Chitosan nanoparticles (CHN) were prepared based on ionotropic gelation between low moleculer weight chitosan and sodium tripolyphosphate (TPP) under microwave irradiation. Particle size, zeta potential, and FT-IR techniques were used for characterization of CHN. The influence of reaction time on the nanoparticle size distribution was investigated, and the results showed that the microwave irradiation method evidently decreases the reaction times and particle size over the conventional method. It was determined by the results of the zeta potential measurements that synthesized CHN under microwave irradiation clearly exhibits more homogeneous and stable dispersion. 相似文献

本文以黄姜为主要对象研究了薯蓣皂甙元的定量测定方法,以香荚兰醛-高氯酸为显色剂,冰醋酸为溶剂,使皂甙元显色,用分光光度法在波长为530nm处测定薯蓣皂甙元的含量。从植物中提取的皂甙元不需分离可直接测定。在1.00~20.00mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系。 相似文献

发展了一种微波-超声复合场下绿色高效合成砜类化合物的简便方法。 以芳甲基氯和苯亚磺酸钠为原料,以水为反应介质,在微波-超声复合场辅助下合成了一系列芳甲基苯基砜。 通过考察微波功率、超声功率、原料投料比、溶剂体积和反应时间等因素的影响,得出了苄基氯与苯亚磺酸钠之间模型反应的最优反应条件:微波功率为40 W,超声功率为50 W,苄基氯与苯亚磺酸钠的摩尔配比为1:3,反应时间为5 min。 在此条件下合成的苄基苯基砜产率为83%。 相比常规油浴条件,在微波-超声复合场的强化下反应速率提升了约42倍。 该方法具有较好的底物适应性,成功合成了23种砜类化合物。 相似文献

微波法合成乙二醇插层镍铝层状双金属氢氧化物 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
乙二醇(EG)插层层状双金属氢氧化物(LDH)可作为层间催化反应器,用于原油中环烷酸与EG的酯化脱酸反应,但其合成过程需要较长时间。 以硝酸根型镍铝LDH为前体,在KOH促进下,采用微波辅助的离子交换法合成EG插层LDH,省时节能,提高效率。 考察了微波时间、微波温度和微波功率对EG插层LDH结构的影响。 并用XRD、FT-IR和TG-DSC等比较了微波法和常规方法合成的EG插层LDH的性质。 结果表明,微波辐射能提供高能量,促进待交换阴离子向层间的扩散,并减弱层板与层间原有阴离子间的作用力,在微波温度为120 ℃,微波时间为10 min和微波功率550 W的条件下,即可得到结晶度高的EG插层LDH。 微波法合成的EG插层LDH与常规方法合成的具有相似的性质和更高的结晶度,而合成时间可由12 h大幅缩短至10 min。 相似文献

以氯化亚锡(SnCl2.2H2O)和硫代乙酰胺(TAA)为前驱物,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂,采用微波水热法控制合成花簇状SnS微球。采用XRD和FESEM等分析手段对制备的样品进行表征。结果表明:合成的产物为正交晶系的SnS微晶,且结晶性良好;SnS微晶是由长方形纳米片自组装而成的花簇状微球。通过改变CTAB用量,可以实现花簇状SnS微晶的形貌和尺寸的调控,并初步分析了其形成过程。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱分析,产物的光学带隙约为1.51 eV;室温光致发光光谱表明,产物在832 nm处具有近红外发光特性。 相似文献

Summary: Microwave irradiation method was used for synthesis of chelating ion exchange resin derived fom Salicylicacid-Formaldehyde-Resorcinol (SFR-M). The resin was characterized by Elemental analysis, FTIR, TGA and SEM. The Broido and Horowitz-Metzger method were used to calculate the energy of activation (Ea) from TGA. The microwave assisted chelating resin has different thermal behaviour as compared to conventional resin (SFR-C). The sorption capacities of microwave SFR resin for transition metal ions are higher than conventional SFR resin. The separation of binary mixtures [Cu (II) and Zn (II)] in brass and [Ni (II) and Cd (II)] were successfully carried out using Kd value. 相似文献

The reaction of maleic anhydride (MAH) grafted onto low density polyethylene (LDPE) in nylene solvents in the presence of benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as an initiator by microwave irradiation has been investigated. The influence of reaction conditions such as initiator content, monomer content and irradiation time have been examined. In the weight composition of xylene/LDPE/MAH/BPO=10/1/1/0.07, the grafting degree reaches 56.5 mmol MAH/100 g PE within only 8 min of microwave irradiation. The grafting reaction time of microwave irradiation shortens over 40 times than in the conventional grafting reaction. 相似文献

微波反应下, 运用新型固相肽合成反应器, 深入研究了五种大位阻氨基酸与H-Pro-CTC树脂(CTC树脂, 2-氯三苯甲基氯树脂)的缩合反应. 使用三次缩合的策略, 分别在DMF/NMP/THF (V∶V∶V=1∶1∶1), NMP/DMSO/THF (V∶V∶V=4∶1∶1), DMF/DMSO/THF (V∶V∶V=4∶1∶1)混合溶剂中缩合一次, 每次缩合反应的最优条件为: 缩合试剂HBTU、氨基酸浓度7 mmol/L、微波辐射3 min、反应温度35 ℃、维持时间3 min, 与传统方法相比, 氨基酸的用量大大减少, 其过量倍数从5倍降低为2倍, 缩合反应速率提高了16倍以上. 五种大位阻氨基酸与H-Pro-CTC树脂的缩合率都提高到80%以上. 相似文献

A series of (R)-(+)-ethyl aryloxypropionates (4a–4p) have been synthesized by the reaction of substituted phenols with ethyl (S)-(?)-tosyloxy lactate under the conditions of microwave irradiation and without solvents. The reaction conditions have been optimized. Under microwave irradiation alkylation reactions of sixteen phenolic hydroxyl groups in tetra(p‐hydroxyphenyl)pyrogallol[4]arene with alkylating reagents such as n‐butyl iodide, benzyl chloride, and ethyl α‐chloroacetate were finished quickly in one step to give the fully O‐alkylated products. The X‐ray single crystal diffraction showed that the three peralkylated pyrogallol[4]arenes existed in rctt (cis‐trans‐trans) configuration. 相似文献

采用乙醚萃取法制备了Dawson结构磷钼钒酸H6+n[P2Mo18-nVnO62](n=1~4),考察了不同钒原子取代数目、吸收温度、H2S气体浓度、杂多酸吸收剂浓度等条件下,4种杂多酸水溶液对H2S的吸收效率,发现其中H7[P2Mo17VO62]吸收剂具有最佳脱硫性能。采用微波辅助空气再生的方法对脱硫后的H7[P2Mo17VO62]吸收剂强化再生,通过红外、X射线能谱着重对吸收前、微波再生前后的H7[P2Mo17VO62]吸收剂进行了表征,并通过测定氧化还原电位、化学需氧量(COD)分析了再生前后吸收剂的氧化还原情况,结果表明,H2S还原V(Ⅴ)之后又进一步还原了Mo(Ⅵ),微波能够活化氧气从而促进脱硫后吸收剂的再生,是优于单纯空气再生的一种新的再生方法。 相似文献
