To investigate the variations of contingent negative variations ( CNV), P300 and mismatch negativity (MMN) in depression and anxiety disorders. Methods CNV, P300 and MMN were recorded from 44 depressive patients using Nicolet Spirit Instrument, and were compared with that of 32 anxiety patients and 28 normal controls(NC). 21 of depressive patients and 18 of anxiety patients were followed up by 2.5 months with the same evoked potentials. Results 1. Compared with NC, all patients in acute episode showed decreased M1 of CNV amplitude, delayed P3 latency and decreased P3 amplitude of P300, and delayed MMN latency and decreased MMN amplitude ; 2. The follow-up study of evoked potentials revealed that abnormal P3 of P300 and MMN latencies were significant between depressed patients in remission status and NC group but not P3 of P300 and MMN amplitudes, and M1 of CNV and P3 of P300 amplitudes and P3 of P300 and MMN latencies are not significant between anxiety patients in remission and NC group. Conclusion Delayed P3 of P300 and MMN latencies in depression show state and trait markers, while those variations in anxiety correlate with clinical status of anxiety state.  相似文献

目的 探讨眼动训练对轻度认知功能障碍老人视觉注意事件相关电位(ERP)的影响.方法 将48名轻度认知障碍老人分别进行眼动训练、手指操训练和空白处理3个月,利用事件相关电位技术(e-vent-related potentials,ERPs)对训练后老人进行检测,分析比较靶刺激P3b和新异刺激P3a的波幅和潜伏期.结果 训练后,新异刺激早成分P1波幅组别主效应显著(P<0.05),眼动训练组[(6.78±1.55)μV]和手指操训练组[(5.43±1.47)μV]较空白对照组[(3.09±0.98)μV]波幅增大,主要表现在额区.靶刺激早成分P1波幅组别主效应显著(P<0.05),眼动训练组[(6.75±2.01)μV]高于手指操训练组[(4.12±1.33)μV]和空白对照组[(3.45±1.01)μV].P3a波幅组别主效应显著(P<0.05),眼动训练组P3a波幅[(10.19±3.09)μV]较手指操训练组[(7.57±2.66)μV]和空白对照组[(6.06±2.03)μV]增大(P<0.05,P<0.05),主要表现在额区.P3a潜伏期组别主效应显著(P<0.05),眼动训练组P3a潜伏期[(390.67±55.03)ms]较手指操训练组[(428.55±48.68)ms]和空白对照组[(435.89±59.21)ms]提前,主要表现在额区和中央顶区.结论 眼动训练可以提高MCI患者的非选择性注意力,手指操训练对视觉注意力的影响不显著.
Abstract:
Objective To study the visual attention of mild cognitive impairment patients (MCI)by eyes movement training. Meathods 48 mild cognitive impairment patients were divided into eye movement training group,finger training group and untreated control group by single-blind randomized block method. Then they were trained respectively three months. Event-related potentials (ERPs) were used to measure the face recognition of them before and after training. The amplitude and latency of P3b elicited by target stimuli and P3a elicited by new stimuli of the three said groups were compared and contrasted. Results After training,the amplitude of P1 elicted by novelty stimulus were larger in eye movement training group( (6.78 ± 1.55 ) μV) and in finger training group ( ( 5.43 ± 1.47 ) μV) than untreated control group ( ( 3.09 ± 0.98 ) μV) significantly, especially in the frontal area. The amplitude of P1 elicted by target stimulus were larger in eye movement training group( (6.75 ±2.01 ) μV)than in finger training group( (4.12 ± 1.33 )μV)and untreated control group( (3.45 ± 1.01 )μV)significantly, especially in the frontal area. The amplitude of P3a were larger in eye movement training group( ( 10. 19 ± 3.09)μV ) than in finger training group ( ( 7.57 ± 2.66 ) μV ) and untreated control group ( ( 6.06 ± 2.03 ) μV ) (P < 0.05,P<0.05) significantly,especially in the frontal area. The latency of P3a were earlier in eye movement training group( (390.67 ±55.03 ) ms) compared to finger training group( (428.55 ± 48.68 ) ms) and untreated control group( (435.89 ± 59.21 )ms)significantly, especially in the frontal region and central parietal area. Conclusion Eyes movement can improve the MCI patients' non-selective attention function, especially in frontal area.The finger execrises have no significant effect on visual attention.  相似文献

