艺条件下的铸坯凝固情况;进行了拉坯速度对出结晶器坯壳厚度、铸坯表面温度、铸坯凝固终点位置和铸坯质量影响的模拟分析研究.模拟结果表明,拉速对铸坯表面温度和凝固终点的影响较大,随拉速的增大,表面温度升高,出结晶器坯壳厚度减薄,铸坯液相穴拉长.  相似文献

研究了拉伸应变速率对高氮奥氏体不锈钢18Cr-12Mn-0.55N(质量分数/%)室温力学性能和塑性流变行为的影响.结果表明,随应变速率的升高,实验钢的屈服强度R0.2增大,断后延伸率A减小,抗拉强度Rm略有降低,断面收缩率Z变化不大;在各应变速率下,实验钢的塑性流变行为均可用Ludwigson模型进行描述;随应变速率的升高,实验钢的加工硬化能力和发生屈服时第一根位错开动所需的短程作用力降低;增大应变速率促进多系滑移和交滑移,降低瞬变应变,使实验钢的塑性流变行为在更低的应变水平符合Ludwik模型.  相似文献

利用Ludw igson模型研究了两种氮含量不同的无镍奥氏体不锈钢18Cr-12Mn-0.55N(质量分数/%)和18Cr-18Mn-0.63N在室温快速拉伸时的塑性流变行为.结果表明,由于N含量的增大,实验钢18Cr-18Mn-0.63N的加工硬化能力明显强于实验钢18Cr-12Mn-0.55N.N促进CrMnN奥氏体不锈钢中的短程有序,使位错在更高的应变水平进行单系滑移和平面滑移,推迟位错的多系滑移和交滑移,因而提高CrMnN奥氏体不锈钢的加工硬化能力.  相似文献

The microstructure of AISI 304 austenite stainless steel fabricated by the thin strip casting process were investigated using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microstructures of the casting strips show a duplex structure consisting of delta ferrite and austenite. The volume fraction of the delta ferrite is about 9.74vol% at the center and 6.77vol% at the surface of the casting thin strip, in vermicular and band shapes. On account of rapid cooling and solidification in the continuous casting process, many kinds of inclusions and precipitates have been found. Most of the inclusions and precipitates are spherical complex compounds consisting of oxides, such as, SiO2, MnO, Al2O3, Cr2O3, and FeO or their multiplicity oxides of MnO·Al2O3, 2FeO·SiO2, and 2MnO·SiO2. Many defects including dislocations and stacking faults have also formed during the rapid cooling and solidification process, which is helpful to improve the mechanical properties of the casting strips.  相似文献
