研究铁磁/反铁磁/铁磁三层膜中界面存在二次以及双二次交换耦合下反铁磁磁矩转动及其交换各向异性.结果表明,其反铁磁膜中的磁矩转动存在可逆"恢复行为"、不可逆"连续倒转行为"以及不可逆"中断倒转行为"三种情形,三种情形的出现强烈地依赖于两界面处的线性耦合和双二次耦合.钉扎界面的交换耦合与旋转界面的交换耦合相互竞争,当钉扎界面耦合占主导时,反铁磁磁矩发生可逆"恢复行为",系统出现交换偏置.在旋转界面耦合占主导情形下,其线性耦合与双二次耦合也相互竞争,分别导致反铁磁磁矩发生不可逆"连续倒转行为"和不可逆"中断倒转行为",系统都不出现交换偏置,但矫顽场都得以增强.相关结论为实验上观测的磁滞能耗以及界面垂直耦合提供了可能的解释.  相似文献

采用自由能变分法研究了铁磁/反铁磁双层膜系统在反铁磁层存在净磁化下的自旋波谱.本模型中铁磁薄层具有单轴磁晶各向异性和立方磁晶各向异性,反铁磁层仅具有单轴磁晶各向异性,但厚度有限,推导出了系统铁磁共振频率的表达式.结果表明:系统的自旋波谱分光学模和声学模两种,其中光学模仅在反铁磁层存在净磁化时得到激发.自旋波谱可按外磁场强度的变化情况分为强弱两支;区分强磁场和弱磁场的临界场依赖于铁磁/反铁磁间的交换作用,反铁磁层的磁化强度以及反铁磁层的厚度等.交换偏置场对光学模的影响明显于声学模,而反铁磁的净磁化和其厚度对系统的影响紧密联系,难以区分.但当反铁磁层净磁化很小可忽略时,系统只存在声学模激发. 关键词: 铁磁/反铁磁双层膜 反铁磁层净磁化 光学模 声学模  相似文献

用磁控溅射法制备了GdFeCo/DyFeCo交换耦合两层薄膜,对交换耦合两层薄膜变温磁化方向进行了研究.结果表明读出层GdFeCo随温度上升从平面磁化转变成垂直磁化,转变过程中主要受饱和磁矩(Ms)的影响.在GdFeCo的补偿温度附近,读出层的磁化强度近于零,退磁场能减小,并在交换耦合的作用下,使读出层的磁化方向发生转变,制备的交换耦合两层薄膜具有中心孔磁超分辨效应. 关键词: 磁光记录 交换耦合两层薄膜 磁化  相似文献

使用飞秒时间分辨抽运-探测磁光克尔光谱技术,研究了激光加热GdFeCo磁光薄膜跨越铁磁补偿温度时稀土-过渡金属(RE-TM)反铁磁交换耦合行为和超快磁化翻转动力学. 实验观察到由于跨越铁磁补偿温度、净磁矩携带者交换而引起的磁化翻转反常克尔磁滞回线以及在同向外磁场下,反常回线上大于和小于矫顽力部分的饱和磁化强度不同,显示出GdFeCo中RE与TM之间的非完全刚性反铁磁耦合. 在含有Al导热底层的GdFeCo薄膜上观测到饱和磁场下激光感应磁化态翻转及再恢复的完整超快动力学过程. 与剩磁态的激光感应超快退磁化过 关键词: 补偿温度 磁化翻转 反铁磁耦合 GdFeCo  相似文献

在铁磁层(FM)/反铁磁层(FeMn)耦合体系中插入Pt 插层或对靠近FM/FeMn界面处的FeMn掺杂Pt元素,研究了体系的交换偏置场 Hex及矫顽力Hc随Pt插层深度 dPt与Pt掺杂层厚度tPtFeMn的变化关系. 实验结果表明,引入Pt插层后NiFe/FeMn(dPt)/Pt/FeMn体系的未补偿磁矩(UCS)的数量得到很大的提高,从而对HexHc 起到增强的作用; 同时, 从实验结果可以推测FeMn层内部UCS的分布深度约为1.3 nm. 另外,对靠近FM/FeMn界面处的FeMn掺杂Pt元素,发现掺入Pt元素后体系的Hex 得到有效增强, 这是因为掺入Pt元素后体系UCS的数量也得到很大的提高.  相似文献

