针对连铸坯轧制特厚板超声波探伤不合格的问题,对连铸坯及钢板取样进行热酸浸低倍组织检验,并对钢板样进行金相分析。结果表明,连铸坯本身有较严重的中心疏松和中心偏析,钢板有疏松残留,偏析严重处伴生微裂纹。通过提高钢液纯净度,投用连铸电磁搅拌(S-EMS),优化轻压下工艺,增加单道次压下量等措施,保证了特厚板质量,探伤合格率达到98.97%。 相似文献

Flow instability in continuous thin slab casting moulds has been studied using a full scale water model with particle image visualization. The results show that jet impinging depth, circumfluence centre position and wave height are unsteady and periodical. The probabilities of jet impinging depth and circumfluence centre position seem to be Poisson distributions with the highest frequency near the average position. The flow pattern is asymmetrical for a short time and the phase difference of jet impinging depth, circumfluence centre position and wave height on the two sides of the mould centreline is half a period. The average jet impinging depth, average circumfluence centre position, average meniscus wave profile and the highest and lowest meniscus positions are generally symmetrical to the mould centreline. 相似文献

For different steel grades the segregation factors of several alloying elements, both for crystal and for centre segregation, have been determined using electron probe microanalysis (EPMA). With this method two‐dimensional quantitative concentration images for several elements are assigned. The segregation factors depend on the chemical composition of a steel grade, in particular on its carbon content. Within a category of steel grades, the segregation factor will increase with increasing carbon content. For the first time, a large number of tests were performed on 53 slab samples from different steel grades to establish the segregation factors. The effects of the slab thickness, soft reduction and carbon content on crystal and centre segregation have been investigated. The results are essential for modelling the segregation phenomena occurring at solidification. 相似文献

According to the analysis of the macro and micro characteristics of the center of continuous casting blooms by acid wash, SEM, metallographic and scanning-type electron microscope, there was a serious segregation and some shrinkage cavities in the slab; Cracks occurred at the end of the columnar crystal and spread along the boundary of the primary dendrite. At the crack enriched a large number of impurity elements, carbon, phosphorus, sulfur, whose crystal boundary segregation is the internal factor of the intermediate cracks. Determining the originated location of intermediate cracks and calculating the total strain in this area during solidification process of slab, it is found that the load is the ex- ternal factor of cracks’ generation and expansion. 相似文献

结合轻压下效率的理论计算式,考察了板坯断面、钢种对连铸板坯轻压下效率的影响规律。结果表明:压下效率与板坯宽度、厚度呈线性增加关系,板坯宽度每增加15%,压下效率增加约4%;板坯厚度增加15%,压下效率增加约32%;钢种的两相区温度宽度越小,压下效率越高;板坯宽度与钢种对压下效率的影响较小,板坯厚度对压下效率的影响大。 相似文献

应用二冷区铸坯表面温度测定和连铸坯硫印、低倍检验等方法,分析评价了攀钢板坯连铸现行二冷制度对铸坯内部质量的影响,并在此基础上优化完善了连铸二冷配水制度。结果表明,采用增大二次冷却强度、增加二冷段后区铸坯冷却能力的配水制度对减轻铸坯中心偏析、扩大铸坯等轴晶率、提高铸坯内部质量有明显效果,为进一步完善连铸二冷控制制度提供了坚实的技术基础。 相似文献

Based on the assumption that the transverse cross‐section of dendrites is a regular hexagon, a coupled macro‐heat transfer and solute diffusion model was developed to describe micro‐segregation behavior of solute elements in the mushy zone during wide‐thick slab continuous casting. The heat transfer model and the micro‐segregation model were validated by the industrial tests and the experiment measurements in literatures, respectively. The results show that the cooling rate decreases from 51.1°C s?1 at the surface to 0.13°C s?1 at the center of the wide‐thick slab of peritectic steel continuous casting. The effective cooling rate equaling to 1.78°C s?1 mainly depends on mold cooling and varies little with casting speed. The micro‐segregation behavior of solute elements in the mushy zone depends on back diffusion ability and local equilibrium at interfaces. Compared with other elements in the steel, phosphorus, and sulfur elements exhibit a much higher segregation ratio at the end of the solidification and are more significantly affected by the initial carbon content. 相似文献

针对唐钢超薄热带生产线中FTSC工艺的H2长漏斗型结晶器在使用过程出现的问题,开发设计了新的漏斗型结晶器.这种漏斗型结晶器将H2结晶器下部的漏斗区改为平面区,结晶器漏斗区高度由2100 mm缩短为900 mm,并通过模拟计算和优化设计,使结晶器内腔曲面形状各部分平滑过渡,使其具有生产铸坯承受变形应力小的优点.工业应用试验获得了成功,结果表明,使用新型结晶器较好地消除了开浇初期铸坯纵裂现象,提高了铸坯质量,新型结晶器对于钢种和铸坯断面具有良好的适应性,使用寿命达到了进口铜板的水平. 相似文献

通过分析影响莱钢板坯连铸中间包控流装置使用寿命的主要问题,开发与应用了以中间包冶金为核心的控流装置长寿技术,实践表明,应用该技术后,中间包使用寿命达20~28 h,铸坯中≤20μm的细小夹杂物平均降低51.4%,20μm的大型夹杂物基本去除,实现了中间包冶金洁净化、耐材长寿化和生产低成本化。 相似文献
