目的:探讨“李仲愚杵针”治疗多种疾病的作用机理。方法:应用李仲愚杵针刺激小鼠,观察小鼠肝脏中谷胱甘肽含量的改变,并与针刺对照比较观察。结果:电针组动物肝脏谷脆甘肽的含量高于对照组,而杵针组动物谷脱甘肽含量高于上述2组。结论:杵针疗法对肝脏谷胱肽的影响强于电针疗法。  相似文献

本文以龙胆草为对照,观察了黄连对甲亢大鼠中枢单胺类神经递质含量的影响。结果表明:(1)甲亢大鼠下丘脑、垂体和纹状体NE.DA、5-HT及5-HIAA含量均显著低于正常对照组,而HVA高于正常对照组;(2)泻心火药黄连可显著增高甲亢大鼠下降的下丘脑、垂体和纹状体NE、DA、5-HT及5-HIAA含量,使HVA下降;(3)泻肝火药龙胆草可使甲亢大鼠下丘脑、纹状体NE和纹状体5-HT含量显著增高,使HVA下降:(4)与龙胆草相比,黄连有较强的作用。  相似文献

目的 研究脾虚大鼠中枢单胺类神经递质含量的变化和四君子汤干预的途径.方法 将60只大鼠分为空白对照组、脾虚组、四君子汤组,每组各20只,使用高效液相检测大鼠纹状体中5-HT、DA、5-HIAA、DOPAC和HVA的含量.结果 与对照组比较,脾虚组大鼠纹状体内5-HT(2.25±0.78)ng/mg水平显著升高,DA(26.06±9.01)ng/mg水平显著下降(P<0.01);脾虚大鼠使用四君子汤干预后,纹状体内5-HT(1.86±0.53)ng/mg和DA(38.95±10.86)ng/mg水平基本恢复正常,与对照组差异无显著性,而DA水平与脾虚组大鼠差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 脾虚证大鼠纹状体中的单胺类神经递质的含量异常,脾虚证存在有中枢机制,健脾名方四君子汤可以调节脾虚大鼠中枢单胺类神经递质含量.  相似文献

电项针对失眠大鼠脑干单胺类神经递质含量的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的 通过观察不同刺激频率电项针对PCPA致失眠大鼠脑干内单胺类神经递质5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量的影响,初步探讨电项针促眠的作用机制及不同刺激频率电项针的疗效差异.方法 将Wistar大鼠50只随机分成5组,即正常组,模型组,电项针1组(取刺激频率2 Hz)、电项针2组(取刺激频率50Hz)、电项针3组(取刺激频率100Hz).除正常组外,各组采用腹腔注射对氯苯丙氨酸(PCPA)制备大鼠失眠模型.造模成功后,电项针各组分别按各自刺激频率给予干预治疗,1次/d,30 min/次,连续7 d,治疗后留取脑干组织检测单胺类神经递质5-HT、DA、NE的含量变化.结果 模型组大鼠脑干组织中5-HT含量明显低于正常组,DA、NE含量高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经电项针治疗7 d后,失眠大鼠脑干5-HT含量升高,DA、NE含量显著降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电项针各组之间疗效比较,电项针1组明显优于电项针2和电项针3组(P<0.05);电项针2和电项针3组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 电项针改善失眠的作用机制可能与调节失眠大鼠脑干内单胺类神经递质5-HT、DA、NE的质量浓度有关;电项针2组疗效优于其他2组,说明2Hz刺激频率电项针治疗失眠效果更好.  相似文献

目的:观察D-半乳糖衰老大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质含量的变化.方法:D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型,采用高效液相色谱-电化学法检测各组大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量.结果:D-半乳糖衰老大鼠下丘脑NE、DA、5-HT的含量明显降低(与正常大鼠相比P<0.01).结论:D-半乳糖衰老大鼠脑单胺类神经递质含量下降,这可能是D-半乳糖致衰老的作用机制之一.  相似文献

目的观察紫参胶囊对自然衰老大鼠体内单胺类神经递质含量影响。方法将60只12~14个月龄的SD雌性大鼠随机分为准老年对照组;紫参胶囊高、中、低剂量组;坤宝丸阳性对照组。另取4个月龄且体质量与上述大鼠体质量相当的12只雌性SD大鼠作为成年对照组,连续给药28 d后检测大鼠大脑皮层内单胺类神经递质含量。结果紫参胶囊能够明显提高自然衰老大鼠大脑皮层中多巴胺的含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素也有一定升高的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论紫参胶囊可以通过影响单胺类神经递质含量来调节交感神经的兴奋性,从而缓解围绝经期综合征潮热汗出等症状。  相似文献

