钪的回收技术研究进展

综述了从矿石、氯化物烟尘、赤泥、冶炼废液中回收钪的主要工艺技术。根据国内外回收、提取钪的现状,从赤泥及冶炼废液中回收钪的技术相对较为成熟;随着多种高效、清洁萃取剂的开发及应用,萃取法在回收钪方面的工业应用较为广泛,开发低成本、高容量、无毒性或低毒性、无污染的萃取剂具有广阔的应用前景。寻求较易的分离、提纯钪的新工艺,是今后钪回收、提取的重要研究课题。     

乳状液膜法从赤泥浸出液中提取钪

研究了Cyanex272为载体的乳状液膜从赤泥浸出液中提取钪的工艺,考察了内相酸度、外相酸度、油内比、乳水比等因素对钪提取率的影响,结果表明:在确定的工艺条件下,一次间歇式提取后,钪提取率达90%。     

赤泥盐酸浸出提取钪的试验研究

以盐酸作为浸出剂,对从赤泥中提取钪的试验条件进行了较为全面的研究。试验结果表明,浸出剂盐酸浓度为6mol/L,液固比为5∶1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为1h,钪的浸出率大于85%,每1kg赤泥酸耗量约为21.2mol。     

酸浸提取赤泥中钪的研究

对比了盐酸、硫酸和硝酸从赤泥中提钪的效果。结果表明,硫酸是一种合适的浸出剂,在硫酸体积浓度为30%、液固比6、100℃浸出120min的条件下,钪浸出率可达84%。影响赤泥中钪浸出率的因素显著性依次为硫酸浓度、反应时间、浸出温度、液固比。     

从废弃物中回收稀土金属钪的研究进展

钪作为一种稀土金属，在许多行业得到了广泛的应用。从含钪废弃物中回收钪，不仅可以解决废弃物污染环境的问题，还可以缓解我国钪供应量严重不足的现状。本文综述了从各种含钪废弃物(赤泥、钛白废酸、钨渣、粉煤灰)中回收钪的研究进展，并对我国钪回收工艺技术的发展进行展望，指出钪回收工业将向高效化、低成本化和绿色化的方向发展。     

硫酸熟化浸出赤泥中钪的研究

采用硫酸熟化浸出提取赤泥中的钪。在98%硫酸加入量34 mL、熟化温度260℃、熟化时间60min、浸出液固比4∶1的最优条件下,赤泥中钪的液计与渣计浸出率均达91%以上。     

钪的回收及提取现状

我国钪资源十分丰富,已探明的含钪矿物种类高达800多种。钪金属及其化合物具有许多优异性能,广泛应用于多种生产领域。然而,钪在自然界中主要以伴生矿物的形式较稀散地分布于其他矿物中,其分离和提取难度高、工艺复杂。归纳可回收钪的原料类型、简化回收及提取钪的工艺受到我国选矿工作者的普遍重视。介绍了主要赋钪矿物资源,根据处理含钪矿物时钪的富集走向不同,进一步将可回收及提取钪的物料归纳为原生矿、渣和处理液3类;分析了从不同类别含钪物料中回收及提钪的方法和步骤;列举了一些从具体含钪物料中回收及提取钪的研究和应用实例;根据国内外回收及提钪的现状,提出发展方向:兼顾主金属及其他有价金属的回收、尽量简化钪的回收和提取工艺、尽可能降低生产成本;注重联合多种方法来改善浸出和提钪工艺;寻求更多可回收钪的物料和回收、提钪的方法。     

山西拜耳法赤泥脱铝提取氧化钪的研究

研究了拜耳法赤泥脱铝及提取氧化钪的工艺。赤泥配料∶碱比=1.65,钙比=2.4,烧结温度为1080±20℃,烧结时间为40 min。熟料经稀碱液溶出、洗涤后,赤泥中的氧化铝含量降低了78.73%。在60℃,L/S=5条件下用6.5 mol/L盐酸浸出1.5 h,用2%P507+磺化煤油萃取钪,钪萃取率达90.60%,分相快。经2 mol/L NaOH溶液反萃钪,草酸沉积,800℃焙烧1h后,得到纯度为95.20%的氧化钪。     

含钪料液中杂质的去除

含钪赤泥盐酸浸出液中杂质含量很高,在提取钪之前必须去除。研究了含钪赤泥盐酸浸出液中杂质Fe、Al、Ti、Zr的去除：首先在溶液中加入3%H_2O_2—3．0mol/L H_2SO_4溶液,将钛转化为不被P507萃取的过氧钛酸,然后用P507萃取钪,用6mol/L HCl和蒸馏水洗涤有机相,除去被同时萃取的Fe和Al,再用1%HF溶液洗涤除去Zr,最终使钪与杂质元素分离。最后得到的产品中Sc_2O_3质量分数为96．25%。     

钪的资源与提取技术

论述了稀散元素钪在自然界中的分布、应用状况及提取技术。钪在自然界中极其分散，没有独立的矿物，多伴生在其他矿物中，但钪有着极为广泛和重要的用途，目前钪的生产主要是从钛铁矿生产钛白的废液和氯化物烟尘中回收钪。
