胭脂花是分布于中国北部的报春花科报春花属花柱二型植物,为了阐明胭脂花花粉形态的多样性,对胭脂花分布范围内的7个野生居群的花粉形态进行了测定。结果表明,胭脂花花粉属N3P4C5型,极面观多为三角形,具三孔沟,少数为四边形,具4孔沟;短花柱植株的花粉粒较大(16.53×17.58μm),花粉粒外壁粗糙,表面纹饰多,网眼大;长花柱植株的花粉粒较小(12.95×13.72μm),花粉粒外壁较光滑,表面纹饰少,网眼小。不同居群间花粉粒在大小、网眼直径、外壁纹饰等方面存在显著差异,花粉形态变异系数在4.88%~35.48%之间;短花柱类型各居群的平均变异系数为16.18%,居群间差异较大,其中庞泉沟居群变异系数最大(24.05%),海坨山居群最小(10.13%);长花柱类型各居群的平均变异系数为14.89%,庞泉沟居群的变异系数最大(19.75%),五台山与海坨山居群最小(12.50%),长花柱类型的花粉性状比短花柱植株更为稳定。UPGMA聚类分析发现,7个居群聚为两大类,除庞泉沟居群外,其他居群聚为一组,地理距离相近的居群一般聚在一起。研究结果为胭脂花种质资源遗传多样性及育种研究提供了依据。  相似文献

摘要:藤山柳属Clematoclethra为中国特有属,属内物种划分争议颇大。利用扫描电镜观察了该属14个居群的花粉形态,结果表明藤山柳属的花粉为小粒花粉,多为圆球形,具三拟孔沟,根据外壁纹饰可分为皱波状花粉、颗粒状花粉和细疣状花粉3种类型。花粉类型与植株毛被特征有一定相关性,对澄清藤山柳属的分类问题具有一定意义。  相似文献

中国蓼属叉分蓼组植物花粉形态的研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对中国蓼属叉分蓼组20种3变种的花粉形态进行了观察和研究。结果表明其花粉形态大多数为近球形至近长球形,少数为扁球形或长球形;花粉大小为20.4~44.0µm×17.0~34.0µm:从萌发孔看,有3沟、3 孔沟、多沟、散沟;外壁纹饰为微刺—穴状、刺状、粗网状、皱块状。据此,该组花粉可划分为5种类型,即叉分蓼型(Aconogonon-type)、钟花蓼型(Campanulatum-type)、大连线冰岛蓼型(Forrestii-type)、西伯利亚蓼(Sibiricum-type)及多穗蓼型(Polystachyum-type),编制了这些花粉类型检索表。叉分蓼型花粉的主要特征是具3沟,外壁纹饰为微刺-穴状,此种类型的植物有14种2变种。钟花蓼型花粉的主要特征是具6散沟,外壁纹饰为微刺-穴状,此种类型的植物有钟花蓼和绒毛钟花蓼。西伯利亚蓼型花粉的主要特征是具3孔沟,外壁纹饰为皱块状,此种类型的植物有西伯利亚蓼。多穗蓼型花粉的主要特征是具6(~8)多沟,外壁纹饰为粗网状,此种类型的植物有松林蓼及多穗蓼。大连线冰岛蓼型花粉的主要特征是具散沟,外壁纹饰为显著的长刺状,此种类型的植物有大铜钱叶蓼及铜钱叶蓼,结果表明叉分蓼组的花粉形态具有重要的分类学意义,研究结果支持将叉分蓼组上升为属的等级,也支持Knorringia的属的地位,大铜钱叶蓼和铜钱叶蓼应移入Koenigia属中,而松林蓼和多穗蓼仍保留在蓼属中。  相似文献

本文分别从物候、繁育结构和传粉等方面研究了国家三级保护植物、安徽特有种--安徽羽叶报春(Primula merrilliana)的繁殖生物学特征。研究结果表明: (1) 安徽羽叶报春是典型的形态和功能意义上的花柱二型的二年生植物, 其始苗期为9月, 一直持续到第二年6月底或7月初死亡, 各居群长柱花植株比短柱花植株开花略早3–5 d; (2) 安徽羽叶报春的散孔型花粉显示其在报春花属中有重要的系统意义和进化意义。同时, 短柱花花粉量比长柱花少, 但其花粉直径是后者的1.78倍左右; (3) 长花柱的雌蕊长度是短花柱的1.64倍, 而且其柱头上的乳头状突起比短花柱上的长而稀; (4) 3个研究居群的P/O比都不相同, 我们发现花粉量比胚珠数量有更大的变异, 这可能与生境有关; (5) 安徽羽叶报春为异花授粉植物, 蓟马属(Thrips)昆虫为其重要的传粉者, 其同型花授粉可育性远比异型花授粉的高; (6) 其长、短柱型种子没有明显的形态差异, 多属不等边七面体, 少为其他多面体。据研究, 在小居群中两种花柱类型植株的比例失衡, 生境的破坏和伴生种的消失可能是导致安徽羽叶报春濒危的重要原因。  相似文献

