Purpose: The aim of this present study is to investigate the prevalence of alcohol and substance abuse (ASA) and its relationship with other risky driving behaviors among motorcycle drivers. Methods: This is a cross sectional study which is performed at Shiraz city of Iran. Data from motorcycle drivers were collected using a standard questionnaire in eight major streets at different times of the day. The data includes consumption of alcohol and other substances two hours before driving and some of the risky behaviors during driving. Results: A total of 414 drivers with a mean ± SD age of (27.0 ± 9.3) years participated in the study. Alcohol or substance consumptions two hours before driving was significantly associated with risky driving behaviors such as using mobile phone during driving, poor maneuvering, and driving over the speed limit (both p < 0.001). It was also associated with carelessness about safety such as driving with technical defects (p < 0.001) and not wearing a crash helmet (p=0.008). Conclusion: Screening for alcohol and substance consumption among motorcycle drivers is an efficient way to identify drivers that are at a greater risk for road traffic accidents.  相似文献

Purpose: Traffic accidents are one of the major health problems in the world, being the first cause of burden of illness and the second leading cause of death in Iran. The Sistan-Baluchestan province is one of the most accidental provinces of Iran with the highest rate of accidents-caused deaths. This study was conducted to determine the risk factors associated with traffic accidents in Zahedan through 2013 to 2016. Methods: This analytical cross-sectional study was carried out on 223 drivers from Zahedan who were traumatized by traffic accident and sent to Zahedan hospitals. The data were obtained through interviews taken by the trained interviewers via refereeing to the medical records and collected in the researcher-made checklist. Census was obtained from the study subjects. For data analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Chi-square and logistic regression were used with the Stata software version 11.0. Results: In this study, 223 male subjects with the mean age of (32.54 ± 12.95) years, 39.8% single and 60.2% married, entered for investigation. Most accidents (38.8%) occurred between 12:00 to 17:59. While driving, 47.1% of the study subjects were using cell phones, 89.1% had manual use of mobile phones, 21.9% had a habit of sending short message service (SMS) and 23.4% had sent SMS within 10 min before the accident. The one way analysis of variance showed that the mean age of individuals with marital status, driving experience, education and accident with motorcycle were significantly different (p < 0.05). Also, the multivariate logistic regression test indicated a significant relationship of smoking, ethnicity, insurance and SMS typing while driving with motorcycle accident (p < 0.05). Conclusion: In this study, SMS and smoking while driving had the highest risk among the variables studied in the motorcycle accidents. Therefore, effective education attempting to enhance people''s awareness about the consequences of using cell phone and smoking during driving to reduce traffic accidents seems necessary.  相似文献

Purpose: In Iran, the most common cause of injuries and the second leading cause of deaths are traffic accidents, and those problems impose a substantial financial burden on the society. This study aims to determine traffic accident mortality trends and their epidemiologic characteristics in the Kermanshah province, west of Iran. Methods: In a cross sectional study, road traffic fatality data from 2004 to 2013 were analyzed to determine the epidemiological pattern of traffic accident mortality. Trend assessment was performed to ascertain the decreasing or increasing status. Chi-square and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) tests, as well as Poisson regression were used to determine the significance of the data in time. Data were analyzed using Excel and statistical package of SPSS version 19. Results: Out of 5110 people that died in traffic accidents, 4024 (78.7%) were males. The state of accidents indicated that 404 (43.8%) female pedestrians died as a result of car crashes, and 1330 (41.4%) males died because of car collisions. 1554 (31.9%) deaths happened to pedestrians and 1556 (32.1%) to vehicle drivers, and the rest belonged to vehicle passengers. Head trauma was the cause of death for as much as 3400 (69.9%) cases. Fatal crashes in which pedestrians were involved mostly occurred between the hours 13:00 to 15:00, while the time for vehicle drivers was between 16:00 to 18:00. 2882 people (59.1%) died before reaching to health care facilities. Traffic crash mortality trend for pedestrians follows a linear pattern with a gentle downward slope, but the trend shows various swings when it comes to vehicle drivers. Conclusion: The number of traffic crash deaths from 2004 to 2013 indicates a decreasing trend in two groups of road users: vehicle drivers and car occupants. This can be due to some interventions such as modification of traffic rules and enhancement of police control which has been implemented in recent years. Moreover, more attention should be paid to promote the optimal health care services to save the lives of the injured from traffic accidents.  相似文献

