A new kind of aniline-naphthol molecularly imprinted microsphere (MIM) synthesized by aqueous suspension polymerization was applied as a selective sorbent of miniaturized matrix solid-phase dispersion combining with dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (MSPD-DLLME) for the simultaneous determination of four Sudans in egg yolk samples. The solid sample was directly blended with MIM in MSPD procedure and the eluent of MSPD was used as the dispersive solvent of the followed DLLME for further purification and enrichment of the analytes before HPLC analysis. Good linearity for all the Sudan dyes was ranged from 0.02 μg g(-1) to 2.0 μg g(-1) (r(2)≥0.9990) and their recoveries at three spiked levels were ranged from 87.2% to 103.5% with RSD less than 6.1% (n=3). The presented MIM-MSPD-DLLME method combined the advantages of MIM, MSPD and DLLME, and could be applied for the determination of Sudans in complicated food samples.  相似文献

A simple and highly selective molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) combined with ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) was developed for the determination of four Sudan dye (I, II, III, and IV) residues in sausage products. The novel molecularly imprinted microspheres (MIMs) synthesized by aqueous suspension polymerization using phenylamine-naphthol as the dummy template show high affinity to the four Sudan dyes and were applied as selective sorbents of MISPE-DLLME to overcome the drawbacks of template leakage in quantitative analysis. Good linearity was obtained in a range of 0.005-2.0 μg g(-1) and the average recoveries of the four Sudan dyes at three spiked levels ranged from 86.3 to 107.5%. The MISPE-DLLME-HPLC protocol significantly improved the purification and enrichment of the analytes and eliminated the template leakage of the conventional MISPE on quantitative analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, a highly selective Sudan IV molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized by surface molecular imprinting technique in combination with a sol?Cgel process using ??-aminopropyl triethoxysilane as functional monomer, tetraethoxysilane as cross-linker and activated silica gel as support material. The imprinted polymer was characterized by FT-IR spectra, scanning electron micrograph and adsorption experiments and it was exhibited good recognition and selective ability, offered a faster rate for the adsorption of Sudan IV. Using the imprinted material as sorbent, a solid-phase extraction coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography method for determination of trace Sudan IV was presented. The detection limit (S/N = 3) was 25.2 ng L?1, and the RSD for five replicate was 2.86%. With a loading flow rate of 2.5 mL min?1 for loading 30 mL, an enrichment factor of 104 was achieved. This method was applied for extraction and determination of chilli powder and duck egg samples with good recoveries ranging from 85.3 to 98.1%.  相似文献

In this research, a novel strategy was developed to prepare molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) coated solid-phase microextraction fibers on a large scale with Sudan I as template and stainless steel fibers as substrate. More than 20 fibers could be obtained in one glass tube, and the efficiency and coating repeatability were enhanced remarkably in contrast with the yield of only one fiber in our previous works. The obtained MIP-coated stainless steel fibers were characterized by homogeneous and highly cross-linked coating, good chemical and thermal stabilities, high extraction capacities, and specific selectivities to Sudan I–IV dyes. Based on the systemic optimization of extraction conditions, a simple and cost-effective method based on the coupling of MIP-coated SPME with high-performance liquid chromatography was developed for the fast and selective determination of trace Sudan I–IV dyes in hot chili powder and poultry feed samples. The limits of detection of Sudan I–IV dyes were within 2.5–4.6 ng g?1, and the spiked recoveries were in the range of 86.3–96.3% for hot chili powder sample and 84.6–97.4% for poultry feed sample.  相似文献

A highly selective molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) combined with liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection was developed for the simultaneous isolation and determination of four plant hormones including indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), indole-3-propionic acid (IPA), indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) and 1-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) in banana samples. The new molecularly imprinted microspheres (MIMs) prepared by aqueous suspension polymerization using 3-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid and 1-methylpiperazine as mimic templates performed with high selectivity and affinity for the four plant hormones, and applied as selective sorbents of solid-phase extraction could effectively eliminate the interferences of the banana matrix. Good linearity was obtained in a range of 0.04-4.00 μg g(-1) and the recoveries of the four plant hormones at three spiked levels ranged from 78.5 to 107.7% with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of less than 4.6%. The developed MISPE-HPLC protocol obviously improved the selectivity and eliminated the effect of template leakage on quantitative analysis, and could be applied for the determination of plant hormones in complicated biological samples.  相似文献