Objective: To investigate the effects of kudzuvine root on 3 kinds of brain evoked potential in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM2). Methods: Forty-six cases of DM2 were randomized into two groups: the control group and the treatment group, they were respectively treated orally with 50 ml of normal saline or 50ml of kudzuvine root decoction containing kudzuvine root 0.4 g/ml. The short latency somatosensory evoked potential (SSEP), brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and visual evoked potential (VEP) in patients were measured before and 40 min after treatment. Results: (1) SSEP in the control group was not changed significantly before and after taking normal saline (P>0.05), while in the treatment group there appeared a significant delay in peak latency (PL) of N13 wave (N13PL) and a significant shortening in N20PL and interpeak latency (IPL) between N13 wave and N20 wave (N13-N20 IPL) after kudzuvine treatment ( P<0.05 or P<0.01). But the difference of various parameters of SSEP between the two groups was insignificant difference (P>0.05). (2) BAEP in the control group was not changed significantly after treatment (P>0.05), while in the treatment group Ⅰ -Ⅲ IPL and Ⅰ -Ⅴ IPL were significantly shortened, showing significant difference as compared with those in the control group (both P<0.01). (3) VEP in the control group was not changed significantly after treatment ( P>0.05), while in the treatment group the amplitude of P100 wave increased obviously (P<0.01). But the difference of various VEP parameters between the two groups was not significant statistically after treatment( P>0.05). Conclusion: Kudzuvine could shorten the latent period of brain evoked potential and the central transmission time, increase the amplitude of cortex wave and turn it back to normal, thus to effectively protect and accommodate the brain function in patients with DM2.  相似文献

COGNITIVE AND EMOTIONAL IMPAIRMENT IN OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA SYNDROME   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
Objective To evaluate the emotional and cognitive status in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS),using neuropsychological tests and evoked-related potential (P3).Methods Sixteen patients diagnosed of OSAS were tested by Hamilton rating scale for anxiety (HRSA) and Hamilton rating scale for depression (HRSD). Other three groups, OSAS patient group (n = 21), snoring group (n = 21), and control group (n = 21), were administered polysomnography (PSG), auditory evoked event-related potential (P3), and clinic memory test. The results were analyzed using general linear model (GLM) analysis and Post Hoc test.Results Twelve OSAS patients' scores of HRSA and HRSD were beyond the normal range, 26.42 ± 4.48 and 22.08 ±3.97 respectively. The auditory P3 latency in OSAS group was 363.1 ± 22.9 ms (Fz), 368.57 ± 28.03 ms (Cz), in snoring group 336.57 ± 31.08 ms (Fz), 339.81 ± 31.76 ms (Cz), in control group 340.8 ± 28.7 ms (Fz), 338.29 ± 29.21 ms (Cz).There were significant differences between OSAS group and snoring group, as well as control group (P < 0.05). No significant difference was seen between snoring group and control group. No significant difference was noted in P3 amplitude among three groups. Memory quotient (MQ) reduced in snoring group compared with control group.Conclusions Emotional disturbances are common clinical features in OSAS patients. Abnormal auditory P3 latency indicates the cognitive dysfunction in OSAS patients. Nocturnal hypoxaemia may play an important role on it. Snorers should be monitored because of the tendency to develop cognitive impairment.  相似文献

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic values in patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods: The tibial nerve somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs), vision evoked potentials (VEPs), and brain stem audition evoked potentials(BAEPs) were performed in 32 healthy adults and 43 patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Results: This paper indicated abnormalities of tibial nerve SEPs in 31 patients (31/43, 72.1%), VEPs in 17 patients (17/28, 60.7%), and BAEPs in 14, patients (14/43, 32.6%). These results showed that the greatest diagnostic value was SEPs, followed by VEPs and, BAEPs with the lowest sensitivity. Conclusion: Multimodality evoked potentials (EPs) can be used for evaluating the diagnostic and prognostic values in cases of delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning.  相似文献

