目的:探讨后牙V类洞干髓术的抗冠折疗效。方法:选择68例患牙随机分为干髓组及根管治疗组。6—12个月复查,观察干髓术与根管治疗术的患牙抗折率。结果:后牙V类洞干髓术的抗折率高于根管治疗组,两者间差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:后牙V类洞干髓术较根管治疗术抗折率高。  相似文献

Soluble HLA class I (sHLA-ABC) and class II (sHLA-RQP) molecules were quantitated in 16 commercially available immunoglobulin (Ig) preparations by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Whereas three Ig preparations contained no detectable sHLA-ABC, all preparations showed concomitant sHLA-RQP molecules. There was a considerable variability with regard to the individual sHLA concentrations. For sHLA-RQP the values exceeded that found in human plasma of healthy individuals, suggesting that the extraction procedure may concentrate not only Ig, but also HLA class II molecules. Based on the total dosage of intravenously administered immunoglobulins (i.v.Ig), contaminating sHLA molecules may become immunogenic. Furthermore, sHLA molecules are discussed in terms of participation in the well-known immunomodulating effects of i.v.Ig therapy.  相似文献

The prime purpose of this clinical trial was to examine the clinical quality and retention rate of resin composite in connection with two recently developed acetone-based primer adhesives in Class V lesions according to ADA Clinical Protocol Guidelines for Dentin and Enamel Adhesive Materials. All cavities were nonretentive and predominantly in dentin (mixed Class V lesions). Total bonding was not limited either by sub-base or by base materials. All the trial restorations were placed under rubber dam. Group 1 (Version 16-135-1) and group 2 (Version 17-17-1) consisted of 42 patients with 46 trials and 38 patients with 43 fillings, respectively. The mean follow-up period and the recall response at the end of the study of group 1 were 22.8 months and 92.9% and of group 2 were 22.4 months and 94.7%. The trial restorations of both groups maintained their predominantly rated USPHS-Code Alpha level within the follow-up period. The cumulative failure rate of two trials in group 1 and four in group 2 determined a failure percentage of 4.4% and 9.3%, respectively, which is within the ADA-18 month limit of <10% Charlie. The Version KL 16-135-1 came into the market as Prime & Bond(R) 2.1, and the other one turned out to be Dyract Adhesive(R) PSA, which was primarily introduced as a single-component adhesive for compomer restorative Dyract(R) (Dentsply DeTrey, Germany).  相似文献

目的评价保留创腔引流管治疗腰椎后路手术后脑脊液漏的疗效。方法 2007年7月~2011年7月我科共行腰椎后路手术580例,术后出现脑脊液漏27例,其中男17例,女10例,年龄42~67岁,平均58.5岁。均行术后保留创腔引流管治疗,切口愈合前应用抗生素预防感染并给予相应对症、支持治疗。观察脑脊液漏消失及切口愈合时间,并记录相关并发症发生情况。结果脑脊液漏的消失时间为6~11天,平均8.1天;切口均一期愈合,愈合时间13~20天,平均15.6天;无切口感染、化脓性脑脊膜炎等并发症发生。结论保留创腔引流管治疗腰椎后路手术后脑脊液漏有效且安全。  相似文献

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the marginal leakage of three adhesive systems in Class V resin composite restorations. Two adhesive systems containing acidic primers: Clearfil SE Bond (CSEB) and Etch & Prime 3.0 (E&P), were compared with a conventional water-based primer: Scotchbond Multipurpose Plus (SBMP). Class V cavities were made at the cementum-enamel junction of extracted human molars, which were then divided between three groups. One of the adhesive systems was applied to each group following manufacturers' instructions. Composite restorations were placed, light cured for 40 s, and polished. Specimens were then immersed in a solution of 2% basic fuchsin dye for 24 h. Longitudinal sections were obtained and studied with a stereomicroscope for assessment of the microleakage according to the degree of dye penetration (scale of 0-3). Data were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis one-way ANOVA, Mann-Whitney tests, and the Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed rank test. Two specimens for each group were analyzed by scanning-electron microscopy (SEM). Bonded interfaces of dentin were also examined by transmission-electron microscopy (TEM). On enamel, there were no significant differences between the three groups. On dentin, CSEB showed the lowest dye penetration values among the three adhesive systems. SEM and TEM studies showed hybrid layer and resin tag formations in all groups.  相似文献