Molecular imprinted polymer for determination of malachite green (MG) and fuchsine basic (FU) dyes by spectrophotometry has been used, to develop a novel simultaneous extraction and preconcentration method. Molecularly imprinted layer-coated nano-alumina (MIP@Nano-Al2O3) as adsorbent was prepared by surface molecular imprinting technique, and characterised by FTIR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The method is based on simultaneous extraction of MG and FU dyes from aqueous solution by using molecularly imprinted polymer and measuring the absorbance at 617 and 546 nm for MG and FU, respectively. Parameters which affect the extraction efficiency such as pH, volume of eluent and amount of adsorbent were investigated and optimised. Linear calibration curves were obtained in the range of 2–750 ng mL?1 for MG and 1–240 ng mL?1 for FU under optimum conditions. Detection limit based on three times the standard deviation of the blank (3Sb) was 0.655 and 0.245 ng mL?1 (n = 10) for MG and FU, respectively. The relative standard deviation (RSD) for 100 ng mL?1 of MG and FU was 2.35 and 3.06% (n = 7), respectively. The method was applied to the simultaneous determination of the dyes in different seafood and environmental water samples.  相似文献

A new method involving matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) extraction and UPLC in conjunction with photodiode array detection was developed for the rapid and simple determination of Sudan dyes in chili powder. Separation of Sudan I, Sudan II, Sudan III, and Sudan IV was achieved within 2 min on the 1.7 μm Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column by using gradient elution with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile–water at a flow rate of 0.5 mL min−1. Optimization of MSPD extraction parameters, such as type of solid sorbent and elution solvent were carried out. Optimal conditions selected for MSPD extraction were 0.25 g of sample, 0.5 g of silica gel as solid sorbent, and 7 mL of acetonitrile–methanol (9:1, v/v) as eluting solvent. Limits of detection ranged between 0.25 and 0.30 mg kg−1 depending on the dye involved. All analytes provided average recoveries from spiked (at 1, 1.5, and 2 mg kg−1) chili powder samples ranging from 81 to 106%. The method was applied to the analysis of chili powder samples obtained from different countries.

Surface reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization method was firstly applied to the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) coated silicon solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fibers. With Sudan I as template, an ultra-thin MIP coating with about 0.55-μm thickness was obtained with homogeneous structure and controlled composition, due to the controllable radical growing and chain propagation in surface RAFT polymerization. The MIP-coated fibers were found with enhanced selectivity coefficients (3.0–6.5) to Sudan I–IV dyes in contrast with those reported in our previous work. Furthermore, the ultra-thin thickness of MIP coating was helpful to the effective elution of template and fast adsorption/desorption kinetics, so only about 18 min was needed for MIP-coated SPME operation. The detection limits of 21–55 ng L−1 were achieved for four Sudan dyes, when MIP-coated SPME was coupled with liquid chromatography (LC) and mass spectrometry (MS) detection. The MIP-coated SPME–LC–MS/MS method was tested for the monitoring of ultra trace Sudan dyes in spiked chilli tomato sauce and chilli pepper samples, and high enrichment effect, remarkable matrix peaks-removing capability, and consequent high sensitivities were achieved to four Sudan dyes.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive method for the simultaneous determination of six fluoroquinolones from serum samples was developed by selective molecularly imprinted matrix solid-phase dispersion (MI-MSPD) coupled with chromatographic separation. By using ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinker and reformative methanol–water system as reaction medium, the improved water-compatible imprinted polymers were synthesized which show higher affinity to template and its analogues in aqueous environment. The molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were applied as the selective dispersant of matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) could selectively extracted the six fluoroquinolones from serum, while interferences originated from serum matrices were eliminated simultaneously. Good linearity was obtained in a range of 0.05–100 μg mL−1 with the correlation coefficients >0.999. The average recoveries of the six fluoroquinolones at four different spiked levels (0.25–10 μg mL−1) were ranged from 72.2% to 114.1% with the relative standard deviations less than 6.6%. This method is simple and sensitive, and can be used as an alternative tool to the existing HPLC methods for analyzing the residues of fluoroquinolones in biological samples.  相似文献