通过研究外应力场下铁磁多层膜系统中的自旋结构,讨论了系统磁电阻对外应力的依赖关系.结果表明,外应力能够诱发磁电阻效应,且其磁电阻紧密依赖于外应力的大小和方向.一般地对铁磁性层间耦合,其磁电阻与外应力之间的关系紧密地依赖于两铁磁层的磁致伸缩系数以及磁晶各向异性之差异.具体地,大小一定的外应力由磁易轴向磁难轴旋转的过程中,磁电阻先缓慢增大后急剧减小,在磁难轴附近变化较敏锐,并出现峰值.外应力方向一定时,磁电阻随应力的增大先敏锐增强后缓慢减小,且应力方向偏离磁易轴越远,变化趋势越显著.特别地,当外应力完全垂直于磁易轴时,应力大小的变化会引起磁电阻翻倍.而外应力场介于8πM/5≤Hλ≤18πM/5时,磁电阻会随应力的旋转单调上升,并在磁难轴附近急剧增强,产生GMR效应;对反铁磁性层间耦合,其GMR效应对应力大小和方向的响应近似地相反于铁磁性层间耦合情形. 关键词: 铁磁/非磁/铁磁三层膜 自旋结构 磁电阻 应力场  相似文献

利用Monte-Carlo方法和转移矩阵法研究了具有不同表面交换耦合Js和薄膜厚度 磁性多层 膜的表面和尺寸对磁相变的影响.模拟结果表明,系统的相变温度随薄膜层数的变化取决于Js/J(J为体内交换耦合),当Js/J大于某一临界值时,由于表面磁 有序先于体内磁有序 ,系统的相变温度随薄膜层数的增多而降低,反之,表面磁无序可与体内磁有序共存,系统 的相变温度随薄膜层数的增多而升高;当Js/J较小时,随Js增大 ,系统的居里温度缓慢 升高,趋近于体内相变温度,而当Js/J较大时,随Js增大,系统的 居里温度 呈线性升高.模拟结果与用转移矩阵法推导出的结果相当符合,且很好地解释了实验事实. 关键词: 磁星多层膜 交换耦合 Monte-Carlo模拟 转移矩阵法  相似文献

在许多磁性金属多层膜系统中都存在巨磁电阻效应,这些系统是由厚度为几个纳米的磁层与非磁层交替重叠而构成.出现巨磁电阻效应的必要条件是系统的磁化状态能被外加磁场所改变.该效应的物理原因是传导电子在界面处或磁层内的所谓自旋相关散射.层间耦合随隔离层厚度变化而振荡的现象,在隔离层为非磁过渡金属和贵金属的系统中普遍存在.自旋阀多层结构在信息存储技术中磁电阻“读出”头方面极具应用前景.  相似文献

采用磁控溅射方法在MgO(001)单晶衬底上制备了交换偏置分别沿着FeGa [100]和[110]方向的FeGa/IrMn外延交换偏置双层膜,研究了交换偏置取向对磁化翻转过程与磁化翻转场的影响.铁磁共振场的角度依赖关系的测量与拟合,表明样品存在不同取向的四重对称磁晶各向异性、单向交换磁各向异性和单轴磁各向异性的叠加.矢量磁光克尔效应测量表明交换偏置沿着[100]方向的样品在不同磁场方向下表现矩形、非对称和单边两步磁滞回线;交换偏置沿着[110]方向的样品在不同磁场方向下表现单边两步和双边两步磁滞回线.考虑不同交换偏置方向的畴壁形核和位移模型,能够很好地解释磁化翻转路径随磁场方向的变化规律和拟合磁化翻转场的角度依赖关系,表明交换偏置方向的改变使得畴壁形核能发生显著变化.  相似文献

The demagnetization processes of antiferromagnetically exchange-coupled hard/soft/hard trilayer structures have been studied based on the discrete one-dimensional atomic chain model and the linear partial domain-wall model. It is found that, when the magnetic anisotropy of soft layer is taken into account, the changes of the soft layer thickness and the interfacial exchange coupling strength may lead a transition of demagnetization process in soft layer from the reversible to the irreversible magnetic exchange-spring process. For the trilayer structures with very thin soft layer, the demagnetization process exhibits typical reversible exchange-spring behavior. However, as the thickness of soft layer is increased, there is a crossover point tc, after which the process becomes irreversible. Similarly, there is also a critical interfacial exchange coupling constant Ashc, above which the exchange-spring process is reversible. When Ash<Ashc, the irreversible exchange-spring process is achieved. The phase diagram of reversible and irreversible exchange-spring processes is mapped in the plane of the interfacial exchange coupling Ash and soft layer thickness Ns.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of exchange coupled composite (ECC) media that are composed of perpendicular magnetic recording media FePt MgO and two kinds of soft layers have been studied by using an x-ray diffractometer, a polar Kerr magneto-optical system (PMOKE) and a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that ECC media can reduce the coercivities of perpendicular magnetic recording media FePt-MgO. The ECC media with granular-type soft layers have weaker exchange couplings between magnetic grains and the magnetization process, for ECC media of this kind mainly follow the Stoner Wohlfarth model.  相似文献