Purpose: Road traffic accidents are one of main problems in Iran. Multiple factors cause traffic accidents and the most important one is sleepiness. This factor, however, is given less attention in our country. Road traffic accidents relevant to sleepiness are studied. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, all road traffic accidents relevant to sleepiness, which were reported by police, were studied in Tehran province in 2009. Results: The risk of road traffic accidents due to sleepiness was increased by more than sevenfold (odds ratio=7.33) in low alertness hours (0:00-6:00) compared to other time of day. The risk of road traffic accidents due to sleepiness was decreased by 0.15-fold (odds ratio=0.15) in hours with maximum of alertness (18:00-22:00) of circadian rhythm compared to other time of day. Conclusion: The occurrence of road traffic accidents due to sleepiness has significant statistical relations with driving during lowest point of alertness of circadian rhythm.  相似文献

We aimed to evaluate the effect of shift work on semen parameters together with the effect of sleep quality in men attending infertility clinic. The participants were divided into two groups as follows: 104 shift worker men (Group 1) and 116 nonshift worker men (Group 2). Groups were compared in terms of semen parameters, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21), and Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores. A higher rate of oligozoospermia and poor sleep quality and a lower mean normal morphology percentage was observed in shift workers than nonshift workers (p = .006, .039 and .036 respectively). In addition, a positive correlation was seen between sleep duration and sperm concentration, while a negative correlation was found between sleep latency and total sperm count. Shift working together with high PSQI score was also a significant association with oligozoospermia when controlling for the other variables of age, total testosterone, DASS-21 stress score, smoking and varicocele (OR = 2.11, 95% CI 1.03–4.34 and OR = 1.18, 95% CI 1.01–1.39 respectively). In this study, infertile shift workers had a lower percentage of normal morphology and higher rates of oligozoospermia and poor sleep quality. Considering that shift workers have lower sleep quality, it seems that shift working negatively affects the circadian rhythm.  相似文献

Objective: To analyze characteristics and causes of road crash and injuries in China from 2003 to 2005.
Methods: The data of road crash in 2003-2005 were collected to study the characteristics including total vehicle number, occurrence rates of traffic accidents and serious traffic accidents so as to discuss the causes and characteristics of road crash in China.
Results: From 2003 to 2005, the numbers of traffic accidents, injuries and deaths as well as the mortality rates per 100 000 persons and per 10 000 vehicles declined in China. Until 2005, the total number of traffic accidents decreased to 450 000 and deaths to 99 000, with the mortality rate per 10 000 vehicles being 7.6 persons. While the drivers and passengers accounted for 33.2 % and 26.6 % of death casualties respectively in 2005. Most traffic accidents were caused by drivers, especially those with driving experience less than 3 years. Traffic accidents occurred on suburban roads accounted for 60%. The mortality rate of the traffic accidents per 100 km on the first grade road ranked the highest. The mortality rate of the traffic accidents on expressways ranked the highest, with continual increase of death and injury.
Conclusions. At present, the increase trend of traffic accidents and casualties in China has been slowed down to some extent and shows a declining tendency, but the situation is far away from being optimistic. In order to cut down the number of traffic accidents and casualties, we should pay more attention to training and managing drivers with less than three driving years and those driving buses. Strict prevention measures should be laid on traffic accidents on first grade roads, expressways and suburban roads as well as the enhancement on improving first-aid system.  相似文献

Objective : To analyze the data of patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) induced by road traffic crashes in southeastern Iran for better understanding the pattern of these injuries and therefore for better designing health system planning. Methods : In this historical cohort study, the patients who had been transferred to Level I trauma center in southeastern Iran due to road traffic accidents with radiographic documented SCI were evaluated. Results: Among 64 patients with SCI, 38 patients (59.4 %, 36 males and 2 females, aged 27.42 years ± 9.44 years on average) were injured by road traffic accidents. Car and motorcycle accidents were responsible for 26 cases (68.4%) and 12 cases (31.6%), respectively. And 31patients (81. 6%) had complete SCI. Conus medularis (T12-L2 ) was the most affected level. Conclusions: Results are discussed in terms of preventive measures, specifically those concerning the use of restraint and helmet and driving behavior. This study should be extended nationally to gain a larger case series so that the SCI risk of particular vehicle configurations, considering other crash factors, can be more precisely quantified and the characteristics for low occurrence of SCI can be more precisely identified.  相似文献