A simple on-line molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction coupled with liquid chromatographic separation was developed for the simultaneous determination of enrofloxacin and its active metabolite ciprofloxacin from urine samples. The molecularly imprinted monolithic columns were synthesized in water-containing systems using norflorxacin as dummy template and methanol–water (5:1, v/v) as porogenic solvent, which reveal high affinity to enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin in the aqueous environment. Due to the unique porous structure and flow-through channels existing in the network skeleton of the imprinted monolith, urine samples could be injected directly into the imprinted column, proteins and other biological matrix were quickly washed out and the analytes were selectively retained and enriched. Good linearity was obtained from 0.05 to 200 mg L?1 with relative standard deviations less than 3.1%. The recoveries were higher than 87% at three different concentrations and the limit of detection of the method was 0.01 mg L?1. Moreover, by increasing the injection volume, the sensitivity of the method could be further improved.  相似文献

A monolithic solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber was fabricated based on a molecularly imprinted polymer which could be coupled with gas chromatography for extraction, pre-concentration and determination of methamphetamine (MAMP). Methacrylic acid, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and MAMP play the roles of functional monomer, cross-linker and template, respectively. The effective factors influencing the polymerization and extraction procedures were investigated and will be detailed here. The fabricated fiber was firm, inexpensive, stable, selective and durable which gives it vital importance in SPME. Selectivity of the fabricated fiber in relation to the template in solution containing MAMP, related and unrelated compounds was also investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration plot was linear in the range of 50?C3,500 ng mL?1 (r 2  = 0.997). The high extraction efficiency was obtained for MAMP giving a detection limit of 14 ng mL?1. The fabricated fiber was successfully applied to SPME of MAMP from human saliva samples followed by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector analysis.  相似文献

Cytokinins (CTKs) are a class of growth-regulating hormones involved in various physiological and developmental processes. More novel analytical methods for the accurate identification and quantitative determination of trace CTKs in plants have been desired to better elucidate the roles of CTKs. In this work, a novel method based on monolithic molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction followed by liquid chromatography–electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (mMI-SPE-LC-MS/MS) was developed for accurate determination of four CTKs in plant samples. The molecularly imprinted polymer monolith was prepared by using kinetin as the template in syringes and exhibited specific recognition ability for the four CTKs in comparison with that of non-imprinted polymer monolith. Several factors affecting the extraction performance of mMI-SPE, including the pH of loading sample solution, the nature and volume of elution solvent, the flow rate of sample loading, and sample volume, were investigated, respectively. Under the optimized conditions, the proposed mMI-SPE-LC-MS/MS method was successfully applied in the selective extraction and determination of four CTKs in plant tissues, and it offers detection limits (S/N?=?3) of 104, 113, 130, and 89 pg/mL and mean recoveries of 85.9%, 79.3%, 73.5%, and 70.1% for kinetin, kinetin glucoside, trans-zeatin, and meta-topolin (mT), respectively, with the corresponding RSDs less than 15%.

We have developed a rapid, selective and efficient method for dispersive solid-phase microextraction (DSPME) using microbeads of a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP). It enables the pre-concentration of sulfamethazine and sample clean-up prior to capillary electrophoresis with UV detection. The microbeads were synthesized via precipitation polymerization using sulfamethazine, methacrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the template molecule, the functional monomer and the cross-linking monomer, respectively. Characterization by SEM displayed the high uniformity and dispersibility of the MIP microbeads. The adsorption and desorption of sulfamethazine and the parameters for CE were optimized to result in a limit of detection of 1.1?μg?L?1, which is 373-fold lower than that of direct CE detection. The equilibration time of extraction was reduced to 5?min, and the selectivity of the microbeads was significantly improved compared to the non-imprinted polymer. The method was successfully applied to the determination of trace sulfamethazine in several milk samples, with recoveries in the range of 89?% to 110?%.

A new molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) procedure combined with liquid chromatography was developed for the simultaneous selective extraction and determination of ofloxacin (OFL) and lomefloxacin (LOM) in chicken muscle samples. The water-compatible molecularly imprinted microspheres (MIMs) were synthesized by aqueous suspension polymerization using 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid and 1-methylpiperazine as mimic templates. The MIMs applied as selective sorbents in SPE method showed high selectivity and affinity to OFL and LOM in complex biological matrices. Good linearity was obtained in a range of 0.025-2.0 μg/g, and the average recoveries of OFL and LOM at three spiked levels ranged from 94.4 to 96.9%, respectively, with the relative standard deviation ≤4.7%. The developed MISPE-HPLC method was successfully applied to the isolation of OFL and LOM in chicken muscles, which demonstrated the potential ability of the novel MIMs for selective extraction of fluoroquinolones in biological samples.  相似文献

