白内障术后非球面人工晶体对比敏感度的研究

研究白内障术后早期以Tecnis为代表的非球面晶体与传统的单焦球面人工晶体功能视力的比较.试验组为白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后患者60例眼,其中30例为Tecnis组,30例为传统的球面人工晶体组.与试验组年龄匹配的门诊患者30例为正常对照组.于术后3月用CSV-1000E对比敏感度测试仪(由Vector Vision公司提供)进行对比敏感度(CSF)测定.所有患者年龄分布在50～80,矫正视力均≥20/30,且除了白内障之外无任何影响对比敏感度的眼疾,亦无其它可能会影响对比敏感度的全身性疾病.白内障术后患者的对比敏感度均较术前提高.Tecnis Z9001在6、12、18 cpd时较球面人工晶体能显著的提高患者的对比敏感度.以Tecnis为代表的非球面晶体通过其独特的Z-SHARP光学技术抵消了球面像差从而有效的提高了对比敏感度.     

老年性白内障超声乳化配合人工晶体植入术治疗的效果

研究分析老年性白内障超声乳化配合人工晶体植入术治疗的效果。选取2013年1月~2015年10月到高台县人民医院就诊的老年性白内障患者118例,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组59例。给予对照组小切口白内障摘除术配合人工晶体植入术治疗,给予研究组超声乳化配合人工晶体植入术治疗,观察两组术后1d、30d的视力水平情况及并发症发生情况。研究组术后1d、30d视力水平均明显高于对照组(P0.05);研究组并发症发生率5.08%明显低于对照组16.95%(P0.05)。采用超声乳化配合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障可明显改善患者视力水平,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广和使用。     

零球差与负球差的非球面人工晶体植入术后视觉质量临床研究

目的对植入两种不同球差非球面人工晶体白内障患者术后矫正视力、对比敏感度、波前像差进行了对比研究,评价两组非球面人工晶体植入术后视觉质量,进而指导白内障患者选择人工晶体.方法选取行白内障超声乳化摘除术联合非球面人工晶体植入术的白内障患者40人(64只眼),植入AKreos Ao Iol(零球差非球面人工晶体)16例(30眼)列入AO组;植入Acryof IQ Iol(负球差非球面人工晶体)24例(34眼)列入IQ组.随诊3个月,对两组患者术后矫正视力、对比敏感度、波前像差应用SPSS 16.0统计学软件进行统计分析.结果两组术后3个月最佳矫正远视力无统计学意义,IQ组近视力优于AO近视力.在明视、暗视环境下和暗视合并周边眩光环境下对比敏感度,两组无差异.在波前像差检查中发现,AO组总球差(0.04±0.03)高于IQ组(0.15±0.06),垂直慧差IQ组(-0.13±0.06)高于AO组(-0.21±0.07).结论零球差非球面人工晶体保留部分角膜球差,有助于提高远视的视觉质量,而负球差非球面人工晶体保留部分垂直慧差,有助于近视的视觉质量.     

白内障超声乳化和折叠人工晶体植入125例临床分析

目的探讨囊膜上超声乳化、机械劈核和人工晶体植入术治疗白内障的疗效.方法采用10点半处透明角膜隧道切口,对125例白内障患者行超声乳化摘出、折叠人工晶体植入术.结果术后第一天、一周裸眼视力≥0.5者分别为60%、89.6%,术后3个月以上裸眼视力为≥1.0占76%术后三个月平均散光为0.78±0.66D.结论透明角膜隧道切口,高负压低能量白内障超声乳化具有术后早期视力恢复快,切口自闭好,屈光状态稳定,并发症少等优点,是值得推广的手术方法.     

小切口非超乳白内障摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术临床分析

目的 探讨小切口非超乳白内障摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术的临床效果 方法 对192眼白内障行小切口非超乳摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术 结果 术后1月内裸眼视力或矫正视≥0.3的162眼(84.4%).术后3个月≥0.3的181眼(94.3%),散光0.99±0.55D 结论 小切口非超乳白内障摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术获得良好疗效,手术方法易掌握,费用低,特别适合农村患者.     

高龄白内障患者超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术的临床观察

采用超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术对 80岁以上高龄白内障患者 82例 ,88眼进行手术 .结果表明 :手术后第 1d出现角膜内皮线状混浊 2 2眼 ,占 2 5 % ,其中 18例为Ⅲ级核以上者 ,占角膜内皮线状混浊的 81.82 % ,前房有不同程度混浊 ,均于术后 3～ 5d消失 ;术后3d裸眼视力≥ 0 .5者为 34眼 ,占 38.6 4 % ,1周者为 4 8眼 ,占 5 4 .5 5 % ,1个月者为 6 1眼 ,占 6 9.32 % .高龄白内障患者进行超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术是适宜的 ;手术后反应与其他年龄组相似 ;手术后视力与眼底情况密切相关 ;表面麻醉或球周麻醉下进行手术是安全的

人工晶状体材料与人工晶状体植入术并发症及不良事件

近年来,随着眼科显微技术的发展和超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入的广泛应用,许许多多白内障患者恢复了有用视力.然而,在广泛开展超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入的同时,个别地方也零星出现超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入及其材料的并发症和不良事件甚至严重不良事件的报道,引起社会和卫生部门的极大关注.如何规范白内障手术医生的诊疗行为,如何提高白内障超声乳化摘除人工晶体植入的安全性和有效性及白内障摘除人工晶状体植入及其材料的并发症和不良事件的监测与术后随访也日趋倍受关注.本文就人工晶状体材料与人工晶状体植入术并发症及不良事件进行探讨.     

表面麻醉下行白内障超声乳化并人工晶体植入术疗效观察

探讨表面麻醉下行白内障超声乳化并人工晶体植入术的安全性及便捷性。观察181例(186眼)单纯表面麻醉下行白内障超声乳化并人工晶体植入术的麻醉效果、术后效果及并发症。全部患者都能够很好地配合表面麻醉下行该手术,无一例患者改用其他麻醉方法。手术时间为7~15min。术后3个月矫正视力大于0.6者占81.18%。表面麻醉下行白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术是一种安全有效的选择,二者相结合使手术更安全、更快捷、术后恢复更快。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