Purpose: To determine the relationship of illnesses and medical drug consumption with the occurrence of traffic accidents among truck and bus drivers. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study on truck and bus drivers in Tehran, Iran. The criteria for participating in this study were: married males over 30 years old, driving license in grade one, five years of job experience, mental health and non-addiction license. The criterion for not participating in this study was the lack of cooperation in responding to the questions. Six months was spent to collect the latest five years data of driving accidents from 2011 to 2016. A total of 323 truck and bus drivers in Tehran city and the suburbs, Iran were chosen. Among them, 112 were responsible for accidents (accident group) while 211 were not responsible for any accidents or involved in an accident in the last five years (nonaccident group). A specially designed questionnaire was used to investigate the demographic information, medical drug consumption, medical backgrounds and history of accidents. Results: The results revealed that compared with healthy subjects, the occurrence of accidents among people with diabetes (OR = 2.3, p = 0.001) and vision weakness (OR = 1.7, p = 0.020) was significantly higher, while that among people with cardiac (OR = 0.5, p = 0.002) and hypertension (OR = 0.9, p = 0.048) problems was remarkably lower. Moreover, consumption of Gemfibrozil (OR = 1.8, p = 0.010) and Glibenclamide (OR = 2.2, p = 0.002) drugs resulted in significantly higher incidence of accidents than those without. Conclusion: Frequencies of illnesses like cardiovascular and hypertension were not higher in accident drivers than in non-accident drivers; but diabetes, vision weakness and consumption of Gemfibrozil and Glibenclamide lead to more traffic accidents.  相似文献

Quality of sleep in patients with chronic kidney disease.   总被引:11,自引:3,他引:8
BACKGROUND: Sleep disorders are common in patients with renal failure on dialysis; however, the prevalence of "poor sleep" in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) not yet on dialysis is not known. This study aimed to measure the prevalence of "poor sleep" in CKD patients and to examine the association between quality of sleep and the degree of renal impairment in this population. METHODS: Quality of sleep was measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) in 120 prevalent CKD patients. RESULTS: Sixty-three subjects (53%) had "poor sleep" defined as a global PSQI score >5. There was no statistically significant relationship between the global PSQI score and the blood urea nitrogen level (BUN), serum creatinine level or calculated creatinine clearance, but the sleep efficiency component score correlated with BUN (r = 0.19, P = 0.04) and serum creatinine (r = 0.20, P = 0.03). A history of depression was the only independent predictor of "poor sleep" (global PSQI >5). CONCLUSIONS: "Poor sleep" is common in CKD patients. Quality of sleep decreases in the early stages of CKD and does not appear to be associated with the subsequent degree of renal failure. Large prospective longitudinal studies of quality of sleep in CKD patients are needed to confirm the high prevalence of impaired quality of sleep in this population and examine the association between renal function and quality of sleep while controlling for potential confounding variables.  相似文献

Background. Many patients with end-stage renal disease who are undergoing chronic hemodialysis suffer from sleep disturbance. This paper was designed to study the severity and prevalence of sleep disorders and the factors affecting the syndromes in this unique patient group. Methods. We conducted this study by the use of questionnaires. Included in this study were a total of 245 patients at our center who had end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and who received hemodialysis thrice weekly for more than three months. Their demographic data and biochemical and hematologic parameters were analyzed. All patients were asked to complete two questionnaires (in a Chinese version) of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Beck Depression Inventory second edition (BDI-II), either by themselves or with assistance from the medical staff. Results. One hundred and sixty-four patients completed both questionnaires with a response rate of 70.4%. Their mean age was 57.9 ± 11.8 (ranging from 23.1 to 83.7) years old. They had been receiving hemodialysis for an average of 49.1 ± 50.9 months before the study. The male to female ratio was 77:87. Seventy six (46.3%) patients had diabetes mellitus. The prevalence of sleep disturbance was 74.4% (122/164), defined as PSQI scores >5. The poor sleepers had higher BDI scores and a higher ratio of females comparing to the good sleepers. By a multivariate analysis, the BDI scores and female sex were the independent predictors of the patients being poor sleepers. In analyzing the poor sleepers, the BDI scores, durations of hemodialysis and hemoglobin levels were the independent factors for predicting the global PSQI scores. Conclusion. The questionnaire showed a high prevalence of insomnia in the dialytic population. The study also attributes a predictive role in sleep quality to gender, depression, dialytic duration, and hemoglobin levels. The data indicate that in the management of insomnia in this patient group, anemia and depression, both of which are potentially correctable, should be assessed.  相似文献

