我们将主激光分出一部分做为探测束,探测束经过KDP晶体倍频,然后用DMSO液体后向喇曼散射移频到630nm,最后经BBO晶体倍频,最终获得的探测束波长为315nm,脉冲宽度为10~20ps,脉冲能量大于0.2mJ。  相似文献

We analyzed the heat generation of a low-temperature polycrystalline thin-film transistor in pulse operation and proposed a technique for accurately measuring its thermal temperature in high-frequency operation. From this measurement, we were able to calculate the time constants for heating and radiation for the first time. At a low frequency, the temperature difference between when the pulse was on and off was remarkable. As the frequency was increased, the maximum and minimum temperatures approached each other and became equal at a frequency of approximately 1 kHz. We also measured the degradation in pulse operation and discussed the relationship between the thermal temperature and the degradation in the pulse operation  相似文献

提出了基于匹配滤波器线性调频压缩技术的数字侦察接收机模型。该模型克服了传 统的基于色散延迟线等模拟器件的脉冲压缩接收机精度低、受环境影响大等缺点,采用了匹 配滤波器技术使在相同输入条件下输出信噪比最大;同时解决了普通超外差体制全景显示搜 索接收机搜索速度、频率分辨率和灵敏度之间的矛盾。实现了中频滤波器和压缩滤波器的设 计。仿真结果表明,基于数字化压缩技术的侦察接收机在侦察频段内高速搜索时保持了 很高的信号接收灵敏度和频率分辨率,性能稳定,能有效检测到跳频信号。  相似文献

Using the Foreman effective mass Hamiltonian for strained In/sub x/Ga/sub 1-x/As--In/sub y/Ga/sub 1-y/As/sub z/P/sub 1-z/ quantum wells, the propagation of subpicosecond pulses in a 1.55-/spl mu/m optical amplifier was calculated. The multisubband carrier dynamics as well as the polarization dynamics were taken into account. Carrier heating and coherent light-carrier interactions as well as the interplay of these nonlinear processes and the amplifier dispersion are studied. Strong Rabi oscillations occur in the optical field of a propagated pulse, its frequency chirp, as well as in the carrier density and temperature. While the Rabi oscillation imposes negative frequency chirp and hence red-shifts the pulse spectrum, positive frequency chirp can occur due to the local gain dispersion, where the higher frequency components of the pulse have larger gain. Due to the Rabi oscillation, the spectrum of the amplified pulse is considerably distorted and sidebands emerge. For a linearly chirped input pulse, the spectrum of the output pulse can be either red-shifted or blue-shifted with respect to its center frequency, depending on its initial chirp. For strong pulse propagation, a pronounced pulse break up occurs when a 175-fs pulse propagates in the gain regime, while a significant pulse compression occurs when the pulse propagates at the transparency point.  相似文献

为了斩断调Q脉冲拖尾,提高激光器电光效率,提出了一种在机械调Q射频激励波导CO2激光器中采用同步调制的激励方式。实验研究了同步调制信号对调Q脉冲拖尾长度、脉冲宽度、峰值功率和电光效率的影响。结果表明,当同步调制信号截断时刻为-80μs时,调制调Q脉冲拖尾长度最短,为23μs; 当同步调制信号无激励时长为800μs时,电光效率最高且为3%。采用同步调制的激励方式可以在有效斩断脉冲拖尾的同时保持脉冲宽度基本不变,提高了激光器的峰值功率和电光效率。  相似文献

Analyses of the synchronously pumped fiber Raman laser are presented under the parabolic approximation for gain shaping in both frequency and time domains. A master equation for the Stokes pulse consists of the group velocity dispersion of the fiber, the gain dispersion of the stimulated Raman scattering, a gain-shaping term due to the pump curvature, small depletion, and a walk-off effect. The pump power dependences of the Stokes power and the pulse width and the threshold condition are revealed. The frequency tunability of the present laser is also discussed. It is shown that the oscillation wavelength (carrier frequency of the Stokes pulse) will change linearly with Stokes power because of walk off during depletion.  相似文献