目的:观察针刺五脏俞穴对大鼠失眠单胺类神经递质的影响.方法:将Wistar大鼠40只随机分为4组.空白组:空白对照;模型组:腹腔注射PCPA;针刺组:腹腔注射PCPA后,连续5 d给予针刺治疗,安定组:腹腔注射PCPA后,连续5 d给予安定灌胃治疗.分别观察大鼠脑内5-HT、5-HIAA、NE含量的变化.结果:模型组脑内5-HT、5-HIAA含量明显降低,与空白组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).安定组脑内5-HT、5-HIAA含量均有明显升高,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).针刺组脑内5-HT、5-HIAA含量有明显升高,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:针刺五脏俞穴对失眠大鼠单氨类神经递质紊乱的影响显著,针刺五脏俞是治疗失眠症的一种有效方法.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of temperature on different facial areas by suspended moxibustion at two points,Zusanli(ST 36) and Hegu(LI 4),and probe the phenomena underlying self-regulation in the human body after thermal stimulation.METHODS:Thirty healthy volunteers accepted moxibustion over Zusanli(ST 36) and Hegu(LI 4),and the order of moxibustion points was randomly determined.Moxibustion method:suspension of moxibustion over Zusanli(ST 36) and Hegu(LI 4) on both sides was performed using an ignited moxa stick stuck in a support for 20 min.Observation method:An infrared thermal image of the face was taken before and after suspended moxibustion using a CK350 medical infrared thermal imaging instrument.Data analysis:A thermal microscopic section view system(TMTSys) was used to analyze the change in temperature in special facial areas.Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS 14.0 software.RESULTS:Before moxibustion was suspended,the facial thermal image showed a T-shaped thermal area related to the vascular distribution with even temperature and good symmetry on both sides.Suspended moxibustion over Zusanli(ST 36) have a very significant increase in temperature at the forehead,around the nose,at the corners of the mouth,and at the cheeks and lips(P<0.01).Suspended moxibustion over Hegu(LI 4) also have a significant(P<0.05) increase in temperature around the nose,the corners of the mouth,the cheeks,and lips,where has a new high temperature area was formed(P<0.01).Suspended moxibustion over Hegu(LI 4) raised the temperature at the middle point of the lips more obviously than did Zusanli(ST 36) in the same person,(P<0.05).After 10 min of moxibustion over Zusanli(ST 36) and Hegu(LI 4),the change in temperature in the facial area reached its peak value.CONCLUSIONS:Facial infrared thermography of healthy people revealed a T-shaped thermal area reflecting a physiological thermal area.Moxibustion over Zusanli(ST 36) or Hegu(LI 4) raised the temperature in this facial T-shaped thermal area.Hegu(LI 4) led to the formation of a new thermal area in the lips.The time required for moxibustion to regulate human body temperature was 10 min.  相似文献

Objective To study the effects and the mechanisms of extract from a leguminous plant (Ammopiptanthus mongolicus cheng f.) (JAl ) in northwest China on inducing apoptosis and inhibiting proliferation of HepG2 hepatocarcinoma cell in vitro. Methods The HepG2 cell line was used as target cells. The effect of 3A 1 on HepG2 cell growth was detected by microculture tetrazolium assay (MTr), flow cytometry assay, DNA agarose gel electrophoresis and transmission electronic microscopy. The expressive effect of the wt-p53 in HepG2 cells was analyzed with p53 protein test-reagent. Results JAl not only had significant anti-proliferative effects depending upon time and dosage, but also induced apoptosis of HepG2 cells. Apoptotic typical morphological changes were observed in JAl-treated HepG2 cells under transmission electronic microscope, "Sub-G 1" phase peak occurred in flow cytometry and DNA "ladder" was found in DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. The expression of the wt-p53 increased in vitro, and 3Al-treated HepG2 and the positive cell percentage of the wt-p53 protein also increased. Conclusions JAl could obviously induce apoptosis and inhibit proliferation of HepG2 cells in vitro, and these effects are closely related with the increase of wt-p53 expression. JAl can be used as a good source of medicinal plant for the treatment of hepatocarcinoma.  相似文献
