透明管(如玻璃管)壁厚几何尺寸的公差大小是玻管生产中产品质量优劣的重要指标之一;因此透明管的壁厚测量的精度尤为重要。根据光矢量场的电磁场理论仔细分析了透明管在平面光波中的透射和反射的光学特性;并研究其能量分布。用CCD作接收器件,进行非接触测量实验系统实验,将理论值与实验值相比较,提出了精确测量透明管壁厚的可行性方法  相似文献

系列柱形薄壁腔靶制备工艺研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了从实验上深入研究超热电子产生规律,从而减少或抑制超热电子对惯性约束聚变(ICF)的危害,我们制备了一系列薄壁腔靶,以供实验研究。本文详细地描述了柱形薄壁腔靶的制备工艺。利用NG-104型精密单向纵切车床,采用金刚石刀具车削,提高心轴质量,表表粗糙度可达0.1μm。采用电镀和磁控溅射二种方法镀膜,为了使腔靶壁厚均匀,在镀膜时,必须使心轴匀速旋转。利用磁控溅射在腔靶外表面再涂上1μm左右厚的二氧化硅,以提高超薄壁腔靶的强度和自立能力。在腐蚀心轴时,必须仔细控制酸的浓度,防止在腐蚀时因产生气泡太多,太快而使腔靶破裂。用X射线照相法和扫描电子显微镜测量腔靶的几何参数。制备系列柱形薄壁腔靶达到指标为:壁厚范围2~30μm,壁厚均匀性小于10%,表面粗糙度0.2~0.3μm。最后介绍了在“神光Ⅰ”上打靶结果。结果表明,实验值与理论值符合较好。  相似文献

叙述了液滴法制备空心玻璃球壳的生产工艺。系统地研究了液滴炉温区温度、抽气速度、小孔板孔径、玻璃溶液浓度及发泡剂的加入量等因素的变化,对生产玻璃球壳直径、壁厚的影响。从而确定了生产玻璃球壳的工艺条件,采用该工艺生产出直径100~300μm、壁厚0.5~3.0μm的玻璃球壳,多次成功地应用于打靶实验。  相似文献

根据光限幅与Z扫描实验研究了可溶性多壁碳纳米管的光限幅机理.通过现象分析、数据处理以及类比研究,证实材料的光限幅特征符合非线性吸收效应.对厚样品的独特现象进行了解释,讨论了其他机理的影响.根据Z扫描公式,计算了实验材料的三阶非线性系数.通过分析证实了非线性吸收在可溶性多壁碳纳米管的光限幅中发挥着主要作用.对厚介质的特殊现象进行的分析和计算表明,对于较厚介质和激光连续加热的情况下,其他机理的影响并不能完全否定,其特殊现象可能与微气泡的气穴作用有关.  相似文献

为了同时同位测量石英管的外径和壁厚,建立了激光透射成像系统,对系统测量原理进行研究。基于几何光学和菲涅尔公式,分别导出平行光垂直照射石英管后的透射光线偏向角、相对光强与入射光线离轴距离之间的关系;通过数值计算,分析了偏向角、相对透射光强随入射光线离轴距离的变化特点;针对物方远心光路,分析了光阑对偏向角和相对光强的限制;基于CCD成像原理,通过引入标定系数和补偿因子,导出石英管外径与壁厚的计算公式。实验结果表明:外径绝对误差和相对误差的平均值分别为0.119mm和0.91%,壁厚绝对误差和相对误差的平均值分别为0.153mm和6%。  相似文献

采用微封装法,以聚苯乙烯为成球物质,对成球的乳化搅拌速度,溶液浓度、水/有机相体积比、实验温度及真空度等因素进行了研究,在此基础上,成功地制得了单壳PS空心微球,其几何参数为:直径100-300μm,壁厚2-8μm、球形度≥95%、同心度≥90%、表面粗糙度≤300nm。  相似文献

