脱层是复合材料层板结构中主要的缺陷形式之一。当脱层层板受到压力载荷的作用会造成脱层的局部屈曲和扩展,从而使结构的强度和刚度大为降低。含脱层层板的弯曲问题包含了脱层的压缩问题,却比压缩问题更加复杂。本文对含穿透脱层层板在纯弯载荷作用下的后屈曲问题进行了基于一阶剪切层板理论的几何非线性有限元分析,运用虚裂纹闭合技术求解了纯弯载荷作用下的脱层尖端的能量释放率各型分量,并用脱层扩展判据求解了脱层起始扩展载荷。 相似文献

应用Rayleigh-Ritz法对含有单个椭圆形分层的复合材料对称层板在压剪载荷联合作用下的脱层屈曲问题进行了分析计算,给出相应于不同的椭圆长短半轴之比a/b值下及不同椭圆主轴的偏角时,脱层屈曲的临界应变值,此计算考虑了层板的拉伸剪切耦合刚度影响及子层本身弯曲-扭转耦合刚度D^d16,D^d26和拉伸-弯曲耦合刚度B^dij的影响,给出有工程参考价值的计算结果。 相似文献

低速撞击下正交型纤维增强复合材料层板的脱层研究 总被引:5,自引:2,他引:5
用不饱和聚脂预浸渍玻璃纤维带制作了几种正交型铺层序列的层板梁试件,并对其在固支条件下进行了横向冲击实验。用嵌入式加速度传感器得到了载荷历史,通过高速摄影机和显微摄像系统从层板侧面观察了脱层现象。根据最大剪应力准则,通过对层板内部剪应力的分布以及不同铺层间三种不同剪切破坏强度的近似分析,解释了首次脱层具体位置和二次脱层现象。试验和分析表明,脱层失稳所对应的脱层阈值载荷与试件的铺层结构有关。但是,对不同铺层结构的试件,发生脱层的0°/90°界面具有相同的细观剪切强度。因此,用细观界面剪切强度来分析和预言试件的脱层失稳更具有一般性。 相似文献

含脱层的层板在承受压缩载荷作用时,很容易发生局部屈曲,导致脱层扩展和结构失效.本文利用可动边界变分问题对脱层扩展进行了分析,导出了脱层前缘各点处的能量释放率表达式.本文还对浅部椭圆脱层进行计算分析,指出:其能量释放率沿脱层边界有很大变化,脱层的扩展方向取决于脱层的形状、受载方式及铺层方向. 相似文献

研究了正交铺设层合板的蠕变失稳问题。为了更好地模拟实际情况,在单层板的本构关系中,材料各主方向模量的松也时间均取不同值,并在建立控制方程时考虑了横向剪切变形的影响,通过理论分析,得到了粘弹性层合板的瞬时弹性临界载荷和持久临界载荷,并在算例中首次利用时间增量方法得到了有初始度层合板在长期受地的蠕变变表,计算结果表明了持久临界载荷对于粘弹性层合板的具体含义,从而使粘弹性层合板的为屈曲问题有了较为完整的 相似文献

用基于Mindlin板理论的有限元方法进行了带脱层损伤复合材料层板的屈曲载荷分析.为了处理在屈曲模态中上下脱层之间的接触问题,我们提出了一种有效的算法.在这种算法中,首先用一阶灵敏度分析和二次规划方法相结合的选代算法算出接触区域的虚拟力,然后将这种虚拟力转化成一些假想弹簧的刚度系数,并对原始刚度矩阵进行修正.数值算例表明本算法可以有效地克服屈曲模态中上下脱层之间的相互贯穿.同时,还对脱层的大小,形状和位置对屈曲载荷的影响进行了研究. 相似文献

为了建立一般条件下轴压构件屈曲临界载荷的计算理论,首先对轴心受压构件发生屈曲时的总势能方程进行了推导,然后采用Rayleigh-Ritz法并基于势能驻值原理得到了4种不同端部约束条件下轴压构件的屈曲临界载荷,对比欧拉临界载荷,给出了临界载荷放大系数 的计算式,全面考虑了构件长细比、压缩变形、剪切变形以及截面形状系数对临界载荷的影响,推导的计算式可用于较小长细比轴压构件发生屈曲时临界载荷的计算.圆截面和双轴对称工字形截面轴压构件屈曲临界载荷的分析表明构件长细比是影响放大系数的主导因素。 相似文献

Stitching has been used as through-thickness reinforcement to reduce the effects of delamination. In stitching, the delamination will be held by stitches in the form of crack/interface bridging. In the present work, the reinforcement of stitching threads is assumed to provide continuous linear restoring tractions opposing the delamination opening. A generalized mathematical model is developed to study the buckling analysis of two layer delaminated beams with bridging by using Rayleigh–Ritz energy method. The delaminated beam is analyzed as four interconnected beams using the delamination as their boundary. Lagrange multipliers are used to enforce the boundary and continuity conditions between the junctions of the interconnected beams. The developed mathematical model is solved as an eigenvalue problem in which the lowest eigenvalue gives the buckling load. Effective-bridging modulus, a new nondimensionalized parameter, is introduced to study the influence of bridging on the delamination buckling. It is shown that bridging strongly influences the buckling load of the delaminated beams and a monotonic relation is observed between the buckling load and the effective-bridging modulus. Parametric studies in terms of delamination sizes and locations along spanwise and thicknesswise positions on the buckling load have been carried out. The bridging is found to be effective for shallow delaminations of moderate length, and for deep and long delaminations. Spanwise positions of delamination strongly influence the buckling loads. In addition, an analytical model for obtaining upper bounds of the buckling load is developed by using Euler–Bernoulli beam theory. Effective-slenderness ratio, a new nondimensionalized parameter is defined and it is found to be controlling the buckling mode configurations, i.e., local, global and mixed modes. 相似文献

Delamination growth caused by local buckling of delaminated laminate under compression may lead the structure to failure. In this paper, a two-dimensional model of delaminated laminates was studied using a combination of post-buckling theory and fracture mechanics. The delaminated laminate under compression is first analysed by the first-order deformable plate thoery. Then, the energy release rateG at every point along the delamination front is derived by means of a variation problem with a moving boundary. Finally, the near-surface elliptical delamination is also discussed. There is a large variation of energy release rateG along the delamination front, the direction in which delamination growth may occur depends upon the delamination aspect ratio, the state of applied load and the orientation of plies.Supported by the Chinese Science Foundation of Aeronautics 相似文献

An approximate method is presented in this paper for studying the dynamic buckling of double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWNTs) under step axial load. The analysis is based on the continuum mechanics model, which takes into account the van der Waals interaction between the outer and inner nanotubes. A buckling condition is derived, from which the critical buckling load and associated buckling mode can be determined. As examples, numerical results are worked out for DWNTs under fixed boundary conditions. It is shown that, due to the effect of van der Waals forces, the critical buckling load of a DWNT is enhanced when inserting an inner tube into a single-walled one. The paper indicates that the critical buckling load of DWNTs for dynamic buckling is higher than that for static buckling. The effect of the radii is also examined.
