文章分析了永磁同步电机直接转矩控制的原理,阐述传统直接转矩控制系统转矩脉动的缺点,本文将空间矢量脉宽调制技术引入永磁同步电机的直接转矩控制系统中,利用空间矢量的调制过程,可在相同的系统硬件条件下得到更多的、连续的电压空间矢量,进而得到对电机更准确的控制。仿真结果表明,该方案既保持了直接转矩控制快速动态响应,又减小了电机转矩的脉动。  相似文献

直接转矩控制是一种高性能的电机控制方法,它根据磁通和转矩的要求,直接选择逆变器的开头顺序,使电机在最佳状态下运行。本文提出了一套基于TMS320LF2407DSP的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统的设计方案,介绍了其硬件结构、控制策略及软件设计,并建立永磁同步电机的数学模型,计算出定子电压、磁链、转矩方程。在此基础上,通过仿真实验分析比较了基本电压矢量直接转矩控制和矢量细分直接转矩控制的原理,实验结果表明该方案合理、结构通用,能够满足系统的各项要求指标。  相似文献

为了克服参数的不确定性,提高永磁同步电机伺服系统的快速跟踪能力,文中提出了一种自校正模糊控制器。该自校正模糊控制器与传统控制器相比,具有在线计算简单、减小稳态误差的优点。同时将其应用于永磁同步电机伺服系统的速度控制,证明了该模糊控制器的优越性。  相似文献

A fuzzy adaptive speed controller is proposed for a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). The proposed fuzzy adaptive speed regulator is insensitive to model parameter and load torque variations because it does not need any accurate knowledge about the motor parameter and load torque values. The stability of the proposed control system is also proven. The proposed adaptive speed regulator system is implemented by using a TMS320F28335 floating point DSP. Simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed fuzzy adaptive speed controller under uncertainties such as motor parameter and load torque variations using a prototype PMSM drive system.  相似文献

Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) will demonstrate chaotic phenomena when its parameters fall into a certain area. The performance of PMSM will degrade because of chaos. Therefore, chaos should be suppressed or eliminated. According to the features of this practical plant, the drawbacks of existing control methods are analyzed, and the nonlinear feedback control method is suggested to control the chaos in PMSM. The nonlinear feedback principle is developed using the direct axis and the quadrature axis stator voltage as manipulated variables. The control target will become a unique asymptotically stable equilibrium under the nonlinear feedback principle, by this way, the controlled states can reach the target and the control objective can be implemented. This method can be physically realized using nonlinear state feedback. The control forces can be put into effect at any time. The target of the method may be any point in the strange attractor. The influence of the model error and the measurement noise upon the control performance is studied via simulations. Simulation results show the effectiveness of this method under the presence of the model error and the measurement noise.  相似文献

永磁同步电机调速控制系统中,传统PID控制已无法满足高速、高精度应用领域系统快速响应和无超调的控制要求。针对积分环节的作用特点,要求系统在较大偏差时能够减小积分作用,在较小偏差时能够增强积分作用,提出一种改进的变速积分PID控制算法,将其应用到永磁同步电机控制系统速度环。通过仿真试验结果表明,改进变速积分PID控制能够有效降低超调量,同时进一步提高调速系统响应速度,具有更强的抗干扰能力。  相似文献

A position and speed sensorless control using the counter electromotive force of a permanent-magnet motor (PM) debases the control performance at a low speed. We propose a controllable system at full speed, including a zero speed using saliency. At low speed, the sensorless control is made by observing a current ripple at a time when alternating voltage has been applied to a salient-pole motor. Also, for discriminating the S and N poles of the magnet, magnetic saturation is used. A device has been applied to the motor rotor to allow the magnetic saturation to come about easily. Furthermore, at a time of high speed, drive at a full-speed range has been accomplished by switching smoothly over to a sensorless driving system making use of counter electromotive force. All algorithms are implemented by software, and this system can operate successively from starting to high-speed operation. In recent years, permanent magnet synchronous machines (PSMs) are often designed in a mechatronic way to obtain e.g. special torque characteristics at zero currents or maximum efficiency. These designs are often characterized by a pronounced magnetic saturation and non-sinusoidal properties. This paper describes the optimal torque control of such PSMs utilizing a magnetic equivalent circuit (MEC) model. In contrast to approaches based on fundamental wave models (dq0-models), which utilize the Blondel–Park transformation and typically consider saturation and non-sinusoidal characteristics only in a heuristic way, MEC models allow to systematically account for these effects. Given the MEC model, optimal values for the coil currents are obtained from a constrained, nonlinear optimization problem, which can be efficiently solved by exploiting the special mathematical structure of the model. The results of the optimization are used in a flatness-based torque control strategy. The performance and practical feasibility of the proposed torque control concept are demonstrated by experiments on a test stand. Finally, it is shown that using this torque control in an outer angular speed control loop also proves to be beneficial.  相似文献