A new general analysis for mode-locked operation of a homogeneously broadened laser with either internal phase (FM) or amplitude (AM) modulation is presented in this paper. In this analysis, a complex Gaussian pulse is followed through one pass around the laser cavity. Approximations are made to the line shape and modulation characteristics to keep the pulse Gaussian. After one round trip, a self-consistent solution is required. This yields simple analytic expressions for the pulse length, frequency chirp, and bandwidth of the mode-locked pulses. The analysis is further extended to include effects of detuning of the modulator, in which case analytical expressions are obtained for the phase shift of the pulse within the modulation cycle, the shift of the pulse spectrum off line center, the change in pulse length, and the change in power output. Numerical results for a typical Nd:YAG laser are given. In the case of the FM mode-locked laser it is found that there is a frequency chirp on the pulse and that this causes pulse compression and stretching when the modulator is detuned. It is experimentally shown that the pulse withstand capacity of transient voltage suppressors, independent of power rating, decreases by the same law with increasing pulse duration, which indicates their optimum design parameters. The interrelation between transition times (turned on and off) and the characteristic parameters of the transient voltage suppressor structure is shown. The possibility of emitting a power fraction at the resonance frequency is an additional stimulus to increasing the withstand power.  相似文献

采用Wei-Norman方法,求出含时变电压源的介观LC电路随时间演化的精确解,应用wigner函数研究了时变电源作用下介观LC电路相干态的量子特性,结果表明wigner函数是一个二维运动的Gauss波包。研究了时变电源在不同频率的正弦信号对系统量子态的影响,结果表明,当所加正弦信号的频率远离共振频率信号时,对介观LC电路没有影响;当所加信号的频率为共振频率时,系统由低能态向高能跃迁,使处于高能态的几率增大;研究了输入电压源为单矩形脉冲的特例。  相似文献

随着高速半导体器件的发展,高电子迁移率晶体管(HEMT)的工作频率已经达到亚太赫兹波段,所以无法简单地通过传统电学方法进行检测。鉴于此,必须采用超快光学方法测定HEMT器件的截止工作频率。利用持续时间更短的飞秒脉冲激光瞬时关断处于饱和工作状态下的HEMT器件,并且采用太赫兹时域光谱技术测量在器件被关断后电流的变化情况(时间是皮秒量级),最后,利用所测量到的太赫兹波形(即源漏电流随时间变化的曲线)和截止工作频率的关系,直接推算出可达到亚太赫兹波段的HEMT器件的截止工作频率。  相似文献

为实现高重复频率纳秒级脉冲输出,提出了采用射频功率MOSFET,基于感应叠加拓扑的脉冲发生器。脉冲发生器采用15个模块化组件,每个组件输出670 V/50 A 脉冲,每个组件的输出脉冲在感应变压器次级串联叠加,得到10 kV/50 A 高压脉冲。为实现脉冲前沿小于5 ns,必须尽量降低脉冲变压器漏感以及组件和系统的回路电感。感应脉冲变压器采用圆柱形同轴结构,初次级均为单匝,并且和脉冲发生器单元一体化设计,以减小漏感以及组件分布电感。采用大功率驱动电路和同步触发器,实现MOSFET 开关的快速导通和关断,以及触发的一致性。仿真结果显示设计能够满足指标要求。  相似文献

This paper describes a multimode high-resolution digital pulse width modulator.This modulator,based on a novel hybrid structure,not only has a programmable duty cycle but also realizes phase modulation.A 576 ps pulse resolution is achieved based on a 13.56 MHz switching frequency for near field communication.Fabricated in a SMIC 0.18-μm EEPROM CMOS process,the total area of modulator is only 130×180μm~2.Measurement results validate the multi-mode modulation function and high pulse resolution.  相似文献