Summary The simple eukaryote Dictyostelium discoideum contains at least 12 unconventional myosin genes. Here we report the characterization of one of these, myoJ, a gene initially identified through a physical mapping screen. The myoJ gene encodes a high molecular weight myosin, and analysis of the available deduced amino acid sequence reveals that it possesses six IQ motifs and sequences typical of alpha helical coiled coils in the tail region. Therefore, myoJ is predicted to exist as a dimer with up to 12 associated light chains (six per heavy chain). The 7.8 kb myoJ mRNA is expressed all throughout the life cycle of D. discoideum. The myoJ gene has been disrupted and a phenotypic analysis of the mutant cells initiated. Finally, phylogenetic analysis of the head region reveals that myoJ is most similar to two plant myosin genes, Arabidopsis MYA1 and MYA2, that have been alternatively suggested to be either members of the myosin V class or founding members of the myosin XI class.  相似文献

Experiments were conducted on 75 rabbits to study the efficacy of endolymphatic administration of aceclidine, obsidan, and cerucal for stimulation of the intestine in its experimental paresis. The stimulating effect of the pharmacological agents was found to be of a longer duration in endolymphatic that in intravenous administration. This allowed endolymphatic pharmacological stimulation of the intestine to be suggested for the use in abdominal surgery.  相似文献

The RNA components from purified preparations of five strains of cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and from peanut stunt virus (PSV) were used to compete in hybridization experiments between 3H-labeled CMV-associated RNA 5 (CARNA 5) and double-stranded (ds) CARNA 5 from CMV-S infections. All CARNA 5 preparations competed almost fully with [3H]CARNA 5 for the minus strands in dsCARNA 5. In contrast, PSV-associated RNA 5 (PARNA 5) did not compete at all. Apparently the five CARNA 5s have an extensive if not complete nucleotide sequence homology and could represent one and the same satellite RNA associated with different CMV strains. PARNA 5, although associated with another cucumovirus, has no sequence homology with CARNA 5 and evidently is a different molecule. Thus, the ability of different cucumoviruses to support production of specific types of RNA 5 molecules could probably be used in estimating the degree of their strain relationship.  相似文献

In the present study we analyzed the relevance of HLA class II in JAK2 V617F-positive (JAK2 V617F+) myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) focusing on genotype diversity, associations with specific alleles and haplotypes and the level of gene expression. One hundred and thirty-nine JAK2 V617F+ MPN patients and 1083 healthy controls, typed by Next generation sequencing (NGS) were included in the study. Multivariate generalized linear models with age as a covariate were applied for analysis of HLA-II allele and haplotype associations. Publicly available gene expression datasets were used to analyze HLA-II pathway genes expression in CD34+ stem cells (SCs) from MPN patients and healthy controls. We did not observe differences in HLA evolutionary divergence (HED) between JAK2 V617F+ MPNs and healthy controls. Two alleles: HLA-DPB1*03:01, DQB1*04:02 and 4 haplotypes: DPB1*02:01-DQA1*05:05-DQB1*03:01-DRB1*11:01, DPB1*04:02-DQA1*05:05-DQB1*03:01-DRB1*11:03, DPB1*02:01-DQA1*01:04-DQB1*05:03-DRB1*14:04, and DPB1*04:01-DQA1*03:01-DQB1*03:02-DRB1*04:01 had significantly lower frequency in MPN patients compared to controls. Additionally, we observed HLA-II alleles and haplotypes with statistically higher frequencies in JAK2 V617F+ patients. Differential gene expression analysis showed down-regulation of HLA-DRB1, -DRA, -DMA, -DMB, -DOA,-DRB4, CIITA, and CD74 genes in JAK2 V617F+ MPN CD34+ SCs as compared to normal CD34 + SCs. In conclusion, this study provides evidence for the pleiotropic effects of HLA-II genes in JAK2 V617F-driven MPNs.  相似文献