本文作者用扫描电镜(SEM)对国产菟丝子属(Cuscuta L.)10种植物的花粉形态进行了观察。具3沟萌发孔的花粉为本属基本类型。根据萌发孔的数目,外壁纹饰等特征,该属花粉可划分为三个类型:(1)具3沟,外壁具穿孔,表面散生小刺状突起;(2)具3—5沟,外壁具网状纹饰,网脊上散生小刺状突起;(3)具3—6沟,外壁具小刺状突起,穿孔偶见。本文观察结果与刘炳仑等曾报道过光学显微镜(LM)下的结果不完全一致。最后,对菟丝子属的花粉形态的演化趋势以及属内亚属间关系进行了讨论。  相似文献

白头翁属(Pulsatilla Mill.)花粉共有4个萌发孔类型:1.三沟类型; 2.散沟类型; 3.散孔类型; 4.二型花粉类型。各类型之间的演化趋势是:三沟→散沟→散孔类型。外 壁表面具大、小两型小刺和小穿孔。根据外壁表面小刺的粗细和小穿孔的分布,可将本属分 为两个类群,即一类为表面呈波浪状,小刺较粗,基部具垫状隆起,小穿孔分布在隆起之间的低 凹处; 另一群外壁表面平,刺较细,排列稀,小穿孔均匀分布在花粉的表面上。利用透射电镜观 察本属三沟型和散孔型的外壁内部结构是一致的,即都由薄的内层与厚的外层组成。内层在 沟和孔下面均加厚,在沟间区和孔间区变薄。外层包括覆盖层、柱状层和基层。  相似文献

该研究采用光学显微镜与扫描电子显微镜对山芹属(Ostericum Hoffm.)8种17个居群的花粉形态特征进行观察和分析,为山芹属分类鉴定与属下系统关系研究提供依据。结果显示:(1)山芹属17个居群的花粉类型包含椭圆形、近长方形、超长方形和赤道收缩形4种类型。(2)花粉赤道面观有近椭圆形、近长方形与超长方形,极面观多为三角圆形,少数为三角形。(3)花粉极轴长度为24.7~35.6 μm,赤道轴长度为10.6~17.4 μm,极轴与赤道轴的比值P/E为1.7~2.5,体积指数P×E1/2为18.2~22.6。(4)花粉萌发孔均具三孔沟,且多为边萌发孔,角萌发孔较少,沟细长且均匀。(5)花粉赤道区外壁纹饰分为3类,即片状脑纹、长条状脑纹和短棒状脑纹,少数具有颗粒状或疣状的附着物。研究认为,山芹属植物花粉的形状与赤道区外壁纹饰类型存在较高的种内一致性,萌发孔类型、花粉中部是否凸出以及纹饰条纹长度、密集程度、附属物等特征则存在一定的种内差异性;花粉形态特征可为山芹属植物不同层次的分类鉴定与亲缘关系研究提供重要的证据。  相似文献

本文用光学显微镜对我国16属60种5变种罂粟科植物花粉形态进行了系统地观察研究。其中对15属27种进行了扫描观察。本科花粉形态为多类型。3沟为原始的、基本的花粉类型。根据萌发孔的形状、数目和特征,将罂粟科的花粉分为2沟,3沟,4-6沟、散沟、散孔和无萌发孔6个花粉类型。根据孢粉学资料,本文对绿绒蒿属(Meconopsis Vig.)花粉粒和其它器官的进化趋势,罂粟科在进化上的亲缘关系和本科花粉萌发孔的演化趋向等问题进行了讨论。  相似文献

本文报道在光学显微镜与扫描电镜下,对中国姜科Zingiberaceae中的2亚科(姜亚科、 闭鞘姜亚科)、3族、18属、89种、3变种植物花粉形态的观察结果。根据萌发孔的有无,将本 科的植物花粉分成两大类型,无萌发孔型和具萌发孔型。根据花粉粒形状、大小及萌发孔的类 型和外壁表面纹饰的不同,在两大类型中又区分为6亚型和2组。在无萌发孔类型中有:光 滑亚型、具刺亚型(内分短刺组和长刺组)、具条纹亚型和具脑皱状-负网状亚型,在具萌发孔类 型中有具沟-孔混合亚型及具散孔亚型。本文从花粉学的观点,对科内某些分类群的划分进行了讨论。  相似文献