目的 探讨冲动性人格障碍(IPD)和焦虑症(AN)在视觉诱发电位(VEP)中的特点.方法 收集25例IPD组、33例AN组及52名正常成人对照(NC),以光刺激完成VEP检查.结果 IPD组和AN组及NC组在潜伏期VEP/P1、P2、P3波幅VEP/N1-P2、P2-N2、P2、P3上差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01).与NC相比,IPD组潜伏期VEP/P1[(68±16)ms]、P2[(160±10)ms]前移,波幅VEP/N1-P2[(18.4±3.2)μV]、P3[(5.6±2.4)μV]增高,但波幅VEP/P2-N2[(6.3±2.7)μV]、P2[(9.0±2.4)μV]降低.与NC相比,AN组潜伏期VEP/P1[(73±20)ms]、P3[(298±22)ms]前移;波幅VEP/P2-N2[(7.8±3.6)μV]、P2[(9.8±3.0)μV]降低.IPD组与AN组相比,在潜伏期VEP/P2以及波幅VEP/N1-P2上两者差异有显著性,IPD前移于AN,波幅增高.结论 在VEP若干指标上,IPD组前移于AN组,波幅增高.  相似文献

目的 探讨束颤电位在肌萎缩侧索硬化诊断中的作用.方法 对2009年8月至2010年8月就诊于北京大学第三医院神经科的60例肌萎缩侧索硬化患者进行常规肌电图检测,包括针极肌电图、神经传导速度等,其中肌电图静息状态下束颤电位的检测条件为:患者保持所检测肌肉放松,检测者取同心圆针电极进行检测,记录条件:带通20 Hz至10 kHz,扫描速度为5 ms/D,灵敏度在0.05~0.5 mV/D的范围内调节,每块肌肉观察1~5 min,记录束颤电位的波幅、时限和相位数.结果 胸锁乳突肌中,束颤电位的出现率高于纤颤电位和正锐波(36.7%比13.3%,x2=8.71,P<0.05),病程18个月以上患者束颤电位波幅和时限高于发病8个月以下患者[(1.8±0.9)mV,(1.0±0.6)mV;(15.2±4.1)ms,(11.2±3.0)ms;q=3.43,3.51,P<0.05),如果把束颤电位列入急性失神经表现,肌萎缩侧索硬化确诊级别患者可以增加(80%比60%;x2=5.71,P=0.02).结论 束颤电位对于肌萎缩侧索硬化的早期诊断可能有重要意义,在疾病的不同时期,束颤电位形态不同.
Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of fasciculation potentials in the diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Methods A total of 60 ALS patients were recruited from August 2009 to August 2010 at our hospital. Standard examinations of electromyography and nerve conduction were performed. And fasciculation potentials were measured in the resting muscles with a band pass of 20 Hz - 10 kHz, a sensitivity of 0. 05 - 0. 5 mV/D and a sweep speed of 5 ms/D. Each muscle was observed for 1 - 5 minutes. The amplitude, duration and phase of fasciculation potentials were recorded. Results The occurrence rate of fasciculation potential in sternocleidomastoid was more than that of fibrillation and positive sharp wave in ALS patients ( 36. 7% vs 13.3%, x2 = 8.71, P < 0. 05 ). The amplitude and duration of fasciculation potentials in ALS patients with a duration of over 18 months were higher than that of those with a duration of under 8 months [ ( 1.8 ± 0. 9) mV, ( 1.0 ± 0. 6) mV; ( 15.2 ± 4. 1 ) ms, ( 11.2 ± 3. 0) ms;q =3.43, 3.51, P <0. 05 )]. The patients with definite ALS might increase if fasciculation potentials were considered as spontaneous potential ( 80% vs 60%; x2 = 5.71, P = 0. 02). Conclusion With different morphologies at different disease stages, fasciculation potentials may be useful in the earlier diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.  相似文献

