以铜镍冶炼产生的工业废弃物铜镍冶炼渣为研究对象,通过对冶炼渣进行XRD测试及化学成分分析,确定了冶炼渣基本特性。针对研究所用冶炼渣活性低的特点,基于冶炼渣制备胶凝材料的水化反应机理,选取复合激发剂进行活性激发。按照冶炼渣∶PO42.5水泥∶CaO:激发剂=35∶50∶13∶2配比制备了SC型胶凝材料,并对其性能进行试验检测。结果表明:SC型胶凝材料各龄期强度均比PO42.5水泥强度低,但高于PSA 32.5水泥强度,其强度能够满足矿山充填需求。SC型胶凝材料与尾砂适应性测试试验结果表明,SC型胶凝材料与尾砂制备的充填料浆具有较好的流动性。  相似文献

针对矿山存在大量固体废弃物冶炼渣及尾砂的情况,结合矿山充填特点,提出利用工业冶炼废渣等固体废弃物制备新型胶凝材料的技术思路。本文采用XRD对冶炼渣进行物相分析,并结合化学元素分析法进行冶炼渣基本活性分析,结果表明试验用冶炼渣活性较低、活性激发难度较大。根据试验冶炼渣特性,开展不同激发剂对冶炼渣活性激发的可行性试验,并结合试验结果选取适宜的激发剂类型。同时通过粉磨试验确定最佳粉磨时间为40~50min。在此基础上,开展与尾砂的骨料适应性试验及充填体强度测试分析,最终推荐基于冶炼渣与硅酸盐水泥协同制备适用于矿山充填的新型胶凝材料配方。  相似文献

高炉水淬渣作为钢厂的一种废弃物,具有潜在的胶凝活性,经过物理和化学联合激发的方式激发后,具有较强的胶凝性能,可用作矿山充填胶凝材料。研究用平均粒径仅为11.87μm的超细粒级全尾砂,采用开发的水淬渣胶凝材料(高炉水淬渣∶石膏∶水泥熟料70∶6∶24)胶全尾砂是32.5普通硅酸盐水泥胶全尾砂充填试块单轴抗压强度的2~5倍,显示出良好的适配性,能够满足采矿工艺对充填体强度的要求。水淬渣胶凝材料是一种制造成本低、性能好、来源广、绿色环保的材料,是解决超细粒级全尾砂胶凝难题的有效材料。  相似文献

为促进矿产资源的可持续利用,保护矿山生态环境,采用一定掺量的碱激发粉煤灰替代水泥制备铜尾砂充填体,通过开展系统的力学、渗透和重金属析出试验,评估了铜尾砂充填膏体试块的强度、抗渗性能和环境效应,结合X射线衍射和扫描电镜结果分析了胶凝材料的矿物组成和充填膏体试块的微观结构特征,揭示了碱激发粉煤灰对充填膏体试块综合性能的影响及其微观作用机理。结果表明,碱激发可以显著提高粉煤灰的活性,在1 mol/L的Na OH碱激发剂作用下,掺量20%的粉煤灰基铜尾砂充填膏体试块经过28 d养护,其抗压强度较水泥胶凝试块提高了17.8%,渗透系数降低了68.0%,综合胶结效果显著;碱激发粉煤灰的掺入减少了铜尾砂充填膏体试块硬化过程中的重金属析出,有助于控制地下水资源的污染;利用粉煤灰的微细颗粒填充效应和复合胶凝效应,可有效降低铜尾砂的孔隙率,并形成新的水化产物,增强尾砂颗粒间的结合力,从而提高材料的强度和稳定性。  相似文献

烧结脱硫灰渣是半干法脱硫排放的废弃物。灰渣含有亚硫酸钙和飞灰等不稳定矿物成分,使得该废弃物利用面临困难。针对铁矿全尾砂胶结充填法采矿对廉价的胶凝材料的需求,采用烧结脱硫灰渣和水淬渣,开展了制备全尾砂充填胶凝材料试验研究。以生石灰作为碱激发剂,硫酸盐作为辅助激发剂,对矿渣微粉活性实施复合激发。首先采用正交设计进行试验方案设计和方案实施;然后采用极差分析对数据进行处理和配比决策。最后根据阶段嗣后充填采矿对充填体的强度要求,建立并求解全尾砂新型充填胶凝材料的优化模型,获得了充填胶凝材料的优化配比。结果显示,以生石灰和烧结脱硫灰渣作为水淬渣复合激发剂制备的新型充填胶凝材料,烧结脱硫灰渣掺量达到10%时,3,7d及28d的胶结充填体强度不低于相同条件下的以32.5R早强水泥为胶凝剂的充填体强度,而其成本低于水泥材料。  相似文献

利用生石灰、石膏和水淬渣等材料开发全尾砂固结粉(简称矿尾粉)充填胶凝材料已经取得成功。为了在东凯铁矿推广应用,针对矿尾粉在生产和应用中存在的问题,开展矿尾粉充填胶凝材料配方调整与优化试验研究。首先分析了东凯铁矿全尾砂的物化特性,然后,根据矿山充填系统与技术参数,确定胶砂比为1∶6和料浆浓度为66%,完成了以熟料代替生石灰的矿尾粉复合激发剂配方的正交试验。正交分析结果显示,添加增效剂的改进矿尾粉胶凝材料最佳配比为:水泥熟料掺量15%,脱硫石膏掺量为2%,增效剂掺量为0.6%。7d和28d的胶砂充填试块强度分别达到2.13 MPa和5.54 MPa,满足东凯铁矿上向分层开采对胶结体强度的需要,为矿尾粉在东凯矿山的工业化应用奠定基础。  相似文献