Pollen grains of 18 species of Pulsatilla in Ranunculaceae distributed in Asia and Europe were examined by LM and SEM, and exine ultrastructure of tricolpate pollen grains of P. chinensis and of pantoporate pollen grains of P. campanella was examined by TEM. Pulsatilla pollen is divided into four major types based on the aperture character, i.e. tricolpate, di- and tricolpate, pantocolpate and pantoporate. The revolutionary trend of pollen types is as follows: tricolpate→pantocolpate→pantoporate. Surface spinulate and perforate. According to density and size of sptnulae and distribution of perforation, the pollen grains of the genus can be divided into two groups. Thin sections of P. chinensis and P. campanella show endexine thickened at colpi and ora. Ektexine consists of a foot layer, a collumellae layer and a continuous, perforate tectum. The columallae layer is thicker than foot layer and tectum. Pollen morphology of Pulsatilla is similar to that of Anemone, but different in the distribution of spinules and perforation. Pollen information supports Wang’s view about systematic arrangment of species of Pulsatilla in China.  相似文献

Pollen morphology of 91 samples, representing 23 species, 6 varieties and 1 form of the Schisandraceae, was examined under light microscope (LM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Palynological data of 5 species, 4 varieties and 1 form are reported for the first time. The pollen grains are monads, heteropolar, radiosymmetric and oblate to peroblate in shape. Arrangement of their colpi is unique in angiosperms. The pollen grains can be divided into two types according to the number of their clopi: the tricolpate pollen type and the hexacolpate pollen type. The exine sculpturing is reticulate. The size of luminae and the breadth of muri are correlated with the floral morphology of the hisandraceae to a certain extent. Our results do not support the division of the pollen grains of the Schisandraceae into 4 types according to the size of inae as proposed by Praglowski. There is also still room of discussion about his conclusion that the pole where the three longer colpi converge is the distal pole. The evolutionary trends of the pollen grains of the Schisandraceae seem to be from fewer to more in the number of colpi, and from smaller to larger in the size of luminae. The view that Kadsura is more primitive than Schisnadra is not supported by palynological data; on the contrary, Kadsura seems to be more advanced than Schisandra at the general level of evolution. The two genera may be closely related, and might have originated from a common ancestor and then evolved parallelly along two different routes.  相似文献

用光镜和扫描电镜观察了五味子科Schisandraceae23种、6变种和1变型的91份花粉的形态。其中5 、4变种和1变型的花粉形态为首次报道。该科花粉为单花粉,异极,辐射对称,扁球形至超扁球形,其萌发沟的排列格局在被子植物中是独一无二的。若按萌发沟的数目划分,该科花粉可分为3沟型和6沟型两个类型。外壁为网状纹饰,网眼的大小和网脊的宽度与花的形态有一定相关性。研究结果不支持Praglowski对  相似文献

本文对泽泻科11属27种代表植物的花粉进行了光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察。在系统描述了该科及各属植物花粉形态的基础上,将泽泻科植物的花粉划分为3种类型,即少果泽苔草型、慈菇型和泽泻型。根据花粉形态特征的比较,并依据泽泻科植物祖先类群的花粉具有船形、具单沟萌发孔、花粉外壁具明显的刺状纹饰、覆盖层完整无通道等特征,作者认为泽泻科植物花粉形态的如下演化趋势是明显的:由船形演化为卵球形、球形和多面体球形;由单沟萌发孔经过一无孔的中间类型演化为散孔类型;孔膜由光滑演化为具颗粒和小刺;萌发孔不内陷进化到内陷;花粉粒外壁的刺状纹饰逐渐过渡为颗粒状纹饰或者消失,以及覆盖层由无通道到具细通道和通道。  相似文献

Pollen morphology of selected taxa from the Hengduan Mountains, Southwest China are investigated in the present study. Forty eight taxa (flowering in the summer, 46 species and 2 varieties) of 43 genera belonging to 27 families were observed by light and scanning electron microscopy. Pollen morphology is described in detail. Two pollen shapes are mainly found in these species: subprolate to prolate (271%) and prolate (25%). Spheroidal, subspheroidal to subprolate, suboblate and tetrad shapes can also be found in some species. Aperture type is mostly tricolporate, with a percentage of 438, and also contains tricolpate, pantoporate, stephanocolpate, 3 colporoid, 6 colpate, monocolpate. The most common ornamentation is finely reticulate, with a percentage of 50. Other exine ornamentations, such as coarsely reticulate, finely granulate, smooth, spinulose are also observed. The palynological documentation of these species will provide the modern palynological basis for paleopalynological studies of the Quaternary Strata. On the basis of pollen morphology characters, identification features of some species in the same families were discussed according to the results of cluster analysis used by SPSS. The ecological significance was also discussed based on the ecological properties of these taxa.  相似文献

