Nano-structures of two new Pb(II) three-dimensional coordination polymers, [Pb2(4-pyc)2I2(H2O)]n (1), {4-Hpyc = 4-pyridinecarboxilic acid} and [Pb(3-pyc)I]n (2), {3-Hpyc = 3-pyridinecarboxilic acid} were synthesized by sonochemical method. The new nano-structures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. Compounds 1 and 2 were structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and are three-dimensional coordination polymers. The thermal stability of compounds 1 and 2 both their bulk and nano-size were studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyses and compared. PbO block-structures were obtained by calcination of the nano-structures of compounds 1 and 2 at 400 °C.  相似文献

Nanoparticles of a Zn(II) coordination polymer {[Zn(DADMBTZ)(CH3COO)2] n , DADMBTZ?=?2,2′-diamino-5,5′-dimethyl-4,4′-bithiazole} were synthesized by reaction of Zn(NO3)2?·?4H2O, CH3COONH4 and DADMBTZ by a sonochemical method. The nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. [Zn(DADMBTZ)(CH3COO)2] n was structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In this four-coordinate compound with nearly C2 symmetry, DADMBTZ is bidentate. The metal lies in a pseudo-tetrahedral environment and is ligated by the two bithiazole ring nitrogen atoms and an oxygen from each of the two monodentate acetates; 2-D networks are formed via N–H···O hydrogen bonds. Thermal stability of [Zn(DADMBTZ)(CH3COO)2] n was studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyses. A ZnO nanostructure was obtained by direct thermolyses at 500°C under air. The ZnO nanostructure was characterized by SEM, XRD, and FT-IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Straw-like nano-structure of a new mixed-ligand Zn(II) two-dimensional coordination polymer, {[Zn(μ-4,4′-bipy)(μ-3-bpdb)(H2O)2](ClO4)2·4,4′-bipy·3-bpdb·H2O}n (1) {4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine and 3-bpdb = 1,4-bis(3-pyridyl)-2,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene}, was synthesized by a sonochemical method. The new nano-structure was characterised by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. Compound 1 was structurally characterised by single crystal X-ray diffraction and consists of two-dimensional polymeric units. The reaction of ZnSiF6·6H2O with 4,4′-dipyridyldisulfide (4-PDS) in CH3OH afforded the complex [Zn(4-PDS)2(SiF6)·3CH3OH] n , 1, while the reaction of Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O with l,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane (bpa) in CH3OH gave the complex [Zn(bpa)2(ClO4)2·CH3OH] n , 2. The 4-DPS ligand in 1 is coordinated to the metal centers through both nitrogen atoms to form a 3-D open channel and the distorted octahedral coordination geometry at each zinc center is completed by a pair of trans-F-bonded hexafluorosilicate molecule. Compound 2, the channel-type 1-D chains are interlinked through C–H···O interaction to form 3-D structure with large cavities that are occupied by the methanol molecules.  相似文献

A nano-sized mixed-ligand Cd(II) coordination polymer, {[Cd(bpa)(4,4′-bipy)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2}n (1); bpa = trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane and 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, has been synthesized by a sonochemical method and characterized by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. Compound 1 grows in one dimension by two different bridging ligands, 4,4′-bipy and bpa. The thermal stability of compound 1 in the bulk form and nano-sized was studied by thermogravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA). The crystallinity of this compound was studied by X-ray powder diffraction and compared with an XRD simulation of the single crystal data. CdO nanoparticles were obtained by direct calcination at 500 °C and decomposition in oleic acid at 200 °C of the nano-sized compound 1. The obtained cadmium(II) oxide nano-particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).  相似文献

Two coordination polymers of the formula [Zn5(tmaH)4(trz)2(H2O)4] (1) and [Zn3(bta)(trz)2(H2O)4]·2H2O (2) [tmaH3 = benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid/trimesic acid, trzH = 1,2,4-triazole, btaH4 = benzene-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylic acid] have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Both complexes are 3D coordination polymers containing [Zn4(trz)2] units connected by benzene-carboxylate anions. In particular, an undulated layer containing 6- and 18-membered rings is outlined in the network of 1. Hydrogen bonds, involving the coordinated and lattice water molecules with carboxylate oxygen atoms, contribute to the stabilization of the networks. Their thermal stability was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis. The fluorescence spectrum of 1 features two peaks at 419 and 323 nm, originating from a π–π∗ intraligand transition and LMCT, respectively. For 2 a broad band at 410 nm is assigned solely as a π–π∗ intraligand transition.  相似文献

