针对感应电机直接转矩控制(DTC)采用开关表的滞环方法时,存在电流和转矩脉动等问题,提出在DTC中应用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的方法。根据五相感应电机模型和DTC基本原理,推导出参考电压矢量。分析了五相逆变器的空间电压矢量,并从中选取出22个有效电压矢量,根据最近四矢量SVPWM算法,计算出第k扇区中工作电压矢量的作用时间。建立了基于双DSP控制的实验系统,实验结果表明,该方法减小了电流和转矩脉动,具有良好的稳态和动态性能。 相似文献

感应电机直接转矩控制是一种高性能的控制方法。本文在分析其控制理论的基础上,推导出电机转速的计算方法:(1)瞬时转速辨识法具有快速跟踪真实值的优点,但要考虑到计算精度和参数变化等问题;(2)简化转速估算法易于实现,对电机响应速度的影响可通过合理选择平滑处理的控制点数来减小到最低限度。 相似文献

针对传统的直接转矩控制(DTC)转矩脉动大、开关频率不固定及低速性能差等问题,提出了一种基于模糊空间矢量调制(SVM)技术的新型直接转矩控制系统,并利用Matlab软件建立了系统仿真模型.在SVM-DTC系统中使用了两个模糊控制器,可以得到能够准确补偿定子磁链与转矩误差的参考电压矢量,通过SVM技术将参考电压信号转换为PWM开关信号.仿真结果表明,模糊SVM-DTC可有效提高系统的控制性能,尤其是低速性能. 相似文献

A system with fast torque response is very beneficial in applications where direct torque control (DTC) is highly desirable. The principle of DTC is to control machine torque and flux directly by selecting the switching states of inverter according to the errors of torque and flux; however, the response of direct torque control is slower during start-up and during change in load. Fuzzy control with grey prediction strategy is proposed for the implementation of DTC to improve its slow response. Moreover, it uses less sensors than the conventional method. Experimental implementation of the fuzzy logic controller and the grey predictor is carried out to verify the behavior of the controller. This paper presents the implementation of a high-performance direct torque control (DTC) of induction machines drive. DTC has two major problems, namely, high torque ripple and variable switching frequency. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposed a pair of torque and flux controllers to replace the hysteresis-based controllers. The design of these controllers is fully discussed and a set of numerical values of the parameters for the proposed controllers is given. The simulation of the proposed controllers applied to the DTC drive is presented. The simulation results are then verified by experimental results. The hardware implementation is mainly constructed by using DSP TMS320C31 and Altera field-programmable gate array devices. The results prove that a significant torque and stator flux ripples reduction is achieved. Likewise, the switching frequency is fixed at 10.4 kHz and a more sinusoidal phase current is obtained 相似文献

Abstract—Direct torque control (DTC) with space vector modulation (SVM) ensures constant switching frequency and high-performance operation, both in the steady state and under transient conditions. This article is devoted to the presentation of a comparison study between two DTC-SVM approaches for electric propulsion systems applications: (i) DTC-SVM with controllers, and (ii) DTC-SVM with sliding mode controllers. Following the formulation of both DTC-SVM approaches, their implementation in the Matlab-Simulink environment has been treated. The transient behavior as well as the steady state features of the drive system under both approaches are compared and commented. The robustness with respect to parameter variations of the induction motor drive is also tested. Simulation results show the effectiveness and the robustness of the proposed DTC-SVM adaptive sliding mode control against variations of induction motor parameters. 相似文献

The conventional proportional integral controlled direct torque control of an induction motor using the space vector pulse-width modulation technique may provide satisfactory dynamic response. However, the proportional integral controller (PIC) does not provide efficient dynamic performance in the induction motor drive during sudden changes in the load or speed. To improve dynamic performance of the induction motor drive, the PICs are replaced by type-2 fuzzy logic control. The type-2 fuzzy improves the starting transient performance as well as the steady-state response. In addition, the type-2 fuzzy direct torque control provides lesser current total harmonic distortion, flux distortion, and torque pulsation of the induction motor drive compared to conventional direct torque control. A MATLAB Simulink (The MathWorks, Natick, Massachusetts, USA) model for direct torque control with type-2 fuzzy logic control is developed to simulate the response of an induction motor drive with different operating conditions. The space vector pulse-width modulation technique is used to drive the inverter, as it produces lesser total harmonic distortion in inverter current and voltage waveforms for a given switching transition due to the single switching frequency for the movement of each state vector. A prototype type-2 fuzzy-based direct torque control induction motor with space vector pulse-width modulation is developed to validate the simulated response. 针对传统直接转矩控制(DTC)转矩脉动大、准确性差,及在考虑定子电阻压降时电压矢量区间选择不精确等问题,在研究定子电阻压降影响的基础上,重新划分电压矢量对定子磁链和电磁转矩作用的夹角范围,分析并指出传统DTC电压矢量选择表忽略了转矩增加的必要条件和磁链变化的临界条件,提出一种优化的十二区段控制方法及其电压矢量选择方法。通过仿真和实验验证了该控制方法的性能,与传统十二区段控制方法相比,该方法能保持高准确率,提高了转矩和转速响应,减小了转矩脉动。 相似文献
