服装生产车间照明的整体节能改造不仅能降低生产成本,使服装生产变得更环保从而步入到可持续的发展道路中,同时还能降低照明系统的相关成本。因此,需积极的研究出一种能改造占车间能耗50%左右的照明控制系统技术。本文在针对服装生产车间照明系统耗电的现状基础上,提出了引入一种智能照明控制系统作为对服装生产车间照明整体节能的改造,最终达到了对服装生产车间照明整体来讲不仅节能且还环保的功能作用,具有重要的现实参考意义。 相似文献

某卷烟厂整个风力送丝系统由一、二、三车间三个各自独立的部份及管控模式构成,由于原风量平衡系统没有建立风送系统车间级信息交换平台,使得二、三车间不能实现生产信息的互通造成系统出现问题时常出现处理不及时而影响生产的情况,同时这也会此造成大量的能源浪费。本文针对这些问题,在原设计没有的基础上,通过在二车间生产现场增加一台能上网的人机接口设备(西门子MP370触摸屏)和对系统重新组态及进行风量平衡程序设计编写,建立了车间级的风送系统通信平台,这不但加强了各车间的数据的有效通讯,而且提高了设备运行效率,保证了产品生产质量。 相似文献

A novel conical microstrip antenna with uniform substrate is investigated. The far field radiation patterns of wraparound microstrip antennas mounted on such a structure are studied theoretically. Results for a wraparound antenna of half-wavelength in width excited by TM01 are given, which are verified accurate and efficient by the ones of wraparound cylindrical antennas when the cone angle is very small. 相似文献

Following the earlier demonstration of the performance capabilities of 4-mil silicon solar cells and the feasibility of using these cells on large flexible arrays of space vehicles, more than a thousand 4-mil cells have been fabricated in pilot production by four routes. The various types of cells that have been evaluated had solderless evaporated titanium-silver contacts in both a conventional and wraparound configuration, solderless evaporated titanium-silver contacts "overplated" with a layer of copper-gold, and solderless plated mickel-copper-gold contacts in a conventional and wraparound configuration. Both 1-by-2-cm and 2-by-2-cm, n on p cells have been manufactured from 1 and 10 Ω . cm boron-doped silicon. In every case, satisfactory production yields have been achieved. The above cells have been subjected to environmental conditions aimed at studying the effects of high-ambient humidity on the cell contacts during "shelf life" prior to launch and the degradation in performance from electron and proton irradiation encountered during long-term spiral transfer orbits to synchronous altitude. Specifically the problem of low-energy "synchronous altitude" proton irradiation of exposed bar and back contacts and the protection afforded by various forms of coatings has been investigated. 相似文献

A rigorous analysis of the resonance frequency problem of both the cylindrical-rectangular and the wraparound microstrip structure is presented. The problem is formulated in terms of a set of vector integral equations. Using Galerkin's method to solve the integral equations, the complex resonance frequencies are studied with sinusoidal basis functions which incorporate the edge singularity. The complex resonance frequencies are computed using a perturbation approach. Modes suitable for resonator or antenna applications are investigated. The edge singularity of the patch current is shown to have no significant effect on the accuracy of the results. It is shown that the HE10 modes of the cylindrical-rectangular and wraparound patches are more appropriate for resonator applications.
