以ZnSiO3和Mg(OH)2按照1∶9的配料比复配成复合阻燃剂,添加到软PVC(聚氯乙烯)树脂中,进行了一系列的力学性能和燃烧性能的测试。结果表明,复合阻燃剂的添加对PVC的物理力学性能影响很少,阻燃性能优异,达到国家规定的难燃材料的标准。此复合阻燃剂低毒,由于复合使用,降低了生产成本。 相似文献

介绍了Mg(OH)2作为阻燃剂的阻燃机理,分析了改性Mg(OH)2对PVC糊体粘度及PVC/MH复合材料物理力学性能的影响.试验证明,改性Mg(OH)2对PVC糊有明显的降粘作用,与PVC树脂的混溶性大大改善,使PVC/ Mg(OH)2复合材料具有优异的物理力学性能和阻燃性能,具有广阔的开发应用前景. 相似文献

青岛华舜工贸有限公司最近研制的题述产品是用Mg(OH)2【或Mg(OH)2·A120,·3H2O】,硼酸锌,有机硅复配并经硅烷偶联剂包覆而成,为平均粒径2~3μm的本白色超细粉体。ONMMT在复合阻燃剂中有很好的阻燃协同增效功能,在高温下,能促使材料表面形成坚固的炭层,从而阻止熔滴.难于点燃。有机硅在该复合阻燃剂中不仅能改善无机阻燃成分在聚合物中的分散性.产生协同效应,而且还能改善材料的加工性能及制品的耐磨性和可挠性。该复合阻燃剂用WTO300,600型超细粉体用改性专用设备将偶联剂均匀喷雾到粉体上,使其全面覆盖。 相似文献

为了制备耐热、阻燃性能优异的新型含Si环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)纳米涂层,以KH-570改性纳米SiO2和有机硅改性EA作紫外固化(UV)组分,并在配方中加入纳米Mg(OH)2,制备了系列UV固化新型含Si EA纳米涂层。通过红外光谱仪、紫外可见光谱仪、SEM、氧指数仪、热重分析仪等研究了UV固化体系涂膜耐热、阻燃及光学性能。结果表明:在有机硅改性EA中添加KH-570改性纳米SiO2,可以提高纳米涂层热稳定性和阻燃性,同时使其保持优良透明性;当改性纳米SiO2含量达5%时,涂膜耐热、阻燃性能均最佳;同时在体系中加入纳米Mg(OH)2,可进一步改善体系的阻燃效果。 相似文献

Polypropylene (PP) flame retardant composites filled with aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)3), magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2) as well as zinc borate (ZB) were prepared with a twin‐screw extruder. The melt volume flow rate (MVR) and density of the composites were measured by means of a melt flow rate instrument under experimental conditions with temperature of 180°C and load varying from 2.16 to 5 kg, to identify the effects of the particle size and content. The results showed that MVR of the composites decreased with an increase of the filler weigh fraction (?f) when ?f was more than 10 phr. The MVR decreased first and then increased with an increase of the filler diameter (d). The melt density (ρm) of the composites increased linearly with an increase of ?f and decreased linearly with the increase of d. In addition, the ρm increased with an increase of load. Under the same experimental conditions, the MVR decreased slightly while the ρm increased somewhat with addition of ZB for the PP/Al(OH)3/Mg(OH)2 composite systems. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用活化铝-锶合金粉末水解反应制备氢氧化铝和氢氧化锶复合粉末,并在700℃下进行热处理,利用XRD,SEM,BET和TG—DTG等分析技术对复合粉末结构、性能及热处理进行研究。结果表明,铝-锶合金粉末水解反应产物为氢氧化铝和氢氧化锶的复合粉末,微观形貌为1~3μm片状小颗粒叠加的团聚颗粒,BET比表面积较大。达到45.2m^2/g。TG—DTG结果显示,在70~190℃,八水氢氧化锶中8个结晶水脱水,在190~650℃,氢氧化铝和氢氧化锶热分解。经700℃下热处理1h后,其相组成、微观形貌、BET比表面积都将发生较大的变化。 相似文献

Polymeric materials are used extensively, but their applications are limited because many of them are flammable. Therefore ways to make them flame retardant have received much attention. In this work, polypropylene (PP) was used as the matrix resin, aluminium hydroxide (Al(OH)3) and magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2) as flame‐retardant additives and zinc borate (ZB) as a flame‐retardant synergist. PP/Al(OH)3/Mg(OH)2 and PP/Al(OH)3/Mg(OH)2/ZB flame‐retardant composites were prepared with a twin‐screw extruder. The flame‐retardant properties, i.e. oxygen index (OI), burning velocity and smoke density, of the composites were measured. The results showed that OI increased with an increase of the filler content and decreased with an increase of the filler particle diameter. The burning velocity decreased with an increase of the filler content, while it first increased and then decreased with an increase of the filler particle diameter. The smoke density decreased with an increase of the filler content and increased with an increase of the filler particle diameter. There was a flame‐retardant synergy between Al(OH)3/Mg(OH)2 and ZB in the composites, and the smoke suppression effect was marked when ZB was added. Copyright © 2009 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献