Questionnaires assessing sources and levels of job satisfaction and occupational stress were completed by male and female general practitioners (N = 547) and consultant doctors (N = 449) in Scotland during a period of structural change in the health service. Job satisfaction and occupational stress scales from the Occupational Stress Inventory30 were used to compare GPs and consultants, males and females, and to enable comparisons with other occupational groups. Consultants had greater occupational stress than GPs on three OSI subscales detailing managerial aspects of their work, and also had greater job satisfaction overall than GPs. GPs were more stressed by ‘intrinsic’ factors of the job itself. Females had less occupational stress and greater job satisfaction overall than males. Male GPs as a group had greatest job stress and least job satisfaction. Younger principals in general practice and consultants reported more occupational stress and less job satisfaction than older doctors. These findings have implications for health service management in terms of providing support and training in stress management for younger doctors and for female doctors. Comparisons with combined sample norms for mainly professional and managerial occupations showed that GPs and consultants in the Scottish sample had generally greater job satisfaction and less occupational stress than norms, which is contrary to expectations.  相似文献

AimTo determine factors associated with the locations, types and levels of traumatic limb amputations caused by road traffic accidents.Materials and MethodsThe files sent by the courts to the expert committee chaired by the authors for the determination of applicants’ disability rate over the 10-year period between 2011 and 2020 were examined retrospectively.ResultsOf the 27 cases with traumatic amputations caused by road traffic accidents, 63% of them were male and the mean age of the cases was 29.0 ± 20.0 years. The cases comprised 12 passengers, 10 pedestrians, and 5 drivers. Of all, 66.7% of the amputations were caused by automobile accidents, 59.3% of them were in lower limbs, 51.9% of them were on the right side, and most of them occurred below the elbow/knee levels. Amputations occurred more frequently in lower limbs that are contralateral to the side of the traffic flow, in drivers, and in front seat passengers.ConclusionThe findings in this preliminary study need to be confirmed in studies to be conducted in larger series. The findings of these studies will shed light on technological developments that can be used in the prevention of serious injuries that lead to post-accident traumatic amputations.  相似文献

Purpose: To investigate the orthopedic injuries sustained while driving and using social media on cellular phones from an orthopedic resident''s perspective. Methods: A total of 118 patients who presented with a history of road traffic accident secondary to social media usage and suffered from fractures were included in this cross-sectional study. These patients were reported from October 2018 to April 2019. We collected the data including the type of collision, type of social media usage during driving, location of injury, wearing of safety equipment''s such as helmet and seat belt during driving. Results: The mean age of patients was (34.86 ± 12.73) (range 15-71) years. The common types of accident on the basis of collision of vehicles were: car versus motorbike 45 (38.1%), motorbike versus motorbike 28 (23.7%), and motorbike versus pedestrian 22 (18.6%). Most of the accidents (61, 51.7%) occurred due to mistake of motor-bikers. Out of them, 44 (37.3%) occurred on traffic signals, followed by 29 (24.6%) while driving on main roads. The common timing of accident was normal hours with frequency of 44 (37.3%), followed by 39 (33.1%) at late night. According to fracture type, closed injuries were 98 (83.1%) and open fractures were 20 (16.9%). The most common fracture was clavicular fracture (21,22.5%) followed by soft tissue injury in 19 (16.1%) patients. The most common social media application usage during driving was Facebook 43 (36.4%), followed by Whatsapp 24 (20.3%), Google 19 (16.1%), and Instagram 15 (12.7%). Conclusion: This study provides evidence that social media usage while driving put the drivers and other road users'' lives at high risk. The most common social media addiction while driving is Facebook and Whatsapp. So there is a need to make strict rules and penalties for using cell phone during driving so as to save the lives of drivers and other people using road.  相似文献

