橡胶在使用时往往需要在生胶中加入填料颗粒以提高其力学强度,填料在橡胶中的分散状态对其使用性能有显著影响。为了明晰填料分散状态对橡胶动静态性能的影响规律,设计了不同的胶料混炼工艺,进而获得具有不同分散程度的橡胶材料,并对其分散等级、颗粒聚集体尺寸分布、胶料硫化性质、橡胶拉伸以及疲劳等性质进行了系统研究。结果表明,在所研究的密炼时间4~16 min范围内,随着密炼时间的延长,填料在基体中的分散度等级有较大程度的提高,密炼时间为16 min时填料分散等级达到了8.1级,胶料的门尼粘度下降显著,但胶料的拉伸性能变化不明显,而动态疲劳性能得以显著改善。随着开炼包辊时间的延长,填料在基体中的分散度等级呈先升高后降低的趋势,橡胶的动态疲劳性能也先升高后降低,当开炼包辊时间为20 min时,硫化胶的伸张疲劳寿命达到4×10~4次,继续延长包辊时间硫化胶的伸张疲劳寿命下降至2.3×10~4次;但是胶料整体的拉伸性能变化不明显。由此可见,通过调整混炼工艺可以改善填料在橡胶基体中的分散状态,进而提高胶料的疲劳性能。  相似文献

天然橡胶特有的应变诱导结晶能力赋予其优异的力学性能.异戊橡胶作为唯一能够替代天然橡胶的合成橡胶品种,其应变诱导结晶能力受到关注.本文对3种异戊橡胶的微观序列结构进行了分析,并研究了其结晶性能.核磁分析结果表明:3种异戊橡胶的顺-1,4-结构含量差别不大;从1,4-结构单元的键接方式(序列结构)看,SKI-5和YS-IR分子链中顺-1,4-结构单元均以头-尾相接的方式沿分子链排列,不存在头-头键和尾-尾键接方式;SKI-3中约有0.4%~0.5%的1,4-单元采取头-头键接方式,约有0.3%~0.6%的1,4-单元采取尾-尾键接方式;根据定量计算结果,从分子链上1,4-结构单元的序列分布来看,SKI-3的规整性与SKI-5、YS-IR相近或略高.XRD研究结果表明:炭黑填充的天然橡胶硫化胶拉伸至400%以上时发生取向结晶;而炭黑填充的异戊橡胶硫化胶需拉伸至500%以上时才发生取向结晶.基本物理机械性能研究表明:3种异戊橡胶的性能相当,拉伸强度和撕裂强度明显低于天然橡胶;由于结构和组成上的差异,异戊橡胶的结晶能力较天然橡胶差.  相似文献

The network formed by fillers has great influence on the mechanical properties of rubber materials. To understand the formation of network by carbon black,silica,and carbon black/silica mixing fillers in rubber and its influence on the properties of rubber,isoprene rubber/filler composites with different filler loadings are prepared and their micromorphology,rheological and tensile properties are investigated. It is found that the dispersion of fillers is better in rubber after cure than that in rubber before cure for all three rubber systems,and the filler size of silica is smaller than that of carbon black,but the aggregation is more severe in silica filled rubber system. In mixed filler system,the two fillers tend to aggregate separately, leading to the low modulus at small strain than that in single filler system. With the increase of the filler loading,the tensile strength increases first and then decreases,the elongation at break decreases,and the temperature rise in compression flexometer tests increases. 阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的制备及其絮凝性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了氧化还原引发剂质量分数、偶氮类引发剂质量分数、阳离子度等因素对所制备的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺特性粘数的影响,探讨了pH值、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺特性粘数、阳离子度、用量等因素对污泥絮凝性能的影响. 较佳的制备条件为:复合引发体系中(NH4 )2 S2 O8 和CH3 NaO3 S·2H2 O总质量分数为0.015 0%、偶氮类引发剂质量分数为0.012 5%、单体质量分数为40%、阳离子度为40%,产物特性粘数为13.1 dL/g. 在污泥pH=6.0、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺特性粘数为11.9 dL/g、阳离子度为40%、用量为0.027%的较佳絮凝条件下,污水的透光率达98.0%,絮凝率达66.0%,脱水率达70.0%.  相似文献

采用DSC、WAXD技术研究了固体填料 (Al粉、奥克托金 (HMX)、高氯酸铵 (AP) )对聚乙二醇结晶性的影响 .Al粉及HMX不影响混合物中PEG的结晶度及晶体结构 ,高氯酸铵与PEG之间存在较强的相互作用 ,降低了混合物中PEG的结晶度 .某些金属盐也与PEG之间存在类似的相互作用 ,这种相互作用以金属盐溶于PEG熔体为前提 .高氯酸铵及金属盐导致PEG结晶度的降低是由于其阳离子与PEG分子链中的氧原子形成了络合物 ,增强了二者之间的相互作用 .  相似文献

以马来酸酐(MAH)和稀土异戊橡胶(IR)聚合液为主要原料,采用溶液接枝改性反应制备了马来酸酐接枝稀土异戊橡胶(IR-g-MAH)。以IR-g-MAH接枝率的测试方法为研究对象,对比直接滴定法和返滴法,并进一步优化直接滴定法的测试条件。实验结果表明,直接滴定法测试的结果准确度高、重复性好,且测试过程简单。其较优的测试条件为:水解试剂为乙醇,样品用量为0.2~0.5g,KOH-乙醇标准溶液浓度为0.02~0.06mol/L。  相似文献