Abstract

A highly selective and effective method for the purification and preconcentration of norfloxacin (NFX) in seawater samples was developed based on molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE). The molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized by precipitation polymerization. Methacrylic acid (MAA) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) were used as the functional monomer and crosslinker, respectively. The resulting molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) showed high adsorption for NFX and was selective for its solid-phase extraction. An offline MISPE method followed by high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection was established for the determination of NFX in seawater. The recoveries of spiked seawater samples using the MISPE columns were satisfactorily higher than 77.6%. The relative standard deviation was less than 5.60%, and the limit of detection was 0.027?μg L?1. Four seawater samples obtained from the Bohai Sea were analyzed, and NFX was found only at one location at a concentration of 0.280?μg L?1.  相似文献

This study describe an analytical method employing gas chromatography (GC) using flame photometric detection that has been developed for the simultaneous determination of organophosphate pesticides (diazinon, disulfoton, parathion, chlorpyrifos and malathion) in strawberry samples. For this purpose, molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction was applied as a sample preparation technique. The method was linear in the ranges from 0.10 to 1.00?μg?g?1, for diazinon, disulfoton, parathion and chlorpyrifos, and 0.10 to 2.00?μg?g?1 for malathion with r?>?0.99. The detection limits (LD) ranged from 0.02 to 0.05?μg?g?1. Recovery studies yielded average recoveries in the range of 65.25 to 87.70?%. These results showed the potential of this technique for organophosphate residue monitoring in strawberry samples.  相似文献

A new and selective sorbent for molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) was developed and applied for the determination of residues of fenitrothion (FNT) in tomatoes, using HPLC coupled to photodiode array detection (HPLC-DAD). Using FNT as the template molecule, methacrylic acid as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker, toluene as the porogenic solvent, and bulk polymerization as the synthetic method, a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized. In order to choose the medium which promotes the best molecular recognition of FNT by the MIP, the adsorption of FNT by the MIP was studied in different media containing acetonitrile and toluene. Besides FNT, three structurally related compounds were used to evaluate the selectivity of the FNT-molecularly imprinted polymer. The MIP exhibited the highest selective rebinding to FNT. The method developed was validated, using fortified blank tomato samples. The extraction efficiency was 96%. The limits of detection and quantitation were 0.050 and 0.130 μg g−1, respectively. The intra-day precision was 5.9% and the inter-day precision 8.1%. The accuracy was higher than 89% for a concentration level around the maximum residue limit of 0.5 μg g−1.  相似文献

An ion imprinted silica sorbent was prepared using a sol–gel process for selective extraction of Ni(II) ions from water samples. Bis(dibenzoylmethanto)nickel(II) complex was used as template; phenyltrimethoxysilane and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as functional monomers and tetraethylorthosilicate as reticulating agent. The material was packed in solid-phase extraction (SPE) column. The effect of sampling volume, elution conditions, sample pH and sample flow rate on the extraction of Ni ions from water samples were studied. The relative selectivity coefficients of imprinted sorbent for Ni(II)/Co(II), Ni(II)/Cu(II) and Ni(II)/Cd(II) were 23.7, 30.3 and 24.4, times greater than non-imprinted sorbent, respectively. The relative standard deviation of the eight replicate determinations of Ni(II) was 4.2%. The detection limit was 0.9 µg L?1 using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The developed method was successfully applied to the determination of trace nickel in water samples.  相似文献

A molecularly imprinted polymer for the selective solid-phase extraction of clothianidin was prepared using the analyte as a template, methacrylic acid and styrene as functional monomers, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker, acetonitrile as a porogen, and 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator. The polymer was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. Adsorption measurements indicated that the molecularly imprinted polymers exhibited good recognition ability and fast dynamics toward clothianidin. Using this imprinted polymer as a sorbent, a new method of molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction coupled to high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of clothianidin residues was developed. The molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction procedure was optimized to purify and enrich clothianidin residues in river water, soil, tomatoes, grapes, and Chinese cabbage. The average recoveries of clothianidin spiked at 0.005 to 0.05 mg/L were 84.32 to 89.49% in river water with a relative standard deviation 2.22 to 4.79% (n = 3). The average recoveries of clothianidin spiked at 0.05 to 0.5 mg/kg were 85.49 to 96.36% in soil, grapes, Chinese cabbage, and tomatoes, with a relative standard deviation of 2.40 to 6.02% (n = 3). Overall, this study provides a sensitive and effective method for the accurate determination of clothianidin residues in environmental samples.  相似文献