Two pyrazole-based polydentate ligands, 1,3-bis(5-methyl-3-phenylpyrazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol (Hmppzpo) and 1,3-bis(5-methyl-3-p-isopropylphenylpyrazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol (Hmcpzpo), have been synthesized. A third ligand, 1,3-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol (Hdmpzpo), has been synthetically modified. Seven new M(II) coordination compounds of general formula M2L2X2 (M?=?Zn, Ni; X?=?NO3 or ClO4; L?=?dmpzpo, mppzpo or mcpzpo) or MLX (M?=?Pd; L?=?dmpzpo; X?=?Cl) were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR analysis. The crystal structures of [Zn2(μ-dmpzpo-O,N,N′)2(NO3)2]?·?2H2O (1?·?2H2O), [Ni2(μ-dmpzpo-O,N,N′)2(CH3CN)2](ClO4)2 (2) and Pd(μ-dmpzpo-N,N′)Cl2 (4) were determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The crystal structures show that complexes 1?·?2H2O and 2 are center-symmetric dinuclear compounds, with two metal ions bridged by two alkoxo groups and each metal ion with a distorted square-pyramidal environment. The palladium complex, 4, displayed square-planar coordination geometry around the Pd(II) ion with trans arrangement.  相似文献

Nanoparticles of a new Hg(II) one-dimensional coordination polymer, {[Hg(4-bpdb)I2] n , 4-bpdb?=?1,4-bis(4-pyridyl)-2,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene} were synthesized by reaction of HgI2 and 4-bpdb by a sonochemical method. The new nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and FT-IR spectroscopy; [Hg(4-bpdb)I2] n was structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound consists of one-dimensional polymeric units of [Hg(4-bpdb)I2]. Two new coordination polymers, [ZnL] n (1) and {[Zn(phen)(L)(H2O)]?·?3H2O} n (2) (H2L?=?1,2-bis[3-(1,2,4-triazolyl)-4-amino-5-carboxylmethylthio]ethane, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and X-ray diffraction. Polymer 1 is a 1-D infinite chain (space group P 1) and further forms a 3-D supramolecular structure by S?···?S interactions and hydrogen bonds. Polymer 2 displays a mononuclear structure (space group P 1) and extends into a 3-D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds. In addition, spectra and thermal stability of 1 and 2 are also discussed. Strong luminescence characteristics of both polymers are found, suggesting their potential applications as luminescent materials.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers [Zn(btp)(NCS)2] n (1), {[Zn(btp)2(dca)2] n (2), and {[Zn(btp)3](BF4)2} n (3) (btp = 1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane, dca = dicyanamide) were synthesized and characterized. In 1, 2, and 3, one-, double-, triple-btp ligands link two Zn(II) atoms and extend to form a 1-D zigzag chain for 1, 1-D double chain for 2, and 1-D triple chain for 3. The conformations of the btp ligands in 1, 2, and 3 are analyzed. 1, 2, and 3 have emission maxima at approximately 405, 407, and 409 nm, respectively, in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Three zinc(II) coordination polymers {[Zn(btp)(1,2-bdc)(H2O)]?·?H2O} n (1), {[Zn(btp)(1,3-bdc)(H2O)]?·?1.5H2O} n (2), and {[Zn(btp)(NO2-1,3-bdc)(H2O)]?·?2H2O} n (3) were synthesized by 1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane (btp) and bis-carboxylate. Compound 1 is a thick 2-D network; 2 and 3 are undulated 2-D (4,4) networks. In 2 and 3, two adjacent networks interpenetrate to form a new 2-D double-layer network, which is sustained by hydrogen-bonding interactions. Compounds 1 and 2 reveal blue emission maximum at 351 and 403, respectively, in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers with 5-aminoisophthalic acid (H2aip), [Ni(μ-aip)(H2O)2(tmeda)]n (1) and {H2dap[Zn2(μ-aip)(μ3-aip)2]?9H2O}n (2) (H2aip = 5-aminoisophthalic acid, tmeda = N,N,N′-N′-tetramethylethylenediamine, dap = 1,3-diaminopropane) have been synthesized. Elemental and thermal analyses, magnetic susceptibilities, IR, AAS, mass and UV–vis spectroscopic studies have been performed to characterize the compounds. Nickel(II) has octahedral geometry by two oxygens of different carboxylates, bidentate, tmeda as bidentate chelating and two water ligands. Zn(II) has tetrahedral geometry by three oxygens of different carboxylate groups and one nitrogen by amine of aip. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system with space group Pccn and 2 in monoclinic crystal system with space group P21/c. Complex 2 exhibits photoluminescence properties in the solid state at room temperature. This study determined the susceptibility patterns of 1 and 2 against bacterial, yeast and mold micro-organisms. Antimicrobial activities were done on 12 different micro-organisms using the micro-dilution method. Tested microbial species were inhibited by 1 with a Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 375–3000 μg mL?1. Compound 2 showed antimicrobial activities against tested micro-organisms with a MIC of 188–1500 μg mL?1. Compound 2 showed antibacterial activity against Legionella pneumophila sg1 375 μg mL?1 (MIC value).  相似文献

