以2-巯基-5-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑为原料,经醚化、酰肼化、闭环、硫醚化四步反应合成了10个2-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-5-[(5-烷硫基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)硫甲基]- 1,3,4-噻二唑类衍生物。通过元素分析、IR、MS、1H NMR和 13C NMR对目标化合物进行了表征。采用In(OTf)3催化下40 oC水相合成目标化合物,具有反应条件温和、合成收率高、催化剂可循环使用等特点。 相似文献

在K2CO3存在下利用聚乙二醇-400 (PEG-400)作相转移催化剂, 于固-液相转移催化条件下, 通过5-芳亚甲基氨 基-2-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与氯乙酰芳胺的硫烷基化反应, 合成了16个未见文献报道的[5-(芳亚甲基氨基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]硫乙酰芳胺衍生物. 经元素分析, FT-IR,1H NMR和13C NMR确证了其结构. 生物活性实验结果表明, 部分化合物对小麦幼苗的生长具有明显的植物生长调节活性, 并对枯草杆菌具有一定的抑制活性. 相似文献

Abstract
Direct reductive amination of 1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde and 3-(4-methylphenyl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde with various substituted aromatic amines using NaBH4 in the presence of I2 as reducing agent is described. The reaction has been carried out in anhydrous methanol under neutral conditions at room temperature. The structure of newly synthesized diphenyl pyrazolylmethylanilines was established on the basis of IR, 1H, 13C NMR, and mass spectral data. All diphenyl pyrazolylmethylaniline derivatives were tested in vitro for their antifungal and antibacterial activity against different strains of fungi and bacteria. Most of the compound exhibited considerable antifungal activity but poor antibacterial activity against the test strains. 相似文献12.

通过1-苯基-3-(4-甲基苯基)-4-甲酰基吡唑与芳氧乙酰肼的加成反应,合成了5个新型的吡唑腙类化合物(3a~3e);3在酸性条件下环合,合成了5个新型的吡唑双杂环化合物(4a~4e). 3和4的结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征.对3和4分别进行了棉花枯萎病菌(A),棉花黄萎病菌(B),棉花立枯病菌(C),瓜果腐霉病菌(D),番茄早疫病菌(E)及向日葵菌核病菌(F)等初步的抑菌活性测试.结果表明,4的抑菌效果明显高于3;其中4d和4e对A,C和D的抑制率大于90%,对E和F的抑制率大于80%. 相似文献

Asymmetric syntheses of (2S,3S)-3-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2-piperidinecarboxylic acid (1b), (3R,4S)-4-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-3-piperidinecarboxylic acid (2b), and their corresponding N-Boc and N-Cbz protected analogues 8a,b and 17a,b are described. Enantiomerically pure 1b has been synthesized in five steps starting from L-aspartic acid beta-tert-butyl ester. Tribenzylation of the starting material followed by alkylation with allyl iodide using KHMDS produces the key intermediate 5a in a 6:1 diastereomeric excess. Upon hydroboration, the alcohol 6a is oxidized, and the resulting aldehyde 7 is subjected to a ring closure via reductive amination, providing 1b in an overall yield of 38%. Optically pure 2b has been synthesized beginning with N-Cbz-beta-alanine. The synthesis involves the induction of the first stereogenic center using Evans's chemistry and sequential LDA-promoted alkylations with tert-butyl bromoacetate and allyl iodide. Further elaboration by ozonolysis and reductive amination affords 2b in an overall yield of 28%. 相似文献

Acyclovir was synthesized in five steps from 7-formamido-5-methylthiofurazano[3,4-d]pyrimidine 2 . Alkylation of 2 with 2-(benzoyloxy)ethoxymethyl chloride, followed by reductive cleavage of the furazan ring gave 9-[[2-(benzoyloxy)ethoxy]methyl]-2-(methylthio)adenine 5 . 1,2,3-Triazole derivatives have been reported as inhibiting tumor proliferation, invasion, and metastasis[1]. The fused l,3,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles derivatives show various biological effects such as antifungal[2], antibacterial, hypotensive and CNS depressant activities[3]. We have reported several 6-aryl-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles in the previous paper[4]. The novel 6-aryl-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[2,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 6a-j have been synthesized by the condensation of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazole 5 with various aromatic carboxylic acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. The mercaptotriazole 5 was prepared from 4,the latter being prepared from 1 throng 2 and 3. The title compounds 6 were depicted in scheme 1.
