Six new dinuclear Mn(II) compounds with carboxylate bridges have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction: [{Mn(phen)(2)}(2)(μ-RC(6)H(4)COO)(2)](ClO(4))(2) with R = 2-Cl (1), 2-CH(3) (2), 3-Cl (3), 3-CH(3) (4), 4-Cl (5) and 4-CH(3) (6). Compounds 1 and 2 show two μ(1,3)-carboxylate bridges in a syn-anti mode while compounds 3-6 present a very uncommon coordination mode of the carboxylate ligand: the μ(1,1)-bridge. The magnetic properties of these compounds are very sensitive to the bridging mode of the carboxylate ligands. While compounds 1 and 2 (μ(1,3)-bridge) display antiferromagnetic interactions, with J values of -1.41 and -1.66 cm(-1), respectively, compounds 3-6 (μ(1,1)-bridge) show ferromagnetic interactions, with J values of 1.01, 0.98, 1.04 and 1.06 cm(-1), respectively. It is worth noting that compounds 3-6 are the first of their class to be magnetically characterized. The EPR spectra at 4 K for compounds with antiferromagnetic coupling (1 and 2) are more complex than those for compounds with a ferromagnetic interaction (3-6). Quite good simulations can be obtained with the ZFS parameters of the Mn(II) ion D(Mn) ~ 0.095 cm(-1) and E(Mn) ~ 0.025 cm(-1) for compounds 1 and 2 and D(Mn) ~ 0.060 cm(-1) and E(Mn) ~ 0.004 cm(-1) for compounds 3-6.  相似文献

Chalcones is a very interesting compounds because it is known to have various of biological activities such as antimicrobial, antifungal, anticancer, antimalarial, antioxidant, antitumor, anti-inflammatory and antidepressant. Moreover, natural and synthetic compounds of chalcones have roles as precursors for other compounds. Therefore, many chalcones become model structures of target compounds by researcher. In this research, methoxy chalcones derivatives have been synthesized using stirrer method and using base catalyst NaOH. The synthesized results obtained are (E)-3-(4-isoprophylphenyl)-1-(4’-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one (1), (E)-1-(4’-methoxyphenyl)-3-p-tolylprop-2-en-1-one (2) and (E)-3-(3-bromophenyl)-1-(4’-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one (3). The purity of all compounds have been tested using TLC, melting point test, analytical HPLC. Then they are characterized using UV, FTIR, 1H-NMR and MS spectroscopy. The toxicity assessments of the novel compounds were done by Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. The all compounds showed very good activity with LC50 value<200 μg/mL.  相似文献

Two new compounds, namely taenialactam C and globorin A (1 and 2), as well as six known compounds, cornoside (3), 2-phenylethyl-b-D-glucoside (4), 3-isopropyl-5-acetoxycyclohexene-2-one-1 (5), 4-methyl-phenol (6), 5-[(2S)-2-aminobutyl]-2-methyl-phenol (7), and 1-(4-methylphenyl)-1-propanone (8) were isolated from wild Phaeocystis globosa. The structures of the new compounds were established by detailed spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with spectral data of related known compounds. The structures of the known compounds were identified by comparing their spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature. This paper also reports toxicity properties of the eight compounds against the brine shrimp Artemia salina and juvenile Epinephelus akaara fish. Some of these compounds showed significant lethality on the brine shrimp A. salina and the juvenile E. akaara fish.  相似文献

The electron impact (EI) mass spectra of a series of N,N-dialkyl-aminoethyl-2-chlorides, N(R(1))(R(2))-CH(2)-CH(2)Cl and trimethylsilyl ethers of N,N-dialkyl aminoethane-2-ols, N(R(1))(R(2))-CH(2)-CH(2)-O-Si(CH(3))(3), where R(1) and R(2) = methyl, ethyl, propyl and isopropyl, which are precursors of VX type of compounds, are studied. All the compounds (1-20) show abundant molecular ions, in addition to a weak [M - H](+) ion, except the N,N-diisopropyl group containing compounds (8 and 18). A general EI fragmentation pattern for the above two series of compounds is discussed. The observed fragment ions are due to simple homolytic cleavages, and they are distinct to allow the identification of the compounds unequivocally including those of isomeric compounds. The primary fragmentation of compounds 1-20 is beta-cleavage, i.e. homolytic cleavage of C-C bond, which is linked to the nitrogen atom. Three types of beta-cleavages are possible for these compounds, in which the abundance of beta-cleavage product ions is found to depend on the size and structure of the alkyl group attached to nitrogen. The alpha-cleavage fragment ions are found only for N,N-dialkyl aminoethyl-2-chlorides but are absent in the corresponding trimethylsilyl ethers of N,N-dialkyl aminoethane-2-ols. The retention indices are calculated for all the studied compounds (1-20) and are in the ranges of 750.38-1079.24 for 1-10 and 905.23-1190.25 for 11-20.  相似文献