为了满足永磁同步电机(PMSM)调速系统在航空航天、机器人等特殊场合高精度、高性能的要求。文中提出了一种新型速度控制策略,基于模糊PID和滑模切换控制方法,该策略有效地提高了调速系统的快速性和稳定性。模糊PID取代传统PI控制,极大地缩短了电机的启动时间。基于指数趋近律的滑模控制器,有效地保证了系统的稳定性,并采用Sigmoid函数代替传统符号函数,明显地改善了滑模变结构的抖振问题。文中借助MATLAB/Simulink对此控制策略进行了仿真,实验结果表明,该方法能有效地提高了系统的快速性和稳定性,满足了系统响应速度和高精度的控制要求。  相似文献

The speed-regulation problem for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) system is studied in this paper. To guarantee the disturbance rejection ability of the closed loop system, most of the existing advanced control methods develop disturbance rejection control laws only for speed loop. To further improve the disturbance rejection ability, a control scheme which employs disturbance rejection control laws for not only speed loop but also the q-axis current loop, is developed here. Considering the dynamics of q-axis current, the coupling between rotor speed and d-axis current as well as the back electromotive force are regarded as lumped disturbances for the q-axis current loop, which are estimated by introducing an extended state observer (ESO). Thus a composite control law consisting of proportional feedback and disturbance feedforward compensation is developed to control the q-axis current. Simulation and experiment comparisons are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

从优化永磁体结构的角度出发,提出将不等厚排列技术与90°Halbach阵列相结合方法对磁钢的排列结构分析,通过改变磁钢排列结构以进一步提高盘式无铁心永磁同步电机(以下简称为DCPMSM)气隙磁密的基波幅值及波形的正弦性,达到提高电机性能的目的.本文通过有限元仿真软件对16极盘式永磁同步电机进行建模,分别选取不等厚排列电机模型、不等宽90°Halbach排列电机模型和改进型90°Halbach排列电机模型进行静态气隙磁场分析对比.仿真数据表明,"不等厚排列技术+90°Halbach阵列"使得周向磁密波形和切向磁密波形都大为改善,磁场波形更接近于正弦分布特征,其中周向磁密波形畸变率(THD)Bmin可降低到1.35%,气隙周向磁密幅值Bδav提高到0.5465T.  相似文献

文中针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)的速度跟踪控制,提出一种基于平衡点处的PMSM滑模控制器设计方法,该方法是首先建立d-q轴下的数学模型,计算在给定转速值时平衡点PMSM系统的控制输入电压值,然后对PMSM与平衡点系统相减得到的误差系统,设计滑模面,根据滑模理论知识,获得相应的等效滑模控制器,并结合所得到平衡点PMSM系统的控制输入电压值,得到PMSM控制输入电压,实现电机转速输出对给定值的高精度跟踪。最后,通过MATLAB数值仿真,验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

A speed control of a permanent magnet (PM) synchronous motor using the boundary layer state observer which is insensitive to the nonlinearities and the flux linkage variation of a permanent magnet is derived. This state observer reconstructs the electrical and mechanical states of the motor from the current and voltage measurements. 为减小永磁电机PI控制器的速度超调,解决常规IP控制跟踪响应慢的特点,提出一种基于BP神经网络的矢量控制和PI-IP复合控制器的优化策略。综合BP神经网络、双闭环矢量控制以及PI-IP复合控制器的优点,在传统双闭环矢量控制中,对速度环引入新型的PI-IP控制器,同时结合BP神经网络的控制策略,完成BP神经网络矢量PI-IP控制器对永磁电机的速度控制,免去复杂的参数调整过程,同时提高永磁电机的工作性能。仿真结果表明,与常规控制方法相比,所提方法能有效减小速度超调,抑制扰动,BP神经网络优化后的PI-IP控制器具有更强的控制精准性和抗负载转矩扰动能力。  相似文献