制备了Nd28Fe66B6/Fe50Co50多层纳米复合磁性薄膜,对溅射态和650℃退火处理15 min试样的相成分分析和微结构的观察显示,溅射态薄膜呈非晶态,经650℃退火处理15 min后,薄膜主要相成分为硬磁性Nd2Fe14B相和软磁性相FeCo(110)相.Nd2Fe14B相呈柱状,其易磁化c轴垂直于膜面,尺寸约10 nm.在硬磁性相和软磁性相之间存在少量富Nd相和非晶态,富Nd相大小约7 nm.磁性测量和分析表明,1)该系列薄膜退火态具有垂直于膜面的磁晶各向异性.2)对于固定厚度(10 nm)层Nd-Fe-B和不同厚度(tFeCo=1—100 nm)层FeCo多层纳米复合膜,剩磁随软磁相FeCo 厚度的增加快速增加,而矫顽力则减小.当tFeCo=5 nm时,最大磁能积达到200 kJ/m3. 3)硬磁相Nd-Fe-B层和软磁相FeCo层之间交换耦合导致剩磁和磁能积增强. 关键词: Nd-Fe-B/FeCo多层纳米复合膜 交换耦合 磁各向异性  相似文献

The rotational anisotropies in the exchange bias structures of ferromagnetism/antiferromagnetism 1/antiferromagnetism 2 are studied in this paper. Based on the model, in which the antiferromagnetism is treated with an Ising mean field theory and the rotational anisotropy is assumed to be related to the field created by the moment induced on the antiferromagnetic layer next to the ferromagnetic layer, we can explain why in experiments for ferromagnetism (FM)/antiferromagntism 1 (AFM1)/antiferromagnetism 2 (AFM2) systems the thickness-dependent rotational anisotropy value is non-monotonic, i.e. it reaches a minimum for this system at a specific thickness of the first antiferromagnetic layer and exhibits oscillatory behaviour. In addition, we find that the temperature-dependent rotational anisotropy value is in good agreement with the experimental result.  相似文献

Totally asymmetric exclusion processes at constrained m-input n-output junction points under random update are studied by theoretical calculation and computer simulation in this paper. At the junction points, the hopping rate of particles from m-input parallel lattices to n-output parallel lattices is assumed to be equal to r/n (0 〈 r 〈 1 ). The mean-field approach and Monte Carlo simulations show that the phase diagram can be classified into three regions at any value of r. More interestingly, there is a threshold rc = n( 1 - √1 - m/n)/m. In the cases of r 〉 re and r 〈 rc, qualitatively different phases exist in the system. With the increase of the value of m/n, the regions of (LD, LD) and (MC, LD) or (HD, LD) decrease, and the (HD, HD) is the only phase that increases in the region (LD stands for low density, HD stands for high density, and MC for maximal current). Stationary current and density profiles are calculated, showing that they are in good agreement with Monte Carlo simulations.  相似文献

利用Monte-Carlo模拟研究了全局耦合网络上扩散限制的不可逆聚集-湮没过程的动力学行为. 在系统中, 同种类集团相遇, 将发生聚集反应; 不同种类的集团相遇, 则发生部分湮没反应. 模拟结果表明:1) 当两种粒子初始浓度相等时, 系统长时间演化后, 集团浓度c(t)和粒子浓度g(t)呈现幂律形式, c(t)~t- α和g(t)~t, 其中幂指数α 和β 满足α=2β 的关系, 且α=2/(2 + q); 集团大小分布随时间的演化满足标度律, akt)=kt\varPhi (k/t^z), 其中τ≈-1.27q, ω≈(3 + 1.27q)/(2 + q), z=α/2=1/(2 + q); 2) 当两种粒子初始浓度不相等时, 系统经长时间演化后, 初始浓度较小的种类完全湮没, 而初始浓度较大的那个种类的集团浓度cA(t)仍具有幂律形式, cA(t)~t, 其中α=1/(1+q), 其集团大小分布随时间的演化也满足标度律, 标度指数为τ≈-1.27q, ω≈(2 + 1.27q)/(1 + q)和z=α=1/(1 + q). 模拟结果与已报道的理论分析结果相符得很好.  相似文献

The exchange coupling strength of NiFe/Cu/IrMn trilayer films was examined with both a new magneto optical Kerr effect (MOKE) method developed for the exchange coupling field determination and ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) measurements. We found that the value for exchange coupling field obtained by the MOKE technique coincided with FMR result with high accuracy. Other peculiarities of FMR measurements due to interlayer exchange coupling such as angular dependence of resonance field on Cu spacer thickness are also shown in the article.  相似文献

On the basis of the general method of calculation of linear weakly coupled anisotropic resonators, we obtained specific analytical expressions for the beat frequency between orthogonally polarized waves in resonators that contain a phase anisotropic plate in the active part and a polarizer in the passive part.
