通过采用众多纺丝技术,对纤维的结构控制已从微米级发展到纳米级。对纳米级纤维结构控制的重要性可以用两个方法来说明。一是给出模型或概念用以改善如结晶尺寸和分子取向这样的物理性质。这种方法是将宏观性能与纳米级结构联系起来,对聚合物设计和纤维结构来说是非常重要的。另一个方法是关于纳米纤维本身。此次研究将展现纳米纤维拥有哪些新的或者说优越的性能。  相似文献

考察白及提取物白及胶最佳提取工艺,制备白及胶乳膏剂。采用水提醇沉法提取白及胶,结合正交设计法优选最佳的提取方案;采用单因素考察的基础上,以外观性状及稳定性为指标,采用多因素优化基质处方,在离心、高温、冷藏条件下考察基质处方中各组分对乳膏剂成型的影响,确定乳膏剂的基质处方组成;并对优选的最佳含药乳膏进行质量检查。白及胶的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶10、水提取3次,3倍量95%乙醇醇沉;白及胶乳膏剂的最佳制备工艺为每100 g白及乳膏剂中含白及胶5 g、硬脂酸5 g、高级脂肪醇1 g、卡波姆0. 2 g、三乙醇胺1 g、司盘-60 1 g、蜂蜡4 g、二甲基硅油1 g、棕榈酸异丙酯1 g、尼泊金乙酯0. 2 g加水适量于80℃下乳化15 min。制备的白及胶乳膏剂,稳定性良好,外观性状合格,为乳膏剂的开发提供了参考。  相似文献

Undecylenic acid, a monounsaturated fatty acid, is currently in clinical use as a topical antifungal agent, however the potential for therapeutic application in other disease settings has not been investigated. In this study, we describe a novel platform for the solubilization of fatty acids using amino acids and utilize this approach to define a tumoricidal activity and underlying mechanism for undecylenic acid. We examined a novel formulation of undecylenic acid compounded with L-Arginine, called GS-1, that induced concentration-dependent tumor cell death, with undecylenic acid being the cytotoxic component. Further investigation revealed that GS-1-mediated cell death was caspase-dependent with a reduction in mitochondrial membrane potential, suggesting a pro-apoptotic mechanism of action. Additionally, GS-1 was found to localize intracellularly to lipid droplets. In contrast to previous studies where lipid droplets have been shown to be protective against fatty acid-induced cell death, we showed that lipid droplets could not protect against GS-1-induced cytotoxicity. We also found a role for Fatty Acid Transport Protein 2 (FATP2) in the uptake of this compound. Collectively, this study demonstrates that GS-1 has effective pro-apoptotic antitumor activity in vitro and, together with the novel platform of fatty acid solubilization, contributes to the re-emerging field of fatty acids as potential anti-cancer therapeutics.  相似文献

A nanocrystalline Pt/CeO2 composite electrode is fabricated to study the electrochemical oxidation of methanol and ethanol. Three different methods have been developed for the preparation of the composite electrode and are compared in terms of their oxidation efficiencies. In general, all the electrode preparation methodologies show a great enhancement of the oxidation current for the alcohol. However, methods based on the electrodeposition of a ceria rich Pt matrix show the greatest effectiveness of alcohol oxidation. The enhancement of the anodic current is dependent on the particle loading and size distribution in the composite matrix. In general, ceria appears to be an effective alternative to ruthenium in direct alcohol fuel cells.  相似文献

Thymoquinone has anti-cancer properties. However, its application for clinical use is limited due to its volatile characteristics. The current study aims to develop a polymeric nanoformulation with PLGA-PEG and Pluronics F68 as encapsulants to conserve thymoquinone’s (TQ) biological activity before reaching the target sites. Synthesis of nanoparticles was successfully completed by encapsulating TQ with polymeric poly (D, L-lactide-co-glycolide)-block-poly (ethylene glycol) and Pluronics F68 (TQ-PLGA-PF68) using an emulsion–solvent evaporation technique. The size and encapsulation efficiency of TQ-PLGA-PF68 nanoparticles were 76.92 ± 27.38 nm and 94%, respectively. TQ released from these encapsulants showed a biphasic released pattern. Cytotoxicity activity showed that tamoxifen-resistant (TamR) MCF-7 breast cancer cells required a higher concentration of TQ-PLGA-PF68 nanoparticles than the parental MCF-7 cells to achieve IC50 (p < 0.05). The other two resistant subtypes (TamR UACC732 inflammatory breast carcinoma and paclitaxel-resistant (PacR) MDA-MB 231 triple-negative breast cell line) required a lower concentration of TQ-PLGA-PF68 nanoparticles compared to their respective parental cell lines (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that TQ encapsulation with PLGA-PEG and Pluronics F68 is a promising anti-cancer agent in mitigating breast cancer resistance to chemotherapeutics. In future studies, the anti-cancer activity of TQ-PLGA-PF68 with the standard chemotherapeutic drugs used for breast cancer treatment is recommended.  相似文献

用直接光还原法将Ag+沉积到TiO2膜表面制备了纳米Ag TiO2/ITO光催化膜,该光催化膜分别用紫外可见光漫反射、X射线衍射、扫描电镜进行了表征;并以甲酸为模型化合物,研究了Ag TiO2/ITO光催化膜对有机污染物的光催化氧化降解。实验结果表明:沉积于TiO2膜表面的银是以Ag(0)形式存在,且Ag可以作为光生电子载体,对抑制光生电子-空穴的复合有明显的促进作用,但Ag TiO2/ITO膜的光催化活性与Ag的沉积量密切相关,其中以Ag沉积质量分数为1 1%的Ag TiO2/ITO膜的光催化活性最佳,其光催化氧化甲酸的速率常数约为TiO2/ITO膜光催化速率常数的2 2倍。  相似文献