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: to investigate the road traffic accident rate in patients who have resumed driving after severe brain injury. RESEARCH DESIGN: a retrospective study conducted by means of telephone interviews. METHODS AND PROCEDURES: The caregivers of 90 patients suffering from severe brain injury were included. All of the patients had sustained severe brain injury and prolonged coma, i.e. lasting for at least 48 hours. The caregivers were interviewed by means of a Questionnaire that investigated several aspects of driving competence after coma and the incidence of road traffic accidents. MAIN OUTCOMES AND RESULTS: All patient outcomes were evaluated by means of the Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS). The 90 caregivers reported that 29 patients (32%) had resumed driving and that 11 of the 29 (38%) were subsequently involved in road traffic accidents. During the total duration of our patient population risk exposure, we found 11 cases in our study group, against the 4.7 expected cases calculated in the normal population. The relative risk of road traffic accidents in severe brain injury patients versus uninjured individuals was 2.3. CONCLUSIONS: Our preliminary data show that a subject who has suffered from severe brain injury and coma lasting for at least 48 hours has a statistically significant higher risk of being involved in a road traffic accident.  相似文献

Background

Several studies have examined sleep quality in the post renal transplant population of China, but few studies have actually confirmed the related psychosocial variables of sleep quality in renal transplant recipients with home care.

Objectives

This study investigates sleep quality and its related psychosocial variables among renal transplant patients.

Methods

This is a cross-sectional study using a convenient sampling approach. Self-report questionnaires were applied to 485 renal transplant patients. All participants completed the General Data Questionnaire, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Self-Rating Depression Scale, the Three-Dimensional Inventory of Character Strengths, and the Flourishing Scale.

Results

A total of 438 valid questionnaires were included in the analysis. The global PSQI score was 5.86 (SD, 3.20), significantly lower than the norm; 128 (29.2%) recipients were classified as having poor sleep quality (global PSQI > 7). In the component score of PSQI, sleep onset latency was the highest; the others from high to low are sleep disturbance, daytime dysfunction, subjective sleep quality, sleep efficiency, sleep duration, and use of hypnotic medication. A total of 19.6% reported sleeping fewer than 6 hours a night, 64.8% reported that they had to get up to use the bathroom, and 50.0% woke up in the middle of the night or early morning at least 1 night per week in the past month. Significant differences in the PSQI scores were observed in renal transplant patients of different sex, age, residence, career, length of post–renal transplant period, comorbidity, kidney function, and depressive symptoms (P < .05). The PSQI scores were positively correlated with depression (Self-Rating Depression Scale) (P < .01) but negatively correlated with inquisitiveness (Three-Dimensional Inventory of Character Strengths–inquisitiveness) and psychological well-being (Flourishing Scale) (P < .01).

Conclusion

The sleep quality of renal transplant patients was lower than that of the general population. Character strengths and well-being can increase the level of sleep quality in renal transplant patients. Psychosocial intervention is necessary for improving the sleep quality of renal transplant recipients in China.  相似文献