This study explored the possibility of using event-related potentials (ERP) for the measurement of picture-recognition memory and examined its correlation with the Chinese Wechsler Memory Scale-revised (WMS-RC) in patients with memory disorder caused by severe traumatic brain injury (sTBI). The subjects included 20 sTBI patients with memory disorder and 22 healthy individuals. Memory function was measured by using WMS-RC. Behavioral and ERP responses were recorded on-line during performance on a battery of picture recognition and the responses were analyzed off-line for recognition memory effects. Mean memory quotient (MQ) of patients with sTBI was significantly lower than that of the control group. Mean reaction time (RT) was significantly longer and the mean correctness rate (CR) of picture recognition was significantly lower in sTBI group than that of the controls. In controls, the main components of average ERP of picture recognition includes two positive-going waves, designated as P170 and P500, that appear 170 ms and 500 ms after stimulation when the subject could later successfully recall and recognize the pictures. P500 amplitude of target stimulus was significantly higher than that of non-target stimulus. Compared to controls, P500 responses of sTBI group were significantly delayed in latency (P〈0.001) and lower in amplitude (P〈0.001). P500 latency showed significant negative correlation with MQ and the scores of "addition", "visual recognition", "picture recall", "visual reproduction" and "tactile memory" in WMS-RC. ERP of picture recognition provides a neurophysiological approach to directly assess memory impairment, and P500 may serve as a helpful index for memory disorder caused by sTBI in forensic practice.  相似文献

Background Although various monitoring techniques have been used routinely in the treatment of the lesions in the skull base, iatrogenic facial paresis or paralysis remains a significant clinical problem. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of intraoperative facial motor evoked potentials monitoring with transcranial electrical stimulation on preservation of facial nerve function. Method From January to November 2005, 19 patients with large acoustic neuroma were treated using intraoperative facial motor evoked potentials monitoring with transcranial electrical stimulation (TCEMEP) for preservation of facial nerve function. The relationship between the decrease of MEP amplitude after tumor removal and the postoperative function of the facial nerve was analyzed. Results MEP amplitude decreased more than 75% in 11 patients, of which 6 presented significant facial paralysis (H-B grade 3), and 5 had mild facial paralysis (H-B grade 2). In the other 8 patients, whose MEP amplitude decreased less than 75%, 1 experienced significant facial paralysis, 5 had mild facial paralysis, and 2 were normal. Conclusions Intraoperative TCEMEP can be used to predict postoperative function of the facial nerve. The decreased MEP amplitude above 75 % is an alarm point for possible severe facial paralysis.  相似文献

目的:探讨肌电生物反馈对躯体形式障碍患者的生理和心理指标的影响。方法:将160例患者随机分为2组,在药物治疗的基础上,1组加生物反馈治疗,1组加模拟生物反馈治疗,治疗每天1次,治疗4周。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定疗效,每次生物反馈治疗前后测额肌电值、心率、血压,以观察患者生理指标的变化。结果:(1)SCL-90评分,2组比较治疗4周末各因子分均较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.05);(2)额肌电值:入组时2组患者无显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后2组患者肌电值差异具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:肌电生物反馈治疗躯体形式障碍起效快,可迅速缓解焦虑症状。  相似文献

目的 探讨多肿瘤标志物联合检测系统在胃癌诊断中的意义,建立联合诊断胃癌的判别诊断函数,以提高多肿瘤标志物诊断胃癌的准确率.方法 对170例胃癌患者、112例胃部良性疾病患者及1 203名正常体检者的12种常见肿瘤标志物检测结果及临床资料进行回顾性研究,分析比较单项指标及联合指标的阳性率,通过Fisher二分类判别分析建立判别诊断方程.结果 用C-12芯片检测胃癌的灵敏度是50.00%,显著高于胃良性病变患者(34.82%)和健康体检者(10.59%) (P<0.05),有诊断意义的指标是CA19-9、CEA、CA125、CA242和HGH(P<0.05),前面3项指标联合检测的敏感度为44.12%,正确率为59.22%.建立胃癌诊断判别方程及分类诊断方程,胃癌诊断符合率为80.10%.结论 用C-12多肿瘤标志物蛋白质芯片检测胃癌可提高诊断的灵敏度,优于单项肿瘤标志物;诊断判别函数可明显提高胃癌诊断的正确率,具有一定的临床参考价值.  相似文献