The pollen morphology of selected species of Crenea, Lagerstroemia, Lafoensia and Diplusodon (Lythraceae) and of Sonneratia (Sonneratiaceae) is compared from a functional point of view. From a basically tricolporate type, multiplication of colpi, reduction of colpi, development of meridional ridges, development of polar caps, differentiation of pores and reduction of pores have led to partly diverging, partly converging structural types which are interpreted as adaptation to controlled harmomegathy. In some species of Lagerstroemia with dimorphic stamens, the exine of the pollen produced by the feeding anthers shows a specialized structure, which enables the pollen grain to retain moisture and become sticky. For Sonneratia the fossil record allows a check on the postulated evolutionary trends.  相似文献

The pollen morphology of 28 species of Parnassia L. was investigated with light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The shape of pollen grains in this genus varies from subspheroidal to prolate in equatorial view and is three-lobed circular in the polar view. Pollen grains are usually radially symmetrical, isopolar, tricolporate or syntricolporate, with reticulate sculpture. The pollen characteristics among species are fairly similar to each other. Morphological information regarding the pollen grains shows that Parnassia is a natural genus. Based on exine ornamentation observed under SEM, three types of pollen grains were recognized: (i) type I, with foveolate-reticulate sculpture; (ii) type II, with a finely reticulate sculpture; and (iii) type III, with a coarsely reticulate sculpture. Most sections of this genus have one type of sculpture of pollen morphology, but Sect. Nectarotrilobos has three types of sculpture and Sect.Saxifragastrum has two types of sculpture. All three types of sculpture can be found in Southwest China,with species with the longest (Parnassia delavayi Franch.) and shortest (Parnassiafaberi Oliv.) colpi,implying that Southwest China is the center of diversification of the genus.  相似文献

The pollen grains of 32 species, 1 subspecies and 4 varieties of Vitis and 1 species of Muscadinia were scanned with Hitachi S-800 scanning electron microscope and described in the present paper. In Vitis, the pollen morphology is found to be valuable for the identification of species, though it is of little significance in supraspecific classification and systematic consideration. The ornamentation of Vitis could be divided into four types: ( 1 ) The pollen grains are oblate or rarely spheroidal (P/E =0.97 ~ 1.08) in shape, with colpi wide enough to show dense granulae inside. The pollen grains of V. coignetiae Pull. Ex Planch. belong to this type. (2) The pollen grains are prolate to subprolate (P/E = 1.25 ~ 1.76 ), with sparse granulae within the colpi. This type includes l0 species, 1 subspecies and 3 varieties, such as V. hui Cheng etc. (3) The pollen grains of V. romanetii Roman du Caill. ex Planch. and V. davidii (Roman du Caill. ) Foex. var. ferruginea Merr. et Chun are prolate (P/E= 1.87 ~ 2.1), with colpi narrow and linear-shaped, but rhombic in the equational region. (4) The pollen grains are prolate or perprolate (P/E= 1.30 ~ 2. 0), with narrow and linear-shaped colpi. The species with this type of pollen grains are Muscadiniarotundifolia (Michx.)  The pollen grains of 32 Chinese species of Pedicularis representing 13 groups within the genus were investigated using light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The genus is eurypalynous, the apertures may be tricolpate, trisyncolpate, or bisyncolpate and five types of surface ornamentation (microscabrate, microrugulate, retipilate, microreticulate and microfoveolate) were observed. Comparison of the different aperture types using light microscopy allows three pollen types to be distinguished. Examination of exine ornamentation with scanning electron microscopy enabled each pollen type to be divided into two or three sub-types (giving a total of seven sub-types). Pollen morphology within the genus is discussed in relation to infrageneric relationships, evolutionary and pollination biology. There is little correlation with the existing infrageneric taxonomy (some taxonomic groups have more than one pollen type, while the same pollen type may be found in several different species-groups), but greater correlation with the corolla morphology. In a palynological study of the Amaranthaceae, a peculiar type of reticulate pollen was found that is characterized by the presence of a porate aperture in each of the meshes of the reticulum. Previously, this type of pollen has been described as “reticulate”;. However, closer investigations show that the reticulum in pollen of Amaranthaceae is composed of mesoporia and pores. Consequently, this kind of reticulum represents a fundamentally different type, and is not homologous to the well known examples of pollen grains with a true reticulum (e.g. in Bromeliaceae, Lamiaceae). Therefore, the term “metareticulate”; is proposed (i.e., pantoporate pollen with a reticulum‐like structure of mesoporia and pores). The new term allows to distinguish between metareticulate and truely reticulate pollen, what is important in phylogenetic studies. Metareticulate pollen occurs only within lineages characterized by pantoporate pollen, and is found to be derived from pantoporate pollen in a cladistic analysis. Apart from the Amaranthaceae, metareticulate pollen evolved parallel in Vivianiaceae and Zygophyllaceae. In Caryophyllaceae and Convolvulaceae only a trend towards a metareticulation is observed. Metareticulate pollen is suggested as representing the highest developmental level in successiformy, which is one of the major patterns in pollen evolution leading from tricolpate to pantoporate grains.  相似文献