为建立高效简洁的厚壁空心微球球形度和壁厚均匀性的表征和测量方法,以内径850μm、壁厚25μm的厚壁聚苯乙烯(PS)微球为测量对象,分析球形度和壁厚均匀性的表征方法,探讨测量过程中采样方式对表征微球球形度和壁厚均匀性的影响。研究表明:对于批量微球球形度和壁厚均匀性的表征,当抽样数目不小于30时,测量结果之间的差异很小;而对于单一微球的球形度和壁厚均匀性的表征,至少3个不同投影面的测量结果的平均值才趋于稳定。不同投影面导致球形度或壁厚均匀性较差的批次样品的测量结果有一定差异,多次投影测量可提高测量结果的可靠性。  相似文献

To determine the wall thickness, conductivity and permeability of a ferromagnetic plate, an inverse problem is established with measured values and calculated values of time-domain induced voltage in pulsed eddy current testing on the plate. From time-domain analytical expressions of the partial derivatives of induced voltage with respect to parameters,it is deduced that the partial derivatives are approximately linearly dependent. Then the constraints of these parameters are obtained by solving a partial linear differential equation. It is indicated that only the product of conductivity and wall thickness, and the product of relative permeability and wall thickness can be determined accurately through the inverse problem with time-domain induced voltage. In the practical testing, supposing the conductivity of the ferromagnetic plate under test is a fixed value, and then the relative variation of wall thickness between two testing points can be calculated via the ratio of the corresponding inversion results of the product of conductivity and wall thickness. Finally, this method for wall thickness measurement is verified by the experiment results of a carbon steel plate.  相似文献

By means of a plane-wave-based transfer-matrix method, we present an extensive study of propagation loss in two-dimensional (2D) photonic crystal waveguides with limited cladding wall thickness. We examine the dependence of propagation loss on both the propagation direction and the waveguide wall thickness. It is shown that the propagation loss is a function of excitation frequency, wall thickness and waveguide outermost surface morphology. The conclusion that the propagation loss essentially decays exponentially with respect to the cladding wall thickness of a waveguide is valid only to a certain degree. In addition, we find that the propagation loss exhibit very complex behavior with respect to the excitation frequency.  相似文献

在乳液微封装技术制备聚苯乙烯空心微球的工艺中,固化过程是决定微球球形度及壁厚均匀性的关键阶段。基于乳粒发生器制备内径(850±10)μm、壁厚(250±25)μm的复合乳粒,以25℃,45℃和65℃作为固化温度,考察了固化温度对微球球形度和壁厚均匀性的影响。结果表明,固化温度越低,界面张力越高,乳液固化速率越慢,微球球形度和壁厚均匀性越好。当固化温度为25℃时,批次微球中球形偏离值优于2μm的微球产率为90%,壁厚偏差值优于2μm的微球产率为40%,明显优于固化温度为45℃和65℃时微球的质量。  相似文献

The ferroelectric domain wall thickness of a fluoride BaMgF4 single crystal was investigated by piezoresponse force microscopy. It was found that the domain wall thickness shows a strong spatial variation in the as‐grown crystal and the polarization reversal process. The original wall thickness is greater (about two to seven times) than that switched by the tip fields of the atomic force microscope. A significantly narrower domain wall was obtained in the higher tip‐field. The trapped defects at the domain wall play an important role in the spatial variation of the polarization width of 180° domain wall in the BaMgF4 single crystal. (© 2008 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 为了研究乳液微封装技术中油水相对微球壁厚的影响,推导了在理想状态下微球壁厚、油相质量分数和油水相比这三者之间的函数关系。结果表明:当内相水滴半径和油相质量分数为常数时,微球壁厚是油水相比的单增函数;而当内相水滴半径和油水相比为常数时,微球壁厚是油相质量分数的单增函数。即提高油相质量分数或增大油水相比对增加壁厚而言具有等效性。根据此规律,在搅拌法制备小直径聚苯乙烯微球中,通过调整油水相的各参数,确定了制备小直径厚壁聚苯乙烯微球的关键工艺参数。实验表明:采用搅拌法制备10~25 m壁厚的小直径聚苯乙烯微球时,油相质量分数宜配制为5.3%~7.0%,油水相比宜控制在1.6~2.2之间,而外水相中聚乙烯醇质量分数宜控制在1%~3%之内。  相似文献