设计并实现了一种基于单载波UWB(Ultra-wide Band)通信系统中OOK(On-off Keying)调制电路,电路通过UWB极窄脉冲控制BJ]r振荡器的导通或截止来实现UWB信号对载波的调制,将UWB信号的中心频率搬移到FCC开放频段(3.1GHz-10.6GHz)。通过对实际电路的测试,得出当UWB脉冲重复速率为310MHz时,可以实现载波对UWB信号稳定、高效的调制,结果证明此电路是一种非常有效的调制电路。  相似文献

Using the Foreman effective mass Hamiltonian, the electronic structure of the valence band and the interband dipole matrix elements in In/sub x/Ga/sub 1-x/As-In/sub y/Ga/sub 1-y/As/sub z/P/sub 1-z/ quantum-well optical amplifiers are calculated, taking into account the valence band mixing and the biaxial strain. The optical field of the amplified pulse is calculated by solving the wave equation with the computed polarization as a source term. A novel wavelet transform is introduced in analyzing the pulse chirp imposed by the optical amplifier. In the linear propagation regime, the spectrum of the amplified pulse can be either red-shifted or blue-shifted with respect to its initial center frequency, depending on the local gain dispersion spanned by the pulse spectrum. The output pulse shape can be retarded or advanced, depending on the local gain and group velocity dispersion. Furthermore, an initially unchirped pulse centered in the tail of the gain spectrum is significantly reshaped after propagating 600 /spl mu/m, and its spectrum is broadened and distorted considerably. In the spectral region where both gain and group velocity change rapidly, the frequency chirp for a linearly chirped input pulse is significantly weakened after propagation.  相似文献

A discrete inverse scattering technique is used to define the impedance profile for a nonuniform transmission line which reflects an arbitrary waveform. Initially charged nonuniform lines, switched out into a general load, can also be synthesized by this method, and are discussed. The direct or layer peeling algorithm is applied to generate profiles which are subsequently analyzed using the one-dimensional finite difference method and fabricated in stripline. Excitation for the nonuniform line is done by using a charged line connected to a photoconductive Si switch triggered by a mode-locked YLF laser. Several lines were fabricated relevant to amplitude modulation of the master oscillator laser pulse for fusion experiments. Using the layer peeling method, a complex high-voltage pulse shape for use in laser fusion experiments is synthesized to an extraordinary degree of precision. It is possible to generate any arbitrary pulse shape by reflecting a step pulse off a synthesized nonuniform transmission line provided the power spectrum of the reflected pulse does not exceed that of the input pulse at any frequency  相似文献

A simple microcontroller‐based maximum power point tracking controller is proposed for a single‐stage solar stand‐alone water pumping system for remote, isolated, and nonelectrified population, where less maintenance, low cost, and an efficient system is of prime interest. It consists of a photovoltaic (PV) module, a DC–AC converter utilizing space‐vector pulse‐width modulation, an induction motor coupled with a water pump, a voltage sensor, and a current sensor. A space‐vector pulse‐width modulation‐controlled DC–AC converter aided by a fast‐acting on–off supervisory controller with a modified perturb‐and‐observe algorithm performs both the functions of converting PV output voltage to a variable voltage, variable frequency output, as well as extracting the maximum power. A limited variable step size is preferred during transient state, and a steady frequency, which is calculated on the basis of steady‐state oscillation, is set during steady state. A fast‐acting on–off supervisory controller regulates DC link voltage during steady state and enables maximum power point tracking algorithm only during transient state to draw a new voltage reference. In the event of low voltage, the controller switches off the motor but continuously scans for an available PV voltage. The system is not protected against an overcurrent because the maximum current is equal to its short circuit current. The 16‐bit microcontroller dsPIC6010A (Microchip Technology, Inc., Chandler, AZ, USA) is used to implement the control functions. The proposed controller is verified through simulation as well as tested in the laboratory prototype model. The simulation and experimental results show good correlation.
