研究了固化度对粉末涂层性能的影响。结果表明,环氧与聚酯配比可在一定范围内进行调整,消光固化剂B68用量为6:4份,固化度达80%以上时,涂层有较好的性能;对应的光泽度为4%;在100%固化度时,胶化时间最短,降低固化度,可延长胶化时间。 相似文献

通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了几种不同基团取代脂肪族二元胺中的一个氢原子所形成的三官能度脂肪胺类固化剂固化环氧树脂的过程。分别使用Kissinger模型和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa模型对三种固化剂固化环氧树脂的动力学参数进行了计算。结果表明,三种固化剂固化环氧树脂的反应活性大小比较为:N-乙基乙二胺≈N-甲基乙二胺>N-苯基乙二胺。这不仅与得到的固化度-时间曲线结果相符,并且可以从结构的角度以电子效应,共轭效应和位阻效应理论给予合理解释。N-苯基乙二胺中,由于苯环的刚性较大,空间位阻效应尤为明显,活化能(E a)在固化度(α)=0.5时为61.99 kJ/mol,而在α=0.9时达到97.63 kJ/mol,随着固化度的增加反应活性迅速下降,因此该类固化剂固化过程中更需要控制工艺。 相似文献

Plywoods were coated with maleate-modified polypropylene using different types of processing method than used for thermoplastics, such as extrusion, calendering, and compression molding. The aim of this project was to achieve adequate adhesion between the thermoplastic coating and the plywood. The adhesion between the modified polypropylene and plywood reached using the different coating processes was compared with a peel test and button pull test. Visual and microscopic observations were also made. The coating of plywood with modified polypropylene succeeded visually with all used coating methods, and adequate adhesion was achieved. Results of the adhesion tests indicated that during the coating process, a high melt temperature decreased viscosity and thereby improved penetration; low pressure in the contact area indicated the importance of the surface roughness of the top-ply smaller air gap because there is no oxidizing effect on the polypropylene copolymer and the air gap cools the melt, also the shorter coating time at high-temperature zones improved adhesion. The adhesion between polar plywood and nonpolar polypropylene was adequate with calendering and modified extrusion methods. 相似文献

Protein samples of rapeseed were prepared with different compositions as protein isolate, protein concentrate and acetylated protein concentrate. They showed functional properties which are consolidated in the coating. The manufactured protein samples were tested in a pilot‐scale paperboard coating plant. The results indicated that the use of rapeseed proteins in the coating preparation is technically feasible and that the color and roughness of the coated paperboard show no negative effect on the quality. Industry printing experiments with this coated paperboard achieved the standard quality. 相似文献

The requirements on primer surfacers for application in vehicle refinish are described, and a waterborne amine curable epoxy system is introduced which meets these demands. The technical properties of this material are dependent on the time which passes between mixing and application. The impact of the aforementioned time on curing behaviour and film properties is followed by using dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The results indicate that correlations exist between several properties of the primer surfacer and its storage modulus E′. 相似文献

本文就采用环氧树脂和酚醛树脂作复合胶粘剂,用石膏粉和钟乳石作复合填料,用适量的固化剂、稀释剂、助孔剂、增塑剂作添加剂,制备石膏模型用涂料的配方组成和使用工艺进行了分析研究。石膏模型涂上该涂料后,在保持良好透水性的基础上该涂料后强度、耐磨耐腐蚀性能显著提高,使用寿命延长。 相似文献

The formation of organic-modified sol-gel coatings on 1050 aluminium alloy has been examined. The coatings were prepared by the combination of a completely hydrolysable precursor of tetra-n-propoxyzirconium (TPOZ), with a partly hydrolysable precursor of glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS). Influences of GPTMS/TPOZ ratio, withdrawal speed and curing temperature on the barrier-type corrosion protection of the alloy were examined. By control of process parameters and ratios of organic and inorganic moieties, crack-free sol-gel coatings with improved corrosion protection were produced on the alloy surface. Optimum protection was achieved by a coating formed with a GPTMS/TPOZ ratio of 2.7, a withdrawal speed of 180 mm/min and curing at 110 °C. The coating formed under the optimum conditions revealed good adhesion to the etched and desmutted alloy substrate. The pitting potential of the coated alloy increased significantly, indicative of an improved corrosion protection of the alloy. 相似文献