We previously developed a new method, namely, the phased tracking method, for accurately tracking the movement of the heart wall and arterial wall based on both the phase and magnitude of the demodulated signals to determine the instantaneous position of an object. By this method, the local change in wall thickness during one heartbeat can be determined. We have now developed a real-time system for measuring change in thickness of the myocardium and arterial wall. In this system, four high-speed digital signal processing (DSP) chips are employed for obtaining the initially developed method in real time. The tracking results for both sides of the wall are superimposed on the M (motion)-mode image in the workstation, and the thickness changes of the arterial wall are displayed in real time. Using this system, reported herein, velocity signals of the arterial wall with amplitudes less than several micrometers can be successfully detected in real time with sufficient reproducibility. The elasticity of the arterial wall is evaluated by referring to the blood pressure. In in vivo experiments, the rapid response of the change in wall thickness of the carotid artery to the dose of nitroglycerine (NTG) is evaluated for a young healthy subject and a young smoker. This new real-time system offers potential for quantitative diagnosis of early-stage atherosclerosis by the transient evaluation of the rapid response of the cardiovascular system to physiological stress.  相似文献

Ring-shaped lead zirconate titanate (PZT) piezoelectric vibrators were subjected to non-uniform mechanical stress applied by bolt clamping. The effect of mechanical stress on the effective electromechanical coupling factor (keff) and mechanical quality factor (Qm) of the thickness and wall thickness modes was studied by an equivalent electric circuit analysis. The initiation and propagation of cracks under mechanical stress were also discussed based on the resonance method and the indentation technique. keff for both the thickness and wall thickness modes decreased with increase in mechanical stress due to de-poling of the PZT. Qm of the thickness mode dropped sharply with increase in mechanical stress while Qm of the wall thickness mode remained almost unchange. Existence of microcracks in a PZT vibrator can be detected by the occurrence of spurious vibrations at the wall thickness mode in the electrical impedance vs. frequency spectra.  相似文献

Identification of akinetic but viable myocardium is important for the selection of patients for coronary revascularization. In order to assess predictive values of end-diastolic wall thickness and dobutamine induced wall thickening obtained by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and [18F]Fluorodeoxyglucose uptake assessed by positron emission tomography (F-18-FDG-PET), these parameters were compared to recovery of left ventricular function after successful revascularization. Forty patients with chronic myocardial infarction and regional a- or dyskinesia by ventriculography underwent rest- and dobutamine-MRI studies (10 microg dobutamine/kg body weight/min) and F-18-FDG-PET. Viability of the infarct region was considered to be present if; 1) end-diastolic wall thickness was > or =5.5 mm; 2) dobutamine induced wall thickening > or =2 mm could be measured; and 3) normalized F-18-FDG-uptake was > or =50% in > or =50% of akinetic segments. Preserved end-diastolic wall thickness was found in 32/40 patients, functional improvement during dobutamine infusion in 26/40 patients and preserved F-18-FDG-uptake in 29/40 patients. After revascularization regional left ventricular function improved in 25/40 patients. Positive and negative predictive values and diagnostic accuracy were 78%, 100%, and 83% for preserved end-diastolic wall thickness, 92%, 93%, and 93% for dobutamine inducible contraction reserve and 86%, 100%, and 90% for preserved F-18-FDG-uptake. Quantitative assessment of dobutamine induced systolic wall thickening by MRI and F-18-FDG-uptake by PET are highly accurate techniques for the identification of viable myocardium and prediction of functional recovery after successful revascularization. Preserved end-diastolic wall thickness results in an overestimation of viable myocardium compared to functional improvement, but wall thickness <5.5 mm excludes recovery of regional function.  相似文献

Flexural vibrations of finite length circular cylinders with shear diaphragm ends and symmetric circumferential wall thickness variations are described by using the Rayleigh-Ritz method. Both symmetric and asymmetric solutions are presented. Only circumferential variations in the wall radial dimension are considered; the method is amenable, however, to consideration of longitudinal variations in wall thickness as well. The cylinder wall thickness variation is described as a Fourier series and the vibration is described as a series of modes of a uniform cylinder with the same mean radius. The theory has been applied to a cylinder whose inner bore is circular but is non-concentric with the circular outer surface. The mode shapes have been investigated experimentally by using time-averaged holograms of the vibrating cylinder and the results compare well with the predictions of the theory. The frequencies of the modes agree with the theoretical predictions to within 2%.  相似文献