目的 探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片中糖链抗原CA242在各组人群中的表达、与其它检测指标的伴随情况及其临床意义.方法 收集该院2004年~2011年可供分析的25 076例多肿瘤蛋白芯片检测结果,分析CA242在各组人群、各种肿瘤中的升高特点,CA242伴随其它检测指标升高情况以及在肿瘤中的分布情况.结果 CA242升高在恶性肿瘤患者中明显高于良性病变患者及正常体检者,而且以胰腺癌最高(56.02%),其次为肠癌(26.57%)、胃癌(23.47%);CA242伴随升高指标以CA19-9最为常见,其次为CEA、CA125、CA153,CA242/CA19-9伴随最常见于胰腺癌(100%),CA242/CEA伴随最常见于结直肠癌(90.73%)和肺癌(80.61%),CA242/CA125伴随最常见于肺癌(75.92%)和肝癌(71.43%);CA242+CA19-9+CEA联合升高最常见于结直肠癌,CA242+CA19-9+CEA+CA125联合升高最常见于肺癌.结论 CA242单项指标升高对胰腺癌、结直肠癌和胃癌的诊断具有较高价值,CA242伴随或联合CA19-9、CEA、CA125有利于提高胰腺癌、结直肠癌及肺癌诊断阳性率.  相似文献

目的:探讨天麻遗传变异与其品质的关系,为优良种质的选育提供科学途径。方法:采用CTAB法提取天麻DNA,进行PCR扩增,用微卫星DNA分子技术(SSR)标记DNA;用高效液相色谱法检测不同种质天麻的天麻素含量,分析两者之间的关系。结果:出现A条带类型的样品天麻素含量较高,7EKYC、9EDF;24GBJ、22GZJ;1FDJ、2FLL;4VDF、6EKYW;18GWAC、8EWD,分别聚到一起,遗传距离较小。结论:特异引物扩增位点与天麻素含量有关,高天麻素含量与SSR高分子量条带有关,其关系有待进一步研究。  相似文献

对大肠杆菌调控基因进行同源搜索可以发现,调控基因是以族群形式存在的。同一族群的基因之间同源程度很高。依据基因之间同源值的大小,将同一言辞群的基因连接起来,就构成了调控基因族群族谱。在这个族谱中,基因之间有辈份的区别。相连接的两个基因之间是父子关系,子基因是父基因通过转座生成的。通过对转座段进行分析,发现这种转座与过去发现的转座形式是不同的。这种转座不是整个基因段的转座,而是父基因通过裁剪机制,剪去一部分序列,以亚基因片段转座,这种转座我们称为裁剪转座。这是一种新型的转座,和以前发现的转座和转座理论不同。同时,对转座片段两端序列进行分析,发现父基因转座片段两端存在一种象标尺一样的正向重复序列,本文称为转座标尺序列。它是裁剪转座段的标尺。同时在子基因中的两端,也就是转座点,也有一段标尺序列,它是决定转座点的标尺。它和裁剪标尺序列的关系是正向配对。这种配对和通常所见的DNA双链、RNA双链中的反向配对也是不同的。此外,从几个方面进行分析还发现,调控基因的裁剪转座是和调控有关的,这种转座实际上是一种调控转座。调控是引发转座的原因,是转座的动力。在此基础上,本文建立起了调控转座模型。根据调控基因族群表现出的特性,以及父子调控基因之间序列的相似性,作者推测大肠杆菌调控基因有基因互控关系,依据这种基因互控关系,建立起了大肠杆菌调控总模型。这就是调控基因调控功能基因转录子的转录,同时调控基因又按照调控基因群族谱互相调控。本文还根据对基因群族谱的分析,推测调控基因起源于运输蛋白基因。  相似文献

Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of regularly used immunohistochemical markers, including Vimentin (Vim), Desmin (Des), Myoglobin (MG), Myosin (MS), Smooth-muscle actin (SMA) and Sarcomeric actin ( Sr-A ) , in the diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS). Methods After resection, 24 RMSs and other childhood tumor specimens were fixed in 10% neutral-buffered formalin and embeded in paraffin. The immunohistochemical staining was performed by LSAB procedure. Heat-induced epitope retrieval of Des, MS, Sr-A was processed in order to enhence positive rate and positive strength. Results Vim, MG, MS, Des, Sr-A, SMA were arranged in the order of sensitivity from higher to lower. About specificity, Sr-A, Des, SMA, MG, Vim standed in a sequence from higher to lower ( the data of MS is insufficient) ; Des, MG, Sr-A possessedhigher experimental efficiency, followed by SMA, Vim in a succession. Conclusion Vim and MG are of the higher sensitivity but lower specificity. On the reverse, Sr-A and Des hoM the better specificity but lower sensitivity. So the combination of multiple antibody reactions shouM be considered to improve the diagnostic ability in poorly differentiated RMS. According to the result of experimental efficiency, we suggest that the combination of Des, MG and Sr-A can make it possible to diagnose the majority of RMS clearly.  相似文献