Two pyridinecarboxylato-bridged coordination polymers {[Co(pbc)2(H2O)] · H2O} n (1) and [Co(pbc)2] n (2) (Hpbc = 3-pyrid-3-ylbenzoic acid) have been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. In 1, pbc? ligands link two Co(II) centers as μ2-N,O and μ2-N,O,O. Co(II) is six coordinate, octahedral. In 2, Co(II) is coordinated by four oxygens and two nitrogens. The ligands are μ2-N,O,O and μ3-N,O,O. Through different pbc? ligands, 2 generates a 3-D network composed of six-connected nodes. Compound 2 exhibits good photoluminescence, whereas 1 is nonemissive at room temperature.  相似文献

A new Schiff-base ligand 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-(cyclopropyliminomethyl)phenol and its zinc(II) complex have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectroscopy, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and single crystal X-ray determinations. The ligand and the complex crystallized in the space groups Pnma and P21/c, respectively. In the complex, the Zn atom is four-coordinate tetrahedral coordination with two imine N and two phenolate O atoms from two Schiff-base ligands. The bond lengths related to the donor atoms in the complex are different from those in the ligand. The coordination of the ligand to the zinc also was supported by IR spectra.  相似文献

The structure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, elemental analyses, and IR spectroscopy. By reaction of two ligands, Na(o-OOCC6H4COFc) (Fc?=?(η5–C5H5)Fe(η5–C5H4)) and 1,1′–(1,5–pentamethylene)bis-1H-benzimidazole (pbbm), with Zn(OAc)2?·?2H2O in methanol solution, we have synthesized a zinc(II) coordination polymer [Zn(o-OOCC6H4COFc)2(pbbm)] n . The polymer was characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. Each Zn atom was connected by two pbbm ligands, leading to an infinite one-dimensional chain. Two monodentate o-FcCOC6H4COO? anions completed the coordination sphere of the central Zn(II) ion. The polymer's electrochemical properties were investigated in DMF solution.  相似文献

Three novel zinc coordination polymers (NH4)n[Zn(Hida)Cl2]n (1), [Zn(ida)(H2O)2]n (2), [Zn(Hida)2]n·4nH2O (3) (H2ida=iminodiacetic acid) and a monomeric complex [Zn(ida)(phen)(H2O)]·2H2O (4) (phen=1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction methods. 1 and 2 form one-dimensional (1-D) chain structures, whereas 3 exhibits a three-dimensional (3-D) diamondoid framework with an open channel. The mononuclear complex 4 is extended into a 3-D supramolecular architecture through hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking. Interestingly, cyclic nonplanar tetrameric water clusters are observed that encapsulated in the 3-D lattice of 4. Based on 1H and 13C NMR observations, there is obvious coordination of complex 2 in solution, while 1 and 3 decompose into free iminodiacetate ligand. Monomer [Zn(ida)(H2O)3] (5) is considered as a possible discrete species from 2. These coordination polymers can serve as good molecular precursors for zinc oxide.  相似文献

Two structurally related flexible imidazolyl ligands, bis(N-imidazolyl)methane (L1) and 1,4-bis(N-imidazolyl)butane (L2), were reacted with Cu(II), Co(II) and Ni(II) salts of aliphatic/aromatic dicarboxylic acids resulting in the formation of a number of novel metal–organic coordination architectures, [CuB2(ox)2(L1)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (1) (ox = oxalate), [Cu(pdc)(L2)1.5] · 4H2O (2, pdc = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate), [Co(L)2(H2O)2](tp) · 4H2O (3, tp = terephthalate), [Ni(L1)2(H2O)2](ip) · 5H2O (4, ip = isophthalate), [Cu2(L1)4(H2O)4](tp)2 · 7H2O (5), [Co(mal)(L1)(H2O)] · 0.5MeOH (6, mal = malonate), [Co(pdc)(L1)(H2O)] (7). All the complexes have been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The different coordination modes of the dicarboxylate anions, due to their chain length, rigidity and diimidazolyl functionality, lead to a wide range of different coordination structures. The coordination polymers exhibit 1D single chain, ladder, 2D sheet and 2D network structures. The aliphatic and aromatic dicarboxylates can adopt chelating μ2 and chelating-bridging μ3 coordination modes, or act as uncoordinated counter anions. The central metal ions are coordinated in N2O4, N4O2, N2O3 and N3O3 fashions, depending on the ancillary ligands. The topology of 1 gives rise to macrocycles which are connected through hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains, whereas compound 2 exhibits a 1D polymeric ladder in which the carboxylate acts as a pincer ligand. Compounds 35 show doubly bridged 1D chains, and the dicarboxylate groups are not coordinated but form 2D corrugated sheets with water molecules intercalated between the cationic layers. Compound 6 has a 2D network sheet structure in which each metal ion links three neighboring Co atoms by the bis(N-imidazolyl)methane ligand. The cobalt compound 7, with a 2D polymeric double sheet structure, is built from pincer carboxylate (pdc) and 1,4-bis(N-imidazolyl)methane ligands.  相似文献
