介绍某电厂300MW机组为满足环保排放标准开展的引风机和增压风机改造。通过对性能参数的技术经济性比较,以及对机组运行的安全性影响分析,推荐采用增压风机与引风机合并,并选用动叶可调轴流式风机的选型方案,既能达到简化系统,方便运行与维护,降低总体风机耗电率的目的,又兼顾了取消脱硫旁路烟道后机组运行的可靠性,以及对锅炉炉膛和烟道防爆的安全性要求。  相似文献

  [目的]  为确保锅炉烟气系统的正常运行,国内燃煤发电机组实施超低排放改造后,引风机及增压风机需要进行改造。  [方法]  以某1 000 MW燃煤机组为例从技术角度对引风机及增压风机三种可行的改造方案(只改引风机、只改增压风机以及增引合并)进行了比较,并结合工程实际情况进行了经济计算。  [结果]  得出增引合并方案的综合技术经济性最优。  [结论]  此比选方法和改造方案对其他燃煤机组引风机改造有较高的参考价值。  相似文献

以某电厂600 Mw亚临界机组石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统中的增压风机为研究对象,根据其运行现状,分析节电潜力,从风机可靠性及经济性角度提出最佳的优化改造方案-变极降速消裕,该优化方案较目前运行方式理论上每年多节电约105万kWh,这意味着每年可节省电费36.75万元,大大提升了机组的经济性.本研究为增压风机的实际运行改造奠定理论基础,具有较大工程实用价值.  相似文献

300MW燃煤发电机组2台引风机运行时经常出现失速现象。失速诊断热态试验发现,该风机设计参数与锅炉实际运行所需的参数有很大的偏差,主要因为引风机选型过大,从而风量、风压裕量过大,与该锅炉烟风系统不匹配,当2台引风机调平运行在240~270MW负荷区间时,风机的工作点已非常接近或位于失速区,从而出现失速现象。为此提出改造建议和方案:降低转速,改造电动机绕组,改变风机叶轮直径。  相似文献

通过试验确认低负荷时引风机出口烟气能克服脱硫系统的沿程阻力,当锅炉总风量低于1 700t/h以下时,脱硫系统停运增压风机,保持动叶全开,引风机适当增加出力,可满足锅炉和脱硫系统安全稳定运行,显著降低了厂用电耗.取得了良好的经济效果.为防止其对锅炉运行产牛影响,在设计控制逻辑时采取了相应的预防措施.,对炉瞠负压波动大、引风机失速、烟气泄漏等方面的问题进行了分析,提出了解决问题的可行性方案,能够保证锅炉的稳定运行.  相似文献

以某厂300MW燃煤机组的脱硫系统为研究对象,基于轴流式风机的运行特性,建立运行特性和电耗模型,运用MATLAB软件编写计算程序,计算负荷为50%工况下,随着增压风机入口静压设定值的改变,在风机的四种投运组合方式下的风机效率、总电功率和单机电功率。结果表明:在负荷为50%的工况下运行时,增压风机的入口静压设定值应小于210 Pa,且设定值越小经济性越好;采用两台引风机并联运行效果最好,一台引风机和一台增压风机串联运行效果次之。  相似文献

In the wake-rotor interaction fan noise, a number of the interacting modes at the blade passing frequency (BPF) and its harmonics are generated which are prescribed by the number of stator and rotor blades etc. In the present study, the dominant mode is tried to be suppressed by the secondary sound from the loudspeaker actuators. One of the novel features of the present system is the adoption of the control board with the Field Programmable Gate Array (FP(3A) hardware and the LabVIEW software to synchronize the circumferentially installed loudspeaker actuators with the relative location of rotational blades under arbitrary fan rotational speeds. The experiments were conducted under the conditions of three rotational speeds of 2004, 3150, and 4002 [rpm]. The reduction in the sound pressure level (SPL) was observed for all three rotational speeds. The sound pressure level at the BPF was reduced approximately 13 [dB] for 2004 [rpm] case, but not so large reduction was attained for other cases probably due to the inefficiency of the loudspeaker actuators at high frequencies  相似文献

A piezoelectric fan is an attractive device to remove heat from microelectronic systems due to its low power consumption, minimal noise and compactness. In the present study, a piezoelectric fan is investigated to analyze the cooling capability for possible use in electronic devices. Both numerical and experimental analyses are carried out on the piezoelectric fan which was oriented horizontally. The FLUENT 6.3 software is used in the 2D simulation to predict the heat transfer coefficient and the flow fields using a dynamic mesh option to observe the fan swinging phenomena. Two heat sources in in-line arrangement are used in the experiment. The flow measurements are carried out at different piezoelectric fan heights by using a particle image velocimetry (PIV) system. The result shows that the piezofan height of hp/lp = 0.23 can reduce the temperature of the heat source surface as much as 68.9 °C. The numerical and experimental values of heat transfer coefficients are plotted and found in good agreement.  相似文献

In this paper, the performances and the acoustic noise of the traditional type micro multi-blade fan were investi- gated experimentally and numerically, to optimize the specifications of the fan for the resident circumstances. The acoustic noise level decreases but the efficiency deteriorates slightly with the increase of the blade number of the impeller. Besides, the acoustic noise decreases with the increase of the distance between the impeller outlet and the volute tongue, in accompanying with the increase of the input and the deterioration of the fan efficiency.  相似文献

A centrifugal fan was designed with a matching centrifugal volute flow channel in order to investigate a numerical simulation with prototype manufacturing, and to compare with experimental results. The fan configuration was developed according to a fan-design theorem. A model P-60 turbojet engine compressor blade design was adopted for the fan aerodynamic analysis and design. The results were verified using the STAR-CD code. Also, based on the findings, a miniature centrifugal fan was designed and manufactured using a CNC five axes machine. The PQ performance curves were tested using an AMCA standard 210-85 test chamber apparatus. From the numerical analysis results, the pressure on the suction and pressure surfaces will increase gradually from the inlet to one-half the distance of the hub’s camber line, however, it will increase more rapidly afterwards. In addition, stress-concentration phenomenon occurred at the tip of the suction and pressure surfaces. In other words, the tip was more prone to damage when the fan was operated. Experiments show that the designed fan maximum flow rate Q and static pressure P were 32% and 59%, respectively, which were lower than the commercial fan data at 2000 rpm rotational speed. However, when the rotational speed was increased to 4000 rpm, the maximum flow rate Q and static pressure P were increased to 38% and 82%. This study concluded that a centrifugal fan’s static pressure at high rotational speed is higher than that of an axial-flow fan. Therefore, a centrifugal fan should be chosen if high static pressure cooling or blowing is required. This advanced research investigation is to build up the capabilities of design, analysis, manufacturing, and measurement of a centrifugal fan with an outer diameter smaller than 10 cm.  相似文献

A novel fan that operates as an air moving device as well as a filter has been investigated. The unit utilizes a brush disk, instead of bladed impellers, within a centrifugal fan casing and is known as a ‘mop fan’. The performance of the mop impellers as fans was tested and their characteristic curves were found to be similar to those of centrifugal fans. The characteristics of the mop fan in terms of airflow rate, pressure, and efficiency were tested using a standard method, BS 848.
