合成了磺酰脲化合物N-[2-(4-甲基)嘧啶基]-N′-2-硝基苯磺酰脲, 用元素分析、红外、核磁共振氢谱对产物进行了表征, 培养并测定了其晶体结构. 晶体属三斜晶系, 空间群, 晶胞参数a=0.54159(1) nm, b=1.1533(3) nm, c=1.1857(4) nm, α=83.907(6)°, β=81.048(5)°, γ=77.637(4)°, V=0.7126(4) nm3, Dc=1.572 g/cm3, Z=2, F(000)=348, R=0.0659, wR=0.1217. 在晶体结构中, 杂环上的一个N原子与脲桥上邻近的N原子上的H构成分子内氢键. 测定了对酵母AHAS的离体抑制活性, 其抑制常数Ki为(2.48±0.35)×10-7 mol/L. 用分子对接方法, 将目标化合物晶体结构对接到靶酶酵母AHAS的活性位点, 发现对接完毕目标化合物的构象与复合物晶体中的磺酰脲分子构象接近, 并得到了合理的生物活性预测值. 该研究为进一步理解磺酰脲类的分子结构、药物活性并设计新的分子提供了帮助和指导.  相似文献

不对称双二茂铁脲衍生物的合成、表征及电子传递性质   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以二茂铁为原料,通过多步反应,首先合成了对称的桥联双二茂铁脲(5),再将其与胱胺反应,合成了一种新的不对称桥 联双二茂铁脲衍生物MeOOC-Fc-NH-CO-NH-Fc-CO-NH-(CH2)2-S-S-(CH2)2-NH2 (7)(Fc:二茂铁)。对目标产物进行了红外、紫外、1H NMR和MS表征;由于目标化合物7含有不对称的二茂铁脲这一特殊结构,采用循环伏安(CV)方法对化合物7的电子迁移特性进行了研究。结果表明2个二茂铁之间通过脲键传递电子,从而使2个二茂铁基团可以分别被氧化,它们的氧化电位差ΔEo?为181 mV,它们之间的稳定常数Kc为1 145。相对于对称的二茂铁脲(5)(ΔEo?=140 mV,Kc=207),这种不对称结构分子中2个二茂铁之间电子间的相互作用增强。  相似文献

C60-吡咯烷衍生物的合成及非线性光学性质的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过富勒烯C60与肌氨酸和有机醛化合物的1,3-偶极环加成反应, 获得了九种含不同有机功能基团的C60吡咯烷衍生物19, 用1H NMR, 13C NMR, FTIR, UV-vis和FAB-MS进行了结构表征; 利用皮秒激光光源, 采用z扫描技术测定了分子的三阶非线性超极化率γ(3), 结果显示: 化合物3 (γ(3)=4.14×10-33 esu)具有最大的三阶非线性光学系数, 说明增加噻吩共轭链的长度, 使三阶非线性活性增加; 对具有相同共轭链的C60-噻吩吡咯烷衍生物(2, 5, 14), 吸电子取代基减小了三阶光学非线性活性, 给电子基增大了三阶光学非线性活性; 同时发现喹啉环2-位键联(7)比4-位(8)有更好的三阶光学非线性活性.  相似文献

在相同条件下,α-萘乙酸分别与二丁基氧化锡、氧化双(三丁基锡)反应,合成了四核簇状二丁基锡α-萘乙酸酯{[n-Bu2Sn(O2CCH2C10H7)]2O}2(1)和一维链状三丁基锡α-萘乙酸酯[n-Bu3Sn(O2CCH2C10H7)]n(2).经IR、1H和13CNMR、元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征结构.1具有核心结构为氧原子桥联锡构筑的Sn2O2四元环,且四元环二聚形成Sn4O4簇状,中间Sn2O2环的中心为整个分子的对称中心.1中,两相邻配合物分子间通过C-H…π作用、形成一维带状结构.配合物2中,锡原子通过羧基双齿桥联、组成一维链状配位聚合物.测试表明:12分别在250、175℃以下可以稳定存在;对人癌细胞Colo205、HepG2、MCF-7、Hela、NCI-H460增殖均有较强的抑制作用,且2的活性高于1.  相似文献