Purpose: An analysis and identification of the hidden relationships between effective factors in the mortality rate caused by road accidents in Fars Province of Iran to prevent and reduce traffic accidents in the future. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted to integrate all the pervious researches performed on mortality rate of road traffic accidents in Fars Province from March 21, 2013 to March 20, 2017. In order to reveal the relationships between the factors affecting mortality rates of road traffic accidents, the data regarding road traffic accidents extracted from resources such as Legal Medicine Organization, Traffic Police, Accident & Emergency Department, as well as Department of Roads and Urban Development of Fars Province, then cleaned and the applicable attributes embedded in the data all aggregated for further analysis. It should be noted that the data not related to Fars Province were deleted, the data analyzed, converted and the aggregation between various attributes identified. The aggregation between these different attributes as well as the FP-growth algorithm and two indexes of support and confidence calculated and interesting and effective rules extracted. In the end, several accident-provoking factors, the degree of consecutive and interdependence of each one in road accidents identified and introduced. The statistical analysis was conducted by using Rapid Miner software. Results: Of the 6216 people dead due to road traffic accidents, 4865 (79.02%) were male and 1292 (20.98%) were female, 59 of them have no clear gender. The largest portion of people died of road traffic accidents belonged to married and self-employed men who collided with motorcycles in autumn. Moreover, young individuals (aged 19e40 years) with secondary educational level who died of accidents in summer at 12:00 a.m. and then 5:00 p.m. in outer city main roads of Kazerun-Shiraz, then DarabShiraz, Fasa-Darab and in within-city main streets had the highest mortality rates. Among women, the middle-aged group (aged 41e65 years) followed by young-aged group (aged 19e40 years) with elementary educational level and then illiterate accounted for the highest mortality rate of road traffic accidents. The automobiles involved in accidents included Pride, Peugeot 405, Peykan pickup, Samand, Peugeot Pars, other vehicles and motorcycles. Conclusion: The high mortality rate of illiterate and low-literate in various age groups indicates that educational level plays a crucial role as a factor in road accidents, requiring related organizations such as Traffic Police and Ministry of Education to take necessary measures and policies.  相似文献

Objective  To investigate factors that most influence urban road traffic injuries (RTI) mortality and morbidity. Methods  The study used linked police and hospital records of RTI patients in the city of Hangzhou during the 3-year period 2004–2006. Three RTI outcome groups were included: (1) fatally injured; (2) severely injured; and (3) mildly injured persons. Results  High risks for fatal road traffic accidents (RTA) were found on urban links, over weekend, during night hours, in male drivers who drove old vehicles without using seat belts, and at exceeding speeds, or with night time accidents and bad weather condition. In case of higher risk for all urban road users on urban junctions, the numbers on mildly injury cases were increasing. The highest combined risk for dying or being severely injured was found in male drivers driving at excessive speed, on urban links, and with night time accidents. Conclusions  Intensifying safety education of motor vehicle drivers, enhancing traffic management and keeping balance of “person–vehicle–road” system will greatly reduce the urban traffic accidents and casualties.  相似文献

Introduction The airbag is an established car safety device. However, recent studies pointed out that even the airbag might cause injuries. Nevertheless, most physicians do consider a lower risk in accident victims sustaining severe injury of the chest, when a deployed frontal airbag has been reported. We set out to verify the frequency and pattern of thoracic injury in car drivers protected by a frontal airbag during traffic accidents. Methods This investigation was conducted as part of a prospective surveillance analyzing traffic accidents. Enrolled were car drivers included in a databank between January 2001 and December 2004 consecutively. The chance for sustaining chest injury with or without a frontal airbag was described using the relative risk. Results A total of 188 car drivers were included in the analysis. In 54 (28.7%) cases a deployed airbag and in 134 (71.3%) the absence of an airbag has been documented. Out of those cases 16 (29.6%) drivers with airbag and 30 (22.4%) without airbag sustained a chest injury. The mean abbreviated injury scale (AIS) of chest injuries in drivers with deployed airbag was 2.3 (1–5; SD ± 1.45; mean injury severity scale [ISS] 21.1 [SD ± 17.18]), in drivers without airbag 1.6 (1–4; SD ± 1.12; mean ISS 15.8 [SD ± 20.6]). For belted drivers with an airbag the relative risk to sustain chest injury was 1.96 compared to those without an airbag. Conclusions The airbag does not avoid chest injury definitively. Much more, it has been demonstrated that the relative risk to sustain relevant thoracic injury seems to be almost higher in restrained drivers with a frontal airbag.  相似文献

Sleep quality and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) were examined in 151 sexual assault survivors, 77% of whom had previously reported symptoms of sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) or sleep movement disorders (SMD) or both. Participants completed the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Posttraumatic Stress Scale (PSS). High PSQI scores reflected extremely poor sleep quality and correlated with PSS scores. PSQI scores were greater in participants with potential SDB or SMD or both. PSQI or PSS scores coupled with body-mass index and use of antidepressants or anxiolytics predicted potential sleep disorders. The relationship between sleep and posttraumatic stress appears to be more complex than can be explained by the current PTSD paradigm; and, sleep breathing and sleep movement disorders may be associated with this complexity.  相似文献