Two new compounds, 7'-(3',4'-dihydroxyphenyl)-N-[(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]propenamide (4), and 7'-(4'-hydroxy,3'-methoxyphenyl)-N-[(4-butylphenyl)ethyl]propenamide (5) have been isolated from Cuscuta reflexa along with five known compounds, 6,7-dimethoxy-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one (1), 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-ethanoate (2), 6,7,8-trimethoxy-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one (3), 3-(4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-ol (6), 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-3,5-dihydroxy-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside-4H-1-benzopyrane-4-one (7), reported for the first time from this species. Structures of these compounds were determined by spectral analysis. These compounds showed strong inhibitory activity against alpha-glucosidase.  相似文献

A new series of compounds(E)-1-(4-(bis-arylmethyl)piperazin-l-y1)-3-arylprop-2-en-1-one(1a-r),have been synthesized and their structures were confirmed by ESI-MS and 1H NMR.The preliminary pharmacological screening showed that some of these compounds had similar neuroprotective effects with Edaravone.  相似文献

New 4-aryl-2-(4-arylamino)-1-(piperazin-1-yl)but-2-ene-1,4-diones and 2-{[2-(3-R-adamantan-1-yl)-2-oxoethylidene]hydrazinyl}-4-(het)aryl-4-oxobut-2-enoic acids were synthesized and used to obtain water-soluble compounds. Their influence on the blood coagulation system was studied, which revealed compounds with a high hemostatic activity and a low acute toxicity. A relationship between structure and pharmacological effect of the synthesized compounds was established.  相似文献

Two membrane inlet mass spectrometric (MIMS) methods for determining phenolic compounds in water are described and compared, namely direct analysis and analysis after acetylation of the phenolic compounds. Direct analysis of phenolic compounds in water is a very simple and rapid method and detection limits are relatively low (from 30 mug 1(-1) for phenol to 1000 mug 1(-1) for 4-nitrophenol). Analysis of phenolic compounds after aqueous acetylation is also a very simple and rapid method, and the detection limits are even two orders of magnitude lower than in the direct analysis. For example the detection limit of phenol acetate is 0.5 mug 1(-1) and that of 4-nitrophenol is 10 mug 1(-1). The acetylation method was also tested in the analysis of phenolic compounds from contaminated surface water samples.  相似文献

Four cyano-containing compounds, (1E,4α,5β,6α)-4,5,6-trihydroxy-2-cyclohexen-l-ylideneacetonitrile (1), lithospermoside (2), 4-hydroxy-2-β-D-glucopyranosyl oxyphenylacetonitrile (3) and 4-[β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl oxy]phenylacetonitrile (4), and a nitro-containing one, 4-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy]-1-(2-nitroethyl)benzene (5), as well as eleven other types of compounds, were isolated from the roots of Semiaquilegia adoxoides. Their structures were elucidated mainly by spectroscopic methods. Among them, 1 and 4 are new isolated compounds. The cyano- and nitro-containing compounds are very rare in plants and their isolation from one traditional Chinese medicine is really interesting.  相似文献

Syntheses of several fluorinated phencyclidine (PCP) analogs are described. These compounds are being used to probe PCP binding sites on N-methyl-d-aspartate (NMDA) receptors. The compounds were prepared in good yields by Grignard reaction of appropriate fluorine substituted bromobenzene with carbonitrile intermediates. Syntheses of the known compound 1-[1-(3-fluorophenyl)cyclohexyl]piperidine, and the novel compounds 1-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)cyclohexyl]piperidine, 1-[1-(3-fluorophenyl) cyclohexyl]pyrrolidine, and 1-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)cyclohexyl]pyrrolidine are reported.  相似文献