The structure of polyoxacyclobutane has been studied by x-ray diffraction and infrared absorption methods, and three crystal modifications have been found. The molecular conformation of modification I is essentially planar zigzag, fiber period being 4.80 Å. Modification II is trigonal, R3c?C, a = 14.13 Å and c (fiber axis) = 8.41 Å; nine molecular chains of a T3GT3? type pass through a unit cell. Modification III is orthorhombic, C2221?D, a = 9.23 Å, b = 4.82 Å, and c (fiber axis) = 7.21 Å; two molecular chains of a (T2G2)2 type pass through the center and the corner of a unit cell. The transitions among, these three modifications were studied and discussed. Modification I is stable only in the presence of water. Modification III is the most stable form, and this is consistent with the antiparallel arrangement of the strong dipole-moments of the COC groups. V(D)J joining is mediated by RAG recombinase during early B-lymphocyte development in the bone marrow (BM). Activation-induced deaminase initiates isotype switching in mature B cells of secondary lymphoid structures. Previous studies questioned the strict ontological partitioning of these processes. We show that pro-B cells undergo robust switching to a subset of immunoglobulin H (IgH) isotypes. Chromatin studies reveal that in pro-B cells, the spatial organization of the Igh locus may restrict switching to this subset of isotypes. We demonstrate that in the BM, V(D)J joining and switching are interchangeably inducible, providing an explanation for the hyper-IgE phenotype of Omenn syndrome.  相似文献

We mapped mouse CD4 T-cell epitopes located in three structurally distinct regions of the V antigen of Yersinia pestis. T-cell hybridomas specific for epitopes from each region were generated to study the mechanisms of processing and presentation of V antigen by bone-marrow-derived macrophages. All three epitopes required uptake and/or processing from V antigen as well as presentation to T cells by newly synthesized major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules over a time period of 3-4 hr. Sensitivity to inhibitors showed a dependence on low pH and cysteine, serine and metalloproteinase, but not aspartic proteinase, activity. The data indicate that immunodominant epitopes from all three structural regions of V antigen were presented preferentially by the classical MHC class II-restricted presentation pathway. The requirement for processing by the co-ordinated activity of several enzyme families is consistent with the buried location of the epitopes in each region of V antigen. Understanding the structure-function relationship of multiple immunodominant epitopes of candidate subunit vaccines is necessary to inform choice of adjuvants for vaccine delivery. In the case of V antigen, adjuvants designed to target it to lysosomes are likely to induce optimal responses to multiple protective T-cell epitopes.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of an additional Er:YAG laser conditioning step after laser cavity preparations, on the microleakage of class V composite restorations. Forty-eight bovine incisors were randomly divided into four groups: G1(control) cavities prepared with bur, G2- cavities prepared with laser (400 mJ/2 Hz), G3- cavities prepared and subsequently conditioned with Er:YAG laser (60 mJ/2 Hz); G4-idem for G3, but the laser conditioning was carried out without water-spray. All the cavities were restored using Clearfill SE Bond and Z-250 composite resin. The samples were thermal cycled for 700 cycles and then immersed in 50% silver nitrate solution. The sectioned restorations were exposed to a photoflood lamp to reveal silver nitrate penetration. The Kruskal-Walis one-way analyses of variance test and post hoc Wilcoxon pair-wise comparison were used to compare microleakage degrees. At the gingival margin G2 showed a lower microleakage mean than the control bur-prepared cavities (p = 0.0003). At occlusal margins there were no statistically significant differences between the groups (p = 0.28). It may be concluded that Er:YAG laser class V cavity preparations do not need to be followed by an additional laser conditioning step to result in levels of microleakage similar to or lower than those obtained after bur preparations.  相似文献

We address two unresolved issues concerning the coding of binocular disparity in primary visual cortex. Experimental studies and theoretical models have suggested a relationship between a cell's ocular dominance, assessed with monocular stimuli, and its tuning to binocular disparity. First, the disparity energy model of disparity selectivity suggests that there should be a correlation between ocular dominance and the strength of disparity tuning. Second, several studies have reported a relationship between ocular dominance and the shape of the disparity tuning curve, with cells dominated by one eye more likely to have disparity tuning of the tuned-inhibitory type. We investigated both of these relationships in single neurons recorded from the primary visual cortex of awake fixating macaques, using dynamic random-dot patterns as a stimulus. To classify disparity tuning curves quantitatively, we develop a new measure of symmetry, which can be applied to any function. We find no evidence for any correlation between ocular dominance and the nature of disparity tuning. This places constraints on the circuitry underlying disparity tuning.  相似文献