桥环和螺环化合物是有机化学中常用的概念而在其他领域鲜有提及。在本研究中,我们将桥环和螺环的概念拓展至超分子化学领域中并提出了相应的构筑策略。在刚性直线型配体中引入额外的螯合位点,通过配位驱动、分步组装的方法合成了复杂的3个有机金属超分子桥环化合物[(Cp*Rh)6(μ-η2-η2-C2O4)2(μ-C2O4)(LA)2](OTf)6(1)、[(Cp*Rh)6(dhbq)2(pyrazine)(LA)2](OTf)8(2)和[(Cp*Rh)6(tpphz)2(bpea)(LA)2](OTf)12(3),以及一个超分子螺环化合物(Cp*Rh)12(bibzim)3Ru (LA)3(LB)3](OTf)10(PF6)4(4),其中LA=3,3′-di (pyridin-4-yl)-2,2′-bipyridine,OTf-=CF3SO3-,dhbq=2,5-dihydroxy-1,4-benzoquinone,tpphz=tetrapyrido[3,2-a∶2′,3′-c∶3″,2″-h∶2'',3''-j]phenazine,bpea=1,2-di (pyridin-4-yl) ethane,bibzim=2,2′-bisbenzimidazole,LB=4,4′-di (pyridin-4-yl)-1,1′-biphenyl。并通过单晶X射线衍射的方法一一表征了它们的单晶结构。  相似文献

用溶剂热法设计、合成了4个金属-有机配合物[Mn(L1)4(OH)2](1),{[MnL1(H2O)4]SO4}n(2),[CdL2(NO3)2]n(3)和{[Co(L2)2](PF6)2}n(4),(L1=3,6-二(N-咪唑基)哒嗪,L2=3,6-二(N-苯并咪唑基)哒嗪),并通过元素分析、红外、X射线单晶衍射对配合物结构进行了表征,测试结果表明配合物1具有单核结构,2为一维链结构,配合物34均为二维网状结构。此外,对配合物34的固态荧光性能及光催化的性能做了进一步研究。  相似文献

以硫酸镉、叠氮化钠和4-氰基吡啶或3-氰基吡啶为反应物,在水热条件下,通过原位反应分别得到了2个基于硫酸根离子和5-(4-吡啶基)四氮唑(4-Hptz)或5-(3-吡啶基)四氮唑(3-Hptz)配体的,具有三维层-柱状框架结构的无机-有机杂化材料,即[Cd2(H2O)(OH)(SO4)(4-ptz)]n(1)和[Cd2(OH)(SO4)(3-ptz)]n(2)。通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析以及单晶和粉末X-射线衍射分析对它们的组成和结构进行了表征。在配合物12的结构中,每个镉(Ⅱ)离子的配位数均为6,处于扭曲的八面体配位环境中,SO42-和OH-阴离子连接镉(Ⅱ)离子扩展形成碱式硫酸镉的二维无机阳离子层结构[Cd2(H2O)(OH)(SO4)]nn+(1)或[Cd2(OH)(SO4)]nn+(2),相邻的二维无机阳离子层间再通过4-ptz-(1)或3-ptz-(2)进一步柱连接,形成三维层-柱状结构的无机-有机杂化框架结构。室温下的固体荧光实验表明,在350nm的光激发下,配合物12分别在481和489nm处出现强烈的荧光发射。  相似文献

合成并表征了两个新的具有 “开放型蝶形” 结构的[2Fe2S]化合物AB; 并以AB为催化剂、 藻红B钠盐 (EBS2-) 为光敏剂、 三乙胺 (TEA) 为电子给体和质子源, 构建了一个均相光催化产氢体系. 结果表明: 体系在pH为12, 体积比为1∶1的CH3CN/H2O溶液中,产氢活性最高,经4 h可见光照射,最大产氢量分别为156.1 μmol (37.9 TON vs. A) 和18.4 μmol (TON 4.6 vs. B); 催化剂中含有质子捕获位点, 有利于形成产氢活性中间体H2-Fe2S2(η2-H2-FeIIFeI) 物种, 从而提高催化剂的产氢活性. 在当前的体系中, 还原态的 FeIFe0 物种通过1* EBS2-转移到FeIFeI中心上, 然后再经历一个EECC (化合物A)ECEC (化合物B), 形成产氢活性中间体H2-Fe2S2(η2-H2-FeIIFeI)物种, 最终产生H2分子, 并使FeIFeI 物种再生.  相似文献

在甲醇微波溶剂热中,二丁基氧化锡分别与4-甲基苯甲酸、4-二甲氨基苯甲酸反应,合成了2个具有梯形结构的二丁基锡羧酸酯[(μ3-O)( μ2-OMe)(n-Bu2Sn)2(O2CR)]2(R=4-Me-C6H41),4-Me2N-C6H42)),并对其进行了元素分析、IR和(1H,13C和119Sn)NMR光谱表征。X射线晶体衍射分析表明,化合物1、2具有Sn4O4构筑的3个四元环梯形骨架平面结构,μ3-O桥联2个环内梯锡和1个环梯端锡原子,此外,甲醇氧还以μ2-O桥联1个环内梯锡和1个环梯端锡原子,锡与配基原子构成畸形三角双锥六面体。化合物对人结肠癌(HT-29)、肝癌细胞(HepG2)、乳腺癌(MCF-7)、鼻咽癌(KB)和肺癌细胞(A549)均显示出比临床使用的顺铂还强的抗癌活性。  相似文献