以芳甲酰肼和对硝基苯甲酰氯为主要原料, 合成出了10个酰氨基硫脲化合物5a~5j, 其中有6个(5d, 5f~5j)为新化合物. 在无需任何酸性催化剂条件下, 将制得的酰氨基硫脲在DMF中加热回流直接脱水关环合成出了9个2-芳基-5-(4-硝基苯甲酰氨基)-1,3,4-噻二唑化合物6a~6i, 其中7个(6b~6d, 6f~6i)为新化合物. 利用IR和1H NMR证明了化合物5存在两种异构体. 目标产物的结构通过IR, 1H NMR和元素分析进行了表征.  相似文献

Two new coumarins, 7-methoxy-8-(2-hydroxmethyl-1-O-isovaleryl-4-butenyl)-coumarin (1) and 7-methoxy-8-(1-hydroxy-2-O-β-glucopyranosyl-3-methyl-4-butene-1-yl)coumarin (2), and twelve known coumarins 3-14 were isolated from the stem bark of Micromelum falcatum. The structures of compounds 1-14 were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic data analyses. The toxicity of compounds 1-14 was tested using a brine shrimp assay and in vitro antiproliferative assay against mammary cancer (F10) and lung cancer (HvEvc) cell lines by the MTT method. Some compounds had moderate activities. All compounds were also tested against the microorganisms Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus thuringiensis and Escherichia coli, but no activity was observed.  相似文献

Cancer is a disease characterized by the continuous growth of cells without adherence to the rules that healthy normal cells obey. Carbonic anhydrase I and II (CA I and CA II) inhibitors are used for the treatment of some diseases. The available drugs in the market have limitations or side effects, which bring about the need to develop new drug candidate compound(s) to overcome the problems at issue. In this study, new pyrazole-sulphonamide hybrid compounds 4-[5-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-3-aryl-4,5-dihydro-1 H -pyrazol-1-yl]benzenesulphonamides (4a - 4j) were designed to discover new drug candidate compounds. The compounds 4a - 4j were synthesized and their chemical structures were confirmed using spectral techniques. The hypothesis tested was whether an introduction of methoxy and polymethoxy group(s) lead to an increased potency selectivity expression (PSE) value of the compound, which reflects cytotoxicity and selectivity of the compounds. The cytotoxicity of the compounds towards tumor cell lines were in the range of 6.7 – 400 µM. The compounds 4i (PSE2 = 461.5) and 4g (PSE1 = 193.2) had the highest PSE values in cytotoxicity assays. Ki values of the compounds were in the range of 59.8 ± 3.0 - 12.7 ± 1.7 nM towards hCA I and in the range of 24.1 ± 7.1 - 6.9 ± 1.5 nM towards hCA II. While the compounds 4b, 4f, 4g, and 4i showed promising cytotoxic effects, the compounds 4c and 4g had the inhibitory potency towards hCA I and hCA II, respectively. In order to study the properties of new energetic compounds formed by introducing nitroazoles into 2,4,6-trinitrobezene, the density, heat of formation and detonation properties of 36 nitro-1-(2,4,6-trinitrobenzene)-1H-azoles energetic compounds are studied by density functional theory, and their stability and melting point are predicted. The results show that most of target compounds have good detonation properties and stability. And it is found that nitro-1-(2,4,6-Trinitrophenyl)-1H-pyrrole compounds and nitro-1-(2,4,6-trinitrop-enyl)-1H-Imidazole compounds have good thermal stability, and their weakest bond is C NO2 bond, the bond dissociation energy of the weakest bond is 222–238 kJ mol−1 and close to 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (235 kJ mol−1). The weakest bond of the other compounds may be the C NO2 bond or the N N bond, and the strength of the N N bond is related to the nitro group on azole ring.  相似文献

To develop new synthons for the syntheses of organofluorine compounds, the treatment of Halothane, 2-bromo-2-chloro-1,1,1-trifluoroethane, (1) with 4-methylbenzenethiol (2) in the presence of sodium hydride gave 1-chloro-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl 4-methylphenyl sulfide (3), which was oxidized with m-chloroperbenzoic acid (m-CPBA) to the corresponding sulfoxide (4) and sulfone (5). Reaction of 3 and 5 with allyltributyltin in the presence of 2,2'-azobis(isobutyronitrile) (AIBN) gave 1-(trifluoromethyl)-3-butenyl compounds (9, 11). Sulfoxide 4 was decomposed in this condition. The treatment of 3 with allyltrimethylsilane in the presence of Lewis acids gave 1-(trifluoromethyl)-3-butenyl compounds (9) in good yield. This result suggests that 4-methylphenylthio substituent stabilizes the alpha-carbocation effectively, though the trifluoromethyl group destabilizes it strongly. Aromatic compounds similarly reacted with 3 in the presence of titanium(IV) chloride to give 2-aryl-1,1,1-trifluoro-2-(4-methylphenylthio)ethanes. Thus, sulfur compounds derived from Halothane were found to be useful new synthons for organofluorine compounds.  相似文献