目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者的监测指标。方法:将26例病人分为监测组及对照组,监测两组病人的ALB、CHO、HB、HCT、Ca、P、KT/V、PCR含量。结果:与对照组相比较监测组ALB、HB含量显著增高,而病死率降低。结论:定期监测ALB、CHO、HB、HCT、Ca、P、KT/V、PCR含量,对于维持性血透病人的症状改善和生存率提高是有益的。  相似文献

目的筛选稀有鮈鲫HAN近交系遗传质量检测标记。方法采用鳞片活体移植和同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对稀有鮈鲫HAN近交系的遗传纯度进行检测。结果在免疫标记分析中,鳞片同体移植存活率为96.7%以上,野生群体移植存活率为7.4%,而HAN系F22鳞片异体移植的成功率为80%,显著高于野生群体。在生化标记分析中,在HAN系F22中无多态性位点,不同个体的同工酶谱呈现高度一致,在野生群体中有2个多态位点即est2和est3,多态位点的比例为15.56%。结论经过多代近亲交配,稀有鮈鲫HAN近交系生化标记基因已经纯合,鳞片异体移植存活率达到80%,表明HAN系具有较高的遗传均一性。选用鳞片的异体移植及酯酶和肌蛋白分别作为免疫和生化标记对稀有鮈鲫HAN近交系进行遗传质量检测是可行的。  相似文献

[目的]从临床、造影和血清炎性介质方面综合评估冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性.[方法]结合临床表现、心肌酶变化、冠脉造影结果,将2010年3月-2011年3月因胸痛胸闷住院的207例患者分为急性心肌梗死组(A组,30例)、不稳定心绞痛组(B组,90例)、稳定性心绞痛组(C组,36例)和正常对照组(D组,51例).采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清白细胞介素6(IL6)和分化抗原40(CD40).[结果]A组肌红蛋白(MYO)较D组明显升高(183.5±17.1 )ng/1 vs(43.1±27.1)ng/1,肌钙蛋白(TNI)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)无明显升高.A组IL6和CD40较对照组明显升高,分别是(289.46±143.67)pg/ml vs(147.96±118.12)pg/ml和(8.67±7.29)ng/ml vs(5.37±1.57)ng/ml,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).线性相关分析显示MYO和IL6、CD40无明显相关,IL6和CD40呈正相关(r=0.53,P=0.042).[结论]急性心肌梗死组炎性介质水平升高,早期检验对预测斑块稳定性有一定意义.  相似文献

目的分析多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片中癌胚抗原(CEA)在各组人群中的表达以及其他指标的伴随情况,并探讨其可能的临床意义。方法收集近年我院可供分析的25 076例多肿瘤蛋白芯片检测结果,分析CEA在各组人群、常见肿瘤中的升高特点,以及CEA伴随其他检测指标升高在肿瘤中的分布情况。结果CEA升高在恶性肿瘤患者中明显高于良性病变患者及正常体检者(P<0.01),以结直肠癌最高(41.85%),其次为胰腺癌(37.97%)和肺癌(37.16%)。在肿瘤患者中,CEA常伴随其他肿瘤标志物出现,以伴随CA125升高最为常见,其次为CA19-9和CA242。CEA/CA125伴随升高常见于胰腺癌(74.26%)、卵巢癌(69.57%)、肝细胞癌(62.13%)和肺癌(51.68%),CEA/CA19-9伴随升高常见于胰腺癌(77.23%)和肝细胞癌(72.34%),CEA/CA242伴随升高常见于胰腺癌(77.23%)和结直肠癌(57.61%)。CEA+CA19-9+CA242联合升高常见于胰腺癌(76.24%)、卵巢癌(52.17%)和结直肠癌(51.32%),CEA+CA19-9+CA242+CA125联合升高常见于胰腺癌(61.39%)。结论CEA在恶性肿瘤中广泛表达,但并非恶性肿瘤的特异性指标。CEA单项指标升高对结直肠癌、胰腺癌和肺癌的诊断具有较高价值, CEA联合CA125、CA19-9和CA242检测有利于提高胰腺癌、卵巢癌和结直肠癌的诊断阳性率。  相似文献