以3,5-二(吡啶-4-甲氧基)苯甲酸(HL)为配体合成了2个配合物:[BaL2]n1)和[PbL(Ox)0.5]n2)(H2(Ox)为草酸),并通过元素分析,红外光谱,热重和X-射线单晶衍射实验对其结构进行了表征。分析表明,1由L-连接形成二维结构,通过苯环之间的ππ作用连接成三维网络结构;2由于主配的连接形成二维层状结构,再通过辅配连接形成拓扑符号为(43)(44.5.617.72.82)(4.52)的三维网络结构。  相似文献

To make further studies on the difference of cis-nitenpyram analogues, a series of cis-nitenpyram com- pounds containing a flexible amido segment anchored on tetrahydropyrimidine ring was designed and synthesized. Preliminary bioassays indicate that all the analogues exhibit a mortality of 100% at 100 rag/L, and the analogue 4d shows the best activity against Nilaparvata lugens and Myzus persicae, with a mortality of 100% at 4 mg/L (LCs0=0.172 rag/L). The structure activity relationship studies show that insecticidal activities of the analogues are affected by the kinds and size of substituent R. In addition, the molecular docking simulations reveal that compouds 4 with a flexible amido segment on tetrahydropyrimidine ring show their different binding affinities for the nicotinic acetyleholine receptor(nAChR) of insect and compoud 4d shows stronger hydrogen-bonding with nAChR, which may provide the structure-activity relationship observed in vitro.  相似文献

利用中间体衍生化方法, 将噻吩环引入到双酰胺类化合物中, 合成了一系列取代噻吩双酰胺类化合物1~3; 目标化合物的结构经核磁共振波谱、 红外光谱及元素分析确认. 生物活性测试结果表明, 化合物1在600 mg/L剂量下对小菜蛾具有良好的杀虫效果, 致死率均为100%, 其中化合物1a和1e在20 mg/L剂量下对小菜蛾的致死率仍达到60%以上; 改变双酰胺结构中的吡唑环得到化合物2和3, 其杀虫活性消失, 说明该类化合物中吡唑环结构对杀虫活性具有关键作用.  相似文献

Novel 36 derivatives (6), bonding the phenolic hydroxyl group of 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin (4) with diamines through a monocarbamate linkage, were synthesized and their antitumor activity was evaluated in vivo. The derivatives were soluble in water as their HCl salts with the E lactone ring intact and exhibited significant antitumor activity. One of the derivatives, 6-27 showed excellent activity against L1210 leukemia and other murine tumors. The structure of its hydrochloride trihydrate (CPT-11) was determined by spectroscopic and crystallographic methods.  相似文献

In an attempt to develop potent antitumor agents,new rhodacyanine analogues containing the pyridinium ring(5a-5h),the isoquinolinium ring(6a-6c) and the quinolinium ring(7a-7e) linked to the rhodanine ring via N-N covalent bond were designed, synthesized and evaluated for antitumor activity against human lung cancer cell line(H460) by MTT assay in vitro.Most of the tested compounds showed enhanced antitumor activity with IC50 values ranging from 0.006 to 9.2 u,mol/L as compared to the lead compound MKT-077.Among them,the most promising compound 7d(IC50 = 0.006μmol/L) was 216.7 times more active than MKT-077(IC50 = 1.3μmol/L).The preliminary structure-activity relationship of the target compounds was discussed.  相似文献

以取代苯酚、多聚甲醛和取代苯胺为原料,在无催化剂的条件下,通过Mannich缩合反应合成了一系列新型3,6(8)-二取代-2,4-二氢-1,3-苯并噁嗪类化合物。 结果表明,取代苯酚和取代苯胺的取代基为供电子基时,合成产物的产率高于吸电子取代基的。 产物的结构用1H NMR、13C NMR、IR和MS等进行了表征。 初步测试了目标化合物的杀菌活性,部分化合物具有较好的杀菌活性。 当浓度为25 mg/L时,化合物4j和4d对菌核病菌的抑制率分别为86.1%和81.5%,化合物4i对灰霉病菌的抑制率为81.6%。  相似文献

A series of original pyrimidinamine derivatives containing a biphenyl ether moiety were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, MS, and elemental analyses. Their insecticidal activities against lepidopteran and hemiptera insects and acaricidal activities were tested. The results of bioassay demonstrated that 9k showed the best activity (LC50 = 2.08 mg/L) against Tetranychus urticae, which is comparable with the positive control, spirotetramat (LC50 = 2.27 mg/L), and 9g showed better activity (LC50 = 0.52 mg/L) against Aphis fabae than the positive control, imidacloprid (LC50 = 1.02 mg/L), and relatively good activity (LC50 = 2.49 mg/L) against T urticae. Their structure‐activity relationships indicated that both an ethyl group on the 4‐position of the pyrimidine ring and alkyl chain as a para‐substituent group of the benzene ring showed good biological activity.  相似文献

