铬精矿的焙烧工艺研究

通过对铬精矿的焙烧条件和焙烧过程的ＳＴＡ分析研究，得到合适的焙烧条件为：白云石配入量为铬精矿的１．０－１．４倍，苏打配入量为理论量的１．０５－１．１５倍，焙烧温度１０５０－１１５０℃，焙烧时间６０－９０ｍｉｎ，焙砂的铬浸出率〉９５％，焙烧过程中，焙烧反应是苏打分解的氧化钠与铬精矿的直接化学反应，其在〈９７０℃的焙烧温度下，９０％的铬精矿就已反应完全。     

石油支撑剂焙烧技术的研究

分析了支撑剂在回转窑中焙烧的热力和动力条件，调整相关焙烧设备的温度参数，来消除细粉过细、升温过快、焙烧区域过短等不利于高温焙烧的因素，使物料能够在最佳焙烧温度区得到有效、均匀的焙烧。以达到产品耐压强度、焙烧温度、成品率三者的统一。

高杂质钼铁合金氧化焙烧的研究

采用回转窑加热的方法对高杂质钼铁合金氧化焙烧进行了研究。研究发现，高杂质钼铁合金在350～450℃的温度下就开始软化。因此，氧化焙烧成败的关键是如何避免高杂质钼铁合金低温软化。为此，对氧化焙烧的工艺条件、工艺过程及添加剂进行了系统研究，获得了高杂质钼铁合金碳酸钠机械活化氧化焙烧的专利技术。实验结果表明，按高杂质钼铁合金中Mo，P，As，Si，V焙烧反应化学计量的0．7～0．8倍加入碳酸钠，机械活化后在空气中550～650℃焙烧1～2h，焙砂加水搅拌浸出，钼的浸出率达96％以上。     

烟气焙烧技术在铝电解槽上的应用

本文介绍了烟气焙烧铝电解槽的原理、装置及加热制度，并在240kA系列铝电解槽进行了应用，结果表明烟气焙烧能够使阴极焙烧温度缓慢均匀上升，内衬结构得以焦化烧结，焙烧成本较为低廉，是比较理想的焙烧方法。     

包钢162m^2带式焙烧机工艺改造

高品位低活性NMD的活化研究：I焙烧条件的热力学分析与实验确定

论文报道了利用高品位低活性的天然二氧化锰（ＮＭＤ）制备锌锰电池用活化天然二氧化锰（ＡＮＭＤ）的研究结果，就制备过程的第一步骤ＮＭＤ焙烧转化ＭｎＯ２成Ｍｎ２Ｏ３的内容，首先从热力学分析焙烧转化的理论条件，然后用确定焙烧转化率的简单分析法研究焙烧温度和焙烧时间两因素对转化率的影响，从而确定将高品位低活性ＮＭＤ转变ＭｎＯ２或Ｍｎ２Ｏ３的焙烧条件。     

硫酸化焙烧从锰矿中回收钴：II.硫酸化焙烧动力学

以Ｈ２ＳＯ４为酸化剂，研究了低品位含钴菱锰矿（钴以硫化钴形式存在）的焙烧动力学，考查了温度、粒度对反应速率的影响，发现硫化钴的硫酸化焙烧过程属固膜扩散控制，其反应速率常数与矿物粒径平方的倒数成线性关系，得出反应的表观活化能为１４．３ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ，并建立了硫化钴硫酸化焙烧的宏观动力学方程，对反应机理作了初步探讨。     

硅质岩钒矿中提取钒的无污染焙烧工艺研究

采用氧化焙烧法研究了无污染的焙烧添加剂碳酸钠、氧化钙、红泥和苛化泥从硅质岩钒矿中提取钒的焙烧工艺。考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、添加剂用量、入炉温度、焙烧气氛对钒浸出率的影响。实验表明，硅质岩钒矿适宜的添加剂为苛化泥，当苛化泥添加量为6％、入炉温度低于200℃、焙烧温度为850℃、通空气焙烧3h时，钒的浸出率达70．53％。与传统的钠化焙烧相比，采用苛化泥焙烧添加剂既解决了废气污染问题，又能综合利用资源，具有成本低、污染少等优点。