Eight 2-(9-phenanthrenyl)-, 2-(9-anthryl)- and 2-(1-pyrenyl)-1-alkyl-benzimidazole compounds, three 2-(9-anthryl)-1-alkylphenanthroimidazole compounds and five 4,5-diphenyl-1-alkyl-2-(9-anthryl)imidazole compounds were synthesized by alkylation reactions of the corresponding benzimidazole, phenanthroimidazole or imidazole compounds. 2-(10-Bromo-9-anthryl)-1-alkyl-benzimidazole compounds were prepared by bromination reaction of 2-(9-anthryl)-1-alkylbenzimidazole compounds. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS or HRMS; their absorption coefficients (), maximum absorption λamax, fluorescence emission maximum λem, Stokes shifts and fluorescence quantum yields (ΦF) in ethyl acetate were determined; their fluorescent lifetimes (T1 and T2) were measured in ethyl acetate and in solid state, respectively. The crystal structure of 2-(9-anthryl)-1-n-butyl-4,5-diphenylimidazole (12a) was determined to be triclinic, space group P-1 types, using single crystal X-ray crystallography technique. The results showed that these compounds exhibited moderate fluorescence-emission abilities and higher solubility in most organic solvents than their corresponding starting materials. The relationships between the optical behaviors and structures for these compounds were discussed.  相似文献

为寻找用于治疗良性前列腺增生的新型α1受体拮抗剂, 以本研究组发现的2-[(4-(2-(2-氯苯氧基)乙基)哌嗪-1-基)甲基]-5-甲基苯并噁唑(wb5c)为先导化合物, 结合已构建的α1-AR拮抗剂药效团模型, 通过骨架改造, 设计出以苯并噁唑-2-基哌嗪为母核的目标物, 然后以5-氯-2-氨基酚和取代苯酚为原料, 经缩合、卤代、氨化、Williamson醚合成、取代等反应共合成11个新目标化合物, 结构经ESI-MS, 1H NMR, IR及HRMS确证. 初步药理活性实验表明, 目标物具有中等强度α1受体拮抗活性, 符合我们提出的三元素药效团模型. 5-氯-2-[4-(芳氧烷基)哌嗪-1-基]类化合物是一类新的具有潜在开发价值的α1受体拮抗剂.  相似文献

4-Amino-5-(pyridin-3-yl)-4H-l,2,4-triazole-3-thiol 1 were condensed with 2-bromo-l-(substituted phenyl)ethanone to give pyridinyltriazolothiadiazines 2a-c, which were quaternarized with methyl iodide and oxidized with 30 % hydrogen peroxide to afford the corresponding methyl pyridinium salts 3a-c and pyridine- 1 -oxides 4a-c, respectively. The redtiction of compounds 3 and 4 with NaBH4 in methanol produced the target compounds 1-methyl- 1.2.5.6-tetrahydropyridin-3-yl)-6-aryl-s-triazolothiadiazines 5a-c and 3-( l-hydroxyl- 1, 2, 5, 6-tetrahydropyridin -3-yl)-6-aryl-s-triazolothiadiazines 6a-c, respectively. The endothelium vascular relaxing activity of the target compounds was screened.  相似文献

Nine compounds have been isolated from the ethyl acetate soluble fraction of C. sinensis, namely protocatechuic acid (1), trans-caffeic acid (2), methyl rosmarinate (3), rosmarinic acid (4), kaempferide-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), kaempferide-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (8) and kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamno-pyranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), all reported for the first time from this species. The structures of these compounds were deduced on the basis of spectroscopic studies, including 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Compounds 1-9 were investigated for biological activity and showed significant anti-inflammatory activity in the carrageen induced rat paw edema test. The antioxidant activities of isolated compounds 1-9 were evaluated by the DPPH radical scavenging test, and compounds 1, 2, 4 and 7-9 exhibited marked scavenging activity compared to the standard BHA. These compounds were further studied for their anti-glycation properties and some compounds showed significant anti-glycation inhibitory activity. The purity of compounds 2-5, 8 and 9 was confirmed by HPLC. The implications of these results for the chemotaxonomic studies of the genus Cordia have also been discussed.  相似文献