The N7-Pt-N7 adjacent G,G intrastrand DNA cross-link responsible for cisplatin anticancer activity is dynamic, promotes local "melting" in long DNA, and converts many oligomer duplexes to single strands. For 5'-d(A1T2G3G4G5T6A7C8C9C10A11T12)-3' (G3), treatment of the (G3)2 duplex with five pairs of [LPt(H2O)2]2+ enantiomers (L = an asymmetric diamine) formed mixtures of LPt-G3 products (1 Pt per strand) cross-linked at G3,G4 or at G4,G5 in all cases. L chirality exerted little influence. For primary diamines L with bulk on chelate ring carbons (e.g., 1,2-diaminocyclohexane), the duplex was converted completely into single strands (G3,G4 coils and G4,G5 hairpins), exactly mirroring results for cisplatin, which lacks bulk. In sharp contrast, for secondary diamines L with bulk on chelate ring nitrogens (e.g., 2,2'-bipiperidine, Bip), unexpectedly stable duplexes having two platinated strands (even a unique G3,G4/G4,G5 heteroduplex) were formed. After enzymatic digestion of BipPt-G3 duplexes, the conformation of the relatively nondynamic G,G units was shown to be head-to-head (HH) by HPLC/mass spectrometric characterization. Because the HH conformation dominates at the G,G lesion in duplex DNA and in the BipPt-G3 duplexes, the stabilization of the duplex form only when the L nitrogen adducts possess bulk suggests that H-bonding interactions of the Pt-NH groups with the flanking DNA lead to local melting and to destabilization of oligomer duplexes. The marked dependence of adduct properties on L bulk and the minimal dependence on L chirality underscore the need for future exploration of the roles of the L periphery in affecting anticancer activity.  相似文献

An efficient approach has been developed for the synthesis of naturally occurring prenylated chalcones viz. kanzonol C(1), stipulin(2), crotaorixin(3), medicagenin(4), licoagrochalcone A(5) and abyssinone D(6) along with the pyranochalcones paratocarpin C(7), anthyllisone(8) and 3-O-methylabyssinone A(9).The key step of the synthesis is a Claisen–Schmidt condensation. Subsequently, their anti-inflammatory effects were investigated in lipopolysaccharides(LPSs)-induced RAW-264.7 macrophages. Of the synthesized chalcones, compounds 5(IC_(50)= 10.41 μmol/L), 6(IC_(50)= 9.65 μmol/L) and 8(IC_(50)= 15.34 μmol/L) show remarkable activity with no cytotoxicity. Compound 9(IC_(50)= 4.5 μmol/L)exhibits maximum(83.6%) nitric oxide(NO) inhibition, but shows slight cytotoxicity. The results reveal that the chalcones bearing the prenyl group at 3- and/or 5-position on ring A(acetophenone moiety), i.e.,1–4 and 7 show weak, or no inhibition activity, whereas chalcones having the prenyl group only on ring B(aldehyde part), i.e., 5, 6 and 8 show significant activity on the production of inflammatory mediated NO with no cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Treatment of O(CH2CH2SeCN)2 with Na in NH3(l), followed by dropwise addition of a thf solution of o-C6H4(CH2Br)2 at -40 degrees C leads to formation of three mixed Se/O-donor macrocycles which are separable by column chromatography, the [1 + 1] species L1, the [2 + 2] ring L2 and the [3 + 3] ring L3, of which L2 is by far the major species. Using the same starting materials, but in a high dilution cyclisation at room temperature with NaBH4 in thf/EtOH gives exclusively the [1 + 1] ring, L1. The saturated ring Se/O-donor macrocycles, L4 and L5 are obtained by simultaneous dropwise addition of solutions of O(CH2CH2SeCN)2 and Br(CH2)3Br to NaBH4 suspended in thf/EtOH. The small tridentate Se2O-donor ring, L4, is again the dominant product under these conditions (71%), although the more flexible precursors in this reaction also give rise to the larger Se4O2-donor ring, L5, as a by-product in 8% yield. These compounds are readily separated and purified by column chromatography (ethyl acetate:hexane, 1:19). The new macrocycles have been characterised by 1H, (13)C{1H} and (77)Se{1H} NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, together with crystal structures of L1 and L2. Complexes of L1 and L2 with late transition metals (Pd(II), Pt(II), Cu(I) and Ag(I)) are also described.  相似文献
