考查了活性单体及偶联剂对紫外光固化胶粘剂的粘接强度、体积收缩率和吸水性的影响.结果表明,官能度高、柔性好的单体TPGDA和偶联剂的加入,有利于提高胶粘荆的粘接强度;活性单体官能度越高,体积收缩率越大;含羟基及醚键的活性单体会使体系吸水性上升.所研制胶粘剂的剪切强度可达19.86 MPa,体积收缩率为10.9%,耐沸水煮的时间大于17 h,在可见光区透光率为86.7%,玻璃化转变温度为77.1℃.  相似文献

本研究采用三种丙烯酸酯单体(M01、M02、M03)和一种紫外光引发剂(I01)配制了紫外光固化胶粘剂,探讨了不同原料配比对产品拉伸剪切强度的影响。实验结果表明:当原料配比为M01:2.07mmol、M02:7.02mmol、M03:13.7mmol、I01:0.585mmol时产品的拉伸剪切强度较好。  相似文献

以二官能团PUA(聚氨酯丙烯酸酯)为基体树脂、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯为稀释单体、γ-缩水甘油醚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)为偶联剂、HCPK(1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮)为光引发剂和nano-SiO2(纳米二氧化硅)为填料,成功制备出一种UV(紫外光)固化胶。将UV固化胶用于PC(聚碳酸酯)塑料片材的胶接,并以该胶接件的T型剥离强度作为考核指标,采用单因素试验法优选出制备UV固化胶的较佳配方。结果表明:当w(二官能团PUA)=64%、w(HCPK)=3.0%、w(KH-560)=1.00%、w(四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯)=30%和w(nano-SiO2)=2.0%时,UV固化胶的剥离强度达到甚至超过市售同类产品(loctite3106)。  相似文献

Additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing technology, has experienced massive growth in the last decade. Instead of printing the entire product, 3D printing can be used to produce only the most complex parts, which are then combined with simple, non-printed parts from other materials to make the final product. In addition to mechanical connections, adhesive bonding is most commonly used to combine printed parts with other elements. In this study, the influence of 3D-printing parameters on the bond shear strength of 3D-printed Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer parts bonded to beech wood was investigated. Three printing settings with different layer thicknesses (0.39, 0.19, 0.09 mm) and a posttreatment method that utilized acetone vapour were used. The three different adhesives applied were commercial one-component polyurethane adhesive, hot melt adhesive for edge bonding, and a two-component polyurethane adhesive. The results show that the type of adhesive had the biggest influence on the strength of the bond. The highest bond strength was achieved using a two-component polyurethane adhesive. The type of failure (failure in wood, plastic, adhesive, or cohesive failure) depended greatly on the type of adhesive and thickness of the printed layer.  相似文献

经迈克尔加成反应,用丙烯腈制作了一系列改性多元胺固化剂,将其与双酚A型环氧树脂配合,用于粘接ABS塑料。研究结果显示,丙烯腈改性固化剂有助于改善环氧树脂胶对ABS塑料的粘接强度,随着固化剂中氰基含量从0 mmol/g增加到0.949 mmol/g,丙烯腈改性环氧树脂体系(acrylonitrile-modified epoxy resin system,AMEPS)对ABS塑料的粘接强度增长约32%,而玻璃化温度降低约9%,与此同时,改性环氧树脂的吸酸率呈先降后升趋势。  相似文献

An acrylic adhesive was developed for forming strong, water resistant structural joints with polyolefins. This two-component, lightly crosslinked, methyl methacrylate (MMA) based adhesive consisted of an anaerobic curing system in one part with a copper (II) salt catalyst in the other. Bonds formed with low density polyethylene (LDPE) resulted in substrate failure upon block shear testing throughout the open time of the adhesive (45 min). The interdiffusion of the monomers into the substrates, and their subsequent polymerization was followed using several infrared spectroscopy (IR) techniques. The interphase of mixed LDPE and adhesive was determined to be as thick as 1.7 mm using IR microscopy. It was concluded that the strong adhesion in the aforementioned joints was the result of the interpenetration of the adhesive into the substrates.  相似文献

Abstraet-Many plastics have a poor tendency to bond to other materials because of their inherent inert chemical structure and thus require a pretreatment. Wet chemical methods are expensive because of the disposal of the waste liquids. In this study, the corona treatment (Ional process), the low-pressure plasma process, and the fluorination process were tested and compared with each other. The following plastics were tested: PP (polypropylene), PBT (polybutyleneterephthalate), PBT blends, and a high-temperature thermoplastic, PEEK (polyetheretherketone). In particular, the low-temperature plasma process results in excellent adhesion strength. In addition, we have shown that the stability of freshly plasma-treated surfaces could be maintained for time periods of at least several days.  相似文献

主要考察引发剂CHP用量对ABS树脂的各种性能的影响。采用乳液聚合技术,以CHP为引发剂合成了一系列PB-g-SAN接枝共聚物,并与SAN树脂进行共混,制得了ABS树脂。结果表明,CHP的加入量对熔融指数和冲击强度影响较大,对拉伸强度影响不大。当CHP质量分数为0.21时,ABS性能最佳。  相似文献

In this study, the effects of methyl methacrylate (MMA), trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA), difunctional silicone urethane acrylate oligomer, and UV-dose on the adhesive properties of UV-curable pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) were investigated, for further optimizing the adhesive properties to meet the requirements on high holding power and low peel strength. The results illustrated that increasing the MMA content decreased the peel strength and improved the holding power. The variation of TMPTA content from 1 to 10 wt% significantly enhanced the holding power from 1?h to above 120?h. The gel fraction increased with increasing TMPTA content. This increment was caused by the cross-linking of TMPTA after UV exposure. The peel strength of UV-curable PSAs was reduced to zero when oligomer content was more than 40 wt%, whereas the holding power was significantly enhanced from 5?h to above 120?h as the oligomer content increased up to 70 wt%. When the UV-dose increased, the peel strength decreased and the holding power increased. Therefore, UV-curable PSAs with very low peel strength and high holding power above 120?h were successfully synthesized and they possessed desirable features which could be fabricated to meet the specific requirements for industrial applications.  相似文献

The paper analyses the impact of mechanical milling pre-treatment parameters on adhesive joint strength. Comparison of surface roughness of adherends after milling and its effect on adhesive joint strength is analysed in strength tests. The tests were performed on C45 structural steel specimens, which were subjected to machining at different parameters, with two types of milling cutters. Adherends were degreased prior to adhesive joining. Two types of end mills used in tests were NFPaφ20 high-speed steel cutter and R390-020B20-11L indexable milling cutter. The machining was carried out at three cutting speeds: 0.05, 0.15 and 0.30 mm/tooth. Adherends were joined with an adhesive composition of Epidian 57 epoxy resin and Z-1 curing agent.  相似文献