以玉米淀粉(St)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为原料,硝酸铈铵为引发剂,合成了阳离子型接枝淀粉St-g-PDMC,并使用IR、SEM和XRD对产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,St-g-PDMC的最佳合成条件为m(St):m(DMC)=1:1,引发剂用量为反应物固含量的15%,反应温度60 ~oC,反应时间4 h。在此条件下合成的St-g-PDMC的氮含量为3.27%,接枝率为94.22%。以高岭土悬浊液为模拟水样测试St-g-PDMC的絮凝性能。结果表明,当模拟水样的pH=7时,St-g-PDMC的最佳用量为9 mg·L~(-1),絮凝后水样的透光率可达91.22%。  相似文献

合成并表征了粒度为7μm的基于聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯/二乙烯苯)(PMMA/DVB)和在丙烯酸丁酯/二乙烯苯)(PBMA/DVB)的两种非多孔树脂。该类树脂可用作高效液相色谱填料的基质,也可直接用于色谱分离。PMMA/DVB树脂对于蛋白质的分离具有疏水怀相互作用色谱填料的性能,而PBMA/DVB树脂由于其强疏澡性则对于蛋白质的反相色谱是适宜的。基质树脂经NaOH溶液水解,就转化成表面含羧甲基的并具有相  相似文献

对未添加防老剂的稀土异戊橡胶进行了150℃热氧老化,利用GPC和1 H-NMR分别考查了其分子量、分子量分布和化学结构的变化,发现老化初期发生降解反应,分子量逐步下降,分子量分布逐渐变宽,化学结构没有明显的变化;老化后期发生交联反应,但交联反应的程度低于降解反应,有醛类或者羧酸类、端双键类化合物和醇类化合物生成。利用TG对未添加防老剂的稀土异戊橡胶的氮气气氛下的热重动力学进行了考察,结果表明随着失重比例的增加,活化能有所增大。  相似文献

The effect of transition metals as a promoter of physico-mechanical properties of radiation-vulcanized natural rubber latex (RVNRL) films was investigated. RVNRL films were prepared by the addition of transition metals (Fe, Mn, etc.) of different concentrations (0–30 ppm) in natural rubber (NR) latex and irradiated with various radiation doses (0–20 kGy). The concentrations of metal ions and radiation doses were optimized and found to be 20 ppm and 12 kGy, respectively. Tensile strength, tear strength, and cross-linking density of the irradiated rubber films were increased with increasing concentration of metal ions as well as radiation doses. The mechanical properties of the films were enhanced by approximately 20% at the optimum conditions. In contrast, elongation at break, permanent set, and swelling ratio of the films were decreased under the same conditions. The comparative effect of metal ions can be explained by Fajan's rules, reported in this article.  相似文献

Manganese was added as a promoter to investigate physico-mechanical properties of radiation-vulcanized natural rubber latex (RVNRL) films. RVNRL films were prepared by the addition of Mn with the concentration range 0–30 ppm to natural rubber latex and irradiated with various radiation doses (0–20 kGy). Tensile strength, tear strength, and cross-linking density of the irradiated rubber films increased with increasing the concentration of Mn ions as well as radiation doses. In contrast, elongation at break, permanent set, and swelling ratio of the films were decreased under the same conditions. The concentration of Mn ions and radiation doses were optimized and found to be 20 ppm and 12 kGy, respectively. The maximum tensile and tear strengths of irradiated rubber films were observed as 29.12 MPa and 44.78 N/mm, respectively at the optimum conditions. The mechanical properties of the films increased markedly with the addition of Mn until they attained the highest values of 33.88 MPa and 54.77 N/mm, respectively. These enhancements, which reached approximately 20% at the most favorable conditions, can be explained by the effect of transition metals in view of Fajan’s rules regarding the covalent character of ionic bonds and suggest that the higher the difference in charges between cation and anion, the higher the ability to form distortion or polarization of ions.  相似文献

Carbon black-based conductive rubber composites have important impacts on electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding applications. However, an excessive amount of carbon black in the recipes of these conductive rubbers has caused their weak elasticity. Herein, hollow carbon black(HCB) particles were used to tune the elasticity of conductive rubber composites. Unique hollow morphology produced a better compression recovery of HCB than other solid carbon black, such as acetylene black. When the coupling agent was bonded to HCB, their conductive silicone rubber composites were featured by high stretching resilience, a fast compression recovery and excellent conductivity to satisfy the electromagnetic interference shielding requirements. Importantly, the rubber composites with coupling HCB had extremely low variations of mechanical property, conductivity and EMI shielding effectiveness after thermal accelerated aging tests. It is therefore revealed that the elasticity of HCB and its interfacial chemical coupling with rubber chains both play crucial roles in adjusting the elasticity of conductive rubber to sever long-term EMI protection.  相似文献

A pyrolyzed ash containing about 50% carbon,named silicon carbon black(SiCB),was prepared by the anoxic pyrolysis of rice husk.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), Brunauer-Enunett-Teller(BET),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and universal material testing machine were used to analyze the stress-strain relationship,Mullins effect and static viscoelastic properties of SiCB-filled vulcanized natural rubber(NR),and SiCB was compared with a commercially available semi-reinforcing fumace(SRF) carbon black.The results show that the vulcanized natural rubber filled with SiCB had similar reinforcing properties to those of that filled with traditional SRF,but obvious differences between them exist in stress-strain properties and stress softening resistance.We tried to discuss the related phenomena with the aid of the modified two-layer theory. And it is successfully predicted and verified that SiCB has good compression resistance and obvious stress relaxation advantages in compression stress relaxation.  相似文献
